Here are some photos of Natalie Portman at Variety?s Power of Women event on Friday. Her dress is Dior, just FYI. Her appearance at this event wasn?t about fashion or hair or makeup or anything like that. Portman was there as a representative of and for Time?s Up. This month is the one-year anniversary of The New Yorker and the New York Times? dual reports on Harvey Weinstein and the formation of Time?s Up. Everything changed a year ago, for Hollywood at least. We thought it would Usher in a new era of believing women, and that women could feel safe in telling their stories publicly.
One year later, Brett Kavanaugh is on the Supreme Court and not that much has really changed in Hollywood. Which is why Natalie Portman?s speech at the Variety event just felt? cathartic. It was real. I realize this post will probably get, like, ten comments, because it?s a Monday and everything already feels like a dumpster fire, but I would seriously recommend watching this video. Around the two-minute mark is when she starts in about Harvey Weinstein and the rest of it is just barely controlled rage on her part.
She goes off on how Harvey Weinstein continued to professionally and financially abuse the women he assaulted or raped, and went on to talk about what men in the industry could do to make changes, like ?If any group you?re in has people who only look like you, change that group. It?s an awakening experience to hear from women who have different experiences of marginalisation.? She makes a brilliant point about Hollywood gossip and the responsibility to ?gossip well?: ?Stop the rhetoric that a woman is crazy or difficult. If a man says to you that a woman is crazy or difficult, ask him, ?What bad thing did you do to her?? That?s a code word. He is trying to discredit her reputation.? Natalie Portman is fire.

On Friday, we saw photos of Demi Moore at Princess Eugenie?s wedding, in a beautiful cranberry-hued ensemble, complete with fascinator and clutch. I adore that color on Demi and think the complete look is a win.
Demi, who I cant believe is 55, showcased her wedding look on her first-ever Instagram post. She joined the social media network because of pleas from her daughters Rumer, Scout and Tallulah.
In the quick clip, she thanks designer Stella McCartney for creating her beautiful dress. She said, I felt so beautiful, so comfortable. I felt like a princess today. She also told Philip Treacy he was genius because of his amazing headpiece and made sure to make mention of her shoes and bag. In the caption, she said she dedicated her inaugural post to her ?3 beautiful daughters? who were ?desperate for me to get into the InstaSwing.?

Last week Pete Davidson had his neck tattoo for Ariana Grande, a pair of bunny ears inspired by her Dangerous Woman album getup, changed into a heart. These two have multiple other tattoos for each other, at least six more by Page Sixs count. A source told Page Six that Pete changed his tattoo to match one of Arianas other tattoos, and not because they were having problems. That was probably a fib because they just announced the end of their engagement. Theyve been together about five months and they seemingly chronicled their entire relationship on social media. A source told US that they broke off their engagement this weekend but that theyre not officially done yet.
It?s over! Ariana Grand and Pete Davidson have ended their engagement after just four months, Us Weekly can confirm.
?It happened this weekend,? a source tells Us. ?They realized it happened too quick and too early. The wedding is off, but they?re working things out. They?re not officially done yet.?
TMZ reported on Sunday, October 14, that the couple split over the weekend, with the singer and the Saturday Night Live star acknowledging that is was ?not the right time for their relationship to take off.?

Ariana has been going through some hard times following the death of her ex boyfriend, Mac Miller, early last month. Shes been taking breaks from social media and she didnt perform on SNL as scheduled at the end of September, although she was backstage supporting Pete (who made an awful joke that episode about their relationship). She was even at SNL this Saturday, according to TMZ, which confirms that Macs death was a turning point for them. I hope theyre both doing ok and that they take time to heal and be by themselves. No one expected them to last but I didnt expect them to break up this soon either.
