Last week, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott finally pulled the plug on their 18-year marriage. Dean and Tori have been threatening to get a divorce for probably a decade at this point, but hadnt gone through with it because neither of them had the money to do so. Tori?s been spilling some lukewarm tea about their breakup over on her podcast, misSPELLING. During last week?s episode, she revealed deets about the fight that finally broke their marriage. This week, she elaborated more, revealing that she angrily threw a loaded baked potato and stomped off into the room she shares with her kids. Tori and Dean have five children: Liam, 17, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, seven. During the story, she dropped the tidbit that she and Dean also haven?t slept in the same bedroom in three years. And it?s not because they like their space. It?s because they didn?t like each other.
Tori Spelling is offering more insight into the state of her marriage to Dean McDermott prior to their split. On Mondays episode of Spellings misSPELLING podcast, the Beverly Hills, 90210 star finished detailing her story of the June 2023 fight between the exes.
In last weeks episode, Spelling shared the comment McDermott made that led to their split, revealing, He said, Ugh, Im so sick of this. I have been picking up Tori Spellings s**t for 18 years. And I f**king lost it.
In part 2 of the episode, Spelling talked about the aftermath of that comment, in which she threw her loaded baked potato on the ground and stormed into our bedroom.
She went on to clarify the our she was referencing.
Me and the kids because Dean and I didnt sleep together for three years, different bedrooms. His choice, she shared.
Spelling said that McDermott had previously claimed they didnt share a bed because there was a pig in there, but she denied this claim, saying a baby pig slept in their bed one night per the vets recommendation in 2017.
I was following orders. It was used to snuggling and it needed that for a few nights, she explained. But when it peed between us, he was like, The pigs leaving the bed. And I was like, Understood. And that was it. That was the only night the pig was in the bed.
The mother of five insisted, The animals and kids didnt come between us in the bed.
She added that another excuse her ex made for not sleeping in their bed with her was because she slept with the TV on.
I had the TV on for distraction to distract my life, just to zone out and be entertained, she said, later adding, I dont even sleep with the TV on anymore, isnt that ironic?

There is soooo much to unpack here. Tori has revealed before that she shares a bedroom with four of her five kids, which?okay. There is probably something to unpack there, but what I really want to talk about is Tori sleeping and cuddling WITH A PIG! That would be a deal breaker for me too! And it peed in the bed with them?! Gross. The animals and kids didnt come between us in the bed.? It kinda sounds like they did in some way, shape, or form, at least from Dean?s perspective. I did laugh at her confession that she threw the loaded baked potato, though. Is that going to be this year?s ?throwing ketchup?? I hope those two really are done with each other because it?s pretty clear that they were wrong for one another from the sordid, dramatic start.

Of the people I cover regularly, Tori Spelling is one of the more frustrating. Not just because of her surface drama, but because I don?t know how much of her overall drama is fabricated. We?ve been hearing for a while that Tori?s marriage to Dean McDermott is hanging on by a thread. Even though they?ve seemingly created marital strife for publicity before, I think this time it might be real. But they refuse to address the rumors of their separation. And just when the press has them all but divorced, they make a public appearance as a family. For instance, Tori was seen recently in a tizzy outside her attorney?s office. The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, 48, who has been married to McDermott, 54, since May 2006, ?wants a divorce, but she feels trapped right now,? the insider says.
The couple, who share five children ? Liam, 14, Stella, 13, Hattie, 9, Finn, 9, and Beau, 4? recently had a ?fight? after the Pretty Hard Cases actor ?went missing? for two days following an argument, the source explains.
When he returned, he allegedly said he would sue her for alimony and child support. The insider says the ?90210MG? podcast cohost pointed out that McDermott signed a prenup before they got married, which means he won?t get any money if they divorce.
However, the source adds that Spelling recently learned that McDermott could still sue her for child support if they split. ?She went ballistic? and is ?pissed? at her attorneys, the insider tells Us.
The most recent fight left the Spelling It Like It Is author ?very upset,? especially since the duo ?have tried counseling? from time to time. According to the insider, Spelling and McDermott ?constantly fight and break up,? but this argument was ?really serious.?
While Spelling is ?miserable? with her husband, she has remained in the marriage ?for the kids,? the source explains.

I feel for anyone who?s trapped in a relationship. If Tori is miserable and doesn?t think she has any options, that?s sad. The end of a long-term relationship is hard. The questionable behavior of those involved doesn?t necessarily negate that. So I would normally be inclined to be sympathetic for Tori, especially if Dean is jerking her around for cash.
However, I got hung up on the point that she?s living this double life, pretending everything is fine so her kids don?t know there?s a problem. Because Tori has already told us that her kids know everything. She claims they?ve been hurt and bullied because of Tori filming their lives. She made that part of her storyline, trying to gain sympathy that her openness has affected her kids. Rumors of this spilt started last Christmas when Dean couldn?t be bothered to show up for the Christmas card and somehow the all-informed children have missed the discussion? They must realize it?s odd that Dad is sleeping in another room. Or never home anymore. And if Tori and Dean are fighting all the time as this insider suggests, how are the kids missing that? As we?ve discussed, Tori Spelling has switched up her look. Primarily her face, although she seems to be sporting a lot more hair than usual as well. The change in her appearance has caught everyone?s attention. Fortunately for us, Tori is not side-stepping the conversation. While on Sirius XM?s Jeff Lewis Live, Jeff asked Tori why she looked so different. According to Tori, its just make-up and a new beauty treatment using exosomes. The question is, do we believe this is really just good contouring?
Makeup can do wonders, according to Tori Spelling.
During her appearance on Thursdays episode of Sirius XMs Jeff Lewis Live, the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, 48, opened up about her new glam routine when host Jeff Lewis commented on an insane picture Spelling had posted to her Instagram last week.
According to Lewis, the photo ? which showed Spelling wearing matching denim jumpsuits with hairstylist Laura Rugetti ? sparked speculations from plastic surgeons that the star had cosmetic surgery to alter her appearance.
You do look great, Lewis told Spelling, before asking the actress, What is it? Why do you look so good?
First of all, I have an amazing makeup artist now. Her name is Hailey Hoff and, with contour, she does makeup like no one else, Spelling replied. I look completely different. I look like Ive had a nose job and its straight now.
Spelling also noted that her new glow might also be due to a skin care treatment she and Lewis recently tried during a trip to Carson City, Nevada
It could be the exosomes too, she said, saying that some people have commented that her skin looks flawless in a recent selfie she took with Nicole Snooki Polizzi.
So maybe Im looking younger, Spelling added. They said I looked Snookis age. Shes 33. Im like, Ill take that.

I don?t think Tori?s had a new nose job. Shes been honest in the past about both her nose and boob jobs so why deny it now? Her eyes look the most different to me. That could be just makeup, but recent video makes it look like shes using injectables at least. I also think her cheeks are heavily redesigned by a makeup brush. I?ve seen makeup tutorials in which the person looks completely different at the end so it is possible Hailey Hoff is repainting Tori every morning. And some recent IG shots look more Tori-like than others. But there is a certain refreshed look to her photos, they?re being aided by something. However, there are two things very clear from Tori?s IG. The first is that she must invest a lot of time to recreate her look every day. Each photo has so many people tagged: hair, nails, makeup, etc. The second is that Tori obviously feels fabulous and I can?t fault anyone for that.
In our last story, I felt the bigger news was the reappearance of Tori?s wayward husband, Dean McDermott. We have no idea what is going on with them, but we?d heard they were all but done. Then Dean showed up at the chili cook off with the family and won a bunch of stuffed animals (ironic, given he complains about living with Tori?s animals). But in Tori?s latest spon-con, she?s hocking customized pumpkins. In the photos, there?s one of The McDermott Family surrounded by individual pumpkins for every family member except Dean. I guess Dean didn?t win the right stuffed animal at the carnival.

We know something is going on with Tori Spelling. She?s been hinting for a while that something?s amiss in her marriage with Dean McDermott. But they haven?t released any kind of official statement. Recently, Dean supposedly dropped a clue that the reason they don?t file or announce is because of finances, which is believable because they?ve had trouble with money for a while now. Adding to the speculation about their marriage is the rather dramatic unveiling we got the other day of Tori?s new look. Last month we heard that the end was nigh for Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott. That wasn?t exactly explosive news given that the Spelling/McDermott union has been in trouble before. But the clues leading up to a split this time are slightly more damning. Instead of fabricated affairs or staged fights and wellness checks, these were less splashy, but made more of a statement. The first hint of trouble was when Tori left Dean off the family Christmas card. Even in attempting to make it look okay, she told us it wasn?t. The one that caught my attention was when both neglected to publicly mention their 15-year anniversary in any way. Both got papped without their rings and Tori let it be known they weren?t sleeping in the same room. Now Tori has dropped ?wife? from her Instagram bio. So, if they?re split, why not just announce it properly and move on? I guess the famously in arrears couple can?t afford it. According to The Sun, Dean came home from his last job expecting to finally take his marriage off life support and found a big stack of bills waiting for him instead.

When Dean got back from his trip he was greeted with ?bills that had piled up. And a lot of those bills are in part because they have so many pets.?
The source added that not only are the pets expensive, but they create ?a huge mess. It?s just another thing they fight about.?

Wait, so this is their pets fault? Unfortunately I asked myself: how many animals could Tori possibly have? I found this Tori Tried and True from 2019 in which she said they had dogs (to which they have added since), bearded dragons, a guinea pig, chickens, pigs and she was talking about getting a goat. And all of those are multiples, except for the guinea pig but that?s only because the mother killed the babies. But the ?huge mess? the Sun article referred to isn?t just normal shedding and animal toys strewn about, Tori admitted on the video that all these pets pee in her house. She even confessed that Dean doesn?t know how bad it really is. No wonder Dean?s stressed to go home. And as broke as they are they?ve added more pets? I?m angry at both the family and the rescue organizations for that kind of irresponsibility.
If lack of funds is the only reason these two have to stay together, that?s sad. We know how bad they are with paying off their debts and sorting out their financials. If they need to zero out their balances in order to split, they?ll be forced together for a long time. And they can?t afford separate households, so they?re stuck together under one roof as the tension mounts between them. It?s not like the kids aren?t going to pick up on that. I wonder how long before Tori convinces her mother to bail her out of marriage number two? Dean won?t get a dime, not that he deserves any. But he may not care at this point. He may just want some clean socks and a little peace and quiet.

So what?s up with Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott? That is the question Tori wants us to ask because she?s been leaving a trail of breadcrumbs for the last six months. Dean was out of town filming while Tori was dropping Easter Eggs to the press that all is not well. The rumors started last November when Tori released the family Christmas card that featured herself and her five kids, but Dean was merely a headshot held by Tori. Tori said he was away working, and this was the best they could do.
In January, the whole family did a pap run for ice cream near their home in Calabasas. In March, Tori took the kids to the Farmers Market without Dean and without her wedding ring. Even more notable, the couple did not post about each other for Mother?s Day, Father?s Day or their 15th Wedding Anniversary on May 7. Last week, while appearing on her friend Jeff Lewis? Sirius XM show, Jeff asked Tori, who was wearing her wedding ring, if things were okay. Tori admitted that Dean was finally home from filming but since the kids and dogs were used to sleeping in her bed, she and Dean were in separate beds. Since that interview, fans have started the countdown clock on the Spelling-McDermott marriage and insiders are saying they are all but done.
After Tori Spelling fueled speculation about her marital woes by admitting she and Dean McDermott sleep in different rooms, a source reveals in the new issue of Us Weekly that things may be even worse than she let on.
?Tori and Dean have been having major issues for over a year now. The fact that she?s talking about sleeping in separate beds is very telling, she wouldn?t do that unless things were really not great between them,? the source says.
Spelling, 48, and McDermott, 54, who wed in 2006, are the parents of sons Liam, 14, Finn, 8, and Beau, 4, and daughters Stella, 13, and Hattie, 9.

I believe that Tori and Dean?s marriage is always balancing on the edge. I?m sure they were blinded by lust once upon a time but at some point, their relationship became a commodity to Tori and she constantly has to weigh effort vs. output. Not to say they don?t share any affection for each other, I?m sure they have some real feelings. But its also a business relationship on some level.
My first reaction to this story was to call BS because it was all too beautifully crafted. Since I rarely wear a ring on my wedding finger, let alone my actual wedding ring, I know that can always be explained. Tori made sure she was photographed without it but had a plausible explanation if she needed it. It felt like a set up for the press, just like the Christmas card stunt. And her comments on Jeff?s show seemed calculated as well. None of us knew they were in separate beds but somehow he knew to bring it up. Again, Tori had a good out if she wants it: She doesn?t want to boot the kids, guys ? don?t make a big deal about this.
I think she?s still deciding how she wants this to play out in the press. She definitely wants us to know there?s trouble, but hasn?t settled on divorce, separation or reconciliation. The part that gets me is both of them omitting the anniversary post. That?s the loudest signal that they are looking to announce a split. Or at least a break that they can sell into another splashy vow renewal. Because it wasnt that long ago they were selling us how they were soulmates and didnt have relationship problems.

Tori Spelling was a guest on the Women on Top podcast, which I tried to listen to but found quite annoying. The hosts, Roxy Manning and Tammin Sursok, kissed Tori?s ass when they introduced her and talked about what a great mom and person she is. There are certain things I will not do for this job, so I?m relying on People?s reporting. Tori said on the podcast that her biggest fear was Dean cheating on her. When he inevitably did, and they conveniently made it into an entire storyline for their reality show, Tori didnt think about her children reading about it someday. She said that her daughter (Im assuming it was Stella, 12) did and that it upset her.
During a recent appearance on the Women on Top podcast Spelling explained that while shes proud she didnt hide her marital issues from the cameras, her young children have been given access to that information due to it being posted online.
My kids have not seen clips, but theyve seen something out there online and my daughter saw something, Spelling said. It really upset her.

While Spelling said she is so proud that her story lives online and admitted thats not something you think about in that moment, navigating their relationship after the scandal was difficult.
My biggest fear in our relationship was I was like, hes going to cheat on me, hes going to cheat on me, hes going to cheat on me, she said. So when it happened, I was like, See, I always thought from day one he was going to cheat on me, and it wasnt about him, that was about me. I was like, Okay, I know Im not good enough, thats how I felt about myself and one day hes going to realize that and hes gonna find someone else.
Spelling said that before the affair took place, she used to tell her husband: Im so scared you are going to cheat on me.
He [would be] like, Why are you? Ive never given you a reason. Then when it happened, I was like, Oh my God, see, you cheated on me, so it was a hard thing to navigate, said Spelling.
Choosing to forgive, Spelling said she and McDermott have been able to move forward and shes happy she decided to stay in her marriage.
I dont bring it up all the time, and when I do bring it up he listens and he understands, Spelling shared. We did have a rebirth after that happened.
This happened and rocked our foundation and we have no choice ? we either start over or move on. It was madness. Everybody out there was like, F him and I was like, I love this man and I have children with this man and everyone makes mistakes.
Spelling asserted that she didnt stay because she had to, but rather because she wanted to.

The reason all this information about Tori?s husband cheating on her is online is because Tori and Dean were doing a reality show at the time. Bedhead was working with us back when that story broke and I remember her coverage on it. I?m not even sure that story was true, the alleged mistress was named Emily Goodhand and she was from Canada. It all sounded so fake. I?m sure Dean cheated on Tori because he cheated on his then-wife with Tori when he met her (and Tori was cheating on her then-husband with Dean too), but I think they made up fake details to milk it for headlines.
Did Tori?s daughter see anything about all the lawsuits against her after she failed to pay multiple creditors? Did she read about the fact that her parents had their assets seized by the IRS and the court? That?s really what she should be ashamed about. Also, if Tori really cared about her daughters feelings she wouldnt be telling this story to the public. Thats like a double whammy to a teen.

While one fan pointed out that other celebs were taking time to raise funds for charity, another wrote that she would?ve participated if it wasn?t so expensive. ?Its a bad time for me, since myself and my husband both lost our jobs. but maybe next time,? the fan wrote. ?Im a HUGE 90210 fan. Tori seems to have either canceled the meetup or taken it private because the post is now deleted. Her husband, Dean McDermott, did an Instagram video defending Tori. You can see it on the video below. Hes wearing a hat with the words Violent Gentleman Hockey Club and a shirt that says Papa Bear in all caps camo print. In case you dont want to subject yourself to it, he says:
I find myself having to come to my wifes defense yet again. Im really disappointed because shes catching flack and getting dragged yet again for doing a live meet and greet. People are upset that given the current situation were in that shes [airquotes] charging people money to do a meet and greet.

What is wrong with providing for your family at this time? All the studios, everything is shut down. She has no way to work. Thats a BS that Tori was approached by a company to do the meetup. You know it was her idea. This is the woman who moved to a $13,000 a month house afer being sued for nonpayment of debts by multiple creditors. Shes had her assets seized by the IRS. Her mom has tens of millions of dollars, her kids arent going to go hungry and shes not going to go homeless. This is not the time to charge people to talk to you. The fact that she tried to do it and that her dirtbag husband defended her tells you everything you need to know about these people.
