Yesterday, the soon-to-be-wedded couple started registering for gifts at Gearys in Beverly Hills as well as Williams-Sonoma.
Known for her lavish taste in things, Kim is requesting items such as a Baccarat Cosmos extra large vase ($7,500), martini glasses ($46), a candy jar ($375), a Christofle Vertigo small tray ($1,050) and a Baccarat ice bucket ($635) just to name a few things.

Diaz?s ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake also stars in the flick, and he told Playboy magazine that working with Cameron was drama-free.

I just spent WAY too much time looking up photos of miniature donkeys, and now I totally want one. Secretly, I?ve always wanted a goat, but goats are supposed to be bad ?pets? who eat everything and then some. Maybe a miniature donkey would be better? Reese Witherspoon has two miniature donkeys, which she keeps on her Ojai, California ranch, along with her assorted farm animals. I?ve heard her mention chickens and? I think she has a cow, a horse and some goats too. Anyway, Reese?s neighbors are really pissed off about the noise coming out of her farm. The donkeys are causing a jackassy ruckus!
Don’t be an ass! Reese Witherspoon’s Ojai, Calif. neighbors are not happy about the noise level of her donkeys, Honky and Tonky. They hee-haw at such a high-volume that “they’re driving us crazy!” a source told Us Weekly.
“It’s so bad that a few residents have sent her a letter,” a local added. But the 35-year-old actress’ neighbors don’t want her to leave, just quiet down her donkeys! “She’s beloved here,” a neighbor said. “I’m not even sure she know what’s going on.”
In an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in December, Witherspoon opened up about her farm full of animals. “This year we got donkeys. They’re really cute,” she gushed. “They’re actually miniature donkeys? They’re docile and sweet.”
“I [also] have two pigs, and I have three goats and I have 20 chickens and of course I have three dogs. And I have one horse. It’s hanging out with the donkey, it’s sweet,” she added.
Witherspoon makes sure her son Deacon, 7, and daughter Ava, 11, learn some responsibility through taking care of the family pets. “It’s so good for the kids to learn about animals and kindness and compassion,” she said. “I make them clean the stalls.”

Ah, that?s why I shouldn?t get a donkey. They?ll be too loud. Right now my biggest problem is my giant dog who thinks he?s a wolf every time a firetruck with sirens goes by. Or the UPS truck, his mortal enemy, which causes my dog to freak out like he?s being attacked on all fronts.
So, what?s the answer for too-loud donkeys? I suspect she may have to sell them or give them away. Or just yell ?SHHHHHH!? every time they ?Hee-haw.?

Last week, Kaiser predicted that Jennifer Lopez would be asking for more money to return for a second season as an “American Idol” judge. And guess what? In an interview with BBC Radio 1, J-Lo has now made a strategic admission that she hasn’t yet determined whether or not she’ll return for a second season: “I don’t know. I haven’t been forced to make a decision and I’m glad about that because honestly I’m very on the fence about it.” Because, naturally, J-Lo is holding out for a raise over her puny $12 million salary for her current one-year contract. So the relevant question here is not whether or not Lopez will return to the show but, instead, why FOX was that incredibly stupid to believe that she wouldn’t pull this stunt in the first place? After all, this is the same diva who called a hotel desk 20 times in one hour with the same demand. Here’s some more from that radio interview:
You get to know [the contestants]. You get to know their hopes and their dreams on camera, off camera. You’re helping them off camera, you’re helping them on camera and it’s this crazy ride you go on together. You definitely get involved, I definitely get involved. I am very emotional as you can see from the show. That’s just how I am.
I had an amazing time doing it and I loved it but I have a lot other things happening, and it’s going to come down to me making a choice of what I want to do for the next year and we’re not really at the breaking point of “You have to make a decision right now!” I’m just really enjoying the time of just waiting and seeing.

Yeah, J-Lo is enjoying “waiting and seeing” just how much money will be tossed her way, and the Hollywood Reporter seems to believe that J-Lo is holding out for Simon Cowell’s former salary. Certainly, she couldn’t really be that greedy, right?
Lopez’s current salary: a reported $12 million. How high could her demand ultimately go? Another $23 million, if the Simon Cowell budget is your barometer.
That?s right, Idol?s top-earning judge for eight years running commanded $35 million per season at the end of his tenure, or about $642,201 per hour, using season 9’s total airtime. And while Lopez is a proven entity with some box office cachet and a current hit on the Billboard charts (thanks, in large part, to its premiere and multiple plugs on Idol), is her contribution to the show really worth that much?
Let’s consider: The Bronx beauty has the crabby Brit beat in the looks department, as viewers tuned in just to see what Lopez was wearing or how her hair was done, but when it came to commenting on the performances, it took all season for her to work up the courage to be anything less than fawning. Were it not for Casey Abrams?s surprise peck and the occasional cooing “baby” that she would bestow on a contestant, and, dare we say, J Lo sometimes bordered on dull.
With that in mind, who?s really getting more out of this relationship? True, Fox was able to avert a season 10 ratings disaster by enlisting Lopez for a year on the panel (judge Steven Tyler is signed on through season 11), and the numbers stayed flat, but after nine months of work plus that hefty paycheck, J Lo also walked away with a resurrected career and a radio smash (”On the Floor”) on her hands ? her first in nearly a decade.

The thing about most of these musical reality-show judges (like Paula Abdul and Christina Aguilera) is that no one would be paying attention to any of them otherwise. Stephen Tyler is certainly well aware of this fact, so he was all up in a multi-year contract when it came time to sign last season. J-Lo, on the other hand, probably thinks she’s now indispensible to “Idol” and will hold out for as long as she possibly can for more money. And make no mistake, she’ll eventually sign no matter what.

Joss Stone, 24, has sold over ten million albums and worked with the likes of James Brown, The Rolling Stones and Stevie Wonder. Naturally, she was the perfect target to be robbed and murdered. Luckily, the two men involved never got a chance to execute their plan because they were apprehended at 10 a.m. yesterday near Joss’ country home.
They were done in by racial profiling. Neighbors called cops after seeing “two black men acting suspiciously in a red Fiat Punto.”
Reports say they had detailed maps and aerial photos of her property. Cops also found swords, rope and a body bag in their car.
Wait. Hold on. Swords? They planned to kidnap her with a sword? What is this, The Pirates of the Caribbean? Couldn’t she just get away by, I don’t know, running? Maybe there was a big misunderstanding and they’re just a couple of nerds looking for a place to do some Live Action Role Playing. Were they shouting, “lightning bolt! lightning bolt!” in an attempt to slay the police when they were being cuffed? Because that would have been a dead giveaway.

Here are some new photos of Cameron Diaz promoting Bad Teacher in Moscow, Russia today (or tomorrow? time difference?). I like the idea of this outfit more than the execution. I believe the jacket is Chanel - and it?s very cute. But paired with too-light skinny jeans and those neon pumps? it just looks so trailer park, IMO. And then there?s her face. I didn?t even want to write about this because it just seems so utterly bizarre. But it really happened - police in England arrested two men who are accused of plotting to kidnap and murder singer/actress Joss Stone. The alleged kidnappers possessed ?detailed maps and aerial photos of her rural property in east Devon? as well as ?swords, forensic-style overalls? and a body bag.? Oh, and ROPE. The Sun even has a photo of rope, in case you need to see it illustrated. I?m sorry, I?m seriously not making light of this, it sounds so sketchy and scary, and Joss is really lucky that she has paranoid neighbors:
TWO men were being held last night over a suspected plot to rob and murder singer Joss Stone. Cops found swords, rope and a body bag when they swooped on the pair at around 10am yesterday near the star’s isolated country home.
The men, aged 33 and 30, also had detailed maps and aerial photos of her rural property in east Devon. The suspects had travelled from the Manchester area 200 miles away.
Police insiders said they were arrested on suspicion of planning a terrifying raid on Joss, 24, who has a 9million personal fortune.
The alleged plot was foiled by sharp-eyed neighbours who saw two black men acting suspiciously in a red Fiat Punto. The car was being driven slowly around the isolated lanes of the Cullompton area. Police were alerted and took the men to Exeter, where they were being questioned last night.
A 20-strong team of detectives is now working on the case, liaising with colleagues in Manchester. Sources said the car was registered in Manchester but had a different owner. Cops said the men were initially held on suspicion of possession of offensive weapons and being equipped to steal.
Joss, who is close friends with Prince William and was at his wedding to Kate Middleton, is said to be in Britain and being kept informed of developments.
She said today she was “absolutely fine and getting on with life as normal”.
Det Insp Steve Parker said: “The men had information and items that lead us to suspect that they may have intended to commit a criminal offence.”
There was no sign of the singer yesterday at her farmhouse home, where workmen were busy. Joss, among the five top-earning female UK singing stars, is due to go back on tour next month. She has sold over ten million albums and worked with legends such as James Brown, The Rolling Stones and Stevie Wonder.

Thank goodness she?s safe! And thank goodness the cops were so proactive. This whole thing sounds so sketchy. It?s totally creeping me out that they might have gone through with their plot? at her country house. For some reason, that?s the detail that really bothers me. Progressively, as her pregnancy goes on and January Jones continues to keep her mouth shut about paternity, she?s been getting some heat and some criticism. Lainey pointed out last week that it seems like people in Hollywood - official players and people who matter - don?t have any problems calling January out, or publicly stating their dislike of her. Now, as you might remember, I was never a fan. I always thought she was pretty stupid, vapid and full of herself. BUT - I grew to have some begrudging respect for her because of the baby-daddy drama. She?s played it in an interesting way, increasing speculation and garnering more attention for herself, all while looking private. Her baby drama is what makes her interesting to me - that, and the idea that she?s carrying a little Matthew Vaughn, or a little Fassbender, or a little James McAvoy (or Oliver Platt!).
Anyway, it turns out that January isn?t all alone now that she?s been labeled with the scarlet A (?A? for ?Allegedly boning a married dude and getting pregnant?). She may be mocked and criticized, but she has a friend! One friend. Jennifer Carpenter, best known as Deb on Dexter, and the ex-wife of Dexter star Michael C. Hall. I had no idea Jennifer and January were and are friends, but they?ve been pap?d twice in four days. Remarkable.
Perhaps Jennifer is the baby-daddy? Or maybe it?s Michael C. Hall, and Jennifer and January are commiserating because they both got dumped (for Julia Stiles?)? This could really spin out of control. The list at upscale Gearys of Beverly Hills [includes] a vegetable server at $1,250, [a] $7,850 crystal vase… [and] an antique ebony oval tray worth $15,900, [as well as] $38,400 worth of Torchon dinner place settings.

The ?Disaster Movie? actress looked fabulous in a bright purple Zac Posen dress as she chatted with the late night host about her 20.5 carat diamond engagement ring.
Leno proposed that they test the diamond to make sure it?s real and talked Kim into giving him her ring to set it on fire.
After the show, Kim tweeted, "OMG u will NOT believe what Jay Leno did to my ring tonight on the show!!!! I almost cried! LOL."

The ?Project Runway? hottie looked fabulous in a teal, drape dress and heels as she posed for pictures with fellow guests before taking the stage to say a few words during the ceremony.
The amfAR event paid tribute to actor James Franco and designer Michael Kors - with Franco receiving the Piaget Award of Inspiration while Kors received the amfAR Award of Courage.
Last night?s event was the 2nd running of the annual amfAR inspiration Gala.

I love Kristin Chenowith. I rarely get a chance to write about her, so when something comes up about her, I just feel like I should start out honestly: I think she?s awesome. I like her belief system. I like her as an actress (my favorite role: Annabeth on The West Wing). I like the way she stands up for herself and her friends. She?s a cool woman. Fun fact: Kristin dated Aaron Sorkin for several years. Back when he had a drug problem. Anyway, Kristen has a new interview with Out Magazine, and you can read the full thing here. Here are some highlights:
Considering that you?re working with Listerine?s “Your Mouth Has Something To Say” campaign, I want to know if your mouth ever gets you in trouble.
All the time! I?ve been known to use phrases on talk shows or in an interview that you just shouldn?t use. I might have told PETA that I wear leather and eat meat.
A lot of the characters in your career have been good girls with a twist. Why are you drawn to those roles?
Sardonic humor. It?s complicated to play that kind of person, so that makes it fun. I really love to work, and anytime I get to challenge myself with that kind of part, I love to do it. They?ve all been spins off of each other. If I just played myself, no one would watch. I?m pretty boring.
Which character is closest to who you are?
I did this Lifetime movie called 12 Men of Christmas and played a hard-working, single girl. Type-A personality. But that?s it. Everyone else has been so different.
What is your dream against-type role?
I?d love to be in a horror film where I?m the killer. I think I?m going to make that happen, even if I have to write and produce it myself. It?ll be called Don?t Get in My Way.
That sounds like another Lifetime movie.
[Laughs] Or maybe Don?t Get in My Way or You?ll Get Your Head Chopped Off.
A church community was very much a part of your upbringing. So what was that like moving from Oklahoma to New York City?
Mind blowing. The hardest transition was about life things: where do I get my groceries? Where are the people asking you if you want help? They don?t exist here. Life is different, but I got accustomed to it pretty quickly. I love New York.
You competed in beauty pageants in Oklahoma growing up, and your platform issue was AIDS awareness. Why did you choose that?
I remember people encouraging me not to have that as my platform because they thought that would hurt my chances of winning. But I?ve always listened to my heart. Too many people I knew were getting sick and had died from AIDS. I watched my voice teacher waste away and a piano coach die. When you see that happen, it changes the way you look at the disease. It took our government so long to realize that this was an epidemic. It?s not a gay disease, but you know what? It wouldn?t matter if it were. It?s a disease and it needs to be dealt with.
Do you think that issue is why you didn?t make it to Miss America?
No. I don?t think that was in God?s plan. I?m a big believer in the journey. Twice I got first runner up, and I thought, You?re supposed to hear this message. You are not going to be Miss America. I had two more years to keep doing it, but I knew it wasn?t meant to be. I knew that I would have another voice in another area. Really, all I wanted to be Miss America for was to sing and get an agent. So, my reasons for wanting to win weren?t right.
How would you describe your faith?
I?m a forward-thinking Christian, but it?s actually rooted in a very old way of thinking. What would Jesus do if he were alive today? If he were alive, he?d be hanging out with the people who are poor or sick or in need. My only sense about myself is that I don?t get to do that enough. I?d love to see Christianity get back to that. Christian is a dirty word now, but I?m proud of my faith. I?d like to be the face of this kind of Christian.
Being that you?re a reoccurring guest star, what do you think we?ll say when we look back on what Glee did for television?
The plays and movies and shows that reach people the most are the ones that point out our differences and challenges. When you look at Wicked, you see a supposed good girl and a supposed bad girl. But really it?s just two very insecure, misunderstood girls. The same for what The West Wing did for politics, Glee is doing for the gay drama of high school. It?s promoting discussions with our kids? if they?re allowed to watch the show, that is.
And what do you think Glee is doing for the presence of Broadway on TV?
What it?s doing not only for Broadway, but for Carrie Underwood and Fleetwood Mack is those artists sales jump when you hear them on Glee. People download the song immediately. Some of them don?t even know what Cabaret is. I saw a lot of kids online saying, ?That ?Maybe This Time? song is so good.? I was like, “You don?t know that song?!” But, whatever it takes.
This is kind of random, but I really want to hear about your friendship with Kathy Griffin.
I know she teases people pretty rough sometimes, but there?s a really kind person in there who has a huge heart. I?ve gotten to know that side. She?d give you the shirt off her back, and I know she?s done that in secret for a lot of people because she?s not all about advertising what she does. She cares about the betterment of this community and our world. That?s one thing that I really respect and love about her. And that she makes me laugh my butt off.

Kristin has been slammed by both the conservation Christian community and the LGBT community at various times for various things, and I tend to think that at this point, she?s knows how to strike a balance. I didn?t know she was a pageant girl either! But it makes sense. She?s the good side of pageants - girls with ambitions, intelligence and heart who rise to the top. See? I just love her. I can?t help it. I?ll defend anything she does.

Yay! I had a premonition this past weekend that we would be hearing this announcement in the week to come. Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied have welcomed a baby boy. What?s a baby swan called? A gosling? No, a cygnet. So, welcome the Black Swan cygnet. Unfortunately, Natalie and Benjamin didn?t release a named yet (they could do worse than Cygnet Millepied, honestly - little Cyggie!), but I suspect that Natalie and Ben will pick something pretty normal for their kid.
It’s been a big year for Natalie Portman: an engagement, an Oscar and now a baby!
The actress and fianc Benjamin Millepied have welcomed a son, PEOPLE has exclusively learned.
Portman, 30, met choreographer Millepied on the set of Black Swan, for which she later won an Oscar for Best Actress.
In December the couple announced that they were engaged and expecting their first child.

There’s some buzz over photos of Heidi Klum looking almost emaciated in a curiously cut turquoise dress, to put it nicely. In these photos, on ICYDK, you can see Heidi’s protruding rib bones and very thin arms. In other photos, the ones we have here, Heidi looks thin but normal. She seems a bit thinner than she usually looks but it’s not alarming or anything. Remember when Heidi gave advice about aging to not be “too thin, and have a little meat on your bones“? That’s obviously relative in her business. Heidi explained in Self magazine last fall that “being gaunt in the face… makes you look older by 5 or 10 years.” Heidi has been running this summer and blogging her progress on a new lifestyle website she’s launched, so that’s possibly why she’s dropped some weight.
To me the real story is this God awful draped turquoise dress she’s wearing at the amfAR Inspiration gala in New York. She was there to help honor Project Runway judge Michael Kors, and it’s safe to assume this dress is his design. I couldn’t find this exact dress in his Fall collection, but it looks like several other low-cut draped pieces he’s designed. At least she chose this dress with a skirt and not the version with harem pants. Heidi also wore a similarly questionable Kors outfit in April, a tan belted jumpsuit with a low-cut front. She was just as thin then I see.
Also at the AMFAR gala was Ke$ha looking drunk in usual and in need of a hairbrush, shampoo and some pants. I can’t hate on a girl who makes the best workout music ever though. (RPM #47 and #48 FTW!)
Jennifer Hudson wore a tight white dress and earned that Weight Watchers money. She looks amazing.
Beth Ostrosky is just too busy in that dress. That print is best for an accent piece or a small surface area, not an entire dress. What’s going on at the crotch area? It’s got a trompe l’oeil chastity belt.
Supermodel Alek Wek with Italian ballet dancer Roberto Bolle. That dress is too low on her chest, not to mention the design. It looks like it’s unraveling.
Courtney Love brought the Cray-cray in a Miss Havisham number. She performed at the show.
And Olivia Palermo takes the fug cake in this puffed polka dot mullet dress with a beige jacket. I don’t know who she is, but I guess she was in The City.

Kim Kardashian has registered for gifts for her wedding (scheduled for Halloween with no sense of irony) and it’s alternately amusing and anger-inducing. Kim wants a bunch of krap, predictably, and instead of earning it herself by pasting pre-written ads into Twitter or showing up to the opening of a toilet, she’s asking her wedding guests to buy it for her. This is a time honored tradition for weddings that aren’t funded by product placement, photo rights sales and reality show networks.
Crystal napkin rings, a $175 mustard jar, $6,000 vases and WAY more! Kim Kardashian and fiance Kris Humphries have given their wedding guests a plethora of suggestions on what to get them for their upcoming wedding. The couple registered at GEARYS, an upscale luxury seller of jewelry and homeware in Beverly Hills.
The prices vary — from a $12.50 cloth napkin to a $7,850 crystal vase. The reality star and her NBA beau would also like a $1,650 silver-plated coffeepot and 24 five-piece silverware sets, each costing $1,600. (That’s $38,400 worth of Torchon dinner place settings on one registry.)
Although Kardashian, 30, isn’t a big drinker, she and Humphries, 26, have requested 24 Baccarat Vega champagne flutes, each costing $130. They’ve also requested 24 of the Baccarat Vega goblets, which will set one back $125 each.
The duo only began dating in December 2010, but Humphries popped the question to his reality TV star love in May 2011. Khloe Kardashian joked that her sister Kim’s wedding is “going to be royal wedding number two!”
According to the couple’s registry, Kardashian and Humphries will say “I do” on October 31, 2011.

You can see Kim and Kris’ gift registry here. I made a quick spreadsheet to tally up the cost of the items remaining, and it comes to $176,478. That’s chump change for a family that’s estimated to be worth $65 million and who stand to make $5 million plus on this wedding alone. So why can’t Kim buy her own $40k worth of place settings and ask guests to donate to charity? They could even funnel the money to that sketchy church-based charity her mom uses as a tax shelter.
It’s all about the money to the Kardashians, and it’s only the best for the star who fueled it all with a sex tape and is capping it off with a wedding to a guy she’s been dating for a whole six months. Kim told Jay Leno last night that she’s been with Kris for eight months, but she just broke up with Gabriel Aubry in December so that’s not true. She also said there wouldn’t be sponsors for the wedding and they “hadn’t made up their minds” whether the wedding would be filmed. What a joke. She did confirm that there was a prenup, and said that she would have a hyphenated name, Kardashian-Humphries. You know she’s going to be under a lot of pressure to pop out a kid fast to keep up the family business.
Last night on Leno, Jay attempted to set fire to Kim’s $2 million engagement ring in an attempt to see if it’s real. I guess diamonds will not catch fire. (Sources told Gossip Cop not a decoy. Whatever.) The ring immediately burned up and turned black, and then Jay brought out the real one, showing that he’d just used a zirconia to do the test.
Kim also addressed the “affair” rumors and said she’s “never heard of the guy,” and that “it’s so crazy to me that any random person can make up a story, call up a tabloid.” She added “these kind of people should really be ashamed of themselves for trying to get publicity off of people they don’t know.” That’s so ripe coming from a woman with no sense of shame.

She's just wrapped up her debut year sitting on the show's judging panel, and now Jennifer Lopez says she's unsure whether she'll be returning for a second season on "American Idol."
As of now, the "On The Floor" songstress has fulfilled her obligations to her one-year, $12 million deal with the super-successful FOX show.
When talking to BBC Radio 1, Jennifer made it clear that she's still weighing her options, telling, "I don't know. I haven't been forced to make a decision and I'm glad about that because honestly I'm very on the fence about it."
The always-busy Lopez says that much of her 2011 is already filling up, adding to her indecisiveness, as she explained, "I had an amazing time doing it and I loved it but I have a lot other things happening, and it's going to come down to me making a choice of what I want to do for the next year and we're not really at the breaking point of 'You have to make a decision right now! I'm just really enjoying the time of just waiting and seeing."

I?m a bad Brangeloonie, because I completely forgot that World Refugee Day was coming up. It?s June 20th, every year. And every year since she became a goodwill ambassador for the UNHCR (the United Nations High Commission on Refugees) in 2001, Angelina Jolie has done some sort of activity or event to note World Refugee Day. The past few years, she?s been filming PSAs (in addition to doing press and attending events) - you can see 2009?s Jolie PSA here. And if you go here, you can see her 2010 PSA for Pakistani Relief. Anyway, here?s her 2011 World Refugee Day PSA:
Not bad. CB usually refuses to watch them because they make her cry, but I convinced her that she needed to see Angelina?s styling for this one, which is much improved. Some of these PSAs, it?s like Jolie is being recorded in someone?s dank basement. They actually prettied her up for this one.
As for the content? ?Every day, thousands of people run from war, persecution and terror? Even one is too many. One family forced to flee is too many, one child growing up in a camp is too many, one refugee without hope is too many.” It?s noble, and the repetition of ?one? is because this is for a new UNHCR initiative for the One campaign.
