Making for quite the saddeningly sudden news, Eva Longoria is reportedly getting divorced from Tony Parker.
According to TMZ, the San Antonio Spurs guard is the one who initiated the split, as he's said to have filed papers in Texas on Monday, November 15th.
The move comes after recent rumors of trouble in the marriage, as Tony skipped out on appearances alongside Eva in which he was expected to be on hand.
With the couple having tied the knot in France in July 2007, no comment has been made by either Parker or Longoria's camps regarding the matter.

Despite the fact that they filed for divorce, Beyonce Knowles' parents Mathew and Tina look like they?re staying together after all.
According to TMZ, Mama and Papa Knowles failed to show up for their trial yesterday in Harris County, Texas, so the judge simply dismissed the case.
There?s no news as to the official reason they didn?t appear before the judge, but it?s likely they?re giving their marriage another shot.
Back in November of 2009, Tina filed for divorce after discovering that Mathew was the father of a child whose mother was Alexsandra Wright.

Pushing forth with quite the hectic schedule, Rihanna paid a visit to the "Late Show with David Letterman" at Ed Sullivan Theater on Tuesday afternoon (November 16).
The "Late Show" appearance comes as the Barbadian beauty is currently in full promotional mode as her new album "Loud" was just released today.
As for the album's early reviews, August Brown of the Los Angeles Times commented, "Loud is, at points, a powerful reminder of Rihanna's skills before the 2009 Grammys incident changed how we read her songs. The minor-key moments are still her best: 'Only Girl (In the World)' revives the chilly trance of 'Disturbia' with a newly vigorous vocal performance."
Meanwhile, Chris Richards of the Washington Post wan't quite as positive, opining, "This album makes you wonder if Rihanna's ever lived anywhere else than behind a microphone. She's a technician above all, and can credit her success to a massive fan base that finds such uber-precision irresistible. Loud is resistible. And impenetrable. And largely forgettable."

Emma Watson was a guest on the Late Show last night. She was cute and charming as usual, and you could tell that she was a little nervous but she powered through it and did a great job. It wasn’t her first stint on Letterman and she did as nice a job in her last appearance as well. Emma told some cute stories about her experiences as a coed in America, where she’s had some problems being understood by her classmates. She was wearing a form fitting black and red sequin dress that was just the right length. Someone commented that this is the dress she should have worn to the premiere, and I agree, it was much better than her satin sheath.
On her pixie cut
Most women get their hair cut when they’re going through a breakup, and I was going through the Harry Potter breakup and it was time for a new look.
On if she made a lot of money
Nothing really worth mentioning, no big deal… they totally ripped me off.
On her issues communicating at college
I didn’t realize just how big the culture gap is… Day to day there are things I am unable to communicate. I really needed what I would call a ‘plaster’… I was bleeding quite heavily. I was running around saying ‘I need a plaster…’ It took five or six minutes to work out that what I needed was a band aid.
Dave - That says something about American kids, they know you’re bleeding and they can’t put two and two together.
Emma - The most embarrassing one is that I had no idea, and please excuse me, that you guys call [lower voice] a condom a rubber. My version of a rubber is like an eraser, so I’ve done that, I’ve very loudly asked for a rubber… that was embarrassing.
On if the kids bug her at school because she’s famous
They’re all too cool for that.
When I was in college I dated a British guy and once went back with him to England for a couple a weeks. I was just getting the hang of the local vernacular when I tried to use it out by telling some of his friends that we had to leave a club because I was having a “snog.” I meant to say that I was having a “strop,” which means you’re grumpy, but got it confused with a similar word I’d just learned ,”snog,” which is slang for a kiss. So they all thought for a moment that I was making out with someone else at the bar and got busted by my boyfriend. Now I’m married to someone that speaks an entirely different language and am often making (what I consider minor) pronunciation errors that can make average words sound very dirty. That snog/strop thing can’t compare to me trying to say “follow” (folgen) and ending up saying “f*cking” (vgeln) instead. So I pretty much try not to use the German word for follow - or for humid, but that’s another story. Damn umlauts.

It looks better than earlier clips I’ve seen. I lost my passion for HP after the Half Blood Prince, but I’ll probably see this one.

Despite blowing off a court hearing to promote the movie at Cannes, it’s looking like Lindsay Lohan won’t be starring in the Linda Lovelace biopic “Inferno” after all. Radar Online says:
Lindsay may not do the film as originally planned.
Lohan did not meet with [director Matthew] Wilder and his team when she returned to Hollywood during the weekend after getting a ‘day pass’ from the Betty Ford Center.
Wilder told RadarOnline.com: “We have a Plan B if she cannot film Inferno. We have had a great response from other people who really want the part too.”
This the first time he has admitted publicly that the film will go on with or without the troubled actress.
The actress has not signed off on her final contract which would bind her to the movie.
Oh, Lindsay is gonna be SO disappointed. Learning she’s been passed over for the part of Linda Lovelace will be really hard for her to swallow. Get it? Swallow? As in blow job? Believe me, that hurt me more than it hurt you. Now go to your room and think about what you’ve done.

Vogue Magazine (American) has just released their ?Best Dressed of 2010? list, and it is? not good. Some of the choices are completely obvious, some are completely wrong, and some are completely dumb. From what I understand, this is going to be a ?special issue? - usually they put their best-dressed list in the December or January issue, but this is going to be a separate thing. I hope it gets sent to subscribers (hello!). Anyway, one of the biggest wrong/dumb choices was to put Blake Lively?s jacked tittays on the cover of the special issue. Now, is Blake a pretty girl? I think so. Is she a good dresser? It?s hit-or-miss, and more often than not, her style is just kind of trashy and tacky. But why put her jacked tittay on the COVER?!? Ugh. Here?s a little more about the rationale ?behind the tittay?.

The ?Umbrella? songstress told press that the dance-infused track is easily relatable to both men and women and deals with the trials of relationships.
"That song, it's not a sex thing. It's not like only women can sing this song or only women can relate to this song, 'cause it's an individual thing and sometimes, sometimes men are just too complicated and then again, men can find women complicated.?
"But it all depends on the individual. Because not all women think love is complicated and not all men think that, but there are some women and some men who strongly believe that love is just too complicated."

I don?t even know where to start with Christina Aguilera these days. Yesterday was a big day for her - she received (paid for) a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and she had her big premiere of Burlesque, with CHER. Sigh? okay, let?s do the Walk of Fame stuff first. Christina was drunk off her ass, judging solely from these photos. Her hair was a mess, her makeup was applied with a shovel, and she came close to flashing her cooter at the world. She?s just a f-cking mess.
Next up, the Burlesque premiere. Cher looked especially waxy, like she had just frozen herself in 1989. Christina is wearing Elie Saab, it seems, although I first thought it was Roberto Cavalli, because Elisabetta Canalis wore an almost identical dress LAST YEAR to the Venice Film Festival, only Eli?s Cavalli was more of a blue-green, and Xtina?s is just green. Almost the same cut, though. Is Elie Saab copying last year?s Cavalli? A discussion for another time - Christina looked totally jacked for the premiere too, and her cotton candy hair is just? f-cking tragic. She could be a cute girl, but I have no idea why she feels like these drag queen styles are good for her. I?m not even joking about the drag queens either - there are drag performers who wear less makeup than Christina.

Brad Pitt is a whore for tragedy. Not really, but Brad and his production company Plan B do seem to love the stories of real-life dramas, plus some weepy fictional melodramas. So it comes as no surprise that Brad and Plan B have offered those Chilean miners a movie deal - the miners were stuck in that mine since August, and were only rescued in October. And now Brad Pitt wants to tell their story, and he?s offered them a deal ?in the millions? for the rights. Damn.
The 33 Chilean miners who were trapped below ground for two and a half months until their dramatic rescue last month may get their story told on the big screen ? with the help of Brad Pitt.
The actor’s production company, Plan B, “has expressed potential interest in the story,” says company representative, Jon Liebman, CEO of Brillstein Entertainment Partners.
“Like so many people worldwide, Plan B has been incredibly moved by the story of the Chilean miners and their families,” says Liebman.
A lawyer for the miners, Edgardo Reinos Lundstedt, tells the Santiago, Chile, daily El Mercurio that Plan B made an offer in the millions.
But Liebman tells PEOPLE, “There have not yet been serious discussions.”
Among Plan B’s other movies have been A Mighty Heart, with Angelina Jolie; The Time Traveler’s Wife, with Eric Bana; Eat Pray Love, with Julia Roberts; and Kick-Ass.

Would I see this movie? Only if they made it authentic and used unknown actors - because if Hollywood had their way, they would be casting James Franco, Cheech Marin and Robert Pattinson as three of the Chilean miners. I would even be disappointed if they got someone like Javier Bardem, just because? well, I saw those miners, and while I?m sure they?re nice men, none of them looked like Javi. Maybe Diego Luna? That wouldn?t be so bad. Gael Garcia Bernal, too. Sigh? now I?m going to casting Hispanic men all day.

The cut is gorgeous, the color is great (perhaps a little too dark, but black looks wonderful on her), and the makeup, accessories and styling are fabulous. Emma Watson gets it right consistently, bless her heart. The simplicity of the cut works so well on her slender figure - a girl with a bigger bust (me) could not pull this off at all. Also: Emma?s date last night was her brother, Alex. Alex is rather hot. Okay, he?s really hot. But I don?t know how old he is, so I?m trying to tamp down the cougar.
Look at Emma?s bracelet thing - it?s fabulous.
I love that Rupert Grint went with a three-piece suit. He looks good in a vest! So cute.
Guess who else was at the NYC premiere? My love, Ralph Fiennes. And he brought Liam Neeson along as his date! I love that Liam and Ralph are so incredibly tight, I really do. They show up to each other?s premieres all the time, they go on vacations together, and they just seem like they?re really close, really ?real? friends. Also: I could eat Ralph off a cracker. Continuing on with quite the busy day, Christina Aguilera was looking lovely at the premiere of Screen Gems' "Burlesque" in Los Angeles, California on Monday evening (November 15).
Clad in a flowing green frock, the singer/actress joined co-star Cher as the pair worked the crowd as they slowly but surely made their way into Grauman's Chinese Theater for the debut of their upcoming movie.
Also on hand for the red carpet fete were lovely ladies including Julianne Hough, Khloe Kardashian, Kristin Cavallari, AnnaLynne McCord and Kylie and Kendall Jenner.

One of the most-anticipated releases of recent memory, the stars were out for the New York City premiere of "Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part I" on Monday evening (November 15).
Held at Alice Tully Hall, Emma Watson looked darling as she joined up with co-stars Daniel Radcliffe, Tom Felton and Rupert Grint on the black carpet.
Also joining in on the fun were "Sex and the City" actress Sarah Jessica Parker, husband Matthew Broderick, son James Wilkie and "Precious" star Gabourey Sidibe.
The Big Apple event comes ahead of the movie's theatrical release date set for November 19th, with the gang ready to head to the States for the US premiere on November 15th.
In the film, Daniel happens to share a steamy smooch with Emma - as he recently revealed that she was quite aggressive during the scene's shoot.
Radcliffe dished, ?She really went for it, I have to say. It caught me slightly off guard, but yeah, I?m not complaining. Many men would lose a limb to be in that position, so I was absolutely fine with it.?
Explaining herself, Emma responded, ?I guess I just realized that I would have fewer takes to do if I just got on with it."

Declaring their love for one another once again, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have renewed their wedding vows.
According to ET Oline, the "Hills" couple said "I Do" during a romantic ceremony on Sunday afternoon at a beachfront house in Southern California.
Talking about the special occasion, Spencer told ET, "[This time] it's just me and my bride on a little secret beach with nobody else and it's just about her. Versus last time it was about everything else, it was about drama, it was about ratings."
Chiming in, Miss Montag added, "It was about everyone but us, so this is really our first wedding about Spencer and I and our love. Now I feel like I can finally just be Heidi and just be in a marriage and just be a person. I?m just really enjoying every day."

Just days away from the much-anticipated theatrical release date, the stars of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" are set to take their movie to New York City on Monday night (November 15).
With stars Emma Watson, Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint all set to turn up, the trio will debut their film Stateside in the Big Apple beginning at 6PM ET following the world premiere in London this past week.

Talking to HollywoodLife, Emma's stylist Rodney Cutler of Cutler Salons dished on what to consider before going after a cut like the Hermione Granger hottie.
