I’m not gonna lie, I’ve been worried aboutHayden Panettiere ever since my favorite little person went and did something completely reckless and selfish — aka having a kid with that Russian giant. And it looks like I was right to be concerned, because here she is out in New York looking mighty thick and eating […]

I’ve always liked Gemma Arterton, even though she isn’t as popular as some of the other busty British hotties out there. And I think I might’ve finally figured out why: because here she is at theBritish Designers Collective event stuffed into a tight dress. Only I’m not seeing any cleavage. Luckily though, that’s an easy […]

She?s in the best shape of her life, and Jennifer Lopez isn?t afraid of showing off her killer physique on the latest cover of Us Weekly.
The ?On The Floor? songstress is replete with sexual magnetism in her photo spread, explaining,"I embrace who I am. I feel sexy, I feel youthful, I feel pretty sometimes."
As for advice to other women, J. Lo declares, "I think a healthy body image comes from being the best you, not competing with anybody else. You know, I'm not a 6-foot tall model...I'm not a size 2. I think it's about focusing on yourself and just trying to be the best you. I live a healthy lifestyle, I try to live a healthy lifestyle. I'm always looking for something that's gonna help me enhance that lifestyle. Bodylab is a set of supplements that is about your body working as hard as you do."

Stepping out for an enchanted evening, Emily Ratajkowski caused widespread drooling at the 67th Annual Parsons Fashion Benefit at River Pavilion at the Jacob Javitz Center in New York City last night (May 19).
The ?We Are Your Friends? starlet worked her magic on the red carpet in a close-fitting nude satin dress before heading inside to catch all the action.
In her previous interview with ELLE magazine, Emily explained how she stays in such amazing shape- ?You know, I'm a carnivore. I really like to eat meat. I crave iron so I am definitely not the kind of person who you will find eating a salad. I like to keep it really balanced to give my body energy and also be healthy. I wouldn't say I am the type of girl who craves Doritos but I definitely love a good cupcake sometimes. Or a croissant in the morning. I think it is like really important to give yourself a break. And also just really think about where things are coming from what kind of ingredients are going into your body.?

| Cate Blanchett in Armani Privé at Cannes 'sicario' premiere: beautiful or basic' | Added 9 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Here are some photos from Tuesday?s Cannes Film Festival premiere of Sicario, the cop/FBI drama starring Emily Blunt, Josh Brolin and Benicio del Toro. Cate Blanchett came out for the premiere, which was nice because I figured she would only hang around for her own promotional work for Carol. But I guess Cate came to Cannes to have fun, hang out and wear pretty clothes. I think Cate can wear pretty much anything, and I?m totally fine with this Armani Priv gown. It?s fine. It?s not groundbreaking and it?s not going to set the world on fire, but it?s pretty, flattering and beautifully detailed. Incidentally, many people believe Carol will earn Cate another Oscar nomination, so we will probably have another excellent Blanchett fashion show this awards season. Yay?
Doutzen Kroes in Dior ? this is very similar to a Dior gown that Jennifer Lawrence wore a few years ago. Basically, Doutzen could do better.
Emily Blunt in Stella McCartney. I really like this. I?m surprised it?s by Stella because I really do enjoy this on Emily. I love the pop of green with her emerald earrings too.
Antonio Banderas and his girlfriend (?) Nicole Kempel. She sort of gives off a Melanie Griffith vibe, right?
Alicia Vikander in Louis Vuitton Resort 2016 collection. I strongly suspect that Alicia just came to Cannes to spend time with her boyfriend Michael Fassbender. That makes my eye twitch. But this dress? This dress just bores me. The skirt layers look like a vinyl shower curtain on top of a white shower liner.

Petra Nemcova wants attention in this Zuhair Murad Spring 2015 Couture. I would have liked this more on A) someone else and B) without the belt.

| Cannes: Aishwarya Rai's magnificent face made everything else obsolete | Added 9 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Here are even more endless Cannes fashion photos! YAY! These are some assorted photos from a few different events on Monday and Tuesday. Let?s start with Aishwarya Rai in Oscar de la Renta at a yacht photocall for her first film in five years, Jazbaa. I was complaining about Rai?s earlier looks this week, but this is much more on-target for her. Love the rich red-burgundy on her. And that face! God, that face. Two years ago, Rai was heavily criticized for not losing her pregnancy weight fast enough for some people. I hope Rai tells them all to kiss her ass.
Natalie Portman in this Lanvin gown. As I said with both Lupita Nyong?o and Poppy Delevingne, I?m really enjoying the green gowns at Cannes this year. Only a few ladies are doing green, and when they do, it really pops. This Lanvin might be my favorite look on Natalie for the entire film festival ? it?s slouchy and it had the soul of a sack dress, but it manages to look lux and sophisticated too. Plus, it has pockets!
Daria Strokous? I have no idea who she is, but she wore this Luisa Beccaria gown which is pretty much a copy of a Dior gown from 12 years ago (that every other designer copied six years ago). Pretty color though.
Sienna Miller, Rachel Weisz and Melanie Laurent at the Calvin Klein-Cannes event on Monday. They all wore CK and I think Rachel is my favorite, but I do love Melanie?s dress too. Why do all of these women look like they just woke up from a nap though?

| George Clooney describes his proposal, was on his knee 'for about 28 minutes' | Added 9 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

|
Here are some assorted photos of George Clooney flying solo as he promoted Tomorrowland that past few days. Some photos are from the London premiere, which was interesting for the fact that Amal Clooney was actually IN London on the day of the premiere, but she did not attend the UK premiere. There are also some photos of George looking old as dirt in Spain too. Again, it doesn?t seem like Amal came with him to Spain. George did say that Amal would come to Tokyo with him to promote the film, so we?ll see.
I only realized this recently, but Tomorrowland was co-written by Damon Lindelof, who created and wrote Lost and was responsible for the script and story catastrophe of Prometheus. Lindelof?s involvement in Tomorrowland does not inspire hope, to say the least. In fact, I?m now less likely to show any interest. In any case, Clooney, Lindelof and director Brad Bird sat down for a conversation with Vulture, and Clooney ended up giving some interesting quotes. Some highlights:
Why Clooney doesn?t do a lot of summer blockbusters: ?Well, I got a good taste of it in my mouth doing Batman and Robin. “Gosh, I’m so good at this, why don’t I keep doing them?” You know, it’s never really been my thing. Even something like Gravity was a very different kind of film, where I wasn’t carrying the bulk of the weight, and that wasn?t even a summer film? But other than that, it hasn’t really been in my wheelhouse, quite honestly. I’ve been offered a few of them, but I didn’t think I was the right guy for those jobs. But I have to say that Tomorrowland didn’t feel like a summer movie.?
On social media & online commenters: ?Listen, we’re at sort of a cynical time in society. Don’t ever read comments on anything! People can live anonymously, and I honestly think that when they were talking about freedom of speech in 1787, the theory was that you had to own your speech. It had to belong to you, and you actually had to take some responsibility for it. Now you can just sit alone and say horrible things, and it becomes fashionable to be shi–ty to people. Now people will come up to me, thinking they’re keeping it real, and they say, “I hated you in that last movie!” And I’ll look at them and go, “Well, I think those extra 20 pounds look good on you.” It’s become a much more cynical time, a time when people think it?s fun to only be negative?. And that’s not gonna be how I function. I’m not gonna function in that world, where negativity is going to be the centerpiece. I’m going to look to the better angels and have a better life because of it.
[From Vulture]
The social media part of the conversation happens as Lindelof talks about leaving Twitter in a fit because he didn?t like the comments he was getting. To which I say? there?s a fine line between trolling someone and airing some legitimate grievances about Lindelof?s lack of storytelling talent. But sure, I understand the point that Clooney is trying to make, which is that you should own your own ?free speech,? etc. Clooney also slapped the Daily Mail again, calling them ?evil? for claiming that Amal is Druze (that happened last year), even though we really have no idea what religion Amal practices, or if she believes in anything.
George also gave an interview to CBS This Morning and wouldn?t you know? He described his proposal to Amal in detail. He told Charlie Rose that he ?dropped? the proposal on her by surprise, although he planned it out and even cued up a playlist (made of songs by Rosemary Clooney). He got down on one knee too. Clooney said: “I asked her, and she just kept saying, ‘Oh my, God,’ and ‘Wow,’ and we just sat there. And finally, I just said, ‘Listen, I’m 53 at the time, or 52 at the time, I think. I said, ‘I’ve been on my knee for about 28 minutes so I gotta get an answer out of this because I’m gonna throw a hip out! I might not be able to stand back up.?? Poor guy. I bet getting down on one knee killed his back too.
But here?s a good rule of thumb for the gossip world: if someone is trying this hard to convince you of something, the opposite is probably true. George is really trying to convince us of something. Now we just need to figure out why he?s trying to divert our attention.

| Leo DiCaprio outbid Paris Hilton for a Chanel purse at Cannes charity auction | Added 9 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

|
|
Leonardo DiCaprio has been in Cannes, but he hasn?t been photographed very much (if at all) this year. He doesn?t have any films opening at the film festival, but Leo likes to be in Cannes every year just for the parties. I?m sure he?s rented or borrowed a yacht and I?m sure that there?s a steady line of models, B-list actresses and assorted ?others? in and out of that yacht. Leo wouldn?t miss Cannes for the world. Well, a few nights ago, Leo attended the Heart Fund?s Generous People Gala. The gala had a big charity auction, and wouldn?t you know? Leo was bidding on items right and left. He ended up winning a Chanel purse with a bid of $11,300 (it was a $10,000 purse). He won because he outbid Paris Hilton.
Leonardo DiCaprio: One. Paris Hilton: Zero. The actor, 40, and the heiress, 34, engaged in some haute haggling Monday evening at the Heart Fund’s Generous People Dinner Gala when they both bid on a pricey Chanel purse at the InterContinental Carlton Cannes.
A source tells PEOPLE that the Wolf of Wall Street star was indeed the victor after the friendly bidding war and walked away with the designer handbag, which was reportedly worth more than $10,000. (What a steal.) The sweetest part? DiCaprio snagged the bag for his mom, Irmelin.
But Hilton was anything but a sore loser. The generous duo stayed for the entire event, catching speeches, a musical performance by hip-hop artist Mos Def, a decadent dinner spread and all of the auctions.
“Paris was great. She bid on many things, and Leo did too,” the source says. “Both her and Leo were so active during the entire auction. It was really nice to see.”
Sporting a suit and his signature scruff, DiCaprio “was laughing and enjoying himself with his friends,” the onlooker says.
[From People]
Well? at least it was for charity? Yes, I?ll give them that. I think Leo is just that guy ? he likes to drink, party, throw around money and be the King of the P-ssy Posse. But he does donate money to some worthy causes, and hey, at least he?ll give the purse to his mom. I would like it more if he gave the purse to Rihanna though. And if you were in a bidding war with Paris Hilton, wouldn?t you just give up? Wouldn?t you say, ?Huh, if Paris and I are trying to get the same purse, the purse probably isn?t worth it??
