Proving that he?s still got it, Tom Cruise stepped up to a dance floor challenge over the weekend at a wedding in Palm Springs.
The ?Knight & Day? actor busted out his best dance moves at the nuptials of David Ellison and Sandy Modic, with TMZ obtaining the not-to-be missed video footage.
Ellison is the son of software billionaire, Larry Ellison, and is set to be a producer on Tom?s upcoming ?Mission Impossible? flick.
With wife Katie Holmes in attendance too, a playful Cruise took the floor and wowed the crowd with a half-split jump move!
Meanwhile, the "Top Gun" hunk has since gotten back in work mode while spotted today (October 6) on the set of his newest project "One Shot".

Joined by her manager beau Jason Trawick, the ?Baby One More Time? songstress was in good spirits as she strolled out of the Westin Hotel into the City of Lights sporting a navy jacket over a light blue top.
In musical news, Britney?s unreleased song ?Everyday? just made its way onto the internet and it?s creating quite a stir.
While there?s no indication as to when the track was recorded, it sounds eerily similar to Christina Aguilera?s 2002 hit ?Beautiful.? Perhaps that?s why Brit Brit kept it in the vault.

THIS is Chloe Sevigny. Seriously. Can you believe it? Do you think it?s JUST hair dye? If it is, it?s possibly the most radical change I?ve ever seen achieved through simple hair dye. To be fair to the traditionally dirty-blonde Chloe, I think she also dyed her eyebrows, which is really throwing off her face. Or is it something more? Did Chloe get tweaked? Is that her old nose? I honestly can?t tell.
Anyway, these are photos of The New Chloe at the Kenxo show a few days ago. Kenzo has a new team in place, lead by Humberto Leon and Carol Lim, friends of Chloe. So naturally, Chloe was invited to walk the runway - she closed the show in this blue jumpsuit, which looks like a fancy mechanic?s coverall, and yet? it?s not bad. In addition to the photo of Chloe walking the runway, we also have some black-and-white shots courtesy of Terry Richardson?s Diary. Look at all of the photos and really tell me if Chloe got tweaked. I really don?t trust my own eyes.
I will say this - I think she was more striking before, as a blonde who was untweaked. Usually, I?m all for girls going darker with their hair color, but there are just some women who look so much better as a blonde. That being said, Chloe looks younger as a brunette. Or maybe that?s the tweaking?

Jennifer Aniston tells Elle about one time on set when she stood up for a script supervisor by throwing a chair at the director.
“I threw a chair at a director. It wasn’t my proudest moment,” she tells the magazine “He was treating a script supervisor horribly… When the director walked in, I threw a chair at him. I missed, of course. I was like, ‘You can’t speak to people like that.’ I can’t tolerate it.”

Lindsay Lohan, in Paris for Fashion Week, was spotted with Terry Richardson taking pictures and showing a lot of cleavage. Pretty much what you expect from a girl blowing off her responsibilities.
Besides that, Lindsay also penned a short essay for Marilyn: Intimate Exposures, a new book about Marilyn Monroe. She starts off talking about he she can relate to Marilyn Monroe but it quickly devolves into an essay about herself and how everyone is out to get her.
I was twelve and watching the film ?Niagara? over and over again when I was shooting The Parent Trap. I didn?t refer to it as film noir then. I just thought it was dark and full of emotion. Marilyn was the beautiful bad girl in that tight, rose-colored dress. The character she played was strong and taking control, which I unconsciously knew at that young age was a necessary quality for a woman. I had seen what my mother, whom I love, had gone through with my father. She, I and my brother Michael, my sister Aliana, and my youngest brother Dakota were in a constant state of uncertainty. I would have to put myself between him and my siblings.
I can understand the photographer Bernard of Hollywood?s statement, ?it took a superhuman effort to be Marilyn.? I identify. Without any real family to come home to and no education, Marilyn managed to have her dream. The dream of a little girl looking out of an orphanage window at the RKO sign, and promising herself, ?There must be thousands of girls sitting alone like me, dreaming of becoming a movie star. But I?m not going to worry about them. I?m dreaming the hardest.?
People in their mind have created who I am and act as if there is no real person inside of me. Just like Marilyn, who created the blond sex goddess on camera?. Marilyn never wanted to be a celebrity. Neither do I. I started working in commercials, when I was three. I always wanted to be in great films. I had always thought that movie stars were in films that would last forever in your mind. But now the films don?t. I don?t want to be remembered as someone who just wanted to be photographed, who goes out at night ,and gets in trouble. Look, I never had a normal high school life. I was home schooled for two years, never had a high school prom or went to college. I was just sort of acting out that period of time I never had, and I made some bad choices. So all the tabloids, just like Marilyn, keep harping on my mistakes. Heath Ledger once said to me, ?It?s build you up to knock you down and that?s all it is. And you just have to see if you can stand through it.?
Marilyn said she had no foundation. But she said she was really working on it. I?ve been trying to do the same thing. But sometimes a relationship doesn?t work out like you?d hoped. The tabloids don?t give you a chance. They don?t want to know who you are inside. If everything?s OK with you, who wants to hear about it? I believe in myself and I?m a good actress.
It took time for Marilyn to be taken seriously as an actress. She risked everything and broke her contract with FOX Studios, demanded more money, approval of directors, better scripts, more respect ,and formed Marilyn Monroe Productions. That was really empowering for a woman in the ?50s. Marilyn was not a victim. She took control. And we remember her, 50 years later, for her ?great films.?
This whole thing is less about Marilyn Monroe and more about making excuses for herself. Aw, poor Lindsay. She was home schooled and never went to college. That’s just the flip side of being a celebrity I guess. Wait. No it’s not. Look at Dakota Fanning. She finished high school and is going to college. Look at Emma Watson. She’s a way better actress with more fame and she’s going to college too. Oh but Lindsay probably has excuses lined up already. “Woe is me,” Lindsay says while getting away with everything.

Just last week, the two ladies joined family patriarch Tom Cruise - who's in town shooting a movie called "One Shot" - for a visit to Wexford, Pennsylvania family fun spot Soergel's.
The orchard is a community favorite, especially this time of year. Soergel's offers an array of Fall activities, including apple picking, pumpkin patch and seasonal-inspired restaurant items.

These are some photos of Salma Hayek all over Paris Fashion Week. You know that her husband owns half of these designer lines, so this is basically like Salma walking through her closet - her closet is half the shops in Paris. In the past week, she was front and center at the shows for Yves Saint Laurent, Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Stella McCartney and several more. Ridiculous. Anyway, that?s not going to stop Salma from singing ?Independent Women? and claiming that her billionaire husband doesn?t force her to dress up in the clothes whose labels he owns. Is that really a complaint made against Salma? That she?s a Barbie doll for her husband?
Just because Salma Hayek is married to a powerful businessman doesn’t mean she’s given up her independence.
“I work hard, I make my own living and I love it. I like having financial independence,” Hayek says in the November issue of Redbook. “I don’t ever want to have to depend on anyone completely. But when I have troubles sometimes, it’s nice to have someone there to help.”
Luckily, Hayek can rely on her husband, French billionaire Franois-Henri Pinault, if need be. Has being married to the CEO of luxury goods firm PPR (which owns Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent) influenced her style?
“I like to play fashion with him, but I’m nobody’s Barbie,” Hayek, 45, says.
One huge influence in her life has been her 4-year-old daughter Valentina Paloma. The actress says she chose to star in the upcoming animated feature Puss in Boots because she wanted to make a movie her daughter could see. While motherhood has had an impact on her career choices, Hayek isn’t shying away from provocative roles.
“I’m playing the queen of a drug cartel in an Oliver Stone film,” says Hayek. “He asked if I’d gone ‘all soft’ because I’m a mother. I said, ‘Yes, but I can be the devil if I need to, because after all, I’m an actress.’ “

Do you think that comment was directed at Linda Evangelista? I think it was. I think that?s Salma giving Linda the side-eye and muttering, ?You should be able to support your own child, bitch. It?s been a while since I?ve heard anything about Drew Barrymore and her boyfriend of?not even a year, it seems. They began dating early this year, like January/February. Since I hadn?t heard anything, and since Drew is pretty flaky about men, I kind of thought they were probably already over. Not so much, according to Us Weekly. Their sources claim that Drew thinks Will is ?the one? - the one to marry and have babies with, I guess. Will loves her too, and he?s already ring-shopping.
Drew Barrymore wants Will Kopelman to put a ring on it! The actress — who turns 37 in February — “is yearning to get married and have kids,” a source tells Us Weekly.
The insider says that Kopelman, 34, has been thinking about rings, and could pop the question “around the one-year mark of their dating” this winter.
“He’s madly in love and knows she’s The One, but he just needs a bit more time.”
Still the art consultant understands he can’t wait that long. Adds the source, “If this were some twentysomething woman, there would be no rush.”
In fact, since Barrymore has babies on the brain, the insider adds, “I could see her getting pregnant before they get married!”

I could see her getting pregnant and never getting married again. I don?t think Drew really cares about getting hitched at this point, but you never know. She?s such a girly-girl, maybe she wants to do the wedding thing one more time. What would this be? Her third or fourth marriage? Edit: It would be her third.
As for Will? he seems much more ?together? than the guys Drew usually goes for, and I like that he?s not part of the Hollywood crowd, and he doesn?t seem like a famewhore. That being said, the guy could possibly be a user. His family is wealthy, but Will?s job title is ?art consultant? - which I believe means that he just tells rich people which artworks to buy. He could just be looking for some wealthy woman who will support him. Or maybe he?s a really nice guy. I don?t know.

Last night, some B-listers came out for the Whitney Museum Gala. The event isn?t really important, because no one could pay attention to anything other than Michelle Monaghan?s terrible bangs trauma. I know. I get it. Some of the (ig)noble bangs defenders are going to come in and start yelling that not all bangs are created equal and it?s unfair to paint all trauma with the same hate-filled brush. But seriously, can anyone defend Michelle?s hair at this point?
Remember when Michelle was supposed to ?happen?? She got some significant parts and then? not much. This year she?s in Machine Gun Preacher with Gerard Butler, playing the ?wife? role. That?s all she ever gets, really. I feel like I shouldn?t even know who she is. I?ve only made a mental note of her recently because she gave herself bangs for the publicity tour for MGP. And now it?s just getting worse and worse.
I should mention this - I had thick, overgrown bangs like this. When I was 9 years old. I?m still traumatized by the effort and time it took to grow them out, and how bad my hair looked while said bangs were being grown out. Do you bangs-happy ladies out there not think about that? Do you not think about how bad it?s going to look when you?re growing out your trauma?
I?m also including a photo of Bar Refaeli, who was also at the event. I just can?t get on the Bar bandwagon. She doesn?t have the face of a supermodel. She has the face of a Sears model. Bangin? body, though. And I like that Marchesa dress on her.

Evan Rachel Wood is profiled in both of the November issues of GQ and Elle Magazine. Never a cover girl, always an interview. Thankfully, I?m not feeling the Jolie so strongly in Evan these days (but there?s still some faint Jolie stuff happening). Evan is trying to carve out a new identity for herself, I think. And it?s mostly working. She?s post-Marilyn Manson, with one of the most promising careers in Young Hollywood. When you think about Evan might even be in a stronger position, career-wise, than other young talents like Mia Wasikowska and Jessica Chastain. She?s on that level, I believe. Plus, Evan gives good interviews, she?s interesting on the red carpet and she gives good photo. All of a sudden, she?s everywhere and she?s interesting but not famewhorey about it. These are new photos of the UK premiere of The Help. Now? before I throw a hissy fit about Emma Stone?s style, let me take a deep breath and say something nice. I like that 22-year-old girl dresses like a 22-year-old girl who is still experimenting with her style. I like that Emma isn?t wandering around with her biscuits hanging out. I like that her default style position seems to be set on ?demure?.
Now, for the hissy fit: she wears some of the ugliest crap I?ve ever seen. Remember the beginning of the year, when she appeared at the Golden Globes and she looked so elegant and classic in that peach-pink Calvin Klein? What happened over the course of this year that Emma is now just throwing on whatever horned monstrosity or vagina dust ruffle she can find. This Luca Luca dress has no redeeming qualities. I was going to just ignore the polka dots (I?m not a polka dot person - I don?t see the point in polka dots, honestly) and focus on the cut of the dress, but the cut sucks too! Look at the awkward way it drapes on Emma?s body. Look at that unsexy slit down the front that she?s about trip over. It?s just a hideous dress from start to finish. Please, Emma. Figure out your style. Enough with this crap.

Elle magazine has compiled a collection of quotes from its “Women In Hollywood 2011? feature, which includes the above photos of an ethereal looking Michelle Pfeiffer wearing a 1950s vintage James Galanos dress. Yes, the lighting is very kind, and the greyscale adds to that effect, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that Pfieffer is 53-years-old and looks positively remarkable as such.
Pfieffer herself has been the subject of plastic surgery rumors, and if you look at this photo comparison, which alleges that Michelle has had some work done on her face, I think it’s fairly obvious that she’s had a nose job. As to the cheek implant claim, it’s probably more of a case of weight loss and makeup. Whatever the case, she’s likely just had a few tweaks done like everyone else in Hollywood and doesn’t come close to being a surgery addict or a botox monster. On that topic, Pfieffer has a few choice words for Elle:
On Playing Al Pacino’s trophy wife in Scarface: I was terrified the whole time. I was so out of my league with all of these seasoned actors. Here I was, this little waify thing in these little flimsy clothes, and who was I? I was the girl from Grease 2!
On Plastic Surgery: I’m all for a little something here and there-fine. It doesn’t matter to me if people have plastic surgery or they don’t, or if they do Botox. But when people don’t look like themselves anymore, that’s when you kind of go, “Oooh,” and it’s kind of sad. It’s uncomfortable for us, but if they’re happy with what they see in the mirror, does it matter?

She’s absolutely correct on cosmetic enhancement really only mattering when people no longer look like their former selves. Like Megan Fox, Heidi Montag, and Nicole Kidman, among many others. Pfieffer also takes great care to not sound too judgy (although it’s easy to take her words out of context) about the topic either because, clearly, she’s not one-hundred percent natural herself. Still, she’s pretty damn close, right?
