After picking up a cup of coffee from Starbucks, Miley Cyrus took her dog for a walk in Philadelphia, PA this afternoon (December 18).
The 20-year-old singer bundled up with a black scarf around her head and a big green coat as she and Floyd walked around a local park.
Miss Cyrus is in town to visit her fianc Liam Hemsworth while he films ?Paranoia.? During her down time, Miley?s been catching up on a few flicks.
She recently shared, ?Watching the best documentary on transgenders on @natgeo#enlightening "You don't have to understand to LOVE." Love this Christina story ??

Proving that diet and exercise can quickly shave off the baby pounds, Jessica Simpson recently posed for a gorgeous Weight Watchers spread featured in its ?Expect Amazing? ad campaign.
The diet plan spokeswoman dropped 50 pounds just seven short months after giving birth to her daughter Maxwell.
People magazine shared the pretty snapshot from the ad campaign, which was shot in the California desert last month and will begin airing on Christmas Day (December 25).
Back in May, Miss Simpson revealed that it was very difficult to lose weight after giving birth, telling the publication, "I think anybody who's gone through a pregnancy, after they have the baby, it's like, 'I need to do something about this!'"
"For me, I really want to do something that is a lifestyle, because in the past I've been known to yo-yo diet."

Tom Cruise stopped by the “Late Show with David Letterman” last night, and that means he’s in New York City, so maybe he’ll decide to take a few minutes from his very important, hectic schedule and visit Suri. It’s the least he can do. I kind of love the above photo, which is rather enlightening because Tom’s red eyes are betraying the very moment when Xenu comes out to play.
Now onto a more important topic, which is the re-appearance of Tom’s moobs. We are officially back on Moob Watch, people. Kaiser was the first one to notice Tom’s adorable little A-cups, and then she called him out on trying to use his shiny, blue, puffy jacket to hide those suckers. The moobs went away for a few months while Tom got in shape to shoot a few action flicks, but then Tom wore the moob-hiding jacket last week in Madrid, so I guess that’s a good indication that they’re back, right? Look at them. They are so perky. Honestly, I wish my rack was this small. I’d save so much money on sports bras:
Tom’s actual appearance last night on Letterman was an eventful one, but not because there was much talk of Jack Reacher. They did show a clip, but Paramount’s promotion has dropped to a mere trickle in regards to discussing the movie, which is quite violent with all manner of gunplay and Tom beating the living crap out of various characters. That is, in the fallout of the Sandy Hook shootings, the NYC premiere has been postponed out of respect to the victims of the tragedy, which is a smart move. So good on Tom for taking it down a notch too when it comes to pimping his latest project (although other Scientologists haven’t been nearly as well-behaved, and I’ve been giving Juliette Lewis the middle finger all weekend for retweeting “news stories” about how all violence is a direct result of psychiatry — because Xenu drugged his peeps before blowing up all the volcanoes).
In lieu of discussing much about Jack Reacher, Tom and Dave talked about their kids. More specifically, Dave pondered when having “the talk” was appropriate, and then Dave started in on how his kid knows a dirty word or two. Here’s Tom’s shocked face when Letterman drops the F-bomb and a video clip of the moment below:
Oh, Tom. His response is rather hilarious yet ultimately predictable here. He’s such a “clean” guy, you know? I remember how Adam Carolla talked about how Tom stopped by Jimmy Kimmel’s house to watch football (and Tom brought his mom), and Tom was so offended (although he was trying to hide it) at all the poop jokes and alcohol-ridden behavior on display. In Adam’s words, “He comes across as a guy who?s battling to be normal, like he?s from another planet, and he?s studying guys and saying, “What would a guy do in this situation?’.” And then Adam did a really gross thing with a football in front of Tom. Wait, what was I talking about?
Right. MOOBS.

Poor Anne Hathaway. Have we forgiven her yet? I?m dying to forgive her! But that?s just me ? I?m a Hathaway Apologist. Yes, I find her annoying and full of it, but I think she?s talented and I enjoy her. Sometimes I enjoy yelling at her. Anyway, today we?re going to hear about some of Annie?s latest Oscar campaign moves. She?s stopped talking about her poor, maligned vadge (sort of) and she?s moved on to other things? things that will hopefully win her that Oscar! First off, you know these hideous, terrible, atrocious Tom Ford ?boots? that she wore during her beav-flash? They were completely animal-free. Annie is all vegan, all cruelty free now:
Anne Hathaway wowed onlookers when she stepped out on the red carpet of the Les Misrables premiere in her strappy leather bondage boots. But if you wanted to recreate her look at home, you can think again because not only did Anne’s killer boots come with a four figure price tag, but they were custom-made with faux leather to keep in line with her Vegan roots.
Hathaway showed her commitment to cruelty-free ethics when she stepped out in head-to-toe spring 2013 Tom Ford, along with the custom-made vegan version of his gladiator dominatrix boots. And it wasn’t just her red carpet footwear that she demanded adhered to her morals.
According to Footwear News, all of her character Fantine?s shoes had to be custom-made to be vegan for the actress.
‘[Hathaway]?s vegan, so we couldn?t use any animal materials on the shoes for her character Fantine,’ costume designer Paco Delgado told the magazine. ‘We had to find very specific shoemakers to create lace-up boots and ankle boots.’
Hathaway first became a hard-core vegan after her role The Dark Knight Rises.
Speaking to USA Today at the time, she said: ‘After I finished the rooftop fight, I ate four slices of pizza and split a bottle of red wine with my guy. I hadn?t eaten like that in months. I felt so ill. By the time the movie finished, I decided to give veganism a try. You can?t go hog-wild as a vegan.’

Basically, she?s talking about her diet and her weight loss again, and she?s wrapping it up with her cruelty-free lifestyle. I?m not really sure if this part of her Oscar campaign, but it probably wouldn?t hurt, I guess. It actually reminds me of Natalie Portman?s Black Swan Oscar campaign ? Portman kept talking about her veganism (and how she gave it up partially while pregnant) around that time too.
But, I know for sure that this next story is about Annie?s Oscar campaign. Anne just admitted to Ellen DeGeneres that she had a ?secret? broken arm earlier this year:
“I broke my arm and kept it a secret… I broke it when I finished Les Miserables, just before Batman press came out. I fell off my bicycle and that’s how I broke it and when my husband (Adam Shulman) went to pick up my pain meds (medication), the pharmacist was like, ‘Catwoman can’t ride a bike?’ So I was like, ‘Oh my God, I can’t let anyone know about this.’ I managed to keep it a secret. Until now.”
Hathaway even had to undergo surgery, but she outfoxed reporters on her press tour by taking off her splint before interviews, revealing, “I had to have surgery, so I didn’t have to have a cast, I just had a removable splint.”
However, the beauty is no stranger to broken bones – the accident-prone star has previously fractured her pinky, coccyx, and left arm – twice.

I really don?t understand why it was a big deal to let people know she had broken her arm? WTF? It wasn?t like there was an insurance issue ? she clearly states that it was AFTER she finished filming Les Mis. There?s no insurance issue. She wasn?t working. Incidentally, do you think it?s a coincidence that she broke something shortly after going vegan and starving herself for Les Mis? Have we talked about how pretty Megan Fox?s hair is looking these days? She?s always had nice hair, but I do think her hair person should mix it up a little bit more. Before she had her baby, her hair was almost always A) flat-ironed or B) stiffly curled and down or C) pulled back tightly, giving her the appearance of some alien-like Croydon facelift. I?m just saying? Megan has beautiful hair, and she could wear it in a million different ways. Anyway, there?s really not that much to talk about with Megan these days, which is why I just exhausted the ?Megan?s hair? topic. Megan is spending her This Is Forty promotional tour talking about her baby and pregnancy and stuff. Is Megan about to start her transformation to some Jennifer Garner/Jessica Albe type ?celebrity mom??
The last time Megan Fox appeared on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno in February, the 26-year-old actress was hiding a small baby bump.
“I was about two months pregnant. I was really sick,” the star of This Is 40 said when she returned for the Dec. 18 episode of the NBC talk show. “I was very nauseous. I had really bad morning sickness.”
Fox continued, “It was so bad for me. . . I was convinced that I was, like, maybe birthing a vampire baby like the one in Twilight — you know what happens to Bella, where she’s in cold sweats all the time — and I felt like that was happening because I had no vitamins and nutrients and I was just nauseous.”
“Something not human was happening!” she added.
Luckily, Brian Austin Green’s wife of two-and-a-half years didn’t suffer for long. “The first trimester was really rough and then I got to about 12 weeks and then it was fine,” the actress said. “It was really a perfect pregnancy after that.”
Fox — already stepmom to Green’s son Kassius, 10, from his previous relationship with actress Vanessa Marcil — also opened up about giving birth Sept. 27 at L.A.’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. (Coincidentally, Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth welcomed a son, Tennessee, at the same hospital that same day.)
“I thought I was going to be tough and the nurses would be like, ‘She’s a warrior princess! She doesn’t need an epidural! She’s amazing! We’re such big fans!’” Fox admitted. “As soon as I got out of the car I was already crying for an epidural. I was asking the security guard for an epidural!”
This Is 40 is in theaters Friday, Dec. 21. The Tonight Show With Jay Leno airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. on NBC.

These photos recently came out of actress Selma Blair over the weekend in which her sweater was popping open and showing her bony chest area. Selma gets papped a lot for some reason which doesn’t seem proportional to her level of fame, so she possibly didn’t know she would be photographed here before she stepped out for a walk. She’s shown with her absolutely adorable 16 month-old son, Arthur. That baby is precious! These are some very gorgeous candids of that little boy, and you can see on Selma’s face that she’s playing along but didn’t expect to see paparazzi. Selma was wearing sweatpants, some Uggs, and an oversized cardigan with nothing on under it. A weight-sleuth consulted by Radar says Selma is underweight and points out that she lost weight after breaking up with her baby’s father in September. They estimate her weight at just 80 pounds or less, which sounds inaccurate to me but I’m not a decent judge of weight. Here’s part of Radar’s story, with more at the source:
“She looks extremely malnourished and at 5’3? can only weigh 75 to 80 pounds,” nutritionist and The Hamptons Diet author, Dr. Fred Pescatore, who has not treated the star, told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.
As we previously reported, Blair, 40, and fashion designer Jason Bleick, 42, broke up in September after reportedly “fighting non-stop” and have since strived hard to be amicable for the sake of their 16-month-old son, Arthur, but the stress has made her a shadow of her former bubbly, healthy looking self.
“I’d say she’s definitely a thin person now, and does look gaunt and sunken-in,” Jackie Keller, CEO of NutriFit and author of Body After Baby exclusively revealed to Radar, explaining how heartbreak can have a devastating affect on someone’s eating habits.
“Splitting up a home is one of the most traumatic experiences one can go through, even if it is something that both people want to do. It’s not unusual to your lose appetite and it is very common to forgo eating since it can seem like more of a chore than a necessity,” she explained.
“Additionally, sleep can be very disrupted (thus causing bags under the eyes and a haggard look), as you try to adjust to a new normal, which can also lead to weight fluctuations.
“Coincidentally, statistics show that as many women gain weight as lose it after divorce, so it’s very individual,” added Keller.

Just among people I know, I’ve seen more weight loss like this after a breakup than weight gain, so it’s interesting for me to hear that just as many people gain weight. Selma is probably going through some stress and lost more weight than she intended. I don’t think we should concern troll her over it. If we didn’t see her chest area she wouldn’t look as thin.
As for her outfit she looks like a tired mom who wanted to take her kid out to play and didn’t expect someone there with a camera. Still, I would have thrown on a t-shirt or cami under that sweater and would have worn jeans with it. That’s just me. I’m not a sweatpants kind of person, but I’ve also lived in Europe for years and over there you don’t even wear your gym clothes outside of the gym. I like how casual it is in America, though, it feels really freeing to me that I don’t have to get all made up to leave the house. It’s not like I ever have to worry about getting papped, though.
That is one happy toddler. These pictures scream “good mom” to me more than anything else. Look at how she’s running with that little push car. I miss that time. I’ve been hugging and kissing my kid a lot more lately. Every time I turn on the news I’ve been crying my eyes out.
