Bouncing from one hot spot to another, Whitney Port was spotted on a beach in Hawaii on Tuesday (July 6).
The MTV reality TV star hit up a yoga class on a beautiful beach over looking the blue Hawaiian waters and looked super cute in casual workout wear.
Over the weekend, Ms Port had a fun-filled Fourth of July as she spent it with boyfriend Ben Nemtin and her family while keeping her loyal followers updated via Twitter every so often.

Here are photos of a particularly duck-lipped Lindsay entering the courthouse today, just before her hearing began. Actually, the hearing seemed to begin before Lindsay even arrived, as the prosecutor and lawyers for Right On bickered over whether Lindsay?s alcohol education records should become part of open court proceedings. And before Lindsay even got in front of the judge, she was served with papers for the civil lawsuit against her for not paying $17,000 worth of clothing bills. The process server told TMZ that Lindsay “freaked out” when he tried to serve her, and she ?told people around her to get the guy out of the elevator and away from her. The process server says he attempted to hand Lindsay the papers but she would not take them so he dropped them on the elevator floor, by her feet. Under California law, generally a process server has done his job when he comes face to face with the person served.? To be fair to Lindsay, she probably thought he was a hallucination.
The prosecutor, deputy district attorney Danette Meyers, started out by winning the right to have Lindsay?s alcohol ed classes admitted into open court. Then Meyers lost a round as she began trying to prove that Lindsay had consumed alcohol at that MTV Awards post-party. But, according to TMZ, ?The judge just ruled she will not allow the prosecutor to present evidence that Lindsay was drinking after the MTV Movie Awards on June 7. The hearing is now exclusively about whether Lindsay violated probation by not attending enough alcohol ed classes at the time of the last hearing.?
TMZ’s live feed is here. I was going to wait to put this up until we know what’s going to happen to Lindsay, but I’m finding Lindsay’s f-cking duck lips SOOOO distracting. Did she get them plumped for the court? And she looks like she has a bruise on her face? Her left cheek? Is that where the waitress punched her? Also, this Right On alcohol ed seems totally budget and ridiculous.
UPDATE: Damn, this is a long hearing. I was hoping Lindsay would show up and the judge would be all “The crackhead must go to jail NOW.” They just went on a lunch break, and will be coming back at 4:30 EST. UGH. But it’s not looking good for Lindsay. The Right On woman who was testifying is having to detail all of the times that Lindsay just didn’t care enough to show up for her classes. I’ll update when there’s more!
UPDATE #2: They’re back in court! I’m really getting the feeling that Lindsay is going to finally, at LONG LAST go to jail. Is anyone else feeling that? Also, more photos of the lips:

With an enormous smile on her face, the ?Single Ladies? songstress stepped out of a shop and happily posed with a lucky female fan before continuing along with the day's retail romp.
On Sunday, the beautiful singer and her actress friend, Gwyneth Paltrow, attended Jay-Z?s performance at Hadye Park during the third day of the Wireless Festival.

A few weeks ago, I mentioned that I thought Robert Pattinson was handling his fame a lot better with the Eclipse promotional tour. I haven?t been prepared to say the same about Kristen, what with her constant hyperbolic flubs and, you know, magazine covers like this. However, Kristen thinks she?s doing really well. Really:
?I am much better at this kind of stuff than I was before,? Kristen says as we catch up to talk about Eclipse, the third instalment in the Twilight movie franchise. ?I used to be really uncomfortable. I mean, who wants to talk about themselves all day??
Some might suggest that Hollywood A-listers love talking about themselves all day but Stewart is not your typical Tinseltown starlet. In person she is bright and articulate. ?You talk all day,? she says, ?and you don?t have different answers to the same questions. It becomes tiring. You do your job, why should you then have to talk about your personal life?? she wonders. ?I find that a bit weird.?
She might find life in the media spotlight ?a bit weird?, then, but Stewart is very much at home on screen. She took her first acting job at just nine years of age and by the time she was 11 she?d already shot 2002?s Panic Room with Jodie Foster.
?Starting young was never a problem,? she says. ?I didn?t really enjoy all the bitchiness at school. I guess I have always felt older than I am. I felt that I should have been an adult at age five. I thought I was an adult when I was 12.?
?I just think that Bella is written very well and she matures gradually,? she
says, deflecting the conversation. ?I think Bella resonates with people because she is extremely well written, and while she goes through very simple emotions, they are always very extreme and very sensory. It?s not like she is ever very confused; she just fully inhabits whatever emotion she is feeling. She is so dire all the time!?

I think Kristen?s maturity is hit-or-miss, honestly. Yes, she seems to have the confidence of a girl who doesn?t need her peers? approval. However, I do think she still has moments where she just comes across as even younger than her 20 years, where she seems very bratty and insolent. Is her attitude improving through the years? Eh. Not really.

For instance, his upcoming film ?Abduction? has just cast ?Heroes? hottie Elisabeth Rohm to play the role of his biological mom.
Ms. Rohm joins an already stellar cast including Maria Bello, Sigourney Weaver, Alfred Molina, and Jason Issacs, all under the direction of helmsman John Singleton.
Lautner told press, "I love action, but most important is the story. And the story behind this action thriller ['Abduction'] is amazing. We got [director] John Singleton behind us. ... I'm so thankful we're getting a cast like that."

Joined by her husband Chris Diamantopoulos, the ?Ugly Betty? actress looked to be in good spirits as she made her way from the terminal to a waiting car.
Becki and Chris are overjoyed that they?re expecting their first child together, though the pregnancy is going to jumble the fall season over at NBC.
Given that Ms. Newton?s character on ?Love Bites? is a virgin, the show has been pushed back to midseason to give her a chance to have her baby and maintain the storyline.

The "City" star looked casual cute in a longsleeve grey top with flared jeans as she chatted with her friend in between lunch and shopping.
Celebrating with a cooking and fireworks extravaganza on Sunday (July 4), Whit tweeted, Happy 4th of July!! I hope everyone likes the dessert I am making for the Port Potluck today!"
A while later, she continued to tell, "Soaking in the sun. Poolside with the fam and benj! Happy 4th!"
Closing out the evening at a local fireworks display, Miss Port excitedly tweeted, "Scored a blanket seat front row. Let's get these fireworks started!! Happy birthday america! Wooooo"

Lindsay Lohan?s big hearing is today, so we should be hearing within hours whether or not Lindsay is going to jail for up to a year for the violations of her probation. One of the biggest parts of Lindsay?s hearing will be the report that is supposed to come in from the Right On Program, Lindsay?s state-authorized alcohol-education program of choice. Right On is fighting the quash the district attorney?s subpoena for their records pertaining to Lindsay, which the DA says is unheard of in these types of cases. Right On?s lawyers say they will turn over their records, but not in open court - they want the records to be examined in closed court, then destroyed. The DA is all ?WTF?? And Radar claims that Right On?s records are potentially ?explosive and shocking?. Hmm?.

Kourtney Kardashian is People Magazine?s new ?celebrity mom blogger? or some such nonsense. I wanted to hate on it last week, but her column was actually kind of interesting and it started an interesting debate about cosleeping with your baby. This week?s column probably won?t be as controversial - or maybe it will be, I have no idea. Kourtney is asking for our advice on giving her baby swimming lessons. Baby Mason Dixon is not even seven months old. Too soon?
For the long Fourth of July weekend we ALL ? Mason, Scott, Kris, Kim, Khlo, Lamar, Kendall and our entire camera crew! ? headed off to the Big Apple! It was Mason?s first trip to New York, where Scott was born and raised.
Scott and I enjoyed taking Mason around the city, strolling outside. What a fantastic city for children with the culture, the museums, the parks, endless activities and the energy.
We also took Mason out to the Hamptons to visit Scott?s parents, who Mason doesn?t get a chance to see every day like he does my family. Naturally, the grandparents were beyond excited to spend some nice time with their grandson relaxing by the pool.
Mason LOVES the pool! (Lots of sunscreen, a swim diaper and a big hat, of course.)
Which brings me to a subject I could use feedback on: I am thinking of having Mason start swimming lessons this summer. I?ve heard that babies become great swimmers when taught early because of their natural survival instinct to hold their breath under water. The combination of a pool and a baby does scare me if lots of caution isn?t taken though.
How does everyone feel about it? When is the right time to teach a child to swim?

Once again, I?m not a mom and I really don?t know that much about babies in general, but it seems like there?s a difference between a mom or a dad having their baby in the pool, playing and maybe letting the baby swoop down underwater for a second, and actually paying to get the 7-month-old baby ?swimming lessons?. Granted, I know it happens, and I know there?s this movement to teach babies all kinds of things, just because their little minds are like sponges. But swimming lessons?

The ?X Factor? babe traveled to the African country with her good friend Derek Hough of ?Dancing with the Stars,? however when she collapsed during a photo shoot on Saturday, Ms. Cole was rushed to the emergency room.
Cheryl was first thought to be suffering from exhaustion, but her fever and other symptoms led doctors to discover she had malaria.
Cole?s rep told press, ?Cheryl Cole is currently in hospital, being treated for malaria. Following doctors? advice she will be cancelling all work commitments for the next week.???
