Her special day was technically a couple weeks ago, but Victoria Justice celebrated her birthday at Bootsy Bellows in West Hollywood on Saturday (March 1).
The Disney darling went all out for her 21st, arriving in a short black, one-shoulder dress and pointy black heels.
Stoked to finally mark the occasion, the "Victorious" star tweeted, "Getting so excited for my party tonight!! Can't wait to dance the night away with friends & fam :)."
Soon, fans can catch Victoria on the small screen in a new starring role. "Eye Candy" follows a New York woman who suspects that one of her online dates is a serial killer.

Elisabeth Rohm wore orange to the Spirit Awards last night, and there was no missing her in this Maria Lucia Hohan gown. Her overall look was very Kim Cattrall, and not in a good way. Elisabeth has mixed up her game a lot during this awards season. She even made Marchesa look good at the SAGs! Everyone knows that’s almost impossible to do, which makes this Spirits look even more disappointing. The illusion panels on this dress look okay from the front. Not too bad. Then Elisabeth turns sideways, and the vast quantity of sideboob cannot be forgiven. This is not subtle sideboob. Poor Elisabeth has also taken “beachy” to new levels with too much self-tanner. There’s too much orange here: orange dress, orange lips, orange skin. The weird tan clutch is just confusing.
Brie Larson looked super budget in a black Maison Martin Margiela dress. Can we call this a “statement” dress? Somehow this is over-the-top and still very plain. The cut of the top portion looks like bunny ears, and the silhouette is not flattering at all. This dress is so fugly, and Brie usually styles herself better than this.
Maria Bello tried to pull off a deconstructed tuxedo look, which may have worked on an ironic level in a more formal setting. It also doesn’t help that Angelina killed this look for everyone else at the BAFTAs. Maria’s so gorgeous though. Her smile wins me over every time.
Ahna O’Reilly wore a nightmarish Elie Saab white top and matching pants. This designer is known for embellishment, but this top is a flowery nightmare found in your grandma’s closet.

I think all of the women in this post are poorly dressed, to varying degrees. Here?s Reese Witherspoon in Giambattista Valli, at the Independent Spirit Awards last night. I had to look through dozens of photos before I figured out that this is actually two pieces ? it?s a weird wrap skirt and then what?s supposed to be a fun cropped top. The design and pattern fools the eye in a really awful way, making it seem like those horizontal bands are actually some kind of oversized belt, and the effect is that Reese?s waist looks huge and out-of-proportion. I mean, it?s the Spirit Awards so it?s not a huge deal, but look at her ? she tried. She put some time into this ensemble. And it?s weird that she chose something so unflattering. One nice thing: I like her hair. It?s much better than the mom bangs she attempted at the Globes. PS? is Jim Toth wearing big, buckled pilgrim shoes with NO SOCKS?!
And here?s Paula Patton?s first big appearance since splitting with Robin Thicke. The message? It?s all sunshine and happiness post-split. Which isn?t the worst message from a newly single woman. I much prefer this rather than a newly single woman wandering around in all-black, looking like a widow. Paula?s dress is Lorena Sarbu. Is it too tight and too short? Of course. To be fair, that?s her style regardless of whether or not she?s looking for a man.
Zoe Kravitz in Balenciaga. Sigh. This is so awful. Zoe has an amazing figure, and this makes her look thick in her mid-section. The design also won?t let her raise her arms above half-mast and the whole thing is just twee and ?immature.? Those black things are appliques, and I think they?re supposed to be flowers but they look like giant, dead flies. This really was one of the worst looks of the evening. I hate it. I also don?t understand why she?s doing a flat center part.

I was just struck by a weird thought ? do you think anyone ever refers to Cate Blanchett as ?Cat? or ?Catie?? No. Kitty-Cat? Never! She just Cate. Or Great Cate. Or La Blanchett. Or The Queen. Well, our Queen picked up her millionth Best Actress award last night at the Spirits. It really is a total wipeout ? I can?t think of any actress who has ruled the awards season so completely in recent memory. Cate?s fashion game is back on track too ? she wore this interesting Roksanda Ilincic dress which I can?t stop looking at. Is the gold belt part of the original design or was it (as I suspect) an addition by Cate? I like this look on Cate and I think it?s totally appropriate for the Spirit Awards. If I had to mess with anything, I think I would have made the whole dress that shade of brown/burgundy and turquoise and not have had any of the beige fabric. The dress works beautifully from the front, but it?s a snooze in the back. Queen Cate deserves better.
Here?s Elisabeth Moss in an Alexander McQueen dress with a Chloe blazer. I would have liked to see the dress without the blazer. The blazer is what ruins the look for me. But from the neck up, Lizzie Moss has never looked better. PS? she jammed her feet into those heels, didn?t she?
Angela Bassett looks incredible. Good God. I don?t have the designer ID, but this works.

Gwen Stefani gave birth! That happened faster than I was expecting, I think. Gwen and Gavin Rossdale welcomed their third child (their third son) on Friday in LA. Gwen announced that she was expecting another boy back in January.
So, what did they name their third son? The first son is named Kingston James McGregor Rossdale and the second boy is named Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale (that still makes me shake my head, quite honestly). So, the third is named? Apollo Bowie Flynn Rossdale. Seriously. Gavin tweeted the name and he says that Bowie and Flynn are their mothers? maiden names. Flynn is a cute middle name and I?m okay with Bowie if it?s a family name. But Apollo? I can?t. It doesn?t even pass my test for ?OK, it?s a bad name but maybe it can easily be made into a cute nickname? sort of name. How do you abbreviate ?Apollo?? Ap Rossdale? Pol? Polly? Lo? Lo Rossdale? that sounds like a used car salesman.
Anyway, I am happy for Gavin and Gwen. She wanted another baby very badly, and in the past year or so, she opened up a few times about a miscarriage she had in between Zuma and Apollo. I?m glad she gave birth to a healthy, bouncing baby boy and I hope everyone is doing well. And we know she has tons of baby stuff because ? breaking some of the baby/mothering rules ? Gwen had a baby shower for her third.

Yay! Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie attended last night?s Independent Spirit Awards and Brad won big! 12 Years a Slave ended up with the biggest awards (Best Picture, Best Director, Best Screenplay & Cinematography), and Lupita Nyong?o won Best Supporting Actress. And Brad was there with a new haircut and with his lady. You can see the full winners list here.
Angelina wore this Saint Laurent dress ? we don?t have the typical glamour shots because Brad and Angelina didn?t walk the red carpet, unfortunately. They ?snuck? into the tent, but I don?t really understand the purpose of NOT walking the carpet if every photo agency still managed to get shots of them going into the tent. As for the Saint Laurent dress? I do appreciate how Jolie is impervious to criticism about most things. We can bitch about her sack dresses and how she always wears black and how she still seems to be dressing like Maleficent, but at the end of the day? that?s her style. That?s what she loves. And as far as black, sacky, Maleficent dresses go, this one isn?t so bad. I could have done without the little sleeve-cape, but otherwise, she looks beautiful. I love her hair back like that. And I love the gold heels!
I have to admit? Brad is looking hot in these photos too. Bedhead and I were debating whether Brad?s hair looks Bieber?d of Robin Thicke?d. Now that she made the Thicke comparison, I can?t unsee it. Damn!
PS? Do you think Angie will be wearing Saint Laurent at the Oscars too? Hm?
