She?s been super busy on the promotional trail these days, but Vanessa Hudgens was spotted taking some time for herself in NYC on Thursday (March 3).
The ?High School Musical? hottie was all glammed up from morning interviews when she popped into a few upscale boutiques on Madison Ave to check out the latest looks.
Earlier today, Ms Hudgens stopped by CBS Studios to chat with ?Early Show? co-anchor Chris Wragge about her upcoming film ?Beastly.?
The flick is based on the classic tale of ?Beauty and the Beast? and Vanessa revealed, ?I had no idea. It's awesome, you know -- I think every girl's dream to kind of fall in love and have that magical kiss and he turns into a prince.?
Also dropping by "Live with Regis and Kelly," the Disney darling proudly showed off her new butterfly tattoo after Regis asked, "I understand that you got the inevitable tattoo. I worry about those. Now, where is this tattoo?"

We often look to our friends for the push that we need, and Kim Kardashian has her gal pal Ciara to thank for her recently released single ?Jam (Turn It Up)?.
Coming up this weekend, an all-new "Kourtney & Jim Take New York" will show viewers scenes in which Ciara commendably encourages Kim to head to the studio for her recording debut session.
The "Like a Boy" singer is heard saying, "It's about having a fun experience. At the end of the day, it's about you being able to express yourself in that world and play with it. Go in there and try it, see if you like it. Go for it! Why not?"
After taking Ciara?s advice, Kim then reveals, "This was definitely something that was out of my comfort zone, but I'm so glad that I met with The-Dream and that we worked on this project together.?
"Kourtney & Kim Take New York" airs this Sunday, March 6th, at 10/9c on E!.

Shortly after Hilary Swank split from Chad Lowe, she started up with her married agent, John Campisi. John swiftly got a divorce, and his relationship with Hilary is now five years old. Hilary gets along with his son from his previous marriage, to the point where Hilary gives interviews about how much she loves the kid, and how she walks around naked around him. She also plays a little fast and loose with the whole thing about John being married when they got together - she?s still selling herself as a nice girl who believes in ?the sanctity of marriage?. Anyway, the Enquirer has an interesting report about what they say is her struggling relationship with Campisi:

The Enquirer has learned that Swank has grown weary of her boyfriend?s controlling nature? and that?s the real reason she?s hesitant to say ?I do.? ?Hilary and John are at an all-time low point right now,? divulged one source. ?To put it bluntly, the spark between them is gone. They?re bickering, and it?s hard to remember the last time either of them looked truly happy.?
According to the insider, Hilary has been grappling with John?s increasing need to control their lives and his constant pressure to get married.
?As much as Hilary respects marriage, she now sees legal commitment as unnecessary in terms of happiness and personal fulfillment? I think eventually she may have been talked into it if John had stopped pressuring her so strongly. But he?s turned her off getting married - at least for the time being - by ramming the idea down her throat, day in and day out.?
One of the issues bothering Hilary is that John, who is one of her agents, is micromanaging her career, says the source.
?She knows John has her best interests at heart, but sometimes she finds him so suffocating, and it?s hard for her to separate work from her personal life. They need to give each other space is they?re to have any chance of turning their romance around and having a future together.?

And that?s why I think it would be really difficult to get serious with someone who technically works for you in some sort of managerial position - it feels like you?re being ordered around. It feels like your partner is micromanaging. It would suck. It makes me wonder how Reese Witherspoon and her guy are managing - although I don?t think her guy is technically part of her management team, so maybe that?s how they make it work.
I also wonder if Hilary isn?t too enthusiastic about marrying John because of the way they got together - Hilary had barely just gotten out of her marriage to Chad Lowe, and John still had a wife. That being said, I just don?t think Hilary is the kind of woman who gets ordered around by her boyfriend. I just don?t believe that?s her dynamic with anyone.

This time last year, I had convinced myself that Kate Winslet had gotten some subtle work done. Nothing too major - she was nowhere near Nicole Kidman territory. I didn?t think Kate touched her eyes or her mouth, but there did seem to be some tightness on her forehead and around her mouth that could have been Botox or fillers, in my opinion. Anyway, I think Kate stopped doing it (if she ever was) because she?s back to looking normal. These are photos of her appearance last night n Paris at an event for Vogue. She looks? good. Kind of boring, but not ?tight?.
As I mentioned a few days ago, Kate told Glamour Magazine (in their April issue) that she ?never? tried anything. Her words: ?My face is still moving, right? No, I have never tried any of that stuff?. I don?t have parts of my body that I hate or would like to trade for somebody else?s or wish I could surgically adjust into some fantasy version of what they are.? Do you believe her? Coming from the version of Kate with a normal face, I do believe her. But if she had said it a year ago with her eyebrows seemingly frozen into a ?surprised? look, I would have thought something different. Here?s what I really think: I think Kate would never get something done that was permanent. No facelifts, no eye jobs, no nips or tucks. But maybe she is one of those women who doesn?t consider a little Botox and/or fillers to be ?plastic surgery? (notice Kate’s emphasis on “surgical”). If it goes away in a few weeks, why not claim that you?ve never had anything done? Oh, right. You?re still participating in this “fantasy version” of natural aging.

Considering she was just in a theatre rehearsal, why the ?hooker at night? lipstick? Nevermind, it?s Sienna. Anyway, Sienna has finally spoken out about her most recent split from Jude Law, and the subsequent rumors that she was boning every guy she saw post-split (and maybe even pre-split):
Sienna Miller finds suggestions she dumped Jude Law for a co-star “laughable”.
The 29-year-old actress — who called time on her 13-month relationship with the “Alfie” star in January — insists the split was “amicable and mutual”, and slammed recent rumours she is dating Joe Armstrong, who she stars with in London stage production “Flare Path,” as “ridiculous”.
She said: “I’m single! Poor Joe is like, ‘What’s going on?’ We all find it ridiculous and laughable. I do feel very picked apart by it. When two people have separated and have both stated that it’s amicable and mutual yet, regardless of that. It’s not a nice feeling to have people talk about you behind your back and for it not to be true and for you not to be able to retaliate.”
However, the “Edge of Love” star — who first dumped Jude in July 2005 after it was revealed he has been having an affair with his children’s nanny Daisy Wright - admitted it is “human instinct” to be selfish in relationships.
Sienna added to Time Out magazine: “I think there’s a human instinct to be selfish, especially in matters of the heart.”

Poor Sienna! Can?t she just bone people quietly without anyone saying anything? It reminds me of her reaction to being photographed topless with a married man - it was basically the same, ?Woe is me, I?m SO MALIGNED? crap. Besides, given her sexual history, it does seem like the tabloids were picking off low-hanging fruit when they claimed she might be having a romance with any of the dudes she was photographed with immediately after her split from Jude. And seriously, it?s not like Sienna is one of the top celebrity women or anything - she?s a B/C-list actress who is more famous for who she dates and what she wears.

Sienna sounded excited to work with Bouchareb during a recent interview. ?Rachid is one of the most exciting directors working today. He?s one of those people who understand the medium of film in a way that?s not manipulative but that?s honest and raw. As a director he?s capable of anything. Blake recently split with her co-star Penn Badgley while Nevo, reported to be an early backer of the Weinstein Co. and a major shareholder in Time Warner, split with Chinese actress Zhang Ziyi in 2010. A rep for Lively insisted, “It was a business meeting,” but declined to say about what.

I don?t know what to make of this news. I think what it boils down to is Christina Aguilera = The New and Drunker/More Medicated Paula Abdul. Christina got herself a job, just days after being arrested for being so bombed she couldn?t even remember her address, much less stand upright. Christina got a gig as a ?musician coach? on the new American-Idol-esque competition show, The Voice. Chrsitina joins Cee Lo Green (oh, GOD) and Adam Levine (douche with a pretty voice).
Christina Aguilera is putting that voice to good use. The Grammy winner has just been named as a musician coach on NBC’s new musical competition series The Voice, which premiers April 26.
“I am so excited to be part of such a wonderful project that celebrates music and the talent behind it,” Aguilera, who joins coaches Cee Lo Green and Maroon 5’s Adam Levine, said of the role. “To be given the opportunity to help shape new artists’ careers and mentor them to see their dreams come to fruition is a task I welcome with open arms.”
NBC executives say the singer’s talent was what caught their eye. “Christina has a once in a generation talent ? her voice is phenomenally distinctive and instantly recognizable,” Paul Telegdy, Executive Vice President of Alternative Programming at NBC and Universal Media Studios said of the appointment. “Her journey as an artist, who started so young in the music business, will be an inspiration to the talent she coaches on the show.”
The news comes on the heels of a challenging week for the singer. She was jailed by police for public intoxication early Tuesday morning before later being released, while her boyfriend, Matt Rutler, was also arrested for investigation of DUI.

Tending to her all-important Big Apple promotional duties, Vanessa Hudgens drew quite the crowd at the Ed Sullivan Theatre in New York City on Wednesday (March 2).
The adorable actress graciously waved to her awaiting fans as she headed inside to tape an appearance on the "Late Show with David Letterman".
As for the stop, Vanessa is in the midst of promoting her upcoming movie "Beastly" - which hits theaters this Friday, March 4th.
Co-starring "I Am Number Four" actor Alex Pettyfer, the film is "a modern-day take on the Beauty and the Beast tale where a New York teen is transformed into a hideous monster in order to find true love."

Keeping up on her gorgeous looks, Kim Kardashian ventured out for a little midday pampering at a local beauty salon in Beverly Hills on Wednesday (March 2).
The E! reality star was joined by gal pal Brittny Gastineau as the pair grabbed up seats before being doted with mani/pedi treatments to keep their nails in tip-top shape.
The salon outing comes as Miss Kardashian officially released her debut single "Jam (Turn It Up)" on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS FM radio show earlier in the day.
Kim's new tune was produced by The Dream, with all proceeds from sales being donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
