Taking a break from their parental duties, Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard hit the beach in Kapalua, Hawaii on Sunday afternoon (March 23).
The ?When in Rome? actress and her ?Punk?d? husband soaked in the sun and did a little swimming with Kristen?s parents following Ms. Bell?s busy promotional push for the ?Veronica Mars? movie.
Speaking of the Kickstarter-funded flick, Kristen told MTV News that depending on how box office numbers shake out, she?d be up for a sequel or four.
Bell declared, "I would just do just about anything. It would great to do a franchise of movies, we have a bit more creativity in film than we do on television. But if one day it comes back as some sort of a series, I would be involved as well."
Creator/writer/director Rob Thomas added, "Big picture, I feel like Nancy Drew had a good 70 year run, and I would like to replace her. Honestly, I hope on some level, dream of dreams that Veronica would become an iconic fictional detective, and she could be spun off in any number of ways."

During her concert in Oklahoma on Saturday (March 22) the ?Spitfire? songstress suffered ?misery? when her TMJ dislocated her jaw, forcing her to leave the stage.
After the disappointing snafu, LeAnn took to her Twitter account to offer an apology to her troubled fans.
Rimes wrote, ?Oklahoma!!!! I love you so much! I?m sorry for no encore. I had my jaw pop out of place & I can?t hear out of my left ear. #tmjsucks.?
As of now, LeAnn is still planning on performing in Mississippi on April 4th.

Not OK! Fans at LeAnn Rimes’ Oklahoma concert on March 22 were likely disappointed when the singer refrained from doing an encore — but it turns out she had a pretty good reason. Shortly after the show ended, Rimes took to Twitter to explain her abrupt exit.
“Oklahoma!!!! I love you so much! I’m sorry for no encore,” the “Spitfire” songstress, 31, tweeted. “I had my jaw pop out of place & I can’t hear out of my left ear. #tmjsucks”
She later added: “I had the best time tonight with my Oklahoma fans! I love y’all!”

Here are some assorted photos of Kristen Stewart out and about in YC last week, and filming in Lido Beach last Friday. She?s still filming Still Alice, where she has a supporting part as Julianne Moore and Alec Baldwin?s daughter. As I?ve said, I wouldn?t have really chosen Kristen to play Julianne?s daughter (Emma Stone would have been a better fit), but in these photos, I can see some sort of resemblance. Maybe it will work.
The last time we discussed Kristen, the tabloids claimed she was being ?snippy? and unpleasant on the set of this film because she was on some kind of extreme juice diet/detox. But some people have pointed out that Kristen actually looks like she?s gained a little weight recently. Nothing significant or anything ? Kristen is now and has always been a small young woman. But her skinny jeans just look a little extra snug. Twihards even theorized that Robert Pattinson has secretly impregnated her, because OF COURSE. Robsten Forever! Well, Hollywood Life (Twihard Central) says that Kristen was trying to gain weight for her character:

In the movie Still Alice, Kristen plays the part of Julianne Moore?s teenage daughter, who bonds with her mother after she is diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer?s disease.
?It was actually Kristen?s decision to gain weight for her role in Still Alice. She thought it would add to her character, who is the youngest of three. She plays a teenager and teenagers can be a little heavier while going through puberty. She thought the extra weight would make her look a little younger,? a friend of Kristen?s tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
We spoke with celebrity dietician Lisa DeFazio, who applauded the Camp X-Ray star for her weight gain, saying she ?looks healthy, happy and has some curves.?
?She gained weight in a healthy way, working with a dietician, and she?s not upset at all about it ? it was her decision,? the friend explains.
As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Kristen?s weight gain sparked rumors that the actress was pregnant with Robert Pattinson?s baby.

Oh, that actually makes sense. And Kristen is right, a little extra weight does make her look younger ? she looks very apple-cheeked and yes, like a teenager. This also explains why People Magazine detailed all of the food and beverages Kristen consumed while recently out to dinner:

On Thursday night, the actress ? dressed casually in jeans and a tee ? was spotted at Beauty & Essex, a popular restaurant on New York City?s Lower East Side. I?m not a cheese person (sacrilegious, I know), so the description of the grilled cheese stuff did nothing for me. But the description of the cocktails? Intriguing. I don?t think I?ve ever had a cocktail with ?spice? or any kind of peppery kick. I would probably need a chaser of something plain to dull the heat though. Anyway, that?s what?s going on with K-Stew. She?s not knocked up, she?s drinking alcoholic beverages and she gained weight on purpose to look younger.

Yay, a new Angelina Jolie interview! CB sent this to me ? apparently, Angelina gave another new, exclusive interview, this time to Hello Magazine. These quotes sound new to me, although Angelina did talk about some of the same old things in a few places. But the stuff about Brad sounds particularly interesting. Hello got all up in her relationship with Brad and to her credit, Angelina answered all of those questions and then some. Some highlights from the interview:
She can?t do it without Brad: ?He?s always encouraging me and willing to assume a lot of parental responsibilities. When I had the twins, it was very exhausting but Brad just stepped right in and made sure that the other children were getting their breakfast and going off to school on time. He loves being a father. That?s one thing I?m most proud of about him.?
Brad with the boys: ?With a large family, you need that support. But it?s much more than that. Brad?s such a wonderful teacher and guide for the boys. He?s always had this special bond with Mad, which has really been important to Mad. He has grown up fast and started to show how much he has learned about the world.?
Comparing her personality to Brad?s: ?Brad likes to plan things and proceed in a very deliberate and methodical way. That?s why he has been successful as a producer. He learns as much as he can about a project and what needs to be done and then he makes sure things run as smoothly as possible. He likes to be able to get things done properly. He?s much cooler and calmer, whereas I can be more impulsive and outspoken. But these different qualities bring us closer together and it?s beautiful to find a partner who balances you like that. It?s very reassuring to know there?s this very solid, generous man in your life.?
Balancing alone time with mom time: ?You get used to having this huge commotion around you. I?d always been the kind of person who enjoyed being alone but once our family grew larger I discovered that I?m truly happy surrounded by the children. I let them come in when I?m taking a bath of lying down on the sofa or the bed. Sure, you might enjoy moments by yourself but then you feel so much joy when your children jump around and want you to play with them or to see what they?ve drawn or listen to something they want to tell you. It has been surprising to me how much I love all those moments.
Alone-time with Brad: ?You learn to reserve certain nights either to go out or just be together without the kids. All couples need to make time for that and even though it can be tough with six kids ? especially after I had the twins ? things have settled into a more natural rhythm.?

She?s happy and proud that she ended up with such a stand-up guy and a family man who enjoys being a dad. I get that Angelina is trying to praise him and acknowledge the support he?s given to her emotionally, but it also feels like? oh, how special, Brad loves his children. Breaking news!
Angelina also lied a little bit when she was asked point-blank about how, last fall, Brad was in England working on Fury while she was working on Unbroken in Australia. Angelina did her same line, the one she always uses: ?Brad and I never work at the same time and always take many months off when we?re at home with the kids.? I mean, it?s not the end of the world or anything that they were both working on separate continents for several months, but I would have expected her to acknowledge it rather than just give the same old talking point.

The shiny trinket is said to be a signet-style engagement ring. Johnny was reportedly wearing it at his celeb-filled engagement party. This led MTV UK to wonder whether Johnny and Amber had already gotten hitched on the sly. They are not yet married yet. Johnny is going all out for Amber when it happens. He is utterly devoted to her, and their nuptials will probably be a huge blowout event. Plus … I think Johnny must love the idea of wearing an engagement ring because he is crazy about accessorizing. This man accessorizes more in one week than I have in my entire life. Does wearing a man-gagement ring sound weird to you?
There’s a “new” story circulating that some of you commented about on my last Depp-Heard post. (These two need a coupley nickname.) Johnny has allegedly been talking about retiring, but that’s an old quote from his 2013 Rolling Stone interview. He said, “I’m kicking 50 right up the ass. I can’t say that I’d want to be doing this for another 10 years.” Don’t be fooled. Johnny’s not retiring anytime soon. It costs a lot of money to dress as shabbily as he does. Private islands are expensive to maintain too.

I don?t think her outfit is flattering at all, and I think Kim?s gotten so much Botox, it?s like she?s incapable of making any expression other than ?grumpy? or ?open mouth vague.? It?s weird because this should have been Kim?s victory lap, you know? This is a new high point for her and a Vogue cover means that she?s ?arrived? as a Fashion Girl to some extent. But Kim looks kind of depressed to me. Maybe she wasn?t expecting the extreme backlash she (and Anna Wintour) received.
Personally, I tend to think that this was something Kanye West wanted for Kim rather than something Kim has always wanted for herself. Kim enjoys the spoils of being Kanye?s girlfriend, for sure. She has better access to designers and photographers and editors and Kanye?s connections have already gotten her some major magazine covers over the past few years. I believe that Kanye was the one who wanted his girl on Vogue and Kim just went along with it. Kim did sound very excited when she Instagram?d the cover though ? she wrote: ?This is such a dream come true!!! Thank you @VogueMagazine for this cover! O M GGGGGG!!! I can’t even breath!? It?s ?breathe,? Kim.
Kim and Kanye haven?t even directly addressed the backlash yet, but I?m sure it?s coming. This reminds me of Kim?s weight gain while pregnant and how she played that. First she gained a lot of weight, which was completely normal. Then she lied about how much weight she gained and when people were like, ?OMG, cat-faced liar,? Kim then played it like she was being ?bullied? for her weight gain. I think we?re going to see a repeat of that ? Kim will act like we?re bullying her about the cover. Wait for it.

Kelly Brook used to be able to pull some decent-ish men. She was with Billy Zane for years (although I hear he?s a freak). She was also with Jason Statham for a while. But for the past few years, Kelly has been dating loser after loser after loser. She even dated one of Katie Price?s exes (and that dude cheated on her A LOT). And now Kelly is David McIntosh, who is some kind of semi-famous ?Gladiator? type who I believe is barely a C-list celebrity in England and a total nobody in America.
David and Kelly met on New Year?s Eve and they instantly fell in love/lust. They paraded endlessly for the paps in London and in California, where they ended up getting pap?d every single day for about two weeks solid. At the six-week mark of their relationship, Kelly broke it off. Sources claimed she only just realized that David was a famewhore who called the paps, trying to drum up work for himself. But then Kelly took him back? and now they?re engaged.
Model Kelly Brook is engaged to former Gladiators star David McIntosh. According to The Sun the 34-year-old was left ?dumbstruck? by his proposal but took just three seconds to agree.
Kelly has been dating David, who is also known as Tornado, for just 11 weeks and the pair even split briefly during that time. A friend of the model, told the paper: ?It?s still a closely guarded secret and came to Kelly as a massive shock. But she is at that time in her life now where she wants to make a commitment and she has fallen head over heels for David.?
It?s thought that the former Royal Marine popped the question while the couple were planning a romantic trip to Dubai. Kelly appeared to allude to the proposal when she tweeted on Thursday: ?International Day of Happiness – it certainly is.’
However it was business as usual for Kelly on Friday who attended a shoot for her upcoming autobiography ? which she will need to update now. The news will no doubt come as a surprise to many as the pair have only just reunite after Kelly dumped him for being ?fame hungry?.
At the time a source said: ‘Kelly thinks David has been using her. She felt hurt and humiliated when she realised he was more interested in fame than he was in her. He was desperate to be in the papers and she kicked him out as soon as she realised he was alerting the photographers to their whereabouts.’
However, David then denied the claims that he had been dating Kelly for a profile boost, explaining: ‘Media attention isn’t a new thing. I?ve been doing a lot of modelling work in America myself, people know me out there.’
Kelly and David had started dating soon after getting together at a New Year’s Eve party at Steam & Rye. It is not the first time that Kelly has reportedly been set to tie the knot ? first there was Jason Statham. She was set then due to marry the Titanic star Billy Zane, but backed out following the death of her father. More recently she was thought to be planning on marrying Danny Cirpriani until their relationship came to an end after he cheated on her.

Christina Hendricks wore a tribute to the late L?Wren Scott ? this dress is a L?Wren dress from the Fall 2012 collection. As you can see? L?Wren did not really make clothes that look great on really voluptuous women. Most designers do not, so on that, L?Wren was not alone. I appreciate what Christina was trying to do though, and I think this is a lovely tribute to L?Wren?s memory.
But? the dress has a weird effect, right? Christina is so top-heavy, and this minimizes her bust, but at the expense of the rest of her body. Also, I think Christina is debuting a new hairstyle? This looks different to me, and I don?t really care for it.
Also at the event: Jon Hamm, who seemed to be wearing underwear (boo) but there?s still a noticeable bulge. Jessica Pare wore Roksanda Ilincic Pre-Fall 2014, and I hate to admit it, but I love this and it looks great on her. Elisabeth Moss wore Emilio Pucci and Kiernan Shipka wore Dolce & Gabbana. Kiernan has THE BEST style of all of the pre-teen and teen actors in Hollywood. She so lovely. Moss is cute too, but I don?t love the dress.
As for the news that came out of Paleyfest? nothing much. All of the actors were tight-lipped about Season 7 and we really have no idea what?s going to happen. I feel weird about wishing death on fictional characters, but I hope Don Draper is dead and buried by the end of Season 7. I hope Pete Campbell gets knocked around a bit but he eventually finds his footing too. And I hope Peggy, Sally, Roger and Joan survive and thrive. That?s all.

Kate Upton appears in the April issue of Vogue (the one with Kimye on the cover). Even if you’re not an Upton fan, I think you’ll agree that Anna Wintour should have put Kate on the cover instead (with a different shoot). E! claims to have a source who states that Kate was originally supposed to be on the cover “before the decision was made to use Kim and Kanye instead.” However, another source “close to Upton denies the model ever expected to be on the cover.” So whatever happened, Kate does not sound disappointed. She covered US Vogue in June of 2013, and has also covered Vogue Brazil, Italy, and UK.
Kate gets pretty heavy coverage in this issue with an interview and an overly-Photoshopped editorial. The shoot is very sterile compared to the usual Upton fare. Kaiser noted that this photo looks like Kate’s bust has been digitally whittled down. I’m not a fan of what Vogue has done here, but this whole issue is pretty much a bust anyway thanks to Kim K.
Kate is promoting a few things with this feature. She’s about to tour for The Other Woman (which looks like a fun movie). She’s also been named the new face of Bobbi Brown cosmetics. Vogue compares her to Marilyn Monroe, Mae West, and Jean Harlow in a lengthy piece about social media. Kate also made a dance video, which I’ve included at the bottom of this post. These interviews are a mess, but here are some excerpts:
On her new Bobbi Brown gig: “Makeup is very important in making me feel either confident or sexy, but it doesn?t define how I feel. I love my body and I love my job, so it?s fun to play around with different looks; makeup helps you do that. But I always find it to be more of a compliment when people call me happy rather than sexy. I am a happy person, and I hope that comes across.”
Dougie-ing her way to the top: “I had no clue. I wasn?t the target audience. I grew up in Florida, where you walk around in flip-flops and jean shorts. I didn?t know the fashion world. It really happened in an organic way, wanting to do jobs that I loved.”
She didn’t grow up on cell phones: “Who would I call? I was out at the barn every day. I barely watched TV. People think I am an expert on social media, but I am still trying to figure it out, too. How much do you want to put yourself out there? Well, I am out there. There?s no turning back for me. Now I overthink it. Like, ‘Ugh, are people going to understand this joke?’ Before, I had no filter because I had, like, 100 followers.”
What do her parents think?: “Hold on, let me think. Well, they never sit there and say, ?Why did you do that?? Because I always talk about things with them before I take a job. I don?t really ask for their permission. But I will say, ?I really want to do this.? And they understand. It?s just part of my personality, and maybe some things I took too far, but … I like being sexy.?
Is there anything she won?t do? “Yes, I definitely have limits. But I never like to say never because I feel like I?m setting myself up. There?s a line between becoming, you know, a little cheap and cheesy versus being sexy. And I try to be very careful of that line.?
Did Marilyn Monroe’s volcanic sexuality destroy her? “Maybe it was drugs and alcohol that destroyed her. Maybe having no family support destroyed her. What I try to do–and it took me a little while to learn–is to only do things I really believe in so that it?s more of a collaboration. That way, I?m not pretending to be someone I?m not. I?m not putting out this, Look at me! I?m sexy! and then feeling like a fake, which would lead to feeling depressed and empty inside.”

I find it interesting how Kate’s talking about “cheap” versus “sexy” in the Kim Kardashian issue of Vogue magazine. Kate’s not throwing any shade because she probably wasn’t aware that Kimye would be on the cover! Kate isn’t a shade-thrower in the first place. I just find this funny.
Vogue describes Kate as kindling a “selfie-made rise” to the top of the fashion world. Her excerpts are buried within Vogue’s dissertation about how models are pushing themselves on social media (whereas the 1990s supermodels never needed Twitter). Is Kate really that huge of an online presence? Compared to models like Chrissy Teigen and Brooklyn Decker (who are the Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellan of the model-selfie world), Upton seems downright bashful on her Twitter page.
Vogue made this video of Kate dancing with two other Kate Uptons. I’m not sure what’s going on here.

Here are some photos of Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher, out and about in LA over the weekend. A lot of people were saying over the weekend that Mila is sporting a small bump in these photos. You were right. I was right as well, and Star Magazine was right too – Mila Kunis is pregnant. To be fair, I feel like Mila has been on Bump Watch for the better part of a year, but over the past month or so, she really has looked more “bumpy” than usual. First, to give credit where its due, here’s Star Mag’s story, which was published last Wednesday (first!).
Star can now reveal that Mila is pregnant!
?They are over the moon,? a friend close to the couple tells Star. ?They feel like they won the baby lottery!?
Mila and Ashton were seen exiting a doctor?s office on March 7 and began to giggle and high-five each other through a leisurely lunch date, further hinting at their excitement over their growing family.
?It was a total shock for both of them, but they feel up the challenge.?
In fact, Ashton ?has wanted to be a dad for more than a decade,? reveals the insider, who adds that the actor is still tight with former stepdaughters Rumer, Scout and Tallulah Willis. ?It didn?t seem possible for him to fall any deeper in love with Mila, but the prospect of raising a family with her has solidified his commitment.?
While Mila and Ashton are hoping to tie the knot in early June, Mila has also hired an interior decorator to help turn their home into a baby-friendly abode.
?Ashton commissioned a custom-designed crib,? gushes the pal, who adds that Ashton has already chosen colors and bed linens for the nursery.
?Mila is glowing and Ashton finally feels like his life is complete.?

And for the confirmation – Gossip Cop, People, Us Weekly & E! News are all confirming it. Mila was even spotted at a prenatal yoga class. So, which came first, the bump or the engagement? I’m going to give Ashton some credit here (I know, how shocking) – while I think it’s possible that Ashton only proposed to Mila after she got knocked up, I also think he was probably wanting to propose for a while. I do think he really loves her. But we’ll see if his inner douche comes out to play during this engagement and gestation. Also: what do you think, a shotgun marriage, or will they wait until Mila has the baby to get married?
