Treating herself to a shopping spree, Kate Hudson hit up the shops in Paris, France with her son Ryder today (July 5).
The ?How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days? actress looked cool and casual in a blue button-up top with jeans and tan boots as she held her son?s hand and led him through the Haute Couture Fashion Week madness.
In a recent interview, Kate talked about her longtime obsession with makeup, beginning with dressing up her brother.
She explained, ?My poor brother. He was kind enough to be my mannequin, and let me experiment on his face. I?d put blue eye shadow on him and we?d laugh.?
Kate added, ?I remember my mom?s makeup artist, this wonderful, old-time sort of legend in the movie industry, Tom Case, who had one little box he?d carry with him. He?d pull out just four items, and make the most incredible face with those four things. He said, ?You can go in there as much as you want, but you have to put everything back exactly where you found it.??

The ?Big Love? actress will appear in fashion publications beginning in August, showing off the Italian fashion house?s latest wares.

WWE Films CEO Michael Luisi told press, "'The Hive' is an ideal addition to WWE Studios' slate of films given its strong award-winning cast and exciting story. We are looking forward to working with Brad Anderson and Troika Pictures on this picture."

Here’s some photos of Keira Knightley and Adam Levine filming together on the set of Can A Song Save Your Life? in New York City. In the movie, Adam plays a down-and-out record company executive who becomes friends with a hot young singer and songwriter who is new in town. It sounds like a silly sort of movie, but they look like they’re having fun together on the set or, at least, Keira is very good at acting like she’s enjoying herself.
The film’s synopsis doesn’t reveal its genre, but it’s probably a romantic comedy. Mark Ruffalo also stars too, so that’s something to look forward to as well.
Now here’s a closer look at Adam’s new scruffy beard, which he also debuted on his Twitter account with the caption, “Grizzly Man!” I can’t really make a judgment call on this one because I find him so douchey on a consistent basis, but does he look better with this beard or as his former, clean-shaven self? Keira looks lovely as always.

CB covered some of the celebrities-on-holiday photos earlier today (here), but I?m glad she didn?t cover these in the larger post, because I really want to talk about them. Christina Aguilera was photographed in Malibu over the 4th of July with her boyfriend Matt Rutler and her son. It really looks like Christina and Matt were getting their drink on (HARD) and decided to talk a boozy walk on the beach. Yeah. I?ve totally done that. Back when I used to really drink, I once passed out on the beach ? it?s completely disorienting to wake up in that environment. Anyway? we haven?t talked about Christina in a while. I think The Voice auditions are going on now, and I saw something about Christina and Adam Levine working together to see who they were going to bring on to the new season of NBC?s latest hit show. So, Christina is kind of working these days. She?s also releasing a new single next month, trying to re-launch her music career on the success of The Voice. We?ll see if it works.
But really, I just want to talk about something completely superficial: how much do you love/hate Christina?s flag cardigan?!?! I?m tempted to say that I kind of love it. It?s the kind of thing you feel comfortable wearing on Independence Day, but you might feel weird about wearing it on other days. It will be interesting to see if Christina wears it ever again. She should! It?s kind of righteous. I do love it, I?ve made up my mind.

These are just some nice photos from yesterday?s Louis Vuitton show/opening something during Paris Fashion Week. Kirsten Dunst was the big headliner for the event, which? I mean, she?s not the big ?celebrity get? that she once was, but I do appreciate that she?s attempting a career comeback and it?s kind of working. Kiki?s dress is LV, I?m guessing, and I totally love it. ON HER. I would look like hell in this. On Kiki, it?s fresh and flattering and really very beautiful. Her whole vibe is really pretty here ? breezy hair, simple makeup, she looks young and happy and lovely. I wonder if she?s still with Garrett Hedlund? I hope so. Now, while Kiki was in Cannes in May, I kept saying that she had some kind of bump ? it?s disappeared! So she lost some weight. Or maybe she?s just not boozing so much these days.

Emma Stone covers the July issue of Vogue UK, and I have to say that this cover is not nearly as interesting as Emma’s recent domestic Vogue cover and pictorial. At the same time, however, Emma looks a lot more like herself on this cover, so I can’t complain. And yes, I do realize that a lot of you prefer her as a ginger, but Emma is a natural blonde, and I think she looks completely lovely (and full of poise) with either hair shade.
Meanwhile, The Amazing Spider-Man has already hit theaters on this side of the pond, and Sony is hoping for a huge hit at the box office. The studio needn’t fear though because the movie has already shattered previous records (and most pre-expectations) to achieve the best Tuesday opening of all time:

My sources say Sony Pictures’ superhero reboot The Amazing Spider-Man opened with $35M (though some rival studios put the number in the neighborhood of $32M tonight). It easily sets a new domestic record for a Tuesday opening – helped by its 3D premium pricing – and is ahead of the original 2D Transformers ($27.8M) that debuted on Tuesday July 3rd, 2007. “That is one huge number,” a Sony exec gushed to me tonight. “Unbelievable start to what should be a very exciting 6 days.”
I’m told Sony’s The Amazing Spider-Man received an ‘A-’ Cinemascore from audiences (an ‘A’ from under age 18 moviegoers) which should spur good word of mouth.

My first reaction upon hearing the happy news that Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy are expecting their first child: ?OMG, Will this affect Homeland?!?!?? Because, yes, I LOVE that show and if you watched the first season you know that it would be very wrong and weird to introduce a pregnancy for Claire?s character. Of course, it could happen. OMG IS IT BRODY?S?!?!?! No, I won?t go there. GAH! I can?t wait for the second season of Homeland. Those bitches are making us wait until September 30 for the second season. I don?t know if they?ve finished filming the season yet? It could be that Claire just announced the news as Homeland wrapped? Perhaps.
Her so-called life just got a little happier! Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy are expecting their first child, her rep confirms to PEOPLE exclusively.
?There?s definitely a chance, no plans yet,? the Homeland star, 33, told PEOPLE last fall when asked if a baby could be on the way shortly. ?But yeah, that?d be fun.?
Danes, who won a Golden Globe in January, wed Hannibal star Dancy, 37, in a private ceremony in France in 2009.
While there was no official comment from Homeland?s production company, Fox 21, a spokesman says that Danes? pregnancy is not expected to impact the production of season two ? which premieres on Showtime Sept. 30 ? in any way.

Weird sidenote: I?ve been getting strange vibes from Claire and Hugh over the past year or so. Yes, he?s British and rather posh and fancy, so maybe it?s just a cultural thing, but I really thought they were on the verge of splitting. That was the vibe I was getting, so I didn?t expect this. I think it?s unfair to assume that this is a Band-Aid Baby, though. I don?t really know what?s going on in their marriage. Maybe they?re fine. Hopefully they?re all good. He?s in an acclaimed and award-winning Broadway play (Venus In Fur) and she?s getting nominated for every award out there for her ballsy and amazing performance on Homeland. Maybe they?re just two of the best actors out there, procreating quietly. Congrats!!

A few days ago, I previewed Mila Kunis?s Elle UK cover, and here is the full Elle pictorial. I didn?t realize that they were going for a ?Valley of the Dolls? theme. Right? It?s very 1960s-Twiggy-Valley of the Dolls. It kind of works, but it also feels kind of tired, to me at least. Kristen Stewart had this exact kind of styling for her W Magazine pictorial last year, and I kind of liked hers better. Anyway, what?s Mila talking about in the Elle interview? Nothing much. She still isn?t admitting that Ashton Kutcher is her boyfriend. I think it?s less about her being ?ashamed? and more about her having horrible taste in men and a weird sense of her own victimhood. I like Mila a lot, but she actually starting to bug me a little. Some highlights from the Elle piece:
Mila on dating: ‘Is a guy going to come up to me and ask if he can take me out on a date? Where can I go and have this date? I can?t go anywhere! My house, his house…So what do you do? Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves are expecting their THIRD baby. They just got married on June 9th, in a backyard (with tents, y?all) wedding ceremony in Texas, and now I?m understanding why that ceremony felt a little rushed? I mean, I?m not judging. They already have two kids and they?ve been together since 2006. But the timing does seem a bit weird, like suddenly they want it to be legit? for the third kid? As I said, Camila and Matthew are already parents to Levi (3) and Vida (2). Both of the kids were in the wedding. And now we know the third kid was at the wedding too! So? congrats on the new addition!
Two weeks after tying the knot, Matthew McConaughey and his wife, Camila Alves, have more exciting news to share: They’re expecting their third child!
“Happy birthday America, more good news,” the Magic Mike actor, 42, tweeted on Wednesday’s July 4th holiday. “Camila and I are expecting our 3rd child, God bless, just keep liven.”
The couple’s new arrival will join big brother, Levi, 3, and big sister, Vida, 2.
Together since 2006 after meeting in a Los Angeles bar, the actor and his Brazilian-born model love got engaged on Christmas Day in 2011 and said their “I do’s” on June 10. Setting up a makeshift campground on their Austin, Texas property, the pair invited their children to take part in the ceremony.
“Levi brought the rings on a necklace. Vida was the flower girl,” McConaughey later revealed on NBC’s TODAY. “I don’t think she dropped one petal.”
Though they’re over the moon about being married, the expectant parents were in no initial rush to walk down the aisle.
“We’ve been living a married life for over six years now,” the new bride, 30, explained. “We have homes together, we have family together, we have kids, we’ve built a life together. So we’ve been living a married life this whole time.”
“A lot of people, sometimes they’re so stuck on ‘I gotta get married, I gotta get married,’ that they forget that the really important thing is to have a healthy home, a healthy family, a healthy family for your kids and to have everything going in a good, peaceful way,” she continued.

I think it?s nice. It seems like the trend in Hollywood these days, to do big families. That?s coming from an only child, by the way ? to me, ?big family? means three or more kids. While I don?t think Camila and Matthew are Quiverfull people, but I do think they?re dirty hippies. And I mean that in a nice way!
By the way, like Bedhead, I saw Magic Mike over the weekend, and can I just say? Matthew was REALLY good in it. Like? he was better in this film than he?s been in any film I?ve seen of him over the past decade. When my mom and I were leaving the theater (yes, I took my mom to see it, and yes, she LOVES Channing Tatum and his beautiful ass), she said, ?I can?t believe I?m saying this, but I think Matthew should be nominated for an Oscar for that.? It?s kind of true. He was that good.

The "Voice" star put her patriotism on full display while draped in an red, white and blue as she joyfully watched on as her man played a little ball with her 4-year-old son.
Christina's Fourth of July doings come as she's in the midst of putting together material for a new album, with it just having been revealed that Swedish producer Max Martin is helping out on the first single.
Previously talking about what fans can expect when her disc sees release, Aguilera dished, "Well, I started [it] whenever I started this show [The Voice], and then [the show] kind of took off into this big thing. So the show used to be a side project [and it] kind of turned into a bigger time-fulfilling, dedicated project for me."
"I've been in the studio, hard at work," she added. "Different producers I'm working with have just excited me so much and have given me amazing tracks and beats and material I've been writing to and [with] writing partners. It's just filled with fun and excitement, and it's gonna come out later this year, and I'm very, very excited to share it with my fans, finally."

The pair appeared to be having a great time as they splashed around in the ocean, while catching the rays as the South African supermodel rocked a sexy black and blue bikini that showed off her perfectly toned body.
Both stunners were spotted frolicking in the waves on Tuesday afternoon (July 3) and the Victoria?s Secret Angel donned an even tinier bikini that barely covered her assets.
She recently spoke about her bikini choices in an interview with Fox News saying, ?People in Brazil are a lot more comfortable with their bodies and their sexuality (than in the U.S.) and it?s more about having fun? In America, the backs are obviously larger, which I think should change. We are trying to change that!?

Despite recent rumors, it appears that the reality star will not be accepting a spot on Bravo?s hit television show ?Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.?
According to a source, "Paris was asked to be a part of the finale which will take place in mid-July. She is a big fan of the show and totally supports her family appearing on it, but had to decline because she will be out of the country. Paris will be extremely busy promoting her new album, and just has too much going on right now to commit to taking on anymore projects."
The source went on to add, ?Producers were hopeful Paris would be able to be a part of the finale, which they could have promoted and publicized. Paris definitely would have greatly bolstered the ratings for the finale, but, her schedule just couldn't accommodate it. Paris' aunts, Kim and Kyle also wanted her to be on the show, but they completely understand."

In the midst of celebrating America?s independence, a rep for the beautiful Claire Danes announced that she is expecting her first child.
The 33-year-old star and her husband Hugh Dancy revealed the news to People on Wednesday afternoon (July 4) and are thrilled!
Back in the fall the ?Homeland? actress told the publication, "There?s definitely a chance, no plans yet,? when asked if she had plans for a child. She added, ?But yeah, that?d be fun.?
Miss Danes wed her 37-year-old beau back in January of 2009 during a private ceremony in France.
In career news, a source said that the blonde beauty?s pregnancy is not expected to impact the production of season two of her television show, which premieres on Showtime September 30.
