Continually making waves with her prenatal style choices, five-months-along Beyonce stepped out in a a pair of sky-high five-inch Alain Quilici's Payson Skate Lace-Up Booties yesterday.
Sure to be a daring move, the mom-to-be balanced her way around town on the shoe's one inch platform which travels along both the heel and toe. Adding to the impressiveness of the footwear is the price tag, as it'll run you a cool $1,180 to duplicate the diva duds!

Stepping out for a special evening, Johnny Depp and Amber Heard were spotted attending the European premiere of ?The Rum Diary" in London, England on Thursday (November 3).
The ?Tourist? actor and the ?Playboy Club? star looked dashing upon arrival and as they made their way down the red carpet before heading inside The Odeon Kensington Cinema.
The outing comes as Mr Depp has been busy with press duties, during which he revealed in a recent interview that he was once aboard a plane that nearly crashed alongside director Bruce Robinson.
Johnny explained to Life magazine, ?The plane just shut down. The sound of the engines stopped. There was silence. Bruce and I were looking at each other and I think I said, 'Is this it?' It was like this weird extended moment when you're just floating for a second and you could feel this unpleasant descent.?
He continued, ?Nobody said a word except for Bruce and I, sitting next to each other saying, 'Oh s***! This is death, I guess this is how it goes down.?
?Then we burst into hysterical laughter at the idea that this was how we were going to die.? Lucky for the pair, the plane?s power came back on shortly after.

It?s one of the most successful movie franchises of all time, and ?Twilight? had a Walk of Fame ceremony in Hollywood earlier today (November 3).
And of course, the series? stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner all showed up for the big event along with author Stephenie Meyer.
The next film in the ?Twilight Saga? is ?Breaking Dawn Part 1,? and director Bill Condon promises that fans will be blown away by Kristen Stewart?s performance.
"Kristen has such a huge journey to take and to watch her become this fierce, protective, powerful mother figure. I think that will surprise people."
"To collaborate with Kristen Stewart as she goes from being the Bella we know in the first three movies to being a bride, being someone who finally has sex, gets pregnant, gets sick, gives birth, dies, become a vampire, becomes a warrior? Just think of that journey."
Condon also praised the work of Lautner and Pattinson in the flick. "I think people will be surprised by everybody. Taylor surprised me with his commitment and the dark places he goes to in this movie. And Rob, I think there is some sense that he has relaxed into this part and finally willing to show more of himself. His own charm, wit and grace are in evidence in this movie. It surprised me in how relaxed he seemed in something he's fought a little against before."

Taking care of some career affairs, Miranda Kerr was spotted leaving her New York City apartment this afternoon (November 3).
The David Jones supermodel donned a white jacket, grey scarf, black trousers and black heels as she made her way out onto the Manhattan streets to take care of her to-do list.
And with the holiday season just around the corner, Miranda has plenty of things to look forward to with her family.
"I love putting little things in the stockings!. [Also] I love to cook... I cook everything! I love cooking roasts, like roast chicken and vegetables especially over the holidays."
As for memorable gifts, Kerr shared, "One of the most thoughtful things [was] when Orlando and I had written all these love letters to each other. Then one year, he had them framed for me, like all the little notes! It was very cute."

Lindsay Lohan was given a week to check into jail to continue her nude shoot for Playboy magazine, but RadarOnline.com has learned that her first set of photos weren?t up to the standards of the venerated men?s magazine.
?Lindsay was told that the Playboy executives wanted to go another direction with her shoot so they asked her to come back for a second time,? a source exclusively told RadarOnline.com.
?The first pictures of Lindsay weren?t exactly what they wanted so they have a new theme that they want to shoot,? the source said.
RadarOnline.com has learned that the new shoot will take place starting on Thursday, and the current plans are for Lindsay to be on the January cover of Hugh Hefner?s famous Playboy magazine.
?There is never a guarantee that everyone will like the photos or that they will be of high enough quality to use for the cover but Playboy wanted to make sure that Lindsay?s pictures were exactly what they wanted,? the source said.

Oh, and remember how Crackie was getting some-odd $400-500,000 for her modeling stint with Philipp Plein? Well, because of the most recent crackie court catastrophe, that contract could be ?in jeopardy? according to Fox News. It?s because the judge said Linnocent can?t leave the country while she?s doing this latest round of probation. But Linnocent is still trying to find a way to crack hustle her way to Europe for some reason:
?Lindsay has contributed a great deal to Philipp brand and we can only hope that something can be worked out so that Lindsay will be able to make a couple of appearances that have already been planned in Europe,? Nathan Folks of Twisted Game, who facilitated the deal with business partner Cassandra Gava, told FOX411?s Pop Tarts column.
According to an inside source, however, Lohan was contracted to make an appearance in Dusseldorf, Germany as early as November 15 ? which now looks to be in serious jeopardy.
?I don?t know how this is all going to play out,? said the source. ?But if she doesn?t make the designated appearances, she is going to lose a whole bunch of money.?
Following her last court appearance, and faced with the high possibility she would be thrown back behind bars, Plein told us that he was continuing to stand by his model, and that it was her ?unconventional, unpredictable? nature that got her the gig in the first place.
?Lohan?s image is consistent with many of the Philipp Plein brand values, that include unconventionality and controversy, with a rock and roll spirit. These elements, combined with Lohan?s talent, beauty and high visibility made her an ideal choice as the face of this young upcoming luxury brand,? he said.

Hugh Hefner thought Lindsay Lohan’s vagina was sub par in her first Playboy shoot session so now he’s making her do another one.
Hefner, who’s not yet decided on the creative aspects of the shoot, has already brought in another photog. Presumably one who’s great with lighting and angles and meth face. Another detail worthy of note is Lindsay will not be getting fully naked and instead will have a “tasteful” shoot. Suffice to say, this issue just got a lot lamer.
First thing she wanted to clarify, Lindsay does not go full-frontal in the pictorial. “It will be tastefully done,” she tells correspondent Christina McLarty. “She’s been working in front of the camera with Ford Models since she was a little girl so she kinda knows how to work that.”
As for whether or not Lindsay will be on the cover (reportedly the December issue), Dina reveals that she will! “[Lindsay] and Mr. Hefner will decide. She’ll pick 5 cover [options], he’ll pick the one he wants.” The Insider

Kicking off the day with a media appearance, Kirsten Dunst was spotted at ABC Studios in New York City this morning (November 3).
The ?Crazy/Beautiful? actress was in the house to promote her new movie ?Melancholia? in which she plays an eccentric would-be bride.
Of her experience working on the film, Kirsten explained, ?For me, every film that I do, I definitely draw from my own experiences. And then the way I work is almost like character therapy between me and who I?m playing... it is an emotional journey because this film and the director I was working with made it easy for me to be open and be very present.?
?It was so freeing. It was literally like doing a play sometimes- we?d just roll, you wouldn?t know where the camera was. We?d improvise and it would roll for like 10 minutes and you wouldn?t know what was coming out of it and you could change it completely each time. So it was very inspiration as an actress to have that freedom.?

I love Andie MacDowell and one of my favorite things about her has been the fact that she looks so naturally beautiful. She’s gorgeous, she seems down-to-earth when I’ve seen her interviewed, and because she seems all natural she’s the perfect spokeswoman for L’oreal. It makes me sad, then, to see her looking all shiny and pulled at the L’oreal Legends Gala last night.
Keep in mind, though, that Andie MacDowell is fifty freaking three years old! I thought she was a hot looking 45, honestly, and I’ve covered her several times here and still had to look up her age. Some of you are going to yell at me and tell me she’s not getting anything done since she has some natural crow’s feet. She looks very waxy and fake to me, and like she’s trying to smile and can only wince. Whatever she’s doing, she hasn’t gone overboard yet and it’s possible the fillers or Botox she’s using will settle. For comparison here are two earlier photos of her. She looks different now, doesn’t she? Also, she’s shown below with her 16 year-old daughter, Sarah Margaret, she’s so pretty!
Oh and in terms of the fashion - both Andie and her daughter’s dresses are lovely. I really like Andie’s full length sparkling v-neck dress. Her daughter’s light blue chiffon gown has a subtle lace panel on the skirt and bow detail at the bodice. It’s very elegant yet sweet and age-appropriate. Sarah is going to be a stunner.

Speaking of waxy, here’s Julianna Margulies in red. Her dress is ok. I don’t particularly like the way it’s draped but it’s not bad. Those shoes look orthopedic though! From the side they’re prettier with the heel, but from the front they look like sandals you’d wear around the house.
Kerry Washington wore a very ugly loose bronze dress that did nothing for her gorgeous figure. The cut is bizarre and it has some sort of scarf thing trailing down the back. I like her stacked necklaces and matching earrings though.
This woman Aimee Mullins is a double amputee and an accomplished athlete. But I have to point out that she has Wilma Flintstone hair. That dress looks like it could be a Halloween costume too.
Taraji P. Henson was so hot in form fitting blue. The shoes don’t seem to go with that dress, but I’ll overlook it.
Kelly Rutherford really bugs me for some reason. I can’t explain it really. This dress squashes her boobs and she needs to fill in those eyebrows. Looks like she filled in her cheeks pretty well.
Michael Michele is recognizable to me, but I can’t remember where I’ve seen her. IMDB reminds me that she was on “Homicide” and “ER.” She really owned the red carpet in that teal one shoulder dress. Her feet look like they’re hanging out of her shoes though. She’s another one that looks Botoxy to me. They pretty much all do. Maybe Andie MacDowell really is natural-looking - in comparison.

Judge Stephanie Sauntner sentenced Lindsay Lohan to 30 days in jail yesterday for violating her probation by failing to participate in the court-ordered therapy sessions and community service. TMZ says:
ALL of Lindsay’s community service must now be served at the L.A. County Morgue. And the judge gave Lindsay a tight structure on how she must complete the rest of her probation, and if she doesn’t the judge will put a warrant out for her arrest and sentence her to an additional 270 days in jail.
As for the 30 days Lindsay is getting now — the judge made it clear … NO HOUSE ARREST.
The Sheriff’s Dept. tells us Lindsay will serve 20% of the 30 days — 6 days in jail.
Judge Stephanie Sautner gave Lindsay a strict schedule on completing the rest of her probation — by December 14, she must have completed 12 days at the morgue and 4 psychotherapy sessions. By January 17, another 12 days at morgue and 4 psychotherapy sessions. And so on. Everything must be completed by March 29 — or she goes directly to jail for 270 days.
Six whole days. I’m surprised she didn’t saunter of the courtroom in slow motion while someone with a boombox blasted “Damn It Feels Good to Be Gangsta.”

I?ve been sitting on these photos for a few days, just because I really do get tired of questioning the state of Beyonce?s (deflated) bump. It really does go up and down in size each day, each week, and I?m tired of defending my eyesight and simple logic: bitch is padding her bump, but only sometimes. Just last weekend, Bey dressed up as a ?Bump?-le bee, with a comically oversized bee costume, I guess taking into account her fake bump - you can see photos here.
Anyway, people are going crazy over Bey?s outfit in these pics. The skinny jeans (while pregnant?) are kind of cheap-looking, in my opinion, but the rest of the outfit is interesting. The scarf is Alexander McQueen, the coat is? God knows, but the boots! The boots are Alain Quilici. Here?s a close-up:

Sidenote: Glee?s Heather Morris has an interview in the new issue of Cosmo, and she talks about her first big break as a backup dancer for Beyonce. Heather said: ?Beyonc was just always full-out. She?s like a beast. So you learn that no matter how you feel, just do it. Just like Nike: ?Just Do It.?? Everybody always says that about Bey. It?s funny.

Now that we know Jessica Simpson is super-for-sure-preggo, people are wondering what?s up with her wedding. My theory: Jessica figured she wasn?t going to ?beat? Nick Lachey to the wedding, so she ?beat? him to babies, and she figured that she could have a completely separate (later) drama with the wedding, if she felt like it. Not that I?m saying that she got pregnant only to ?beat? her ex-husband. I?m not saying that at all. I think she got pregnant because she couldn?t figure out if her birth control pill would still work if she farted on it. And because she?s in love, of course. But mostly because of the farting thing (I tease because I love, ladies). Anyway, ?sources? (Papa Joe) tell People Mag that Jessica is definitely planning a wedding - but it?s definitely going to be later than she originally expected:
It’s been a whirlwind year for Jessica Simpson, who became engaged to former NFL player Eric Johnson last November and recently confirmed that she’s expecting their first child.
“They’re really excited,” a source tells PEOPLE of the pregnancy. “It wasn’t something they planned per se, but it’s also not something they were trying to avoid.”
Still, it did cause the couple to put the brakes on planning their wedding, which will now probably happen after the baby is born.
“They’re both still really committed to getting married, and were both really into making decisions about what kind of wedding they wanted,” continues the source, who adds that the nuptials were originally set for this month.
“It’s just going to be at a later date now [because] they really want to enjoy this time in their lives.”
And despite tabloid reports that the couple is expecting a girl, another source confirms to PEOPLE that they don’t know the sex of their baby.
But whether they have to stock up on blue or Pink onesies, “they’re both very family-oriented and having a baby is something they both wanted,” the first source says. “It’s wonderful!”

Mayer and Tony Romo (who reportedly dumped her in an IHOP parking lot) ? it?s been heartening to see the pregnancy glow in the singer?s eyes as she and fianc Eric Johnson prepare for parenthood.
The star had fun with her pregnancy on Halloween, Tweeting, ?It?s true ? I?m going to be a mummy!? along with a photo of herself in an Egyptian mummy costume, holding her bump. But behind the punny facade, insiders say that as Jess? body grows exponentially, she?s ridden with angst.
The biggest stressor? For a time Jessica, 31, who reportedly used IVF, was concerned that she might be carrying twins ? at least.
?That was scary for her,? says the source. ?Jessica is a perfectionist and she was panicking that she wouldn?t be able to cram in everything she needs to do in time for the birth. ?For instance, she put so much effort into making the nursery absolutely perfect ? she even had it repainted three times! So when the doctor said she might be having twins, she had to rethink everything.?
IS JESS UP TO THE JOB?
Even the thought of having one baby is starting to weigh on Jessica.
?She?s totally freaking out? an insider reveals to OK!. ?Now that she?s so close to the finish line, fear is setting in. She?s been so excited to be a mom ? it?s been like a fairy tale, but it?s becoming real and she worries she?s not ready.?
Indeed, Jess has a laundry list of anxieties. ?She?s starting to question whether or not she?ll be a good mom,? the source explains, ?or if she?s going to have postpartum depression, if she?ll get her body back. She?s just in panic mode about every little detail.?
Fortunately, when Jessica seems ready to fly off the rails, her fianc reins her in. ?Thank God for Eric,? the insider tells OK!. ?The guy is a rock. He can always talk Jessica off the ledge by making a cute little joke or just by telling her what an amazing mother she?ll be. And he has really proven to Jessica that he will be a great dad!?

Ah, it looks like Farty did find out that she?s not having twins. Good. But seriously, I don?t buy that she?s panicking or worried. In most photos, she looks totally blissed out and happy, and she really doesn?t seem like the kind of person who gets really stressed out over anything.
Oh, and IVF? She?s what, 31? I doubt she had IVF. She probably just farted on her birth control and it was the closest thing to divine conception ever.

Yesterday, just SECONDS after the judge muttered something about Linnocent having to spend 30 days in jail FOR SERIOUS, TMZ got a hold of their Sheriff?s Department source who mentioned in passing that because of overcrowding, Linnocent would probably end up only doing 5 or 6 days of that 30-day sentence. It sucked. But you know what sucks even harder? The news that even 6 days in jail is a total pipe dream. Later on Wednesday, TMZ?s sources told them that Linnocent would probably only be held for a matter of MINUTES. Ugh.
Lindsay Lohan will almost certainly get out of jail in a matter of minutes … this according to officials from the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department.
Two Sheriff’s Dept. officials tell us … if someone receives a misdemeanor sentence of 90 days or less, they are routinely processed in and then released. As one of the officials put it, “She’ll be out without even having to change her clothes.”
Judge Stephanie Sautner sentenced Lindsay to serve 30 days in the pokey, adding that the only way to shave time off the sentence is if it’s required by law. A Sheriff’s official told us earlier this week … misdemeanor inmates only serve 20% of the actual sentence because of overcrowding. But the 2 officials we spoke with today say … because of overcrowding they immediately release inmates sentenced to less than 90 days.
As for what the judge said — that the sentence can only be reduced if required by law — the officials say there’s a federal court order on overcrowding that “trumps everything,” and that order has been interpreted to immediately release people with short jail sentences.
Sheriff’s spokesperson Steve Whitmore just confirmed with TMZ … Lindsay will get in and out of jail pronto, adding the only reason there might be any sort of delay — possibly overnight — is if there are lots of other inmates who are being processed out at the same time.

Soon after TMZ reported that, the Sheriff?s Dept. spokesperson Steve Whitmore went on the record with TMZ and said that LL would probably end up spending ONE NIGHT in jail, but that we shouldn?t think that she?s getting special treatment. Honestly, she?s not getting special treatment. This is how California treats most ?non-violent? offenders. Anyway, Whitmore said that depending on what day (and what time of day) Linnocent checks in, it could be a matter of hours or perhaps even overnight.
Oh, and why did Linnocent get a week?s leniency to turn herself in to jail? It?s because she still needs to take more frecky, fire-crotchy Playboy photos. Because one million dollars will buy you a lot of crack (for real). Apparently, that?s why the sentencing hearing started late - Shawn Holley was in the judge?s chambers, telling the judge that Linnocent needed to ?work? this week.
As far as Linnocent?s perspective on this whole new crackie ordeal, TMZ?s sources (Mother Cracken) says that Linnocent believes Judge Sautner?s sentence is ?very fair? and that the judge is ?nice?. Also, Linnocent is promising that she?ll totally work super-hard to meet all of her requirements. Here?s an honest to God question, though: if Linnocent had just opted for the 300-day sentence, how long would she have had to spend in jail? It would probably just be a matter of days, maybe a week or two, right? So why didn?t she just go for that? Dumb crackie can?t think straight.
Last thing: regardless of the boobs which are sagging to her waist, you know what I think was going on in Linnocent?s mind yesterday? ?I?m so Marilyn in this ensemble! Screw Michelle Williams, this is exactly how Marilyn would have looked if she was a crackhead being dragged into court for the millionth time.?

Making her way back to Tinseltown just in time to delve into her "Breaking Dawn" press efforts, Kristen Stewart was spotted arriving into LAX airport in Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon (November 2).
The Bella Swan actress looked a bit tired following the long flight from London, as she's been busy filming "Snow White" in the UK locale while still sporting a bandage on her recently injured hand.
The return to the States comes as Miss Stewart and co-stars Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner will be teaming up for a long and eventful day of promotions on Thursday (November 3).
Among the trio's stops are a morning visit to Grauman's Chinese Theatre with a 10AM PT ceremony immortalizing the "Twilight" cast on Hollywood's Walk of Fame.
Kristen, Robert and Taylor will also be partaking in a Q&A session during the "MTV First: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" event - which comes immediately following the debut of a new "Breaking Dawn" clip slated to air at 7:56PM ET.
