The 29-year-old actress sipped on her Starbucks iced coffee on her way out of the workout session and flipped the bird to the awaiting paparazzi before heading into her car.
In personal news, the ?Friends with Benefits? star was spotted out with her rumored boyfriend Ashton Kutcher and her parents at a Los Angeles Dodgers game over the weekend.
According to reports, the pair was all smiles munching on food, cheering on the team and enjoying each other's company and even appear to be holding hands in a video from the event.

Jessica Alba is reprising her role as stripper Nancy Callahan in Sin City 2, so she posted pictures of herself undergoing her blondification process on Twitter. I personally prefer her as a brunette. I also prefer no crusts on my sandwich and chocolate milk instead of plain, but grandma’s really been dropping the ball since the mini-strokes. If it weren’t for all her anti-anxiety medication, I’d be really upset right now.

The Halle Berry custody battle rages on, and Halle’s people would like us to think that it’s all going in her favor. I consider this latest TMZ report spin from Halle’s camp, as is a lot of what gets reported by TMZ about her. I could be wrong, it could be a totally genius idea to have her new fiance, Oliver Martinez, testify on her behalf about how much better the paparazzi are in France compared to L.A. Or it could just make her reasons for wanting to move to France with her daughter seem transparent and the paparazzi excuse will come across like as much of a smokescreen as it looks like from the outside. At least I’m hoping that happens. Here’s TMZ’s report:
Halle Berry has a secret witness she’s going to call to the stand to support her bid to take Nahla to Paris — her fiance, Olivier Martinez.
Sources close to the case tell TMZ … Halle’s lawyer will ask Martinez — a famous actor — about his experience with paparazzi in Paris. Martinez will say the photogs are far more respectful and less aggressive in gay Paris than their counterparts in the US of A.
Martinez will also discuss their living arrangement and his involvement with Nahla. He will also tell the judge that Halle is a class A mother.
As for how the case is going, we’re told baby daddy Gabriel Aubry is having trouble making his case. On Thursday, one of Halle’s expert witnesses left the courthouse early without even testifying — he was there to counter one of Gabriel’s experts, but there was no need for a rebuttal because sources connected with Gabriel tell TMZ … his expert kinda crashed and burned.

The last we heard from Gabriel’s side, the official child custody report recommended that Nahla not be separated from her father. So I doubt that this is as cut and dried as Halle’s people would like to have us believe. That said, I truly don’t know how this is going to turn out. Halle seems to stop at nothing to get her way, and I only hope that the judge can see through that. Having her new fiance testify on her behalf seems like dumb and arrogant move, one that may backfire on her.
Radar reported reported last week that Halle and Gabriel’s custody trial would last “another 10 full days,” so we may be hearing something about this next week. That is unless Halle calls in more of her besties to try and bolster her case.

I?ll admit ? I found myself amused by Kim Kardashian and Kanye West this morning. Like, they genuinely made me laugh. I wasn?t laughing AT them either. I was watching MTV or VH1, and I saw this commercial for the MTV Video Music Awards, in which Kimye make an appearance with this year?s VMA host, Kevin Hart. It came out several weeks ago, but I only saw it for the first time this morning!
It was Kanye saying ?DO YOU?? that cracked me up. Is Kanye the best actor in the world? No. But that sh-t was funny.
Anyway, Kim is still tweeting like crazy, as always, but yesterday she tweeted a photo while she was in the middle of a fitting with her stylist. She tweeted, ?Ummm in a fitting w @MonicaRoseStyle I think my butt looks too big in these jeans.?
Yes, Kim. Your butt does look big in those jeans. And in all jeans. And skirts. And dresses. And swimsuits. Isn?t that the point?
Also ? Kim tweeted about picking up yet another new car. According to the Mail, Kim has spent more than $1.2 million on customized cars over the past few years, and she?s just added a new 2013 Mercedes G63, priced at $150,000. The Mercedes isn?t even available yet ? Kim got the ?first one?. You can see some photos here.
Last thing, and then I swear I won?t talk about the Kardashians anymore today. There?s a preview of a new episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians (which of course none of you watch, and neither do I, ever, ever, ever) in which Kanye shows up at Kim?s place with his stylist and they completely edit Kim?s closet.
Kim says: ?He?s a fashion designer and he loves clothes and I?m excited to collaborate with him to see what his take on fashion is…I feel it?s so ironic that I?m the one that?s always giving my friends their closet makeovers so for the roles to be reversed it?s like: ?Oh my God?.? Is it really ?ironic?? I can?t decide if she?s misusing ?irony?.

One of the cool things about Twitter is that celebrities have taken to posting blow-by-blow accounts of their hair transformations. Mostly recently, Miley Cyrus has grabbed a great deal of attention with her quasi-Gosselin cut, and now Jessica Alba is getting into the act as well. Jessica took to her Twitter page to tweet the steps of transforming her hair from its usual brunette color to a gradiated blonde with the roots showing in a strategic manner. The final product reflects the current ombre trend, which sort of mystifies me because it’s only recently become a hot look, but Drew Barrymore has been (unintentionally?) sporting it for what seems like a decade now. Now Jessica has taken the overprocessing plunge, but it’s for a good cause, I think.
The final image was accompanied by the caption, “She got roots that Nancy #sincity2.”
Do you like Jessica’s new look? CB thinks it’s pretty fug because she thinks that ombre looks better with funky hair colors, “but with blonde hair it just looks like you need a dye job.” I agree because, again, ombre with blonde and brown reminds me of an unkempt Drew Barrymore. Part of me is itching to try it with blue or red, but at age 37, I’m probably too old for that kind of thing.
Even more surprising than Jessica’s new ombre hair is that this means Sin City 2: A Dame to Kill For is really happening. Really? It’s been seven years since Sin City movie (obviously, since I created the design on my now-defunct blog as an homage), but the wait for the second film has just become too exhausting with too many promises from co-director Robert Rodriguez. He’s been filming all sorts of kid movies and Machete variants, and his co-director in crime, Frank Miller (who was also the writer of the screenplay as well as the original comic) took a break to botch up the adaptation of Will Eisner’s The Spirit comic. After all that and quarterly “Dude!” announcements from Rodriguez about how Sin City 2 was always just around the corner, all it took was hair tweeting from Jessica Alba to prove that the sequel is actually in the works.
I’ve been trying to ignore any and all casting news on the movie for the past few years, but that jig is over. After a peek at the movie’s IMDb page, it looks like Mickey Rourke will be back as Marv, Jessica will be back as Nancy the stripper (which means she’ll wear a bikini and chaps again), and Rosario Dawson might be back as Gail (of course she will) while Devon Aoki is rumored to play Deadly Little Miho again. That leaves a huge void on who will play the two main characters, Ava and Dwight. Angelina Jolie and Rachel Weisz were frontrunners for the Ava role many years ago, but who the hell knows who Rodriguez has cast now. IMDb provides no clues, but at least we know it won’t be Rose McGowan (since they’re no longer an item). Clive Owen won’t be back for the sequel (er, prequel?) either, but that’s to be expected since his Dwight character has a different face in the A Dame to Kill For graphic novel.
Here’s a photo of Jessica training to wield a gun as Nancy Callahan. Funny, I don’t remember that happening in the graphic novel, but it’s been a decade since I read the thing. So this movie is really happening, right? Rodrigues had better work up a cast, and he’d better not put Lindsay Lohan in the lead.
Oh, and Jessica was also snapped by the paps yesterday too. The ombre looks much less extreme in these photos but I think it’s because she’s gone for a side part. Those roots are much more exaggerated with a center part, which is how she’ll probably wear it for the movie. Her hairdressers must have painted the roots in such a way that she could disguise them fairly easily when she’s not on the set. Good plan.

Making the most of the beautiful weather, Julie Bowen headed over to the Farmer?s Market in Studio City, California yesterday afternoon (August 26).
Joined by her husband Scott Phillips and their three sons Oliver, Gustav, and John, the ?Modern Family? babe browsed the goodies on display as shutterbugs looked on.
Julie is featured on the cover of the Fall 2012 issue of Capitol File magazine, and in her interview she confessed that while she?s surrounded by liberal Hollywood, she?s becoming more conservative with age.
"There's the adage that if you're not a liberal when you're young, you have no heart, and if you're not a conservative when you're old, you have no brains. I find myself somewhere at those crossroads. There is this sense of wanting to protect your family. Right now I want them to have a childhood and I don't want them to be exposed to everything so fast."
She continued, "The boys are finally at an age where I find them so luscious and fantastic that I don't want to be away if I don't have to be if. It's such a gift to not to feel the pressure to go hunting down a job right now. I'm just lucky as hell."

These are some new photos of Natalie Portman speaking at the ?Nevada Women’s Summit? held in Las Vegas on Saturday. It was less of a Women?s Summit and more of a women-centric rally for Pres. Obama?s reelection campaign. Portman, a Democrat and an Obama supporter, was one of the headliners for the event. Politico says that Portman made the appearance with some of Obama?s senior staffers:
The Obama campaign is embarking on a new effort to paint Republicans as out of touch on women’s issues with a nationwide week of action.
Starting with a Las Vegas rally featuring actress Natalie Portman, White House staffers Cecilia Muoz and Valerie Jarrett and others, the campaign will launch a weeklong assault against the GOP on contraception, abortion, and women’s health.
“Events highlighting how the Romney-Ryan ticket is too extreme for women and families will continue throughout the week, with events in Philadelphia, Richmond, Raleigh, Cleveland, Manchester, Milwaukee and Tampa, and will feature women who are well aware of how Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan?s policies would impact the health and economic security of women across the country,” the campaign said in a release.

Even when a celebrity?s politics are similar to my own, I generally don?t want to hear that celebrity pontificate on why they?re voting for a certain person. I?m not saying that every person ? celebrity or non-celebrity ? doesn?t have the right to believe in whatever they want, or that they don?t have the right to vocally support their candidate. I?m just saying that I?m not interested in hearing about it usually. But! I like that the younger generations of celebrities are approaching the political system in a different way. I like that Natalie wasn?t making some kind of high-profile campaign stop WITH Pres. Obama, and that she used her celebrity in a more concentrated, focused way to draw attention to women?s issues? issues that align with Pres. Obama?s campaign. It?s a smarter way of doing the nexus of politics and celebrity. I also like that Natalie made an appearance in a battleground state ? this year?s battleground states are Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Ohio, Nevada, New Hampshire and Virginia, all states Obama won in 2008.
Oh, and on a superficial level, I like Natalie?s outfit.

These are some newish photos of Leonardo DiCaprio filming in New York City over the weekend. Leo has joined with his favorite director once again, Martin Scorsese, for The Wolf of Wall Street. The film is about?well, apparently it?s based on the true story of Jordan Belfort (who is played by Leo) and his rise and fall on greedy, seedy Wall Street. Allegedly, the story has a lot of ?sex atop piles of money? and ?cocaine?.
I guess this is a period film too, judging by the dated, oversized suit Leo is wearing. Is he supposed to look like a kid wearing his dad?s suit? Because that?s what he looks like. I can?t even decide if Leo is wearing a wiglet, either. I don?t think that?s Leo?s natural hairline, but if it is a wiglet, they got a good one. I mean, John Travolta should really look into getting himself something like this. I also don?t know if Leo is wearing prosthetics on his face, or if his jawline is really that? mushy. While his face doesn?t really look bloated and carby to me, his neck and jaw definitely look weird.
So, would you hit it? I don?t think I would. But I haven?t wanted to ?hit it? with Leo in years and years. I had a brief moment of wanting him again in The Departed, but for the most part I haven?t wanted him since Romeo + Juliet.
Would you like to know who else is in the movie? Because I was surprised to see this list: Matthew McConaughey (he plays Leo’s boss), Jonah Hill, Jean Dujardin, Kyle Chandler, Jon Favreau, and voice work by Gene Hackman. Can you believe that list?! I?m incredibly proud of Jonah Hill ? I can?t believe that boy managed to get himself onto a Scorsese movie! With LEO! Good for Jonah.
