Here is Selena Gomez celebrating her 21st birthday with more than a dozen friends… including actresses Ashley Benson and Francia Raisa.. at French bistro Bagatelle in West Hollywood. The group of gal pals shared several pictures from the festivities via their official Instagram accounts.
As was the case throughout the day. Before her big dinner, Gomez enjoyed Jack n the Box tacos and tweeted, “Guess what ? I’m 21. UM, #turnupNOW” along with a photo of herself laughing with a group of friends.

It was bound to happen sooner or later but everyone’s favorite nut job, Amanda Bynes, has been placed on a 5150 hold after starting a fire in a random person’s driveway. By the way, she’s back in California now.
TMZ says the fire department was called when someone saw Amanda at an old lady’s house in Thousand Oaks (where she grew up) standing over a small fire in the driveway. Cops also came and asked what the hell she was doing. She gave some nutty answers and they decided to put her on a 5150 hold. As one tends to do in Thousand Oaks, she had been walking around with a “little red gas tank.”
Earlier Sunday night, cops were called when Amanda tried to get into a retirement home in Thousand Oaks. At first, they turned her away because they felt she was drunk. They even called a taxi for her. However, when she got into the taxi she said, “Get me the fuck out of her, I don’t have any money.” The cab driver kicked her out and she walked back to the olds. Cops were called, she was possibly ticketed.
In even more Amanda Bynes is crazy news, she robbed her weed dealer and now he won’t sell to her. An insider says she stole her dealer’s weed while he was using her bathroom. He didn’t realize it at first but when he did inventory, i.e., looked into his bag, he noticed she replaced his stash with empty weed jars.
Says a source,”And she could end up really getting screwed by these guys. They?re good dudes, but you don?t steal from drug dealers!”
To be fair, these are probably low level dealers. Going, “Dude. Duuuude. Duuuuuude. Not cool,” is probably the angriest they’ll ever get.

First of all, how cute a name is “Davey Detail”? It sounds like a pseudonym, and maybe it is, or a superhero’s administrative assistant sidekick. “Davey Detail, pull up the coordinates to Octomonster’s lair.” Anyway Rose McGowan, 39, and Mr. Detail started dating sometime last year and now they’re engaged. Her publicist confirmed the news, and Rose has been seen out with a ring on her finger. It’s hard to see in the photo above but it looks like a square-cut emerald surrounded by diamonds on a thick gold band. I’m more into platinum and silver rings but I like how substantial it is without looking ostentatious. It’s a nice ring. Here’s more:

The former Charmed star is “happily engaged” to artist Davey Detail, McGowan’s rep confirmed exclusively to E! News Monday.
Detail is a member of the artist collective Cyrcle.
The now betrothed couple started dating last year, making for some adorable red-carpet photo ops, and pics of McGowan wearing a ring on that finger popped up last week.
The actress was previously engaged to Marilyn Manson, whom she broke up with in 2001 due to a “lifestyle difference,” and Robert Rodriguez, who directed her in Grindhouse. She and the filmmaker split up in 2009.

Yes the last guy Rose was engaged to was married with kids when she got with him and she was more than old enough to know better. (He may have been separated, but it was suspicious.) Director Robert Rodriguez helped her career until he couldn’t anymore and then they went their separate ways, probably in that order but not necessarily. Prior to that she was engaged to Marilyn Manson, so she doesn’t really know how to pick them. In any case I hope she’s happy with this guy and that it lasts for her. I’m surprised she’s not with someone higher profile, but maybe she’s just wildly in love and happy. In some of these shots she looks a little toasty too.

I try and pay attention to as many comment threads here as possible, and whenever a Miley post pops up, many of you compare her to Justin Bieber as far as her maturity level and attention-loving ways go. Since I still like Miley a lot more than I care for Bieber, I’d love to argue that point; but when one compares Bieber jumping up and down and yelling “I’m a swaggy adult!” with Miley’s recent insistence that “dancing with Molly” is proof that she’s now a grown up, the similarities are impossible to deny.
Anyway, these are photos of Miley doing the media thing in Germany while appearing on the “Fruehstuecksfernsehen” program. As usual, her bod is banging, but she doesn’t look entirely thrilled to be sitting with a beach ball. Miley’s been doing a ton of press lately on an international level, and she recently talked to the Mirror about her feelings on the how Bieber peed in a restaurant bucket while rambling about Bill Clinton. Supposedly, Miley had a chat with Biebs, and she told him to stop acting so “stupid.” Really?
On the Biebs: “I told Justin to take a bit of time out and people aren?t so obsessed with you and nit-pick. When you’re not around, all they want is your music. I hate to say it, but Miley has a point here even though it’s not exactly an uncommon or particularly unusual reaction to say that Bieber was acting stupid while peeing in a bucket on video. And I guess since no one else will say this stuff to Bieber, then perhaps Miley’s words might sink in just a little bit. Still, it’s worth mentioning that Miley can see the dumb things that Bieber does while ignoring her own “stupid” behavior like the hard drugs and silly grill and whatnot. True, she’s not peeing in a bucket just yet, but it could happen.
Oh, and Miley also told Heat magazine that she has no idea who One Direction is because “I listen to urban,” which is only interesting because she was photographed cuddling in bed with a Harry Styles cutout in January before her big image change.

These are photos of Rihanna in Stockholm, Sweden yesterday, and as you can see by the blurry bits, RiRi wanted some attention, so she decided to wear a white, transparent mesh top with absolutely nothing at all underneath the shirt. Everything was showing, not just the nips. Of course, this is not an accident by any stretch because Rihanna has a history of being an exhibitionist, and while I had to go back through the archives a bit, Rihanna has definitely done this before and even pulled this stunt on the streets of New York City. What is surprising is that it’s been a full year since that last incident, but in the interim, Rihanna’s kept her narcissistic streak alive and well on her social media accounts. Oh well.
Hopefully, I won’t wake up to a report that Rihanna not only decided to essentially go without a top in Sweden but that she was also late for her evening concert, but that’s probably too much to ask. RiRi’s trend for lateness (especially when it comes to school kids, who had to wait four hours for her greatness) is only growing worse. Last week, she was three hours late for a Monaco show, and then a few days later, she showed up only an hour late in London, but fans were so disgusted that they threw bags of potato chips at her when she arrived onstage.
Here are some more assorted outfits from Rihanna’s recent stay in London. We never talked about her new grey highlights, right? They probably won’t last long, but Rihanna declared on Twitter, “Grey is the new black! Blondies, it’s quiet for y’all!.” Nice grill.

Just yesterday, we discussed the weekend photos of Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem in Madrid. I wrote, ?Penelope really looks like she?s ready to rock and roll any second.? And that?s what happened! Penelope gave birth to her second child yesterday, only nobody noticed because we were all paying attention to Duchess Kate. We don?t know if Penelope gave birth to a son or daughter (it took us a while to find out that her first kid was a boy too), and we don?t know the name of course.
Penelope Cruz has given birth to her second child – on the same day as the Royal baby. The world went into meltdown on Monday over news that the Duchess of Cambridge had given birth to a baby boy – the third in line to the throne.
But she wasn’t the only woman in the public eye to welcome a new addition to the family, as Spanish actress Penelope also gave birth to a baby girl on the same day.
The Spanish actress already has a two-year-old son, Leonardo, with husband Javier Bardem.
And now a representative has confirmed to Hello! magazine she’s welcomed her second child. Although it is not yet known the name of the baby in question, we do know the baby was born on the same day Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge announced they’d welcomed a baby boy at St Mary’s Hospital in London, weighing in at 8Ibs, 6oz.
But while the Royals are expected to let the public know about their child, Cruz and Bardem are notoriously private and kept the details of their first child under wraps as long as possible.
She recently said of her children: ‘I want my son and my kids – if I have more – to grow up in a way that is as anonymous as possible. The fact that his father and I have chosen to do the work we do doesn’t give anybody the right to invade our privacy.’
Penelope was last seen just a couple of days ago when she looked ready to pop.

Congrats to Penelope! If she had given birth in London, her baby might have gotten one of those specially minted pence pieces that are being given to babies born on the same day as HRH Prince Crumpets. But I think she gave birth in Madrid ? that?s where they were over the weekend, and that?s where their extended family lives. Anyway, congrats to Javi and Penelope on what I?m sure is yet another gorgeous Spanish baby.

Cate is in NYC to promote her new film Blue Jasmine, written and directed by Woody Allen. This is the first time Cate and Woody have worked together, and she?s been vocal about how much she enjoyed it and how much she always wanted to work with Woody. She plays the wife of a Bernie Madoff-type businessman (played by Alec Baldwin) who loses everything. Cate?s character goes from being a wealthy New York socialite to being some financially strapped women who can?t get a job and is forced to move in with relatives in San Francisco. Jessica Alba has a new extensive interview and photo spread of her home in Hello! Magazine. She comes across well, as she has for some time now. It seems like Alba’s insufferable days are well behind her, and she’s settled into a nice routine as a mom and business owner. In the piece, Alba is promoting The Honest Company and her book, The Honest Life. She talks about eco-friendly home products, which are her bread and butter, and about being a wife and mother, which is also her bread and butter. Alba is a brand now, and she’s selling us her environmentally conscious lifestyle. She’s worked to make it affordable for people, and that’s really saying something when it comes to a celebrity product.
On her family
We’re a happy family. When I first met Cash, I felt like I’d known him my whole life. And my parents are a pretty good example of showing me it could work. They got together when they were 16 and 17 years old and are still happily married.
On her husband
Cash is great. He’s the best father ever. He loves preparing meals for Honor and taking her out to play if I’m with the baby, or just feeling a bit tired at the end of the day. He’ll sit and watch children’s movies with Honor and teach her different things – it’s really beautiful to watch them together.
On how she’s the disciplinarian in their house
From my own experience, I know it’s important for me to make sure Honor grows up knowing what is proper behavior and good manners. I don’t want to see her growing up into a younger version of myself!
On her career
Before I started my family, acting was my total focus in life. I know that my looks were my path into Hollywood, but I never really enjoyed the kind of attention that comes with the [sex symbol] image. I was very hungry to have a serious career and now I’m able to do both family films and darker kinds of movies. It’s the best of both worlds for me.
I’m finally comfortable in my own skin – I can embrace the idea of being a sexy and self-confident woman.
I also have different priorities as a mother. I’m not afraid to turn down film roles now if I feel I need to spend more time with my children.

Alba’s career has definitely been on the wane lately, and that’s not exactly because she’s busy with her family. She sounds a little like Goop here when she talks about her career, although more well rounded and realistic. Alba built her career as the “sexy” castmember, and those type of roles tend to get replaced with younger women. She sounds both grateful for that recognition and wary of it. This isn’t new from her. It was smart of her to start her own business, and I like that Alba doesn’t try to dictate to the masses how to live. She has her way of doing things and she wants to share it, not make it into some way of life we’re supposed to aspire to.

Nevermind marrying ? could you DATE a man who wore white skinny jeans, a worn white hipster t-shirt and mangy-looking Chucks? I?m sorry, but I would take one look at this mess and my biscuit would say ?Nope. Closed for business.? Maybe Adam Shulman has a really great personality. Maybe he makes his wife Anne Hathaway laugh and laugh. Maybe he?s really low-key and he lets her be the high-maintenance one and she really appreciates that. But even then, I really don?t think I could date a guy who not only wore white skinny jeans, but wore them in such a small size. I really do think Adam and Anne are the same size. Like, they borrow each other?s jeans, or they would if her hips didn?t stretch out his favorite white J Brands.
Anyway, these are just some photos of Annie and Adam out to eat with friends in LA over the weekend. They had been in New York for a few months while Annie worked on Song One, which Adam ?produced?. Personally, I think it was just a little pet project that Anne did for no money so her husband could get a producer?s credit. But maybe that?s just me.
So just take this discussion of these photos as evidence that the birth of HRH Prince Crumpets has blown all other celebrity news out of the water. So let?s just idly gossip about these pics. What?s with Anne?s too long, too voluminous skirt? Is she hiding a long-discussed pregnancy? Or is the skirt just much too big for her? I?ve been looking for a skirt like this in a lighter color. I?ve also been looking for a well-made, long, straight-line black skirt. I can?t find either. Sigh. I kind of like Anne?s skirt if she had it taken up about two inches. She looks like she?s about to trip on that hem.

Back when Megan Fox used to get a lot more coverage overall, I used to try to identify her always-changing features by year. Like, her 2009 Face got a little bit out of control. Her 2010 Face was overly Botoxed. Etc. I stopped doing it when she was pregnant because I really did think that she stopped messing with her face during her pregnancy and immediately following the pregnancy, which meant that her 2012 Face was actually pretty normal (it was still a far cry from her original face, but still, ?normal?). But I think I have to bring it back. Because this is Megan?s 2013 Face.
These are photos of Megan on the set of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles yesterday in NYC. First, something nice: her body looks great. She’s very fit. Also, I don?t really hate her current hair, although I suspect she?s being helped along by weaves and such (and isn?t her character supposed to be full-on ginger?). But it’s obvious that Megan has gone back to messing with her face.
If I had to put money on it, I?d say Botox and fillers. Botox in her forehead and fillers in her cheeks. She?s gotten lip injections in the past, but I can?t really tell if she?s gone back to that here. Wait? let me look? yeah. Her lips look weird. Sure. And before you think I?m being completely and utterly rude ? I remember how she used to look, when she was first starting out. She was always very pretty. Here are some various photos of Jennifer Aniston on the set of her new film, Squirrels to the Nuts, over the past week. We go for two months without any new photos of her at all, and then suddenly she?s getting pap?d on a daily basis, and I try to avoid the Aniston Overload. Plus, there?s not all that much happening with her these days. She?s in New York. Justin Theroux is in New York. Their wedding is postponed but not canceled. Jennifer?s character is wearing a series of bad wigs. That?s about it.
Re: the wigs. As I said last week, I really do like the darker color on Jennifer. This is close to her natural hair color, and I would love it if she gradually went darker as she got older. I think darker hair makes her look younger, and I think it makes her blue eyes really stand out. That being said, these wigs look incredibly cheap. The film has a small budget, I?m sure, but why not spread around a little extra money for some better quality wigs?
Additionally, Jennifer and Justin were out and about with their mothers on Saturday in New York. The way the tabloids have it, Nancy Dow (Jennifer?s mom) is close to death, but if you look at the photos ? go here to see ? she looks fine. I don?t know what?s going on there. Justin and Jennifer took their moms out to dinner in the Village. JustJen also went (without their moms) to a matinee of The Grown-Ups. Er? Maybe it was just one of those ?It?s crazy hot in this apartment, let?s go see a movie and just sit in the air conditioning for hours, I don?t care what we see? moments.

The 44-year-old actress looked chic in a knee-length black dress and matching heels as she posed for photographers outside the iconic Ed Sullivan theater.
In the upcoming Woody Allen-written-and-directed drama, a life crisis causes a woman to head to San Francisco, where she reconnects with her sister.
Aside from making her late night appearance this evening, Cate was also busy attending the New York City premiere for the film, which took place at the Museum of Modern Art.

On deck for the big screen, Ashley will provide voices for both "The Great Migration" and "Phineas and Ferb," and will star in the film based off the best-selling novels about the Rapture, "Left Behind."

The "TRON: Legacy" actress looked casually chic in skinny jeans, tan booties, and a tucked in grey t-shirt as her companion walked closely by.
Although Olivia may find her dog to be a perfect four-legged friend, some nearby walkers in the Big Apple decided to give their own opinions on what they thought of the adorable white pup.
"Dudes just walked by my pooch and me on the street and said 'now that's a gay dog.' NYC compliments do not get better than this. #fistpump," Wilde wrote on her Twitter page.
