Arriving for a departing flight, Jessica Simpson was spotted at the Los Angeles International Airport on Friday (October 7).
The ?Price of Beauty? babe looked cute and comfy in leggings and an over-sized sweater as she and her mom, Tina, made their way through the security checkpoint.
With rumors of a pregnancy swirling around Jess and fiance Eric Johnson as of late, an inside told OK!, ?She?s being coy about it because it?s in the early weeks, but yes, the general consensus is that she?s pregnant.?
?Jessica wants to be a mom so badly and has for a long time,? the source added. ?Whenever Jessica is with [her sister] Ashlee?s son, Bronx, she?s all over him. Jess is just so playful and open-hearted. You can tell she?s going to be an amazing mother.?

So Elisabetta Canalis got voted off Dancing with The Stars on the second week, followed by another chick who could have just as easily dated George Clooney given his standards, Kristin Cavallari. (Spoilers - oops too late.) In her most recent interview, with In Touch, Elisabetta revealed that she had no real game plan post-DWTS and she may have even hinted that she was ready to return to Italy. She said “I just want to move on… I?m really just doing what I?ve done for years before ? my job, and that?s television. I had this opportunity to do my job here in this country.” So did she mean that the opportunity had passed and that she was moving back to Italy? She may have just screwed up the tense or something. (No real offense to her English as I’ve had to speak another language out of necessity and it’s a bitch.)
Elisabetta may have been vague about her plans, but somehow she hatched a classic famewhore move - a date at a Hollywood hot spot! Only she didn’t score an A or B-lister, she was spotted out with a guy who got killed off “True Blood” two seasons ago, Mehcad Brooks. That’s ok, Mehcad makes up in hotness what he lacks in fame. My estimation of him has lowered considerably now that I know he went out with Elisabetta, though. Here’s more:

TMZ has video of these two getting Mehcad’s car from the valet and when the paparazzi asked how they met he’s all “we didn’t meet, I don’t know what you’re talking about.” He smiles and seems happy enough for the attention, though. I guess he’s starring on USA’s “Necessary Roughness” now, so he has another steady gig on television. Maybe he could find some work for Elisabetta! We know how much she wants to be an actress despite lacking even a sliver of talent.

Gwyneth Paltrow, otherwise known as Mrs. Elton and Queen of the Humble-brag, has now performed for royalty. Meaning that she sang for Prince Phillip, the Queen?s husband. Phillip, the Duke of Edinburgh, is 90 years old, and he reportedly has a long-time soft-spot for leggy blondes. So I wonder what his reaction to Gwyneth?s ?performance? was? Well, he spoke to her after she performed, so I guess he liked it - you can see photos of that here. But you know what this means, right? Future Goop newsletters in which Gwyneth refers to her ?dear special friend, His Royal Highness, the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Phillip Mountbatten? When Cee Lo Green released his single F*** You, he knew he would have to come up with a clean version for the radio edit of the track. And so, when it came to Gwyneth Paltrow performing the song on hit US TV show Glee, she belted out the child-friendly version Forget You. But there was no such censorship on Wednesday night, when the actress opted to perform the foul-mouthed version of the song at a party in Mayfair in front of royal guests which included Prince Philip.
Before performing the song, Gwyneth, 39, turned to the Duke of Edinburgh and joked: ‘I hope you don’t mind the lyrics - don’t tell the Queen!’
Apparently Prince Philip, 90, was so enamoured with Hollywood actress Gwyneth that he changed his plans to stay later than he had originally intended to so he could hear her perform.
A source told the Daily Telegraph: ‘The Duke had been due to leave at around 10pm but he was enjoying himself so much that he stayed for an extra half hour to listen to all of Gwyneth’s songs.’
And it seems the feeling was mutual, as Gwyneth also appeared to be very fond of the Duke.
The source added: ‘Gwyneth clearly enjoyed his company and was chatting away to him as if he was an old uncle. The Duke had a real twinkle in his eye and was having such a good time that after he made his speech he stayed on for a concert downstairs for an hour or so.’
Gwyneth and the Queen’s husband are both members and patrons of the swanky members-only establishment on London’s Dover Street.

Do you feel any sympathy for Demi Moore at this point? Whenever I start to feel a twinge of sympathy, empathy or pity for Demi?s current situation - that of emaciated, wronged wife who may be battling some kind of substance abuse problem, allegedly - I think back to her history as a willfully oblivious famewhore. Remember when Ashton Kutcher cheated on Demi last year? She posed in bikinis and posted the photos on Twitter, and she and Ashton went to Israel on some kind of romantic, paparazzi-friendly vacation. And now that Ashton has once again screwed around on her, she?s keeping her head down? but there are still reports of her wearing her ring, and there?s still no statement from her or her publicist about the alleged split.
Radar has a new report in which ?sources? claim that Demi has now given up on counseling to fix her broken marriage. I guess I should feel sympathy for her commitment to making her marriage work - but mostly, I?m just mad at her for seeming like such a doormat.
A stressed-out Demi Moore can?t forgive Ashton Kutcher for cheating on her with Sara Leal and the marriage is over despite a last-ditch attempt at counseling. Moore and Kutcher were already separated when the Two And a Half Men star cheated on her ? on their sixth wedding anniversary!
?They?ve been in counseling,? a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com exclusively. But when Ashton cheated with Leal in San Diego in the early morning of September 24, it dealt a death blow to the marriage.
?They separated about six weeks ago,? the source said. ?Both went to Kaballah counseling hoping to save the marriage. But it?s over now.?
Kutcher has been accused of cheating previously in the marriage. He denied hooking up with Brittney Jones last year, but has been quiet about his sexual encounter with Leal, who slept with Ashton in his penthouse suite in San Diego and then sent a text message to friends telling them about it.
Star magazine was first to report that the couple will now split a $290 million fortune and also features photos from inside Ashton?s hotel room as a party raged ? a party that ended with Kutcher and Leal having sex.
Ashton and Demi are both still wearing their wedding rings but the source close to the couple says the marriage is dead and Demi is devastated. Moore has shocked everyone with her appearance lately, losing a substantial amount of weight.
?She is completely stressed out,? the source said. ?She?s devastated.?
RadarOnline.com was first to report that Ashton and Demi dropped each other on Twitter and the once chatty pair have been silent about their relationship.

At this point, isn?t it ?Split or GTFO?? They?ve already separated - sort of. Ashton has allegedly moved out of the home he shared with Demi. Why not announce the split formally? Does she like the speculation? Does she think it?s none of our business? It?s a little late for that, considering how public she and Ashton have been throughout their marriage. So? what?s the hold up? Can Demi just not admit that the marriage has failed? Is she still clinging to some hope that everything can be salvaged?
I should point out - I?m not being critical of Demi because I blame her, or because she seems to be fighting for Ashton. I just think it?s really obvious that Ashton wants out, and has wanted out for a long time. Regardless of what he might be saying to her now, his actions speak volumes about how little he cares about the marriage, and no amount of counseling will change that. So? that?s why I think Demi should just bite the bullet and finish this junk and move the hell on.
(Plus, there?s the Schadenfreude Factor, in which many people have found Demi really annoying for years, so they just like to see her get some kind of ?comeuppance?. I’m not judging that.)

These are some new production stills from the new Snow White movie. No, not the one with Kristen Stewart as Snow White - that film is called Snow White and the Huntsman, and in that one, Snow is a warrior-princess or something. No, this other version of Snow White just seems like a live-action version of the cartoon. And by that, I mean that it looks really, really budget. Lily Collins plays Snow in this one, with Julia Roberts as the Evil Queen and Armie Hammer as the prince/love interest. Since this is so photo-heavy, let me just do some random thoughts with the relevant photos:
I hope Lily Collins is a talented actress, considering so much of the film is going to rest on her performance. I have the feeling that she has the potential to be a very attractive young woman, but it feels like she?s too young right now. Too young for this part, too young to carry a movie. Also, her brows are killing me. That?s some Sam Waterson brow happening there.
As for Julia Roberts - her costumes SUCK. Why does everything look so cheap?!? I can?t even look beyond the funky costumes. It?s like they?re trying to do Tim Burton on a budget.
The sets look budget too. And yes, that?s Nathan Lane back there. He?s the Evil Queen?s henchman or something. I bet he and Julia either had a great time together, or they absolutely hated each other.
Lily Collins says: ?Julia?s playing evil in a way that I don?t think people are going to expect. Everyone loves that Julia smile and laugh and she maintains that, but in such this creepy eerie way that you don?t know if you love her or hate her. She?s brilliant and it?s been an honour. She?s so nice, she?s so classy, she?s just everything I had hoped she?d be. Julia gets to be quite horrible to me. There?s a scene where she pulls my hair and she pulled it so hard that some of it came out! But we kept rolling and afterward she was like, ?I?m so sorry! I?m so sorry!?? Yes, I?m sure it was an ?accident?.
OMG!!!!!!!! Her swan headpiece is just disturbing. JESUS CHRIST.
Armie Hammer already looks like a cartoon prince, so this one is obvious.

Here is Beyonce?s new music video for ?Countdown?. First of all, I dislike the song. It seems all over the place, and? I don?t know, I?m just not humming it. It?s not a ?get this dumb song stuck in your head? kind of song, which is what Beyonce specializes in. Secondly, the video is all over the place too. Beyonce jacks (?borrows?) classic images from Funny Face, West Side Story, and many other films, plus lots of 1960s styling and the mother lode of wigs, wiglets, hairpieces, bangs trauma add-ons and weaves. I think Bey must have blown through her Wiglet Budget for 2011 with this video. The result is? visually intriguing, but I feel like Bey has done this a million times before (?this? being the 1960s stuff, plus stealing from other works). It just seems kind of boring:
Did you notice what I noticed? The discrepancy with the ?bump?? In some of the shots, Beyonce is caressing what seems like a substantial ?bump? and then in other shots, it?s barely there. Don?t even yell at me and say it?s just the angles playing tricks with my eyes. Bitch is wearing padding when it?s convenient for her. I really don?t understand WHY she?s doing it when it?s so obvious. It?s like when Katie Holmes was pregnant with Suri - I believed she was genuinely pregnant (just as I believe Beyonce is), but the discrepancies in the size of the bumps from month to month was so disturbing, and so obviously a padding issue. Ugh.
Oh, and Beyonce?s TWEAKED FACE is killing me. It?s killing me that no one major is calling her out on her major face work.

I have the feeling that there will be little interest in this story, but I find it hysterical and couldn’t resist. It dovetails nicely with Kaiser’s story about Gerard Butler’s pampered dog, too, because here’s another Hollywood player treating his dog nicer than the women he dates. (I didn’t do this story to copy Kaiser or anything, we just coincidentally have two dog stories today. Great minds!)
So Ryan Gosling has this big dog, George, that he adores and has been seen carrying around. He even brought his dog with him on the Jimmy Fallon show, where George was sporting a mohawk. (Really, you can see that here.) Ryan loves his dog so much that he’s brought him with him to yoga class. George of course disrupted everyone while they were trying to work out, probably by sniffing their butts when they were in the downward dog position. (yuck yuck!) Then George meandered over and peed in the corner, causing the instructor to order him out of the room. Ryan had the gall to bring bring George back another day to class though, where George was promptly banned. Bad dog!
Ryan Gosling… has been causing a ruckus in his West Hollywood yoga class by bringing along his beloved pooch George - who interrupts workouts by pestering people, barking and even marking his territory!
“Ryan is a great guy and everyone in class loves him, but they find it very disrespectful that he brings his dog,” revealed a gym insider. “Ryan put a mat next to him and attempted to get George to stay on it. But it only took about 30 seconds before George began walking around and disturbing people who were trying to concentrate on their workouts.
“The instructor finally asked Ryan to remove George from the room after the dog began relieving himself in the corner!”…
The worst part about the yoga fiasco, said the insider, is that…
“He actually tried to bring him to class again,” added the insider. “The instructor immediately told him George was not allowed back in class!”

I just love the image this puts in my head. It’s so absurd to bring a big dog to yoga class and for that dog to bug everyone and then go pee in the corner. It’s like a predictable scene from a romcom that still cracks you the hell up. I told my seven year old this story and we were laughing our asses off at it. If I were in that yoga class, though, I would be pissed off. Hopefully I wouldn’t be pissed on though. (Sorry I couldn’t resist!)

Sometimes I get confused with all the random Hollywood hookups, especially lately when they seem to involve the two Ryans, Olivia Wilde and Blake Lively. (You could also throw Scarlett Johansson and Justin Timberlake in there.) Like both of the Ryans have allegedly hooked up with Blake and Olivia (not together although that would be hot), and we’ve heard rumors about the Ryans and about Olivia and Blake with various other people. It just feels like a spin the bottle game among this group. So that’s why I’m not surprised by this story that Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are getting hot and heavy in the immediate wake of Blake’s breakup with Leonardo DiCaprio. We’ve already heard that they were together but I don’t expect to last. In a month or two it will blend together in my mind with all the other hookups among these people.
Hollywood Life has the news that Blake and Ryan were seen making out at a train station in Boston, where Blake was catching a 5am train back to New York. It was allegedly a goodbye makeout sess after a weekend holed up in Ryan’s Boston apartment.
Blake stayed the weekend at Ryan?s Boston apartment and our eyewitness says when Ryan dropped Blake off at Boston?s Back Bay Station on Oct.3 they couldn?t keep their hands off each other!
What breakup? Blake Lively isn?t sitting around crying over her recent split from Leonardo DiCaprio. We have an eyewitness who says that after the Gossip Girl shacked up at Ryan Reynold?s apartment in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston, they were making out when he took her to catch her 5am train!
?Blake isn?t upset or fazed by the breakup with Leo at all,? our source says. ?When Ryan took Blake to catch her train back to NYC they were making out and looked really happy together. Blake was wearing a big hat and it fell off as she made out with Ryan on the escalator at the train station. It was really early and he was even wheeling her suitcase for her! He wanted to make sure she caught the train so he waited until she got on.?
Ryan and Blake reportedly ran into each other at the Radiohead concert in NYC. When they both realized that they needed to be in Boston for the weekend they decided to take the ritzy Acela train together. Ryan is in Boston shooting his upcoming flick R.I.P.D. and Blake needed to be at a cooking event at upscale sushi eatery O Ya. Ironically Ryan?s ex-wife Scarlett Johansson was reportedly with Ryan at the concert when he ran into Blake.
?They kept kissing on the platform and looked like they were a couple,? our source says. ?It?s clear she?s over Leo, but as for how serious she is with Ryan? Who knows.?
We reached out to both Blake and Ryan?s reps and have yet to hear back.

All the commenters at Hollywood Life are saying “pics or it didn’t happen,” but I could get how they could be spotted and someone would be too shy or too mesmerized to take a clear picture. Or this could be fan fiction, either way.
As Kaiser is always saying, Blake’s got game. She’s dating a dude whose career is on the wane, though, instead of her last boyfriend who was a big player in Hollywood. That’s one way to see it, although most women would jump at the chance to get with Reynolds. He strikes me as a lot more fun than DiCaprio, and as a really hot rebound. Plus I think he’s funny and I like how manic and self deprecating he is. He would be entertaining as a boyfriend.

At this point I wouldn’t put much past LeAnn Rimes. She seems like she’s getting desperate (or she has been for some time and we’re just noticing how severe it is) with the amount of interviews, tweeting, and photo ops she’s staging. So this week’s In Touch has a story complete with what I believe are exclusive new bikini photos, although I could be wrong. (It’s not one of the bikinis she was wearing a month ago to celebrate her birthday by looking insane at a beach photo shoot, nor is it any of the numerous other bikinis she’s sported over the past few months.) The article is about how LeAnn’s “friends” aka her staff, are concerned about her and are worried that she is anorexic. They even have a guy who has supposedly known LeAnn since she was 11, some DJ, who spoke on the record about how skinny she is and how she’s looking ill.
A former mentor of the singer confides exclusively to In Touch that her longtime friends are anxious about her weight loss, too. “Everyone who knows LeAnn thinks that her appearance is alarming and that she looks like she may be anorexic,” laments Bill Back, a legendary DJ who met LeAnn when she was just 11. “She’s still an attractive girl, of course, but there’s been a rapid and obvious change in a very short amount of time, and I’m worried about her.
LeAnn’s friends agree, and they may take drastic action. “It’s gotten to the point where some of us are really worried about her,” a friend tells In Touch. “A group of her friends are even planning to stage an intervention to confront her about her weight.”

Well LeAnn of course could not let that slide, and she brought up her weight again in a recent interview with the Associated Press. She also claimed that when she was going through a divorce she “couldn’t get out of bed.” She couldn’t get out of bed because she was sleeping with a married man in it.
AP: Celebrity and fame has changed since you first became famous as a teenager. Now you’re followed by paparazzi and the press focuses on your marriage.
Rimes: It’s interesting. I was told when I was little I couldn’t have an opinion because you want everyone to buy your record and like you. I’m not gonna apologize for who I am and what I’ve gone through. We all are human. I’ve learned you just don’t know what another person has gone through. … People don’t see that. You know, I went through all I’ve gone through in the last few years and I was going through a divorce and I couldn’t get out of bed, and so I gained 10 pounds and then I lose 10 pounds because now I’m moving around and I’m working and you know, I don’t stop and no one sees that (weight loss) actually can happen like naturally. It’s a natural progression of life. It has to be some big deal and some issue so I’m glad there are people out there that are smarter than that and they don’t buy into it.
AP: How do you deal with all the tabloid attention?
LeAnn: You go through different emotions every day, because the unfortunate thing is the things that people write about and use the word allegedly in front of and say that you do or have done mold people’s opinions about you as a person, and I think it’s completely unfair. … They don’t know the half of it. And so I find it interesting. I’ve never really had to experience that until the last few years. … It definitely can be life-changing, in a good and bad way.

Notice that the interviewer didn’t bring up LeAnn’s weight, she did. This is all she has to talk about: her weight and her marriage. Sometimes she adds Brandi’s kids in there. It was last Monday, September 26, (the same day that Brandi premiered on RHOBH) that LeAnn wrote a whole blog entry about how she didn’t like the word “stepmom” and how she was a great mom and they were just family or something. Then, maybe-not-so-coincidentally, In Touch printed a story a little later that week about how LeAnn was a bad stepmom, but it sounded kind of mild. It was all about how she didn’t give the boys sugar and how she got their hair cut without Brandi’s permission. It worked right into LeAnn’s story defending herself, which she wrote before the article came out and presumably before she could have gotten wind of it. So I’m thinking these negative articles play right into her plan of having something to deny and keep us talking about her. That’s why it looks like she’s planting them. Cue dramatic hamster again.

Before I forget, let me thank all of you for your support on that Eva Green-Ewan Mcgregor post. I too think they (and actors of their caliber) should be featured more and more, and I promise to continue bringing those kinds of people to you. That being said, it?s kind of hard to proclaim that we?ll never cover Kardashian news ever again. Especially not when Kim Kardashian walks the NYC streets looking like she?s about to join Mick Jagger at Studio 54. WTF? Did Evan Rachel Wood send out a memo about these dumb floppy hats?!?
The Daily Mail points out that back in the 1970s, Cher wore a famous all-white ensemble with a floppy hat too. It?s especially funny because just this week, Cher might have said that the Kardashians need to be drop-kicked down a freeway. That?s what it seemed like on Cher?s Twitter, although Cher did try to backtrack and claim that she meant Bridezillas or something. The Kim K.-Cher thing is also funny because if Kim tweaks herself any more, she?s going to have Cher?s current cat-face. Sad.
Did you hear about Kim?s new purchase? She just bought herself a $325,000 Ferrari - in white. Because she?s a bride, I think, and everything has to be WHITE. White for purity. For innocence. For youth and virginity. Anyway, you can see Kim?s new 458 Italia Ferrari here - it?s pretty and completely unnecessary. TMZ points out that Kim ?typically prefers black speedsters? - which I thought was a veiled reference to how Kim prefers black guys, but apparently, she likes her cars how she likes her men: black. So maybe the new white car is because her husband is white? Is that the way it works?
Last piece of Kim news (because I don?t want to write about her again today): she?s being accused of stealing her jewelry designs for her new line, Belle Noel. Jeweler Alexis Bittar claims Kim?s line looks ?very similar? to his, and ?They [the Kardashians] are not designers and they are just stealing. I passed the Dash pop up store on Broadway, and I saw that Kim?s pieces were very similar to mine, and she definitely has been taking note (of my designs). The tricky thing is that we have sent pieces to Kim in the past to wear, so now I have told my staff we cannot send anything to her.? Wow, who would have guessed it? The Kardashians can?t do ANYTHING.

Never mind that it looks like baby tarantulas are crawling out of her eyeholes — I still can’t get over what Kim Kardashian has done to her face. It?s an exciting time in her life, and today (October 6) Beyonc Knowles released her new music video for her single ?Countdown.?
The ?Crazy in Love? songstress shows off her growing preggers midsection as she dons a short black wig and dances around the set.
Beyonce also uses her arms to imitate a ?countdown? clock while standing in front of a retro-looking black and white wall.
As for her pregnancy, Knowles told press, "It is the most powerful creation for you to be able to have a life growing inside of you. There is no bigger gift, nothing more empowering."

Heading out for a day on the town with her ladies, Jessica Alba was accompanied by mother while scooting around Santa Monica, CA with daughters Honor and Haven on Thursday (October 6).
To get things underway, the ?Machete? mama dropped Honor Marie off at school before heading over to grab lunch with her mom and baby girl.
Alba recently opened up about when she and hubby Cash Warren welcomed their new addition into this world back on August 13th.
?I really only expected my child to look like Honor,? Alba told People magazine, adding, ?When the two of us made such a different-looking kid it was, like, ?Okay, I guess we can do this too!? It was a nice little surprise.?
