She loves a good workout, and Demi Moore looked pretty tuckered out as she left her yoga class in Los Angeles last night (September 23).
The 50-year-old ?Ghost? actress skipped the makeup and donned a furry white jacket teamed with black capri leggings and motorcycle boots as she strolled out of the gym.
Meanwhile, it sounds like Demi may end up getting her share of the $25 million in spousal support she?s been demanding from soon-to-be-ex-husband Ashton Kutcher. And she?ll owe it all to new girlfriend Mila Kunis.
An insider told press, ?Mila told Ashton to just give Demi the money, it isn't about winning. She's sick of this hanging over their heads and them not being able to move on with their future together.?

Taking advantage of a break in between her busy schedule, January Jones and her son Xander stepped out in Los Angeles for some mother and son time on Tuesday (September 24).
The "Mad Men" beauty rocked a casual ensemble as she and her little boy headed to a friends home.
On Sunday (September 22), the 35-year-old actress chatted with Ryan Seacrest at the Emmy Awards about how her and the "Mad Men" gang sticking together, even while partying.
"We always love events like this," Miss Jones explained. "We know how to celebrate pretty well, even if we don't win!"
Also revealing her true feelings about the famous AMC series ending, January stated, "We haven't even started shooting the last season, so it's not sad yet. It'll be the last first day, so that'll be sad."

After performing at the iHeartRadio festival, Miley Cyrus went out and twerked with a monkey on her back. Not a metaphorical monkey. A live one dressed like a cowboy. She also gave a lap dance to a plushie and cuddled a baby kangaroo. This seems like it was part of some elaborate scavenger hunt for rich people. Which could explain why the last thing she did that night was do a line off a stripper’s butthole.

As I said last week, I knew Us Weekly was full of it when they didn?t even publish excerpts from their cover story online, plus Jennifer?s rep was sending strongly-worded denials all over the place. I?m still confused as to why Us Weekly did the cover, and why the denials were so intense this particular time, but those are questions for another day. Because now we have even further confirmation that Jennifer isn?t pregnant and she?s probably not even trying to get pregnant: Jennifer still loves booze. Pregnancy buzz is surrounding Jennifer Aniston, but Life & Style can reveal the actress was spotted drinking wine on Tuesday. An eyewitness at Cecconi?s in West Hollywood tells Life & Style that Jen ?had white wine? with her meal.
?She looked really good and didn?t look pregnant,? a second onlooker tells the mag. ?She was with friends. Jen came in the back door with lots of security and bodyguards.?
A new report claims this week that Jen, 44, and her fianc, Justin Theroux, 42, are expecting a baby (“Jennifer is not pregnant,” says her rep), but by the looks of her recent outing, they?re not prepping to become parents in the near future.
While promoting her film We?re the Millers in August, Jen revealed she was fed up about being asked if she?s ever going to have a child.
?I surround myself with my amazing work, my amazing partner, my beautiful dogs, and I tune that noise out,? she explained.
In 2011, the actress said there was ?no desperation? to start a family.
?If it?s meant to be, it?s meant to be,? she told Elle at the time. ?I?m at peace with whatever the plan is.?

As we discussed yesterday, I kind of hated the Emmys. They were sad and budget and it just felt like people hadn?t really rehearsed and everyone was missing their cues and even Neil Patrick Harris was sort of phoning it in. Now everyone wants Tina Fey and Amy Poehler to host everything, now and forever. But still? even if we finally get some ladies down with some major hosting gigs, does Hollywood still have a diversity problem? Um? yes. That?s not even a question. The whole reason why Kerry Washington?s Emmy nomination was such a big deal was because network television barely puts minority actors in lead TV roles. Forget network television ? television in general, even subscription channels, rarely puts minority actors in lead roles (or any roles). And that’s why I’m slow-clapping for Ellen Pompeo today. I think it’s interesting that a white actress on a network drama is using her place even make a comment about race and television.
Safe to say, Ellen Pompeo was not a fan of the Emmy show on Sunday night. During an interview with the Associated Press on Monday, the “Grey’s Anatomy” star shared her startlingly candid views on the telecast, which featured a lackluster performance by host Neil Patrick Harris, a little singing and dancing, and several surprise wins.
Pompeo told the AP that she was “really disappointed” by the show. But she didn’t leave it there. She actually elaborated on what she disliked.
“I didn’t see any diversity in the Emmys at all,” she said. “The Emmys felt so dated to me.”
She even had it in for the song-and-dance number in the middle of the broadcast, saying, “That dance number was embarrassing. Did you see one person of color in that dance number?”
Pompeo herself has never been nominated for an Emmy, but she did pick up a People’s Choice Award earlier this year as favorite dramatic TV actress.
Despite mixed feelings about the actual content of the show, enough curious viewers tuned in to make it the highest-rated Emmys since 2007.

Not-so-subtle shade with the ?Pompeo herself has never been nominated for an Emmy? comment, LAT. They manage to make a perfectly legitimate criticism seem like sour grapes. And it might be sour grapes except that I kind of believe that Ellen is speaking from the heart. Minus Kerry Washington and Sofia Vergara, the Emmys were very WHITE this year. Archie Panjabi ? usually an Emmy voter favorite in The Good Wife ? didn?t even get nominated. Mindy Kaling and The Mindy Project didn?t get nominated for anything either, despite breaking new ground for women of color on a network sitcom. Don Cheadle was the only black man who got nominated in any of the acting categories too. I?m not suggesting actors of color get nominated for merely showing up ? and I don?t think that?s what Ellen Pompeo is suggesting either. I think it?s about changing the conversation about race and entertainment so that it?s more representative at every level?

Ron Howard?s Rush was released in only five theaters this past weekend, and it averaged $40,000 per screen, which is really good news. That means that the buzz is growing for Rush and that Chris Hemsworth can carry a film which doesn?t feature Fabio hair and a giant hammer. Rush will get its wide release this weekend, and my guess is that it will probably be #1 at the box office one week from now. So, do we give Chris credit for having the acting chops? I?ve said this in many Tom Hiddleton/Loki posts ? Tom may have the fan-girls (and fan-boys), but Chris is the one with Hollywood backing him. Hollywood thinks Chris is the Next Big Thing. Chris is booking back-to-back film roles and more often than not, he?s carrying the films.
But should we give Chris?s wife Elsa Pataky some credit too? I think we should. I think Elsa sees herself as powerful Hollywood wife, and it?s her job to support her husband?s career with well-timed family-friendly photo-ops and lovely-dovey red carpet appearances. Us Weekly had a little hint into Elsa?s strategy:
On the press tour for Chris Hemsworth?s movie Rush, Elsa Pataky was never far behind.
?Supportive wife is the role she most wants to play,? says a source of the actress, 37.
It pays in dividends: in Rome, Hemsworth ?opened doors and held her hand,? says a witness. ?What a gentleman.?

This makes sense to me. Elsa may want to work as an actress, but she?s realistic about it. She knows she?s never going to be a movie star in her own right, but she can be one half of a power-couple. It?s the Jennifer Garner/Rita Wilson/Kate Capshaw School of Hollywood Power. And my guess is that Elsa is totally going to get pregnant again and soon, if she?s not already knocked up.

Here are some photos of Jude Law at the Peace One Day concert in the Netherlands over the weekend. I can?t say that I still find Jude Law attractive, at least not like I used to find him attractive. If I didn?t know about his past beauty, I would probably think he was a nice-looking guy with a wonky hairline, but you?ve got to understand? Jude?s former beauty was legendary. Like, heterosexual men would stop and comment on his beauty. He was more beautiful than most women.
But maybe Jude?s faded beauty is a good thing. Maybe now he will finally be recognized for his acting chops, which are not insignificant. Jude is an Oscar-nominated actor whose beauty forced him into a more traditional ?leading man? status. Jude?s been fighting that leading man tag for years now, and I feel like he?s finally coming back to where he always wanted to be: a character actor, a shape-shifter, an ensemble player. A few weeks ago, Jude was at TIFF to promote his new film, Don Hemingway, and now we finally have a trailer. Be careful? you will be stunned by this version of Jude. (Note: the trailer is slightly NSFW, depending on how you feel about dude-butt).
I had to watch it twice to understand some of that dialogue. I?m just saying, the accents are very heavy. Jude is playing a criminal, a two-bit gangster who just got out of prison with his sense of humor intact. Demian Bichir plays his boss ? how awesome is it that Demian keeps getting work in these bizarre little projects? Jude?s criminal partner is played by the underrated Richard E. Grant, who is another actor (like Jude) who often gets typecast as ?posh? but who can do sleazy surprisingly well. And did you recognize the actress playing Jude?s daughter? That?s the Khaleesi!! That?s Emilia Clarke. Anyway, this looks like a surprisingly good and entertaining movie. It will be interesting to see if this is where Jude?s career goes from now.

The Emmys sort of sucked all of the other (minor) news and photos out of the water for several days, so I?m trying to get back to normal. These are photos of Jake Gyllenhaal and his girlfriend Alyssa Miller in Tribeca over the weekend. Jake and Alyssa have been together for months now ? I?m thinking it?s probably been about five months, maybe? They got ?serious? pretty quickly, and one of their first public outings was with Jake?s mom. Because Jake is That Guy Who Introduces His Girlfriends To His Family On The Second Date.
So, is this true love? Has Jake finally found the underwear model who will be the mother of his babies? I don?t know. If I had to put money on it, I would say they?ll probably break up in the next six months, but you can never really tell with Jake. In last week?s Us Weekly (print edition), there was a longish story about Jake and Alyssa?s true love and how they are the ?real deal? and all of that. Some highlights:
Since meeting Alyssa Miller, 24, at a Manhattan gym this spring, Jake has been ?smitten,? says a source. In fact, Jake has told friends his serial-dating days are over.
Jake ?is different with her than he?s been with other girls,? says another pal. ?He wants to see where this goes. They?re very serious.?
After Jake spotted Alyssa, ?he knew he wanted to be with her,? says the pal. Initially, his advances fell flat ? she had a live-in boyfriend ? but Gyllenhaal proved hard to resist. When Miller split with her man, she and Jake started dating ?immediately,? says a pal.
And quite seriously. Gyllenhaal wooed her with home-cooked meals and within weeks, Alyssa was ?head over heels.? Jake also introduced her to his friends AND to screenwriter mom Naomi Foner. Says the pal, ?That was a big step.?
Now he?s showing her off to the world. After a taping of Inside the Actors Studio, Miller leaped from the audience to greet her guy and ?he looked at her like she was the only person in the room.? And at a September 8 bash for his movie Enemy at TIFF, Gyllenhaal was seen nibbling a piece of raw seafood off her bottom lip.
Says the pal, ?He?s in love like I?ve never seen him before.?

Maybe this shows my cynicism or my strong gag reflex, but this story made me a little bit sick. You know who tries this hard? Tom Cruise. Seriously. If and when Tom Cruise begins auditions for his new wife, we?re going to be reading stories just like this. In fact, Alyssa is probably a contender for Tom Cruise?s next wife. But if you believe that Jake and Alyssa are all hearts and flower-bombs, then God bless. Maybe it IS true and the rest of us are just terrible cynics.
PS? How many different leather colors can this girl put into one outfit? Black leather boots, brown leather jacket, white leather purse. TOO MUCH LEATHER.

Last week, the first trailer for Grace of Monaco was released. And the reception was not all that great. In fact, most of the professional (and amateur!) awards-watchers quietly crossed Nicole off of their ?Best Actress? lists. It?s not that Nicole?s performance as Princess Grace looked bad or whatever (although Grace didn?t have a face full of Botox and lip fillers) ? it was that the movie as a whole looked terrible. It looked like Naomi Watts? Princess Diana movie or Lindsay Lohan?s Liz & Dick. It looked more like a budget Lifetime movie rather than a serious awards contender. So, not so surprisingly, Harvey Weinstein has decided to push the film?s release back so that when this mess bombs, no one will even say that it could have been an awards contender.
The Weinstein Co. no longer plans to release Grace of Monaco, a drama in which Oscar winner Nicole Kidman portrays actress-turned-princess Grace Kelly, in time to qualify for this year’s Oscar race. A limited release originally had been set for Nov. 27, and Kidman, by virtue of her past awards success, has been mentioned as a possible contender. But The Hollywood Reporter has learned that TWC has decided the film needs more time to be completed, and, according to sources, will be released during spring 2014, positioned more as a commercial entry than an awards play. TWC did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
TWC co-chief Harvey Weinstein seemed particularly jazzed about the film — which was written by Arash Amel, directed by La Vie En Rose’s Olivier Dahan and also stars Tim Roth, Paz Vega, Parker Posey, Frank Langella and Derek Jacobi — when he previewed his fall slate for a room full of press and buyers at the Cannes Film Festival on May 17. Kidman, who was serving on the festival jury, even stopped by to take a bow.
“Weinstein lavished special attention on Grace, noting it was the seventh movie he?s made with Kidman,” THR reported at the time.
TWC still will have a jam-packed awards slate this fall. It already has released Fruitvale Station, Lee Daniels’ The Butler and The Grandmaster and the documentaries 20 Feet from Stardom and Salinger. And it will soon release Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom, Philomena, August: Osage County and One Chance, all of which played at the Toronto Film Festival earlier this month.
Next year looks just as busy for the mini-major. TWC also is pushing James Gray’s The Immigrant, which stars Marion Cotillard and premiered at May’s Cannes Film Festival, from 2013 to 2014. And it acquired three other films at Toronto that also will factor into the 2014 race: John Carney’s Can a Song Save Your Life?, which stars Keira Knightley, Mark Ruffalo and Adam Levine; Ned Benson’s The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby: Him and Her, with James McAvoy and Jessica Chastain; and The Railway Man, in which Kidman also stars, opposite Colin Firth.

I can see how this was an easy decision for Harvey to make ? why waste time and money on a film that you already know is going to be a critical and financial flop? Why waste time and energy trying to convince people that Nicole could be worthy of any awards nominations when you have Meryl Streep as a hands-down contender? And beyond that ? I really hope Harvey puts some money behind a campaign for Fruitvale Station. That was a wonderful film full of wonderful performances, and I hope Harvey spreads around enough money to ensure that Michael B. Jordan and Octavia Spencer both get nominations. Oh, and Harvey has to get Oprah a nomination too. And Idris Elba. So, he?s busy. He doesn?t have time for Nicole?s Botoxy nonsense.

These are just some photos from the HBO after-Emmys party that we didn’t get to in our fashion coverage yesterday. Most notably we have married couple Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer. I have a hard time separating these two from their True Blood characters. Logically, I can. I mean I know that they’re actors and they have two kids, but they keep their private life on lock down. I know so little about them that I tend to think of them as Sookie and Bill. When I see them together I think “Oh no, this isn’t going to work out. He’s just using her.” Of course I know it’s not true, it’s just a gut reaction I have to these two.
Anyway Anna was wearing Alexander McQueen, one of her go-to designers. She loves severe looks, maybe to keep dimwits like me from associating her with Sookie. I wish she would lighten up a little with her fashion, but that’s her style and she’s sticking to it. She would make a great vampire.
Also there last night were Aaron Paul and his new bride, Lauren Parsekian. I’m kind of bummed that Aaron shaved off his mountain man beard for the occasion. He was kind of badass with it. If you’re like me and can’t get enough of the guy, Buzzfeed has a ton of photos of Aaron being awesome with his Breaking Bad costars at the Emmys.
Here’s Jane Fonda, whom I love. She’s wearing David Meister, a designer who is getting a lot of play on the red carpet lately. Jane looks great. Why is she wearing one glove, though? Did she get that laser hand treatment that’s all the rage?
Patricia Arquette, in a strange two-tone shiny black top and skirt with a giant gold belt. Her styling more than makes up for it. This makes me want to chop off my hair.
Oh and Michelle Dockery switched dresses to this cute retro-looking LBD with a sequin skirt. She looks more relaxed here than she did at the Emmys.

Her RED tour may be jam-packed, but Taylor Swift took time out of her schedule to meet a special young fan on Saturday (September 21).
Back in August, 7-year-old Grace Markel was hit by a car upon arriving at the country crooner's concert in Chicago.
The young fan suffered two skull fractures, multiple head lacerations, a concussion, and road rash. After recovering, Grace's parents took her to Taylor's concert in Nashville this past weekend.
Surprising the little girl, the 23-year-old songstress brought her backstage to spend some time together. According to Grace's mother Amy Markel in an interview with People, "Taylor greeted Grace by her name and immediately knelt down and hugged her. She told Grace she had a cold and asked Grace to sing extra loud to help her out."
After posing for pics, "Taylor's mother told Grace she was so sorry about what happened to her, and she gave me a hug saying she sympathized with what we'd been through. It was so surreal and amazing...[The meeting] was just a warm and genuine exchange that made it feel like time has stopped, and it was just the two of them. We feel so very lucky and blessed."

Stopping for a cool treat, Halle Berry bumped her way to Jamba Juice for a smoothie in Studio City, California on Monday (September 23).

Keeping on her fitness routine, Demi Moore left a yoga class in Los Angeles on Monday (September 23).
The "G.I. Jane" star wore a furry white jacket, black and white scarf, and black cropped tights as she headed back to her car.
Though she's still technically legally married to Ashton Kutcher, the 50-year-old actress is reportedly moving on with her romantic life.
After being romantically linked to his son, Harry, Demi has moved on to Hard Rock mogul Peter Morton, who is 16 years older than her.
