Heading to the gym after her morning TV hosting duties, Kelly Ripa was spotted outside of her local fitness center on Monday (October 4).
The ?Live With Regis and Kelly? host ran through her exercise routine before hitting the exit and slipping on a pair of shades over her makeup-less face.
As for keeping in shape, Miss Ripa recently opened up to guest co-host and fellow fitness fanatic Bryant Gumbel about her fitness routine - explaining why she enjoys going to spin class.
"There's power in a group. I think everybody really pulls together, and there's something sexy about the sound and look of a unified group of people working out," Kelly said.

The physical demands of ?Dancing with the Stars? are strenuous, and Audrina Patridge found out first-hand how tough things can be.
Over the weekend, the ?Hills? babe suffered an injury to her ankle, and was checked out by the physicians on the set of the show.
Luckily, Miss Patridge only sustained a minor sprain and is said to be powering through the pain as she prepares for tonight?s performance.
Audrina and her partner Tony Dovolani will be performing the Viennese Waltz this evening at 8/7c on ABC.

Making a promotional appearance earlier this morning (October 4), Jenny McCarthy paid a visit to ?Good Day L.A.? at FOX 11 Los Angeles.
The outspoken blonde looked cute in gray/blue slacks and a black shirt as sat down for a sit-down interview and, at one point, gave the audience a look at her back tattoo.
Ms McCarthy has been making promo stops to discuss her brand new book called ?Love, Lust & Faking It.?
In another interview on ?The Early Show,? Jenny admitted that she herself is specifically working on being her true self, especially now that Jenny is in the beginning stages of a new relationship with former fitness model Jason Toohey.

I didn?t think this was any big deal, but I guess on a slow gossip day, beggars can?t be choosers and after all, it has the potential to be a big bitch-fight, I guess. You know how Rihanna and Katy Perry are close friends, right? They?ve been tight for a few years, even performing together at some concerts. Rihanna even hosted Katy?s bachelorette party. Anyway, Rihanna was being interviewed in England, and she kind of gave a smack-down to Katy. Except not really? you decide:
Just because Rihanna is friends with Katy Perry, that doesn’t mean she has to like her music. And it turns out she really doesn’t.
In a recent interview with BBC’s Radio 1 about her new album, “Loud,” the 22-year-old singer slammed Perry’s chart-topping bubblegum pop.
“I didn’t want the generic pop record that Ke$sha or Lady Gaga or Katy Perry would do,” she said, according to RadarOnline.com. “Every song was tailored to me.”
The blunt statement comes as a shock after the “Only Girl (In the World)” singer recently threw a bachelorette party for her “generic pop” buddy.
The “California Gurls” singer and Rihanna celebrated Perry?s upcoming nuptials at Las Vegas’ Hard Rock Hotel on Sept. 18. The duo was photographed attended the Cirque Du Soleil’s “KA” show at MGM Grand Hotel/Casino and later headed over to the Sapphire strip club.

Katy does make generic pop music. Does Katy claim to make anything else? As for Gaga, I would put her as dance/pop, but that?s not the point. I guess the point is that Rihanna thinks she?s better than ?generic pop? like her BFF Katy. Is she? Meh. Not in my opinion.

Only recently (like, the past two weeks) have I become aware of the ?Sad Keanu? meme that has apparently been around for months. I guess it all started when paparazzi took photos of a particularly sad-looking Keanu sitting on a park bench, looking like he might cry because the wind was blowing. Many people Photoshopped the image of ?Sad Keanu? into something really special - see some of this stuff here. There?s a ?Sad Keanu? Tumblr, and lots of new sites and lists devoted to Sad Keanu. Since then, paparazzi have gotten many, many candid shots of Keanu looking sad or contemplative or thoughtful, or just hungry. He honestly seemed totally unaware that photographers were trying to get another ?Sad Keanu? photo - and as it turns out, he really was unaware. He spoke to Vulture, and he took it all in stride:
You’re taking over the Internet. Have you seen all the “Sad Keanu” stuff out there?
My publicist showed me the photo, but no.
There’s not one photo. There are millions. You’re Photoshopped next to kittens and into Pulp Fiction and next to the cast of The Breakfast Club, and in a million different ways. Have you seen those?

Yeah, I haven’t seen them. But given the scope and scale of what can happen out there, that sounds like an all right one. It sounds conceptually funny. [Laughs.]

Gracing the cover of the October issue of BlackBook magazine, Christina Ricci opens up about her personal life in the accompanying interview.
The ?Buffalo 66? actress, who looks absolutely fabulous in the photo spread, shared that she struggled with an eating disorder early in life.
Ricci shared, . "I had been really anorexic until I was like 16. They were going to hospitalize me, and I was worried about people force-feeding me through a tube. I didn't want that, so I fought the disease."
"I remember the overwhelming feeling of hopelessness when I was in the middle of it. My brain had basically become my biggest tormentor. I'd become afraid of myself."

Comments on the prank start at 8:10
Gossip Girl and The Town star, Blake Lively, was on Letterman Friday. Letterman was fawning all over her and kept trying to fix her hair, although he said she was “just a kid” at 23. I’ve never seen an interview with Blake before and was initially impressed by how relaxed, personable and friendly she was. While she seemed nice enough at first, she told a really disturbing story about the lengths she went through to prank her boyfriend, fellow Gossip Girl star Penn Badgley, this April Fool’s Day. The things she did to him sound downright mean, as clever as she obviously thought she was. Blake almost convinced that guy that he was adopted and that his biological father was Steven Tyler. She even got Penn’s publicist and mother in on it.
[Penn] always wondered how he was so musically gifted without having musically gifted parents. So I thought ‘who is musically gifted who has lots of kids? Steven Tyler’
So I thought, ‘Well I’m going to say that’s his father.’
So I created a fake e-mail address and wrote a letter to him the night before April Fools… saying ‘I had a child with Steven Tyler. I live in Maryland (where he was born), I’m an English professor. I want to reach out to you and I’d like to have a relationship with you now that you’re of age.’
And then I had his publicist call in the morning and say ‘hey listen, I got a call from one of the magazines in New York. They got a story, Steven Tyler is saying that he has a child who is also in this business, that he’s hoping to reach out to and connect with, he didn’t realize that this was his son’ and I had them play it off like ‘this is ridiculous’ so we were laughing about it all day.
And then his mom called him later and said ‘I need to talk to you.’ Yeah. [laughs]
I saw his whole life flash before his eyes in about 10 seconds…
He was obviously disappointed that his parents weren’t his parents and his whole life was a lie. A little traumatic.

So not only did Blake pull this very mean elaborate prank on her boyfriend, a prank that involved sequential steps in which a less self-confident person might have backed out and admitted it was joke, she used it as an anecdote to recount on national television. Personally, I hope she’s didn’t pull it off like this or it wasn’t as convincing as she’s trying to portray. Either way, she strikes me as rather cold and calculating.
NOTE BY KAISER: I think Blake is really self-confident, to the point where she kind of comes across as an a–hole. Whatever!

Janet Jackson has been dating her Qatari millionaire boyfriend for the better part of 2010, by most accounts. His name is Wissam Al Mana, and according to various sources, it?s true love. Janet is said to have lost weight for Wissam, and he?s allegedly very, very good to her. So much so that Janet and Wissam might even be considering marriage and babies. But before any of that happens, Janet and Wissam needed to declare their love for each other via a photo op. Now, they?ve been photographed together in candids and paparazzi photos, but I believe these series of outings during Paris Fashion Week - like at Dior yesterday - were their first big events together.
Wissam is really cute, isn?t he? The Enquirer described him as Janet?s boy-toy, because he?s ten years younger than her, but I kind of disagree. He seems like he has the potential to be a good partner to Miss Janet. And he?s pretty cute, too. Even though The Daily Mail is saying he has weird elf ears (they?re so mean!). Oh, well. Whatever makes them happy!

Remember Lara Flynn Boyle from Twin Peaks and The Practice? We haven’t seen much of her in years, and when we have seen her she’s looked so different from when she first got famous that it’s hard to recognize her. Lara was known for being very thin and tiny, but when we saw her in 2008 and again this year her face was so puffy it looked like she might have a medical condition. Many speculated that she might have had bad plastic surgery or injectables gone wrong, and that could have been part of it, but it looked to me like she was on steroids that were affecting her appearance.
Anyway Lara is coming back, in a way, with a reality pilot for E! It may got optioned for a series, but it sounds like it’s just a one-off to see if people are interested at this point. Deadline Hollywood has the details:
E! is looking to expand its slate of celebreality with a docu-reality series starring actress Lara Flynn Boyle. The cable network has greenlighted a pilot presentation for the project, which will follow the Practice alumna as she splits her time between her life in Texas and her marriage to real estate investor Donald Ray Thomas II and her Hollywood-centric lifestyle in Bel Air. Boyle, who is repped by Fortitude and Rugolo Entertainment, is currently meeting with potential showrunners. E!’s celebrity-driven reality series include mega-hit Keeping Up with the Kardashians and its spinoff Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami as well as Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane on sister channel Style.

I don’t know much about Lara and can’t judge whether she’s interesting or not. I am curious about what happened with her, though, and if she is suffering from some kind of medical condition. I’m sure I’ll find out even without watching this show, so I’m not motivated to bother at this point. Unless she has 15 kids, confronts her husband’s mistress for a hair-pulling fight, gets bikini waxes on camera or shows herself before and after a facelift, I can’t see this show getting much interest. The reality show market is pretty crowded right now and no-names with half a brain cell are proving more popular than has beens.

These are photos of Tom Cruise filming Mission: Impossible IV in Prague over the weekend. My favorite pics are the ones where you can see that Tom is wearing a low-cut blouse under his manly leather jacket. He?s almost giving us a nip-slip! Oh, Tom! I?m also disappointed that all of the sightings from this film production have been of Tom - where is Jeremy Renner? Where is Josh Holloway? Those bastards better get pap?d too. Anyway, there isn?t much to talk about, so I?m pulling this story out of my ass. First off, Tom looks pretty good in these photos, right? So good, in fact, that I?m wondering if he got a little nip-and-tuck before production started. I think The Daily Mail was trying to call him out on it too, noting:
?It’s either the love of a beautiful woman or his three kids that are keeping him youthful - either way Tom Cruise doesn’t look a day over 35 - even though he’s nearing 50-years-old. Cruise is in Prague filming Mission: Impossible IV and like his other recent films, he’s taking on a lot of the stunts himself and is as active as actors half his age. Known for keeping fit and healthy with regular exercise sessions and clean living Tom has never admitted going under the knife to keep his boyish looks. But with botox being the staple for many Hollywood stars to keep wrinkles and lines at bay, it would not be surprising if the actor had indulged himself.?

Has he had something done? I think so. But I don?t know if he had something done recently. His face began to look tighter and there was something going on with his eyes back a few years ago, when he and Katie were spending some mysterious time in Brazil, known to some as one of the best countries to get a little work done. Oh, well. We?ll never know!
I did want to mention one other thing - Agent Bedhead and I cannot stop emailing each other about Tom?s lifts. She sent me this Gawker photo of Tom where he?s holding some of big manly boots. We were debating whether the boots have built-in lifts, or whether Tom was holding the normal pair while he was wearing the lifts. I told Bedhead I thought the boots he was holding were not lifts, but not I?m not so sure. Tom is pretty consistent in his pairing of his high heels with his skinny jeans. And he?s wearing baggy pants in that photo. So maybe not. It?s seriously gotten to be a game at this point - Spot the Lifts!
