Birthday girl Olivia Munn was challenged to a friendly pole dancing competition by talk show host Bethenny Frankel while filming the latest episode of "Bethenny".
Promoting her new movie "Magic Mike", the lovely actress accepted Bethenny's challenge while sliding down the pole in a tiny white dress and, once she safely made it to the ground, she pointed at Miss Frankel and said, "Challenge!"
After her appearance, Olivia posted a picture of herself on Twitter holding a white birthday cake and a stuffed Pink elephant, adding, "Thanks @Bethenny for my BEAUTIFUL Bday cake! And OMFG- Check the Pink elephant. :D THANK U 4 the awesome Bday gift!!!"
Olivia also took to Twitter to assure that her male stripper movie isn't just for the female audience, writing, "Yep, its true. If u ever wanted 2 see me topless in Magic Mike w/@ChanningTatum, ur gonna have 2 go thru a lot of penis first.#ButNotMyPenis".
Talking about her relationship with "Magic Mike" co-star Channing Tatum, the 31-year-old said, ?I would say good to quite good. We kind of like became kids. We had this shower scene that you don?t get to see, we have like, you know, we have our little parts covered?ish. And we get up and we?re just kind of joking and improving and we just go ?cheers? (bump their groin area together). ?Cheers!??

With only a few days left until her big screen effort hits theaters, Katy Perry was back on the red carpet for the UK premiere of ?Katy Perry: Part of Me? in London, England on Tuesday (July 3).
Decked out in a cream body-hugging mini dress with golden lace detailing and tulle flare at the bottom, the "Firework" singer dazzled her way around the Empire Leicester Square venue while tweeting just prior to the European screening, "T'S THE ?LONDON? PREMIERE! Even my lashes are excited! See you soon!"
As for Miss Perry's theatrical offering, "Katy Perry: Part Of Me" is a documentary that chronicles her life on and off-stage.
Recently talking with Parade maagzine about the behind-the-scenes moments, the 27-year-old dished, ?There are a lot of things that are personally uncomfortable to show, especially me without makeup and completely bloated or crying. But I?ve realized that it?s time for me to show my audience that you don?t have to be perfect to achieve your dreams. Because nobody relates to being perfect."
Katy added, ...I?m okay with having bad dance moves. I?m okay with having horrible lower teeth. That?s what makes me me, and for some reason it?s worked out all right.?

Keeping a brave face, Rihanna was spotted walking out of her London hotel on Tuesday (July 3) to catch a flight to Barbados to be with her family after her grandmother, Dolly, passed away.
After cancelling a scheduled performance, the "You Da One" singer made her way to a private jet wearing a sweater draped over her loose black shirt that she wore with white leggings and a matching white flat-bill hat.
Moments after she was spotted leaving her hotel, Rihanna tweeted a picture of herself standing in front of the awaiting jet, adding a caption reading: "Coming home to squeeze ya mama".
The 24-year-old shared the news that her grandmother had passed away on Sunday (July 1), and has since been posting pictures and revealing how hurt she is by the loss with accompanying messages such as "Till now, I always got by on my own" and "Memories don't live like people do".
Rihanna was previously slated to perform at the Rock In Rio festival in Madrid, Spain on Thursday (July 5) and - although organizers have confirmed they are looking for a replacement performer - they are offering refunds to fans.

Enjoying a fun girls day out, Jennifer Garner and her daughters, Violet and Seraphina Affleck were spotted out and about in Pacific Palisades, CA on Monday (July 2).
The beautiful trio looked to be having fun on their afternoon hang out as they stopped for lunch, ice cream and even stopped at a few boutiques.
In other personal news, the 40-year-old actress and her hubby Ben Affleck recently celebrated their seventh wedding anniversary, but according to a recent report by Star magazine the pair had a quarrel over Ben?s alleged comment about hiring his former fianc Jennifer Lopez in an upcoming film.
The gossip tabloid claims that a so-called insider revealed that Garner has been hoping to take part in Affleck?s potential adaptation of Stephen King?s "The Stand," but the ?Daredevil? actor ?wants to keep his family life and directing career separate.?
The source further explains that the 39-year-old star ?can?t ignore [Lopez's] recently revived star power? and has thought about casting her in the film.

In the immediate aftermath of Tom Cruise and Katie?s split, many people were like, ?Er, why weren?t the tabloids on to this?? Well, I think they were. Granted, TomKat didn?t get as much attention as Brangelina and the Unholy Triangle, but Tom and Katie were featured regularly in all of the tabloids, and often the stories were of the same ?Tom is crazy, Katie is brainwashed? variety. While I do think you can ?slam? the tabs (and Radar and TMZ) for not being on top of some of the details of the TomKat situation in the weeks leading up to Katie?s divorce filing, I don?t think it?s fair to say that the tabs were completely clueless.
So, why am I discussing this now, in a post about Will Smith and Jada? Well, didn?t most of us think that Will and Jada would announce their separation before Tom and Katie? I certainly did. While I realize Will and Jada want the storyline to be ?We?re working things out,? for the past year (and longer), the tabloids have been reporting on and on about their marriage problems. It?s said that Will is pretty much over it. It?s said that he?s screwing around. It?s said that she is too. It?s also said that these two have closer ties to the Church of Scientology than most people believe.
So what about these photos of Will and Jada looking very much together at LAX? Are they really working things out? Is this a photo-op designed to ?prove? that they?re doing well despite the tabloid reports? Is this a reminder that at least one Hollywood couple is in it for the long haul? Or will I be using these photos in a few weeks when yet another divorce/separation announcement comes?

We didn’t really cover the story of Paris Hilton failing her high paid job as a DJ at the Sao Paolo Music Festival last week, because, you know, it’s Paris Hilton. It has to be a slow news day for us to pay attention to her. (Eyebrow raise before the holiday.) Paris mixed an annoying set and danced in front of some videos of herself trying to look sexy while flipping her fake hair around. As Michael K at D-Listed wrote “F’ing a DJ (or two, or three, or forty) does not make this skank a DJ.”
Paris has a new interview in Hello! Magazine, and she wants us to know that she’s qualified to be a DJ in own right, since she “trains” to be a DJ as much as regular people work at 9-5 jobs. I’m sure she counts every moment she listens to music as “training.” I’m picturing Paris saying this in her monotone bored baby voice and it’s cracking me the hell up:
Many DJs take their craft very seriously. How did you prepare for your debut?
“I’ve been training every day for six to eight hours for the past year. I was up until 4am most nights, and then I had to change my set when I found out that it was going to be more of a pop crowd in Brazil, rather than a dance music crowd. On the jet out, I spend the entire flight reqorking the whole thing.”
Have you had any professional training?
“DJ AM taught me how to DJ with vinyl almost ten years ago. Recently, I’ve been working in the studio with DJ Poet, who produces and DJs for the Black Eyed Peas, and he has been providing me with some great tips and advice.
“I also spent the past year travelling to shows around the world with Afrojack. It was a great experience, to watch how he engages the crowd and creates great energy at his parties.
Do you see this as an opportunity to shake off misconceptions about yourself?
“I think it’s just about me sharing with the world my true passion, which is music. I also love to make people happy, and I hope they feel that way when they listen to my sets.”
You will soon be launching your 15th fragrance. What other projects do you have in the pipeline?
“I’ve just had some meetings about opening more Paris Hilton stores in India and Brazil – I have more than 50 of those shops now. I’m opening a beach club in the Philippines at the end of the year and also producing some TV shows.
“I’m still working on my handbag, shoe and eyelash collections, too. It’s never quiet.
With so many successful business ventures, is there anything else you would like to try your hand at?
“I’m always working on building my brand. Next I want to be able to do my own hotels, nightclubs and restaurants. And I want to get more into real estate, which is my family heritage.”
If you had to describe yourself in one sentence, what would you say?
“An entrepreneur who lives life to the fullest, every single day.
You mentioned that you would like to settle down and have a family. Is that on the cards in the near future?
“Every woman dreams of getting married and having a family one day, but right now I’m so busy travelling and working I wouldn’t have time for that. When that time happens, it will be fantastic, but right now I’m just happy being single and being an independent woman.”

I have to object to her last statement that “every woman dreams of getting married and having a family one day.” She’s overreaching there by a long shot.
As for Paris’ illustrious career slapping her name on stuff, getting paid to party and working super hard to be a DJ, that’s not all. She’s also coming out with another album later this year, in which she actually sings again. She tells Hello! that she “collaborated with a lot of good friends like Snoop Dogg and Flo Rida… We’ve got some really fun, electro-pop songs that will be perfect for the clubs.” Like this one?
Oh and Paris was involved in some kind of altercation with a paparazzo in a parking garage outside a club last week. There are two videos of this mess. Radar has one, where she seems to slap a photographer’s video camera out of his hand for no reason, and TMZ has a video of the aftermath, where there are a bunch of photographers and people crowded around. Paris is still grabbing on to the guy’s shirt at one point. He claims that she was “hanging off my neck like a piggy back ride as I walked up to the next garage level” and that “her friends all started attacking me.” He also of course claims injuries and is going to file a police report. Cha-ching.

Ashley Greene is the cover girl for the August issue of Cosmopolitan. It?s kind of meh, right? Meh bordering on God-awful. Between the wind machine, the Pink jeans and the crop-top/bustier, I feel like this is a cover from the 1980s. But what can you really do with Ashley Greene in an editorial for a women?s magazine? Obviously, the men?s magazines know what to do with her ? which is why Esquire has a pictorial with Ashley, and a short interview. Maybe my problem is that Ashley isn?t that photogenic? It?s true. Anyway, Ashley is making the magazine rounds because she?s promoting Butter, that film that people have been talking about for what feels like two years. Is it finally coming out? Hallelujah. Ashley is like the sixth lead in the film, though ? she?s billed after Jennifer Garner, Ty Burrell, Olivia Wilde and Hugh Jackman. Still, she managed to squeeze a cover out of it. That?s something! Oh, I just saw this ? she?s also promoting The Apparition, a dumb-looking horror movie in which summoned spirits molest her (or whatever). On getting married: ?I?m not one of those girls who sits at home thinking, By 25, I have to be married. Right now, I?m like I?m 25, I need to book my next movie! My parents have such a beautiful marriage. I?m not someone who takes it lightly. So I?m not going to get married until I know I?ll be with someone forever.?
On whether she has a type: ?It?s about chemistry and a connection. I?ve changed so much over the past 10 years. What I wanted when I was 16, I didn?t want when I was 20, and that?s changed to something else now that I?m 25. Having a type is not for me?
Always traveling: “You make five movies with the same people and they really do feel like family. But film those same five movies in different locations, and none of the locations ever really feels like home.”
She?s not really a party girl: The party-girl Ashley Greene, the one who can wear any dress, anytime, and make it look like it’s about to fall off, is not without illusion. Ashley Greene does not drink, doesn’t really party. “In my second year in Los Angeles, when I was eighteen, I wasn’t getting any bookings,” she says, “so I stopped going out, stopped partying. It was a matter of getting to the work. I had to focus.”
Twilight: “What Twilight gave me was years to consider how I wanted to work otherwise.”
She?s 25 years old: She says she looks forward to being thirty. “It’s a good age,” she says. “It’s an age of choices. I know, don’t rush it, right?”

She?s kind of vapid, but she manages to be more clever about some things than, say, Megan Fox. Megan Fox was a genius at saying dumb sh-t just for the sake of getting attention. Ashley might want to try doing that a little bit, just so most people could actually pick her out of a lineup. But it?s a good thing that she?s not a Party Girl. I believe that. I believe that seeing how Lindsay Lohan destroyed her career with booze and blow and crack, I think that changed a generation of young actresses for the better. Lindsay became the cautionary (crack) tale. She became the poster girl for How To Destroy A Promising Career. Ashley and Lindsay are the same age ? and although Ashley is incredibly boring and full of herself, I?d rather have a dozen more young actresses like her rather than one Cracken.

Diane Kruger has a nice little interview in the new issue of Hello Magazine (the one with TomKat on the cover). I?m not sure what the point of it is, considering Diane isn?t promoting a movie right now, but she discusses skincare, diet, makeup and some other stuff. CB pointed me to this piece because she thought this quote from Diane was noteworthy: ?It will sound really pretentious, but when I am really busy I will forget to eat.? Oh for the love of?!!! I really dislike when women say that, but I know SO MANY women who say stuff like that, and maybe it?s true. Maybe there are women who really ?forget? to eat. I don?t understand that ? sometimes I get so busy, I make a conscious choice to skip a meal or work through a lunch or something, but I never FORGET. My stomach won?t let me! So? I don?t understand the whole ?Eating just slips my mind.? Anyway, some highlights from the Hello piece:
Diane does her own makeup: ?It?s because I feel that less is more, especially on the red carpet. I used to have my makeup done, but I would look at the pictures and not recognize myself. I want to look like myself. Even though it?s a special occasion, I still want to look like me, I don?t want to be this done-up doll. I think that too much makeup takes away from your individuality. Luckily, I love makeup and I used to model, so I feel confident doing it myself.?
Skincare: ?When I moved to LA, I noticed that the sun was so much hotter than I was used to and I started to get a few sun spots. So I went to a dermatologist who advised me never to go out without wearing SPF. And I always use the same moisturizer, Roseliane d?Uriage. You can?t get it in the US, so it?s one of the products I stock up on when I?m in France at the pharmacy.?
Other tips: ?I try to get nine hours? sleep a night ? it?s really that simple. I also noticed a great improvement in my skin when I gave up smoking. There are no secret potions, though.?
Staying in shape: ?I only dance when I go out. For exercise, I tend to like the outdoors. In Paris, I rent a bike in the street and cycle around, and in LA I live up in the hills so I go hiking a lot. I like to stay fit by being generally active.?
Eating/diet: ?I do watch what I eat, but not for weight reason. It will sound really pretentious, but when I am really busy I will forget to eat. I feel like I am a little skinny right now because I have just finished a movie and have been flying lots. I try to avoid all processed food, too.?

She remembers skin care, she?s focused on doing her own makeup, and yet somehow maintaining a bare minimum level of sustenance slips her mind? As I said, I know lots of women claim that. I just think there?s a difference between ?forgetting? and ?remembering that you should eat something but making a choice to do something else.? Also: I think Diane would look even more gorgeous with 15 more pounds on her frame.

Last week some photos came out of new mom Hilary Duff, 24, in a bikini in Mexico with her adorable three month-old baby. You can see those photos here. She looked like she just had a baby, and like she was toned and fit. She looks good to me, and confident, only some people were rude to her because she’s not super tiny already like a supermodel. Hilary has a new interview with In Touch [via The Daily Mail], in which she defends herself against criticism that she hasn’t lost the weight fast enough.
Three months after giving birth to her first child, Hilary Duff says she’s not back to her ideal weight.
But she has hit back against a cascade of mean-spirited chatter which hit the internet last week in response to photographs of the 24-year-old in a bikini.
‘Say it to my face,’ dared the With Love singer.
‘I’m not perfect, but I feel fantastic,’ Hilary told In Touch magazine.
‘This is how it goes for most women – the weight doesn’t fall off overnight.’
The actress and singer told the magazine she has been exercising ‘a few’ times a week, mixing spin classes with private training sessions.
While many of Hilary’s fans were supportive of her wearing a bikini despite her extra post-baby pounds, others were cruel:
‘A month or so ago I was concerned that she wouldn’t even try to lose weight,’ wrote one online critic.
‘Now I’m convinced she doesn’t even care how she looks, gross!’
‘She’s turned into her mother. That happens,’ wrote another.
‘I don’t care what people say. I’m not back to where I want to be, but I’m not stressing it,’ said the Gossip Girl actress.
Hilary began dating NHL player Mike Comrie in 2007.
In February 2010, the couple announced their engagement.
Hilary and Mike married in August 2010 in Santa Barbara, California, and Duff gave birth to their first child, a son Luca Cruz Comrie, on March 20 this year.
In the interview, Hilary says Mike ‘doesn’t care’ about her extra pregnancy weight.

It sounds like Hilary is losing the weight the right way, and that she just adores her son. She tweeted this recent photo of little Luca. His face has filled out and he’s such a cutie! It’s hard to remember that time in my son’s life, but it’s all so precious when they’re little like that. Good for Hilary for focusing on what matters as a new mom.
Also, Star reported a couple of weeks ago that Hilary was offered a nice deal with Weight Watchers to lose her baby weight. We know that Jessica Simpson is doing a $4 million WW deal now and that she’s under the gun to lose the weight. Star quoted an insider who said that Hilary turned it down and that “No amount of money could make [her] put herself under that type of microscope. She’s really pleased with her curves and hates people asking her about her body. Plus, she’s planning to get pregnant again ASAP, so she’s not in some desperate rush to get back to a size zero.” You go Hilary!

Here are some photos of Ashley Tisdale celebrating her 27th birthday by having a bikini beach party in Malibu and inviting the paparazzi. All our agencies have these photos so it’s pretty much guaranteed that they’re staged. We don’t normally talk about Ashley Tisdale, but she has the benefit of timing and a bikini here. Plus she’s got an adorable dog and Selena Gomez is there. So shrug, I guess. I had to search to remember if Ashley was in that Spring Breakers movie with Gomez, because I just assumed she was, but she’s not! Ashley Benson of “Pretty Little Liars” is in it, and so is Tisdale’s fellow “High School Musical” alum, Vanessa Hudgens, but not Ashley Tisdale. I can’t help but think she must feel left out somehow. Hence these photos.
I guess the news about Ashley is that she’s going to be on two episodes of “Sons of Anarchy.” I recently saw that over on Lainey Gossip along with photos of her on set. I really tried to like that show, but I picked it up in the second season with that weird baby-snatching plot and I just couldn’t get into it. So I can’t profess to have any knowledge of what’s going on with the plot at this point.
Ashley is shown here with her on-again boyfriend, video music director Scott Speer, 30. They’re cute together and she’s got an amazing figure. That’s about all I’ve got.
Also, she used to be BFF with Vanessa Hudgens. Why wasn’t she there?
Why is Selena Gomez wearing a blanket as a poncho? Will Justin Bieber be jealous of her horsing around with this other guy? How many tabloid stories will these photos spawn? What kind of dog is that, is it a puppy or full size and should I get one? It looks like a sweet little teddy bear. So many questions.

Grabbing a quick bite to eat, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick were spotted leaving Nate n' Al's Deli in Beverly Hills, CA on Monday afternoon (July 2).
The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" starlet looked gorgeous in one of her standard maxi dresses with sandals as she walked side by side with her longtime boyfriend who seem to be getting along as she shared, "Surprise! @ScottDisick made me a treat of oreos and a glass of milk by my bed! Such a sweet surprise!"
In recent Karadashian news, Disick appears to be straying back to his old habits in the newest episodes of the family's reality television show.
According to addiction expert Dr. Sheila Forman, "I would encourage Kourtney to talk to Scott to get back into rehab. And if he's not willing to do that, then she needs to separate herself. She can't put this newborn or Mason in the path of someone who is erratic and self-destructive."

Jessica Alba has yet to hit it big. Mostly due to the fact that she isn’t that great of an actress. Despite that, she is fantastic to look at which is why she was invited to the Versace Fall/Winter 2012/2013 fashion show. Whatever the hell she was wearing looked great on her. As would most anything. She could wear a dress made of severed baby limbs and I’d still want to bang her.

Working up a sweat for a good cause, Maria Menounos attended the ZICO Charity Spin Ride at the Cycle House in West Hollywood on Friday (June 27).
The ?Extra? host joined Danielle McLaughlin from the Challenged Athletes Foundation at the event, which was hosted by ZICO coconut water to raise money for CAF to help individuals with disabilities excel in sports.
Riders paid $50 for the opportunity to work out alongside some of LA?s top instructors including the brunette beauty and McLaughlin, who is a gold-medal Olympian. ZICO matched the total amount of money raised at the event.
After the successful event, Miss Menounos shared her thoughts on Twitter writing, ?Thanks 2 everyone who came 2 spin tonight @CycleHouseLA 2 help me & @ZICO raise money 4 @CAFoundation! #ZICO4CAF #spon?
