Mena Suvari is divorcing Simone Sestito which means we get to listen to Simone’s excuses as to why he should get the $17,000/month in spousal support he’s asking for.
In recently filed court docs, Sestito says he has “negative balances” on all his personal and business accounts and has to pay his bills with credit cards and loans from his parents. I fail to see how his terrible moneymanagementskill is Mena Suvari’s problem, but do go on.
Sestito claims he’s now used to eating out “almost everyday at high end restaurants” making his monthly food expenses $3,000/month. Which makes perfect sense because that $30 burger tastes way different than the $8 one. The ground baby panda bones give it a sort of kick.
Suvari’s ex wants $17,151/month in spousal support and $10k to pay off his attorney. Which means he wants Mena to pay for his lawyer who’s trying to squeeze money out of her. While he’s at it, why not ask Mena to punch herself in the face too.
Mena’s lawyer, Mark Gross, laughed for 10 minutes and toldTMZ, “it is unfortunate that Simone has chosen the spotlight of litigation overtheprivacy of mediation.”

After spending the day together, Emma Stone and her boyfriend Andrew Garfield stepped out to kiss and hug her mom goodbye outside her apartment in New York City on Sunday (May 13).
Looking adorable in a black and white dress and red cardigan, the "Easy A" actress made sure her mom got to her car safely while her "The Amazing Spider-Man" beau helped load up luggage and held onto Emma's dog before also hugging and kissing his potential mother-in-law goodbye.
Emma recently dished about one thing she loves having in common with her mom, telling press, "I love being a redhead. My mom is a redhead. I just really prefer the red and that's the way I would stay if I could".
In her latest film, the 23-year-old actress transformed herself to channel Gwen Stacy in "The Amazing Spider-Man" alongside her 28-year-old boyfriend, who plays Peter Parker in the flick set to hit theaters on July 3rd.

Paying a visit to her mother on Mother's Day, Rachel Bilson was spotted unloading a trunk load of bags at her mom's Los Angele's home in California on Sunday (May 13).
Going for a comfortable and casual look, the "Hart of Dixie" star donned rolled up baggy pants with a grey zip up sweater and a pair of black slip on shoes as she carried a number of presents and bags into her parents home.
Rachel was graced with some exciting news over the weekend that will surly keep her paycheck rolling as the 30-year-old actress learned that her hit CW show has been renewed for another season.
Tonight marks the season finale for the "Hart of Dixie" and Zoe (played by Bilson) ends up stranded in a barn with Wade (Wilson Bethel) when a major storm rolls through town while George (Scott Porter) and Lemon (King) prepare for their wedding day.

There was an odd little story about Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively last week and I never got around to talking about it. You know how they?re all WASPy and perfect now, and how there were many reports that Blake and Ryan had purchased a Bedford, NY country home together? Well, first of all, there?s some reporting that indicates Blake bought the Bedford home herself, without Ryan?s involvement whatsoever. Ryan also seems to have bought another property in the area recently – basically, they?re both buying real estate like it?s going out of style. But! The New York Post reports that whether or not both their names are on the deed, they are spending time together in Bedford, NY. And Ryan doesn?t seem happy about it at all.
After months of looking for digs in the city, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have opted to buy a $2.3 million mansion in Westchester?s tony Bedford area. The house sits on 2 acres and overlooks the Cross River Reservoir.
We hear the couple, who met on the set of ?Green Lantern? last year, were ?over the top? in their demands for confidentiality with their purchase. And Reynolds, who divorced Scarlett Johansson in 2010, hasn?t been making friends with the locals.
When another couple happened to walk out of Richard Gere?s Bedford Post Inn restaurant at the same time, Reynolds became hostile. ?Are you following me?? he snarled at the diners, who thought the actor needed a reality check.

I used to hear lots of stories about Ryan being a d-bag to many, many people. Maybe he?s a really nice guy when you get to know him, but the idea I have of him is of a dude who is rather temperamental, rude and tightly wound. So, basically, I have no problems believing that he?s not making friends in the area.
Meanwhile, many of us wondered why Blake Lively was not at last Monday?s Met Gala. Surely she was invited – she has a Chanel contract, she?s a self-styled fashion girl, she?s on Gossip Girl? why not go to the Met Gala? LOVE. She didn?t go because of LOVE.
Blake Lively blew off the ball for her beau. Sources tell us the ?Gossip Girl? beauty ? who was the belle of the Metropolitan Museum of Art?s Costume Institute Gala last year ? passed on attending Monday so she could go on a lengthy romantic trip with boyfriend Ryan Reynolds.
Beginning the last weekend of April, an insider says Lively and Reynolds, who?ve been together seven months, jetted to Napa Valley, where they stayed at the world-class Auberge du Soleil luxury resort and restaurant in Rutherford, Calif. The couple then headed to San Francisco, where their activities included an intimate dinner at Charles Phan?s revered Vietnamese restaurant, Slanted Door.
The leggy Lively and the abs-fabulous Reynolds also took time to stroll the city?s artsy Red Light District. They then made a brief stop in Los Angeles before traveling to Reynolds? hometown of Vancouver. Our source points out that the lovebirds were visiting Reynolds? family the night of the Met Ball on May 7.
Instead of walking the red carpet at Vogue editor Anna Wintour ?s haute happening, Lively, 24, and Reynolds, 35, ate dinner with one of Reynolds? four brothers and his wife at Asian restaurant Blue Ginger, in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. They stayed overnight and returned to the mainland the next day. According to the insider, Lively and Reynolds stayed at the Coast Hotel in Vancouver, but have since relocated to Parksville in British Columbia to continue the more-than-two-week idyll.
Fashion insiders were surprised Lively skipped the Met Ball, since the style- and shopping-obsessed actress was the hit of last year?s party. The blond bombshell is the face of Chanel Mademoiselle handbags and attended last year?s soiree on the arm of the French fashion house?s creative director, Karl Lagerfeld.
Our first source says Lively?s absence from the fashion extravaganza is a sign that she has really fallen for Reynolds. A second source notes that Lively would have been more than welcome at the ?Oscars of the East Coast,? but decided on the low-key vacation with Reynolds instead.
?Anna loves her,? notes the insider.
Lively also missed the Cinema Society screening of her film ?Hick? here on May 3, because she was traveling. She and Reynolds have become increasingly serious during their seven-month courtship. After shopping for homes in Westchester and Connecticut together, Lively recently purchased a $2 million estate in Bedford Hills, N.Y.
Our initial source says Reynolds has been spending a lot of time at Lively?s new pad, and also ?gets along great with Blake?s [half] sister Robyn .?
A spokeswoman for Lively did not respond to our request for comment by deadline.

At some point does it become unprofessional? That?s my question. I don?t have any problems with Blake and Ryan being loved up, and I don?t have any issues with Ryan settling down with the first big-boob’d blonde he finds. I also think the mini-breaks are cute. They?re both working actors with lots of appearances and obligations, so when they can find the time to go on holiday, why not go? But that?s the problem, isn?t it? Blake is ignoring some of her appearances. Like, how could she not even go the premiere of her film? Is she that important? And surely her Chanel contract requires her to put in appearances at some of the big fashion events of the year, like the Met Gala. Ugh. Blake, what?s going on with you, girl?

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith haven?t been photographed together on a red carpet in more than a year. They were photographed a handful of times in candid situations over the past year, but there really was a reason for the tabloids? insistence that all was not well in the Smith marriage: they were rarely, if ever, together. But something happened over the past month, or maybe even the past few weeks. The pessimist in me says that the only thing that?s happened is Will Smith?s promotional tour for Men In Black III. The optimist in me (she?s suffocating!) says that maybe Will and Jada have worked out some of their problems. Whatever is happening, Jada has joined Will on the European leg of the MIB III promotion.
I?m including photos of Will and Jada in Paris (Jada in the black dress with the fringe skirt), and then in Madrid, where Jada wore white to the premiere, and then she and Will went to the match of the Madrid Masters between Czech Tomas Berdych and Swiss Roger Federer (Federer won!). My body language e-meter says that Will and Jada still need to work out some stuff. They seem so? awkward with each other. I mean? maybe I?m just overanalyzing this stuff. But they still seem kind of ?off? right?
But I guess it speaks volumes that Jada has joined Will on the tour, and that they?re still posing together and setting up tennis photo-ops. It means that even if their marriage is in trouble, neither one of them seems to be walking away any time soon.

Of all the dumb things Jennifer Love Hewitt has said over the years, she really seemed to get the ball rolling by telling outlets that she got over her 2010 split with comic Jamie Kennedy by “vajazzling” her hoo-ha. This involves getting a Brazilian wax and then getting rhinestones glued on your private area, basically making your mons look like a cheap QVC t-shirt that your grandma would wear for a night out out Sizzler. (I learned way more about this process than I ever wanted to know when an editor for the Huffington Post endured vajazzling at a salon and then made a video about it.) Well Hewitt is still vajazzling, just like she’s probably still visiting her three engagement rings at Tiffany’s every month. She told the NY Daily News that she’s currently vajazzled and that it balances her energy or something. Over-share.
Jennifer Love Hewitt doesn?t just get dressed up for special occasions ? she gets vajazzled. At Wednesday?s A&E Networks 2012 Upfront event, ?The Client List? star told us that beneath her cleavage-bearing Alexander McQueen dress she was vajazzled because ?it?s a special occasion.? Hewitt created a stir several years ago when she told then-TBS talk-show host George Lopez she was a fan of vajazzling. For the uninitiated, that?s when women apply glitter and jewels to their nether regions for esthetic purposes. When we asked the 33-year-old hottie if she was emblazoned with clear crystals ? said to balance energy disturbances when placed on the body ? she enthusiastically confirmed that ?I?m full of good energy.?

I understand that this woman has something to promote, and that claiming she wants to be a Victoria’s Secret angel and telling the world her crotch is bedazzled get her press. Her show “The Client List” glamorizes prostitution, so maybe she’s trying to play up that sexy image with all these ridiculous quotes she’s giving. At some point she’s got to realize that her primary goal, getting and keeping man, is not going to be fulfilled if she keeps looking so desperate. It was one thing to spread the word about vajazzling back when it was a novelty, and to dedicate a chapter of her book on it. It’s another thing to continue to share her personal grooming habits. Men like mystery. They don’t want to know that there are jewels on your crotch prior to earning the right to see said nether region. That should be between Hewitt and whatever dude is going to hit it and quit it, to quote one of our commenters. I don’t know why I bother, since it’s always the same thing from her.
Hewitt’s Client List was of course renewed for a second season by Lifetime. She’s shown here at the A&E upfronts on Saturday. I like her flattering red dress and her style has improved quite a bit lately. She needs to ditch those terrible huge fake eyelashes of course. Hewitt has been looking like she’s got caterpillars on her eyes in most of her recent appearances.

Last week, Sofia Vergara broke up with her boyfriend of two years, Nick Loeb. The split didn?t surprise me at all – Sofia is a fun woman, she?s become something of a sensation, and she?s building up her brand with a lot of success. It seemed like Nick was trying to make her into something she wasn?t – like, he wanted her to be more ?traditional,? he wanted to get married and have a baby with Sofia, and he wanted her career to take a backseat to his political career. That was all just a large assumption on my part, but People Magazine is basically cosigning all of it. Looks like I read this couple correctly.
From the outside, Sofia Vergara and boyfriend Nick Loeb ? who have reportedly split ? seemed to be in it for the long haul. The vivacious Modern Family star remained a constant by Loeb’s hospital bedside as he recovered from a serious car accident in Aug. 2010. A year after the injury, Vergara also stood by her man when he considered running for the Florida U.S. Senate.
But behind the public appearances and PDA was an argumentative pair of opposites, who sources say had incredible chemistry, but were plagued by problems from day one.
One source close to Vergara’s inner circle, who tells PEOPLE the couple have broken up and gotten back together “over a million times,” calls their recent split, “a relief.”
“It was never a good match,” the insider says. “She is fiery and free-spirited and wants to enjoy life to the fullest by traveling and going to parties and events. He’s very concerned with his businesses, political aspirations and ultimately settling down.”
Reps for both Vergara and Loeb had no comment. Approaching 40, Vergara ? who was married at 18 and had a son when she was 20 ? has no current desire to tie the knot again or have more children. Loeb, on the other hand is what another friend describes as “very persistent almost to the point of annoying” about starting a family with the actress.
The source, who has known Loeb, 36, for years says his “overbearing, smothering” ways are another likely cause for the split.
A third source adds, “[Sofia] is happy with her life the way it is. If she ever did change her mind, it would be because he wanted all of this.” And although Vergara seemed like the storybook example of a supportive significant other, when it came to Loeb’s political aspirations, much of her happiness was an act.
“Nick put off his run for Senate because he [loved] Sofia and she didn’t think it was a good idea at this time,” the third source says. “[She] said it was because he was not fully healed from his accident. But in truth, she is sitting pretty in Hollywood and doesn’t want to be a political wife right now.”
At a Florida press conference Loeb held in November to announce he would not run for Senate, Vergara appeared like the ever-supportive partner as she joined her beau, but behind the scenes the situation was ugly.
“They fought because Nick had assumed too many things and Sofia was not ready for any commitment ? love or political,” the source says. “It was a bad scene.”
But it doesn’t sound like either of the two will have trouble finding someone new. Vergara’s spicy, confident attitude and sex appeal has made her one of the most talked about television actresses of the moment. And as for Loeb, the third source says he “has so many women after him that he won’t have trouble starting over.”

Yep. I got all of that just from some offhand remarks in some of Sofia?s interviews and their body language on various red carpets. All too often, it feels like the women in all of the high-profile relationships are the ones keeping the relationship afloat, that the women are the ones in love with love, the women are the ones who want to have everything settled. But I think the opposite was true here – Sofia has been married. She?s already a mom to an adult son. She?s been there, done that. She just wants to have fun now and make some money and have a booming career. I think she dumped Nick because he pushed her for a commitment and tried to make her into something she had no interest in being. And I think he?s super-bitter about it too.
And seriously, for the love of God? how is she not absolutely PERFECT for George Clooney? I know he wouldn?t go for her because she?s got her own career and stuff, but they would be so, so good together.

Kristen Stewart is the cover girl for the June issue of American Elle – she was also the cover girl for the June issue of Elle UK too, for what it?s worth. There are two distinctly different photo shoots and interviews, so just pretend for a second that Team K-Stew hasn?t completely taken over Elle and all of the international editions of the publication. The photo shoot seems very Victor/Victoria – Kristen is doing some menswear/drag-king-inspired looks, and then she goes sort of gothy-glam for other shots. I?m reminded of how beautiful she is, and how she has the figure to be an excellent ?clothes hanger? for designers. Unfortunately, Kristen often seems kind of dead-eyed in pictorials, and her posture is still atrocious. As for the new Elle interview, well? God bless the Twihards. Working with William Hurt in 2008?s The Yellow Hankerchief: ?He was the first guy I ever saw take a script and f–king turn it on its head. He threw us all up into the air,? Stewart says fondly. ?It was so cool working with him. He is so beat ? he?s like, On the Road. Incredibly intense. Dude!?
The book Black Hole: ?This f–king store is like kismet!? she says. ?I want to do this movie!? The book, about a sexually transmitted plague, ?is disgusting, so gross,? Stewart enthuses. ?I love the first image? ? she turns to a completely black page with a white vagina-shape opening in the center ? ?a slit. You just grow, like, holes in your body. Riding horses and leading the charge in Snow White and the Huntsman: Despite being terrified of horses, Stewart saddled up to lead an army of 250 mounted men charging down a beach in the rain. ?I hated it,? she admits of riding. ?I didn?t take to the whole mentality of f–king ordering that thing around ? ?Go now!? You have to be an a–hole, basically. Not to say that horse people are a–holes to their horses. But you have to basically tell that thing who?s boss, and I didn?t want to do that. I was like, ?No, do your thing. I don?t even want to be up here.??
Child-acting and home-schooling: One role begot the next, and from seventh grade on Stewart was homeschooled, something she regrets, in a way. ?Because I didn?t go to f–king school, I feel I would have had a bit something extra if I had,? she says. ?Maybe because my life is so perfect, when I see the other side of life, it just seems like, almost like I want?? Stewart struggles for words. ?You can learn so much from bad things. I feel boring. I feel like, Why is everything so easy for me? I can?t wait for something crazy to f–king happen to me. Just life. Pushing the cigarette-lighter button, she says, laughing, ?I went for the high-class rental. This car?s got all the fixin?s!? Scattered on the passenger side floor are a pair of plaid Van sneakers, an empty protein drink, a Coca-Cola can, and a plastic to-go container with a half eaten sandwich covered in mold. A nearly empty Snapple sits in the cup holder, cigarette buds floating in it.
She wears a mysterious ring: Stewart taps her hands on the steering wheel, her short nails lacquered in bloodred. On her thumb is a silver spoon ring. ?All four of my brothers and my mom and dad have these,? she says. ?My mom went and got them for Christmas.? And the gold ring circling her index finger? ?Everyone wants to know,? Stewart says slyly. She shakes her head. ?Everyone knows already ? it?s ridiculous.? As painful as it is to be so publicly pushed and prodded, how does she square wanting to be projected on a 40-foot screen? ?Laurence Olivier was asked, ?Actors, what?s the impulse? Why?? The cursing is getting kind of ridiculous. She wasn?t always this foul-mouthed, it?s something that?s happened over the past year, where every interview is laden with f-bombs. The article also quotes extensively from people who have worked with Kristen over the years, and an settling theme arises, although I don?t know if that was Elle?s intention. While Kristen?s directors and costars all had nice things to say about her, there seems to be a theme of Kristen not having much respect for the script of whatever film she?s doing. Everyone says that she constantly going off script, constantly changing lines, constantly trying to make the characters sound more ?authentic?. Which? maybe that only bothers me. I understand going off script when it?s something like Twilight, but it really feels like Kristen never bothers to learn her lines for any given film.
As for the mysterious ring thing – I anxiously await the Twihards? explanation. Did her ?f–king boyfriend? Rob give her the gold ring? Is it a promise ring? A wedding ring?!?!

So what can Jen and Justin do while their new love nest is being fixed up into Aniston?s idealized shag-pad? Their new mansion being an 8,500 square foot, $21 million palatial palace complete with a vineyard and views of the Pacific Ocean. But in the meantime they will have to settle for five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms in a somewhat smaller space.

That all sounds really amazing, doesn?t it? But can you even fathom RENTING a place for $40,000 a month? You can?t even rationalize that by saying, ?Oh, it?s an investment.? It?s not an investment. You?re just renting. You?re just blowing through tens of thousands of dollars a month because your multi-million-dollar villa is facing extreme renovations. I mean? it?s her money, she can do whatever she wants with it and God bless. But it does seem very excessive.

Observing the holiday that gives thanks to the women who raised us, Rihanna treated her mom, Monica Braithwaite, to a delectable Mother's Day dinner on the town in New York City on Sunday evening (May 13).
Fresh off of a trip to the tattoo parlor, the 24-year-old donned a navy and white tummy-revealing ensemble while picking up a pretty bouquet of Pink flowers to dote unto her mother during the course of their time together.
Earlier in the day, Rihanna was her usual busy self on Twitter while sending out a string of well-wishing messages to the moms, single dads and those who are without their moms.
First posting a tweet just for her mom, the "We Found Love" hitmaker wrote, "#Mama....u my ride or die b***h for life!!! And yes I know a b***h slap is on the way for my language! But u get it!!!!! I love you"
Shooting out the more general words to follow, RiRi exclaimed, "Happy mother's day to all superwomen out thurr! Every day is your day. And a happy mother's day to all the dads doin it alone #1LOVE"
She then capped of the warm sentiments with, "Sending out special love to those who lost their mothers! *HUGS*"
Meanwhile, Rihanna previously spoke with ELLE about her retired accountant mom's reliable nature, saying, ?I still don?t know how she did it. She always protected us?she would never let us know when we had problems, even financially. I still got to go and get a perm every four weeks."

As for the reason behind the travels, Miranda is in the Land Down Under to attend InStyle and Audi Women of Style Awards on Tuesday, May 15th.
The 29-year-old brunette beauty will also be shooting the new David Jones summer 2012 campaign - which is taking place in Australia for the first time in years after having most recently been put together in locales including New York and Italy.

Just a few days removed from the third season finale of their hit show, small screen couple Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder were spotted spending Mother's Day together in New York City.
The "Vampire Diaries" co-star sweethearts lovingly strolled hand-in-hand as they roamed the Big Apple streets on Sunday afternoon (May 13), cutely donning matching black fedoras during the midday outing.
Locked in for at least one more season, Nina and Ian's CW series was renewed for a fourth go-round - with the plans for more vampire action having been announced on May 3rd.
Talking with Us magazine about what fans can expect when "The Vampire Diaries" returns this fall, Miss Dobrev dished, "I liked having one human and one vampire, because then I get the best of worlds and I get to do a variety of things. But, then again, it is going to be different for me and it's going to be challenge. It's going to be more fun to sort of explore that world."
"We're definitely going to see her whole transition into becoming a vampire. We're not going to skip over it, as we have with others," she added. "Becoming a vampire, everything you feel is heightened. . . We know what Elena's like: She has high morals, she looks out for other people. So what's Elena going to be like with those things accentuated?"
As for the intriguing love triangle between her character and those of Ian and fellow castmate Paul Wesley's, Nina said, "It does kind of feel like you're disappointing half the people. But you're always going to disappoint half the people with this kind of storyline. I think we gave them both what they wanted at some point or another during the season, so it's not like we shunned them or disregarded their wants."
