Sofia?s costar Sarah Hyland told press, ?Everything?s back to normal. It?s good,? alluding to the fact that everyone got pretty substantial per-episode raises.
As for the upcoming season, Hyland didn?t reveal any juicy tidbits- "I don't really have that much. Gloria is pregnant and Hayley got into college, so there's going to be a lot of changes, but I don't really know."

A little over a week ago, Amanda Bynes was accused of another hit and run. This time, Amanda played mechanic by trying to push the person’s bumper back into place and told her that they didn’t need to exchange information because the damage was minimal. I’m not sure if the bumper fell off again while she was talking her or after.
Anyway, the LAPD thinks they have enough information send it to the LA City Attorney for prosecution. He’ll then have final say on whether or not to charge Amanda for misdemeanor hit and run.

Running into a common problem among purse-toting ladies everywhere, Cameron Diaz was spotted in search of her car after visiting a friend in Los Angeles, California on Thursday (August 16).
Clad in a simple white tank top, cutoff jean shorts and gold gladiator-style sandals, the "What to Expect When You're Expecting" star stuggled to locate her missing set of keys and bright yellow handbag - she finally tracked them down, allowing her to unlock her swanky black sports car.
In career news, the always in-demand actress is currently atop director Simon West's list of possible leads if he were to make a female version of the action franchise "The Expendables."
"I like the idea of the Expenda-Belles where it's seven or eight women mercenaries," West told E! News, adding, "It would be Angelina Jolie, Cameron Diaz, Mila Jovovich, the list goes on. Helen Mirren, Jamie Lee Curtis would be great."

Making the most of the beautiful weather, Michelle Williams and her daughter Matilda strolled around West Hollywood, California yesterday afternoon (August 16).
Doing their best to avoid attracting attention, the ?Dawson?s Creek? star shielded her six-year-old from the shutterbugs as they headed into an optical shop to look for new glasses.
And of course both ladies were well-dressed, with Michelle sporting a black and white dress with black strappy sandals and black sunglasses, while Matilda opted for a colorful striped summer dress.

She just can't seem to escape car troubles, and yesterday (August 17) proved to be no different as the tank to Amanda Bynes Amanda Bynes' ride ran dry while she was behind the wheel in Studio City, California.
Luckily not too far from help, the 26-year-old actress puttered into a nearby shopping center, before trekking off on foot in search of some fuel.
Soon emerging with a station employee, and a gallon of much need gasoline in-hand, the former Hairspray cast member's car woes were quickly put to ease.
Following the fill up, a stars and stripes clad Amanda grabbed cash from a local ATM to pay back the handy clerk before getting back in the driver's seat and speeding off on her way.

Enjoying a third date with her new man this week, Cheryl Cole and Tre Holloway headed over to The Rose Club, where they partied late into the night with some pals in London, England on Thursday (August 16).
Showing off her love for superheros, the "Call My Name" songstress made her way out of the club around 3:30 A.M. wearing a tight dress, decked out with a Batman cartoon pattern, and her hair pulled into a messy bun.
Before hitting up the club, Cheryl joined her Girls Aloud gal pals Kimberley Walsh and Nicola Roberts, along with their boyfriends, for dinner at Cecconi's Restaurant.
Although Miss Cole and her dancer boyfriend donned huge smiles throughout the night, Holloway's mother isn't too sure about their new romance.
Expressing her concern to The Sun, Tre's mom, Shirley Holloway, said of Cheryl, "She might hurt him. She?s been married before." However, she did assure the UK tabloid that her son isn't anything like the singer's ex-husband, explaining, "[Tre] wouldn?t do that. That?s not him. He has dated in the past in college and high school but it was nothing serious."

I?ve come to the conclusion that no matter what I say about Emma Watson, good or bad, Emma?s fan-girls are going to throw hissy fits. So I might as well just get on with it. Emma covers the New York Times ?T Style Women’s Fashion Fall 2012? issue, which I believe is the NYT Magazine cover this weekend. I like the photos, generally speaking. Emma?s hair is growing out nicely, I love the diamond earrings and some of the clothes featured in the shoot. My only two complaints? Her eye makeup is too heavy (the liquid eyeliner looks worse than Duchess Kate?s), and I dislike the Kardashian-esque open-mouth pose. You can read the full NYT profile of Emma here ? she?s on the cover because she?s promoting The Perks of Being A Wallflower, where she?s trying out her American accent for the first time in a film. The NYT piece is kind of meh ? it?s written by a man who is not an Emma fan-girl, so it comes across as ?making the effort not to fawn on this young actress.? Some highlights from the piece:
Her American accent: ?My grandma said ? when I was really young and I?d sing along to the radio ? why do you sing in an American accent? I guess it was because a lot of the music I was listening to had American vocalists. And that was something [m director Steve Chbosky] said to me as well: try singing the lines in an American accent. That kind of opened me up. Then I worked with a dialogue coach and I just put in the time to really, really listen and just go over it and over it and over it until I could do it without thinking about it too hard. And I just knew it was really important.?
Why hasn?t she done more films before now? ?I think at first I didn?t because I was always either studying or filming, I didn?t have time to go off and do other films or other things to sort of show people that, Oh, she is not just Hermione, she is an actress and she can go and do these other parts and roles. . . . I didn?t, because I was so focused on, you know, on my GCSEs and on my AS and on my A-levels and then getting in to university and then whatever, I didn?t really have time to do any of that.?
How did she enjoy Brown University? ?My first two years at Brown weren?t easy, not because I was bullied or because anyone gave me a particularly hard time, but just because, you know, without the collegiate system . . . and at Brown everyone does completely different things and very much chooses their own path, which is great, but it?s also much more difficult, too. You?re not with a group of people all the time at one time.?
Parental advice: ?Yeah, I think I?ve been lucky in that neither of my parents got swept up in it, it wasn?t something they wanted for me, it wasn?t something that they were overawed by. They gave me the best advice they could, and I think they gave me very good advice. But my mum particularly said, ?Right, you?re going to go into these interviews and they?re going to ask you anything they feel like asking you, and every time they ask you a question, think about whether you?d be comfortable discussing it with a stranger.? ?
Finding her career on the upswing: ?I?m not really sure how I?ve managed to do it.? But then she got a little more real: ?I guess weirdly in my head I knew what I wanted, I didn?t know how it would or if it would ever happen. But before ?Bling Ring,? I said I?d really wanted to meet Sofia Coppola and ? this is before I knew that she had a film in mind ? ended up meeting her. And Darren was someone who actually I met a good year ago. And then I?m doing a film with Guillermo [del Toro] next summer, and I went to him and said Warner Brothers have given me the script for ?Beauty and the Beast,? but the only way I?d really want to do it is if you did it. And then miraculously he said, ?Oh, funnily enough ?Beauty and the Beast? is my favorite fairy tale, I can?t let anyone else do this, I?ll start putting a team together.? ?
Fame: Nowadays, while she can walk around fairly happily in quiet areas of London or New York, there are plenty of other places that are off-limits: ?If I went to somewhere busy, I wouldn?t last very long. I can?t go to a museum, I?ll last 10 or 15 minutes in a museum. The problem is that when one person asks for a photograph, then someone sees a flash goes off, then everyone else sort of . . . it?s sort of like a domino effect. And then very quickly the situation starts to get out of control to a point where I can?t manage it on my own.?

See? It?s not a particularly dishy interview. I did find her answer to the Brown Univ. question interesting ? she reiterated that she was NOT bullied and no one ?gave me a particularly hard time? ? meaning that some people teased her but it didn?t bother her, I wonder? As for the discussion of ?At Brown everyone does completely different things and very much chooses their own path, which is great, but it?s also much more difficult, too. You?re not with a group of people all the time at one time.? I?m not sure what this means? Are British universities really that different in how they treat first and second-year students and the general curriculum? Or is this Emma?s way of saying that she was just unaccustomed to the wildly different atmosphere of American college life, and she basically had culture shock?

Following a jam packed promotional trip on the East Coast, Jennifer Garner was back in SoCal last night (August 16) for an appearance on ?Jimmy Kimmel Live? in Hollywood, California.
Always a fan favorite, Jen made sure to sign plenty of autographs outside the studio, looking fabulous in a stylish red dress.
During her conversation with Kimmel, Jen plugged her new movie ?The Odd Life of Timothy Green,? and even got a taste of nostalgia when Jimmy pulled out an old band geek photo of her and compared it with one of him.
Initially Garner declared, ?Wow. I like you a little bit less now,? but when she saw Jimmy?s picture, she exclaimed, ?We had the same glasses! I?m gonna take this back to Ben! He?ll be so happy!?

Stepping out for some retail therapy, Lindsay Lohan headed out into Venice, California with her brother Cody yesterday afternoon (August 16).
The ?Mean Girls? actress attracted plenty of attention in her backless white top as she hit up a few stores, especially given that she opted to go braless.
LiLo?s ?The Canyons? costar James Deen recently sang her praises while out and about in Los Angeles. When asked if he enjoyed the gig, the adult film star gushed, ?She?s awesome. I have no official comment about her because I don?t know what my contract ? what?s my contract??
He continued, ?She?s super professional, super great. She?s a fantastic actress, and it was really really awesome. I feel like I learned a lot from her. Like in those scenes that we did together, I feel like those were my stronger scenes, because working with a really good actress, or actor or anyone that ? I did a scene with Gus Van Sant, and it was another one that I feel like was very strong just because working with people that are really strong actors and very talented and stuff kind of like bring the best out of you. So it was very helpful to me as an amateur.?

These are two new photos of Harrison Ford and Gary Oldman in Philadelphia, where they?ve been filming their new movie (Paranoia), and they posed for photos when they went out to eat together. So? this is just your FYI: this is what Harrison Ford looks like these days. I know, it gets kind of depressing, especially on the heels of what Ralph Fiennes looks like these days. Much like Ralph?s unfortunate look, I suspect that part of Harrison?s vibe might be specifically for the film. He must have shave his head, right? Because just a few months ago (back in April), he looked like this:
Still grizzled, obviously. With hair, Harrison seems like an aging rancher or cowboy, leathery from working in the sun for decades. Without hair, Harrison seems? like, Ben Kingsley or something. Which isn?t bad at all ? I love Ben Kingsley. But I never thought Harrison Ford would give me Ben Kinglsey vibes. Incidentally, Harrison Ford turned 70 years old a month ago. I?d say he looks pretty well-preserved for 70.
Also ? I end up thinking about Harrison whenever I watch White Collar. Does Tim DeKay remind anyone else of a young Harrison? That?s one of the reasons I?m still watching White Collar ? my love of Americana beefcake like Tim DeKay.
Last thing ? Gary Oldman looks really hot, right?

These are some photos of Jessica Biel yesterday in London, as part of the neverending, whirlwind promotional tour for Total Recall, I?m sure. Before we get to the fashion (I can?t wait!), let me first clarify something for several complaining commenters: when we?re yelling about how ?awful? Jessica Biel looks, we?re ALWAYS talking about her styling, not her inherent beauty. She?s a pretty girl ? I feel like I type that caveat into every single Biel post, but there it is again. She?s a pretty woman? a pretty woman who has some of the worst stylists and hair people in the world. I?m becoming convinced that Jessica must be a monster a real life, because that?s the only way to explain why her style people are kneecapping her so consistently: she MUST be treating them like crap, so they?re getting back at her.
First look (chronologically, she wore this first): a Valentino jumpsuit in a subtle off-white, with beading and lots of lace, accessorized with orange pumps. My first reaction was ?DOILY FUG.? My second reaction was ?What?s going on in her midsection?? Right? Whatever it is, it?s just unflattering, and I believe it?s a design flaw, not a Biel flaw. This jumpsuit was designed to look bulky and weird in the waist. Because? why not? And I?m sorry for those of you who enjoy the ?pop of color? but I think orange shoes look really clownish with this white jumpsuit.
As for the second look? my God. WHY? This is Giambattista Valli Spring 2012 Couture - go to Red Carpet Fashion Awards to see the runway look, which actually manages to be as bad as Jessica’s version. Shall we break this down? Because this is awful from start to finish. It’s not a situation where you can say, “Oh, just take off the FEATHER TUTU and it will be fine.” The situation with the collar is particularly disturbing, as is the sleeve situation and the cummerbund ON THE FEATHER TUTU. My God. Jessica’s stylist loathes her.

This Katy Perry and John Mayer perfectly-gross romance is already exhausting, isn’t it? They’re coming up on a month of dating, and neither one of them has bailed yet, which is odd because both of them should realize that when this ends — and it will — they’ll probably both be writing passive-aggressive hate songs about each other. Naturally, John would be outraged and humiliated like he was with Taylor Swift’s “Dear John” song even though he’s douchey enough to write a song about breaking up with Jennifer Aniston.
As for Katy, she’s already pitched a legal fit to keep Russell Brand from saying nice things about her even though she included him in her movie (despite his protests), and she wrote crappy, faux-goth song about him too. So it’s pretty rich that Katy has warned John not to “kiss and tell,” and she believes that he’ll comply. If you ask me (and you haven’t), they’re both pretty naive in that regard. John first put the moves on Rihanna at a 2009 music industry party in New York. “They really hit it off,” one source explained. “John was smitten. He tried to lure her back to his place on seeral occasions, but Rihanna just laughed him off, saying she wasn’t his type. That only made him want her more. Rihanna has ALWAYS been a fantasy chick for John”
He tried again to seduce the 24-year-old stunner at a party last year, but Rihanna wouldn’t play along. And it was only after he’d exhausted all his efforts, say pals, that he turned his attention to Katy, 27. “Katy has no idea just how hard he tried to score with Rihanna,” said another source. “Now, her pals are worried she’s headed for heartache.”

I don’t think I really buy this story. First, Rihanna has terrible taste in men, so I think she may have actually gone for John if he truly put the moves on her. Secondly, John’s David Duke c**k theoretically wouldn’t permit him to be attracted to RiRi in the slightest, right? Then again, he claims to not even recall that Playboy interview anyway, so who knows. Maybe he has a very selective memory.

Satisfying their craving for a cold and tasty treat, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West paid a return visit to the local Yogurtland shop while continuing their tropical Hawaiian holiday on Thursday (August 16).
The E! reality hottie turned heads in a black shirt, black leather skirt and black boots as she strutted alongside her color-coordinated hip-hop star beau after the two lovebirds snatched up a scoop of delicious yogurt from the Aloha State eatery.
And while Miss Kardashian is living the good life with her latest love, her lawyers have been busy this week battling it out in the courtroom against her ex-husband of 72 days, Kris Humphries.
With the jostling for assets not going all that smoothly, Humphries' attorney, Marshall Waller, reportedly told the judge during a hearing on Wednesday, "I don't want to use the word uncooperative, but they are not making the process easier."
According to E! News, Waller is requesting four more months to prep for a trial - which isn't sitting well with Kim's high-power legal counsel, Laura Wasser, who stated during this week's proceedings, "To say I am frustrated is an understatement. I'm at a loss to figure out what the holdup is. They had a prenup and were married 72 days. To what end does he want this annulment?"
