Enjoying an industry outing, Sienna Miller attended the Variety Performers Brunch as part of the 20th Hamptons International Film Festival in East Hampton, New York yesterday (October 7).
The ?Factory Girl? actress was joined by stars like Alec Baldwin and Toby Jones as she smiled for the cameras at Nick & Toni, sporting a black cardigan, white blouse, and black and white trousers.
In career news, Sienna recently scored a spot on the cast of ?Foxcatcher? alongside ?The Office? funnyman Steve Carell.
Per the synopsis, the film is about ?a paranoid schizophrenic heir Jon DuPont, who created a training center for wrestlers and murdered Olympic grappler Dave Schultz.?

Kendra Wilkinson’s 2-year-old son was rushed to the hospital last Wednesday when he mysteriously passed out. Doctors said her son slipped into unconsciousness because of overheating from running around the house. They told her it’s pretty common for kids in hot weather.
Is it? When I was a kid, I don’t remember anyone around me passing out while running around in the heat. Plus AC was way less prevalent then it is now. There must be another reason. Are you sure the kid didn’t pass out after looking at himself in the mirror and realizing his parents were turning him into a girl with that long, curly hair? I would. “What have you done? I’m a monster!,” I’d scream while smashing the hand mirror on a table.

It seems Taylor Swift leads the most boring existence. Sure she’s a famous singer, has millions in the bank and is dating a Kennedy but all her songs are just her whining about her exes, she’s saving her money for her kid’s college tuition and the fun things she does with Conor Kennedy includes buying $80,000 worth of antiques.
Reports say Taylor and Conor wentantiquingin Notting Hill over the weekend.?She wandered into Alice?s and dropped 30,000 then went up the road and spent another 20,000. She was only in there for about five minutes. About half of what she bought was for her, the other for Conor. She bought a drawing of a shark, some old medicine bottles and a pinball machine for him,? said a source.
If it wasn’t for her millions of dollars and hectic schedule, she’d probably be living with a thousand cats all wearing hand-knit sweaters.

Jenny McCarthy has a new book out so of course it’s time to try and grab some headlines. What better way than to write about the time she and a group of other Playmates took a bunch of hallucinogens and started making out with each other on a beach in Hawaii. This is the same girl who tells parents not to vaccinate their kids because they’re just shots of poison that leads to autism.
“Holding up drugs in front of a group of Playmates was like holding up an arm to a cannibal tribe. We jumped on the box fighting to get as many little white capsules as possible.
“Instead of saving some for later, we all pounded at least five at once. It was incredibly intense. So much so that we all began to express love for one another by making out with each other. I can only imagine the shock (one random man) had in seeing that he was the only man on the beach with fourteen really f**ked up Playmates who just happened to also be making out with each other.”
That man probably killed himself later that night knowing life was only downhill from there. On his gravestone was probably written, “Here lies John. He died happy. With a raging erection.”

During her interview on ?Good Morning America,? the ?Should?ve Said No? singer noted that the track is a bit of a departure for her.
T. Swifty shared, "The song we're releasing tonight ... it's a song that's one of my favorite songs on the album because it sounds just as chaotic as the feeling was when I wrote it. It's a song about kind of being frustrated with yourself because you have your heart broken and you knew when you first saw that person you saw all these red flags and you just went for it anyway."
And on the teaser, Taylor sings, "'Cause I knew you were trouble when you walked in/Shame on me now. I knew you were trouble when you walked in/ Shame on me/ Took me to places I've never been/Laying on the cold, hard ground."

These are some photos of Taylor Swift last week in London ? she was in town to do promotion for her album (Red), which included radio interviews, meet-and-greets with fans, an appearance an awards show, etc. She also had some downtime, and she and her mom went shopping on Portobello Road. There was a boy there ? you can see him in these pics. The dark-haired kid. Who is that? The Sun says that?s Conor Kennedy. Like, Conor with a haircut, maybe? But I don?t think so. This dude does not look like Conor to me at all. But I did have a giggle over this story:

I’m not saying that we would be as stunning as Christie Brinkley, (well some of you would, but not me) because we’re working with what we have, but if I could get someone to make me look like a fresh, slightly older version of how I looked when I was about 30 I would. (I turn 40 in a few months.) I’m not going to front like I’m above it or haven’t thought about it. It’s the bad work, the puffy lips, the too-thin noses, and the women who can barely move their faces who have me staying away from plastic surgery – for now. These are photos of MY FAVE COUPLE EVER, Elizabeth Hurley and Shane Warne. They made an appearance together (with Liz?s son Damian) at Selfridges on behalf of Estee Lauder’s Breast Cancer awareness campaign. I will admit it, Shane?s face and his general expression in several of these photos made me laugh out loud. I love them so much! They?re so trashy and wonderful. And I believe that they are truly in love too. No dude would get this kind of makeover unless it was true love. And Liz was finally able to give a dude a makeover to turn him into her perfect mirror-image companion, her own living Ken Doll. But Liz is still in denial as to what Shane did for LOVE. She will not admit that Shane got extensive work, and Shane has been consistently in denial about it too. But that was last year! What delusions do we have this year?
Elizabeth Hurley insists she isn’t responsible for Shane Warne’s makeover. The 47-year-old actress won’t take credit for her fianc?s polished new image and says he slimmed down of his own accord. She is also adamant the Australian cricketer hasn’t had any cosmetic surgery to improve his looks and is completely ‘au naturel’.
Speaking on Lorraine on Monday morning, Elizabeth admitted: ‘I love him looking like that, I think he looks beautiful. He retired from international cricket before I met him and I think even when I met him two years ago he was still much bigger because he’d still been training. Even though he still does a little bit of cricket he doesn’t do as much. But as far as being slimmer, I have to say it’s entirely him.?

Liz insists the pop superstar did the dress justice and she thought Gaga looked incredible.
She gushed: ‘I thought she looked fantastic in it. Really gorgeous. It was a real surprise, somebody actually tweeted it to me, “Have a look at this!” I thought, “Good heavens!” I had missed the news for a few days because I was in America. I thought she looked gorgeous. I know it went to some Gianni Versace museum and was snatched away from me 18 years ago but I have a feeling it was exactly the same one.’

UGH! Terry Richardson photographed Nicole Kidman for the November cover of Harper?s Bazaar. Gross, right? Nicole Kidman, who is trying to simultaneously prove that A) she?s just a down-home Nashville mom with two small daughters and B) that she?s still the sexiest, coolest actress around. Can those Two Nicoles exist simultaneously? Can The Two Nicoles co-exist in a monster-truck-themed Terry Richardson photo shoot? Ugh. Anyway, you can read Nicole?s full Bazaar piece here, and here are some highlights:
Taking on roles: “I attach, I attach so deeply that it’s quite scary for me. I’m drawn to the psychology of really interesting, flawed people.”
She?s reserved: “Yeah, I’m different than what they think I’m going to be,” she says of her perceived hauteur. “I’m reserved. I’m more of an introvert than an extrovert.”
Landing in New York in 1989: “I grew up with the song ‘New York, New York,’?” Nicole says. “I just remember getting off the plane and being completely overwhelmed.” She started auditioning, once for Ophelia in Hamlet at the Public Theater, directed by Kevin Kline, who she idolized. “I just crammed Ophelia into my brain. I felt very glad I trod the boards in front of Kevin Kline.”
The early years with Tom Cruise: Her career began an upswing, and later that year she met Cruise on the set of Days of Thunder. So started the period she now refers to as “fame by association.” In those early years, “it was like, ‘I’m here and I’m clutching onto your arm, and it all feels a little overwhelming and really strange,’ ” she recalls. “And I was shy. Deeply shy. I didn’t feel comfortable at all. But I felt very comfortable at home.”
Her career post-divorce: “I started to do what I’ve been doing since I was 14, with some gravitas.” It paid off: The supernatural thriller The Others was a hit, and she earned an Oscar for her portrayal of Virginia Woolf in The Hours. “Having your work be the basis of fame, that’s a far more stable feeling.”
Fame and work: “I don’t really celebrate fame because I get enough attention. I’m willing to step aside. And when I work, I work. Wholeheartedly.” Not surprisingly, Nicole has nothing to say publicly on Cruise’s divorce from Katie Holmes, characterizing her recent turn back in the gossip mill as “very, very fleeting. I’m not caught up in any of it. It’s not really a part of my life.”
The mythical work-family balance: “I’d love to say that it’s easy, but it isn’t. I miss them so much when I’m away. And so I limit the amount of time away through no other reason than I just love, I love them. But that’s my personality. I get 3 A.M. panics because I’m so attached.”
Her family, being married to Keith: “Time goes by so fast now, and having raised two little kids who are now adults and two new children in the world, it’s fleeting.” However, she has found permanence in her relationship with Urban. The couple, who met in 2005, have been married for six years. “He just gave me confidence,” she observes, “through just being very kind to me and understanding me, opening me up to trying things, my sexuality, those sorts of things.” After the adventure of Cruise, she characterizes Urban as “more like an ocean; he took me out.” She has always appreciated “a bigger, stronger personality; that’s what I’ve been drawn to. I need protection. Everyone wants to feel someone’s got their back.”
On the red carpet: “I make sure to wear comfortable dresses,” she explains, “because I want to be able to go out afterward and, you know, bend.” Her most famous look is the now legendary chartreuse Dior dress she wore to the Oscars in 1997. “It’s packed in a box with tissue paper, and it will be donated to a museum.” As for her other couture pieces, “whichever daughter loves clothes more will get dibs on all those. But I keep them in the same way that I’d keep a painting.”
Body image: “[It bothers me] Less as you get older. All of that other stuff becomes less important. Like, I’ve always had a little belly. I mean, now that I’m 45, they don’t say, ‘Oh, she’s pregnant!’ as much. But I’ve got skinny arms and legs, and then I’ve got a little belly.” But who cares when your legs go for miles? “In high, high shoes, that helps! Like a minx.”
Is she daring? “I would hate to go back and think, I wish I’d been a little braver”

Well? sigh. I know the Kidman fan-girls are going to hit me for saying this, but I think Nicole is really full of it in this interview. She wants to be seen as more easy-going and relaxed and devil-may-care, but really? Nicole can?t hide what she is. It?s written all over her marble-like Botox-face. She?s neurotic, she cares too much, she?s a perfectionist, and she?s very tightly-wound. I actually rolled my eyes at ?I make sure to wear comfortable dresses.? Botox, please. Nicole is all about the BIG fashion moments, and historically speaking, she cares more about the dress than her own comfort. Why can?t she own that? Is it not mom-friendly enough if she admits that she flat-out LOVES fashion and loves to have a high-impact moment on the red carpet?

I was surprised by the lack of interest in my fashion posts over the weekend ? some of the A-list women of Hollywood came out to play at the Variety ?Power of Women? event, and Jessica Biel in particular did not look all that great. Anyway, after appearing at that event on Friday night, Jessica flew to Paris for some reason. Some sites are claiming that she?s doing a magazine photo shoot in Paris, some claim she?s filming a new ad. She?s the face of Revlon lipstick and mascara, so maybe that? Or maybe a new ad campaign? I can?t imagine who would hire her. No disrespect ? she?s a pretty girl and she has a great body. But I can?t imagine that Biel is a great ?get? for any brand.
Should we talk about her clothes in these photos? The black outfit is fine. I think the black outfit is hers, or maybe she was paid to wear it or something. But the studded leather outfit?! WTF??? The photo agencies once again have mixed opinions about exactly what is going on with that outfit. My first thought was that it was an editorial look, and Biel is definitely doing a magazine photo shoot which is being styled by someone Totally ?80s and Michael Jackson-obsessed. But the photo agencies say Biel is just out and about in Paris, stopping by the Fendi store to do some shopping. Are these clothes that she picked out herself? Oh dear God. (That being said, I kind of want the blouse, even if it makes Biel look pregnant.)
Meanwhile, can you believe that we?re still on Wedding Watch with Biel and Justin Timberlake? His bachelor party extravaganza was a few weeks ago. So when is it going down? When Biel was at the Variety event, she told E! News that she?s definitely not a ?bridezilla? and that “I’m just pretty much cool as a cucumber in general in my life. So no, I’m cool? I’m one of those people who is not very detail-oriented? I’m sort of the . . . big idea person, so I’ll probably give an idea and then let it be created.” Jesus, can you believe the way she describes herself? And what?s funny is that I?m pretty sure she?s made of lies. The reason she?s not a bridezilla is because her fianc thinks she has awful taste (true story) and HE is in charge of the wedding.

These are some photos of Sienna Miller over the weekend. She gave birth to her first child, daughter Marlowe, in July. So this was her first red carpet since giving birth ? she made an appearance at the Hamptons Film Festival on Saturday to promote her new movie, The Girl. She plays Tippi Hedren, and it?s all about Hedren?s relationship with Alfred Hitchcock during the filming of The Birds. If that sounds somewhat familiar to you, it?s because there?s another film being made about the behind-the-scenes drama of the filming of Psycho too.
Anyway, for her first red carpet appearance since giving birth, Sienna wore a faux-caped Alessandra Rich dress in white. Everyone is comparing this to Gwyneth Paltrow?s caped Tom Ford gown at the Oscars this year, which? okay, it?s a similar look. I guess Goop should get points for doing it first. I do think Sienna looks good here ? she certainly lost the baby weight quickly. Sienna?s shoes are Prada flats! I kind of like that she wore flats to a red carpet.

Kristen?s hoodie has a logo which says ?Nuns With Guns, Praise The Lord And Pass The Ammunition?. So, other than the outfit? Kristen actually looks kind of decent. She?s even wearing lipstick! She looks like she showered recently too. Her dad is a good influence on her.

Perhaps it wasn’t enough for Kristen Stewart to be in the headlines for a cheating scandal and the upcoming release of one of the year’s biggest films. Now, she is in the news for putting herself down. Yahoo revealed on Friday, Oct. 5, 2012 that a recent interview that Stewart did with “Marie Claire” has an excerpt where the actress calls herself “a miserable c***.”
That word with the three stars is exactly what you think it is.
The question and answer period with Balenciaga creative director Nicolas Ghesquiere came about, and Stewart was asked what makes her happy. Her response was simple and brash.
“I’m a miserable c***! I’m not sure if I’m most happy when I’m comfortable and content or when I’m pushing myself to the limits. There are such different versions of happy. And I really appreciate both.”
Going further on, Alice Olins of “Marie Claire” actually comes right out and says that she believes Stewart is doing her little rebellious act on purpose.
“The actress is all too aware she’s on show, and the ‘on-show’ Stewart can be brash and provocative. I mean, if I was the new face of Balenciaga and had the pick of the latest collection to wear, I wouldn’t have chosen a neoprene vest and grubby-looking jeans for the interview.”
A lot of people actually believe that about Stewart since her demeanor hardly ever changes. The “Twilight” actress rarely smiles and doesn’t show emotion very often whether in live interviews or even during her on-screen performances.
Stewart believes that she and her character Bella from the “Twilight” franchise are very similar and dress the same in their downtime. She says that Bella is “practical and unassuming, yet cooler than everyone else.”
When asked exactly what the key to being “cool” is, Stewart had a standard “Stewart answer.”
“It’s about being on the edge of something — about not taking the easy route,” she says. “To be cool is not to be crippled by yourself.”

Jezebel is making a big deal at the Marie Claire diss of Kristen?s ?neoprene vest and grubby-looking jeans,? but I actually think the Marie Claire editorial work is a solid point to make. After seeing Kristen?s Rebel Without A Clue act in interview after interview, it?s kind of nice to see at least one magazine come right out and say, ?Ugh, it?s just an affectation. She just wants people to think she?s so hardcore.? As for Kristen calling herself a ?miserable c?t? ? self-awareness is a good thing.

Amber Tamblyn and David Cross got together in 2008, by most accounts. At the time, Amber was 24 years old and David was 44. Now she?s 29 years old and he?s 48. And they just got married. This is surprisingly NOT sudden. They announced their engagement back in August of last year, and less than a year ago, CB wrote about David and Amber claiming that their wedding was going to happen ?soon?. So? they actually did this the old-fashioned way. They dated for about three years, they were engaged for a little more than a year, and they had a nice wedding. Another Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants star is off the market! Actress Amber Tamblyn, 29, married actor David Cross, 48, on Saturday, his rep confirms to Us Weekly. Filmmaker/director Lance Bangs shared an Instagram photo of the newlyweds dancing at their ceremony on Saturday.
“Yo La Tengo playing Superchunk, Mission of Burma, and Pixies covers at David and Amber’s wedding,” Bangs, 40, captioned his shot. In the photo, Tamblyn wraps her arms around her husband while slow dancing.
The longtime couple confirmed their engagement to Us in August 2011. This is the first marriage for both Tamblyn and the Arrested Development actor.
Tambyln recently celebrated Blake Lively’s wedding with Sisterhood costars America Ferrera, 28 and Alexis Bledel, 30.
The friends traveled to Boone Hall Plantation & Garden in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina on Sept. 9 to watch Lively, 25, tie the knot to Ryan Reynolds, 35.

When they first announced their engagement, my first reaction was ??Him?? I always thought David Cross was gay, and I thought his relationship with Amber was some kind of hipster thing where he was, like, too avant-garde to actually, like, be in a relationship with, like, a dude. But apparently it was the real thing all along. And now they are happily wed. Congrats!
PS? I hope David doesn?t get a huge storyline in the return of Arrested Development. Tobias Funke was my least favorite character. Actually, I loved everybody BUT Tobias.

Dita Von Teese has claimed she is enjoying the single life, but she recently got blanked when she tried to chat-up Hollywood hunk Bradley Cooper in a Los Angeles restaurant, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
The star pair found themselves in trendy hotspot — Italian eaterie Farfalla in Los Feliz — at the same time when an eyewitness spied Dita, 40, licking her lips in the general direction of The Hangover star.
However, the burlesque dancer?s attempts at inviting Bradley, 37, over to her table floundered after she tried to send a drink his way. He refused her offer and left the restaurant without even saying goodbye! (In September, Cooper revealed he?s been sober for 8 years.)
?Bradley completely snubbed Dita when she made a beeline for him,? an onlooker told RadarOnline.com. ?She was desperate to get his attention, so she asked the waitress to go over to his table and ask him what he wanted to drink. Bradley told the waitress he?s on a health kick at the moment and said he was fine.
?After that, Dita was looking over at him, fluttering her eyelids and wanted him to join her and her friend. But Bradley just wasn?t that into her, he ignored her eye contact and just looked down at his phone. He left before she did and didn?t even acknowledge her on the way out of the restaurant. She looked gutted. It really was an awkward moment for Dita, I?m sure a lot of men wouldn?t turn her down,? the source concluded.
Dita isn?t the only woman smitten with Bradley at the moment. His ex-girlfriend Zoe Saldana was seen leaving the ArcLight Cinema in Hollywood arm-in-arm with the A-Team actor on September 2, sparking rumors they were back together.
And as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, it was Bradley?s mom, Gloria who has been behind the two getting back together.
?It was Gloria who told Bradley to date Zoe again ? she loves Zoe,? a source revealed. ?Bradley and Zoe have been seeing a lot of each other recently; they were promoting their new movie The Words and their paths crossed a few times at press junkets and premieres.

While out for a weekend trip to Barnes & Noble with his girls, Ben Affleck ended up getting into a minor car accident after side swiping a vehicle in Santa Monica, CA on Saturday (October 6).
According to recent reports, the "Argo" actor accidentally ran into a parked Honda Civic and knocked off their left side mirror.
Being the good samaritan that he is, Ben left a note and his contact information on the windshield, on which he penned, "Hi, knocked off your mirror! Very sorry! Will cover everything?Ben."
Aside from the quick afternoon mishap, Affleck and his daughters, Seraphina and Violet, still enjoyed a day at the bookstore followed by a quick trip to McDonald's to grab some grub.
