| Gwyneth Paltrow countersues the peasant she's accused of crashing into while skiing | Added 5 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Several weeks ago, Gwyneth Paltrow was sued by a Utah doctor who claimed that in 2016, Gwyneth crashed into him on a ski slope at the Deer Valley Resort. Terry Sanderson described the incident as a ?hit-and-run ski crash? where Gwyneth ?skied out of control and hit? him in the back, and she ?got up, turned and skied away, leaving Sanderson stunned, lying in the snow, seriously injured.? Sanderson also accused Gwyneth of using her connections at the ski resort to have them file a false report about the crash, where the report was like ?Gwyneth did nothing wrong.? Sanderson claims he was seriously injured with broken bones and a head injury because of what happened. The idea that Gwyneth would ski recklessly, crash into someone and then smugly and wordlessly look down her nose at an injured peasant felt? on-brand for Gwyneth. Also on-brand-for Gwyneth? Countersuing the peasant she allegedly crashed into.
Gwyneth Paltrow said Wednesday in a court filing that a man who accused her in a lawsuit of crashing into him at a Utah ski resort was actually the culprit in the collision and is trying to exploit her celebrity and wealth. Paltrow was skiing with her children and friends in 2016 during a family vacation on a beginner run named Bandana at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah, when Terry Sanderson smashed into her from behind and delivered a full body blow, the actress attorney alleged in a counter claim filed in court. Paltrow said she was shaken by the collision and quit skiing for the day.
She said Sanderson apologized to her and said he was fine, her response to Sandersons lawsuit said. Paltrow had previously denied blame for the crash in a statement but had not yet offered a full version of the events.
She did not knock him down, Paltrows court filing said. He knocked her down. He was not knocked out.
Paltrow, known for her roles in Shakespeare in Love and the Iron Man movies and her lifestyle company named goop, said her injuries were minor and that she is seeking symbolic damages of $1 plus costs for her lawyers fees from Sanderson for defending herself against what she called a meritless claim.

So, it?s basically he said-she said, only Gwyneth has the accident report to back up her side? maybe? I don?t know the initial Sanderson lawsuit made it sound like the ski resort?s on-site people did a cover-up job on the accident and made it sound like NOTHING happened. But now Gwyneth is saying something did happen, and it just wasn?t her fault because he crashed into her, not vice versa. I wonder? do you think this will turn into a bigger something? It feels like it could.
Also: Gwyneth just can?t help being haughty. Check out her reply on a post about all of this week?s Kardashian drama.

| Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott consider downsizing to 8.5k/month house | Added 5 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are house hunting. Last week they were seen looking at an open house in Calabasas, presumably for sale, and at a rental home in Tarzana about twenty minutes away. (Radar reports it like its the same house, but it looks different in the photos and they list it in another location.) Tori and Deans money issues run so deep that their assets were seized by the federal government and theyve been sued by multiple creditors. Plus Dean owes over six figures in back child support. Tori has made it clear that she loves big homes, she grew up in the biggest home in LA County after all, and why should she change? So theyre looking for a home with enough bedrooms for all five of their kids. Radar Online points out that the rental home they toured, which costs $8,500, is actually $2,000 a month cheaper than the massive home theyre renting now. I guess Toris mom pays for it. Candy has said she pays all Toris bills.
If I could afford to rent a house for $5,000 a month, even with a partner, I would consider myself rich and massively successful. It feels luxurious to me to rent a house in my small town considering some of the roach-infested apartments I?ve had where you can hear neighbors walking upstairs. If I was in a city or a more affluent area I would be in an apartment again and there?s no shame in that. There is shame in living like Tori and Dean when you owe hundreds of thousands to creditors and have had years to get your sh-t together. They just feel entitled to this lifestyle. I guess Tori has the 90210 reboot coming up so shes spending that paycheck already. Maybe she thinks its ok since shes saving money if they move. I cant imagine considering an $8,500 a month 3,500 square foot home with a pool and three bedrooms downsizing but grifters are going to grift.
Note that I have considered whether Radar is totally wrong about this house as it looks like a different house than the one they were photographed outside. If thats the case, they were still touring a house for sale like theyre going to buy one.

| Christie Brinkley: If I?m lucky, I will be running around with my hard-earned wrinkles | Added 5 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Christie Brinkley has changed her story several times about whether shes had botox or work done. When you see her on video its clear that shes pulled taut, Ill say that, and that her cheeks are very puffy. Ive done several stories on her varying explanations for what kind of treatments and skincare she gets and rather than recap all that Ill point you there. Her story changes based on what shes promoting. She looks great, she just looks worked on and she looks much different than even a decade ago. Anyway Christie mentioned wrinkles in this interview about aging like she totally welcomes them and is not trying to avoid them by any means necessary.
?I honestly have had years in my life where I?d be like, ?Wait a minute, how old am I again??? Brinkley exclusively reveals in the new issue of Us Weekly. ?I just don?t think about it.?
Fortunately, her ageless face ? which stems from good genes, clean living and Ultherapy treatments ? doesn?t reveal the years of hard work and personal tribulations she had to endure over the years. Still, she remains humble about her appearance. [Ed note...]
?When I started doing the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue [in 1979], I was very concerned about trying to live up to the image they projected of this hot body in a bathing suit,? the National Lampoon?s Vacation actress explains. ?I?m kind of in the same situation with aging. Aging is inevitable. If I?m lucky, I?m going to be running around as an older woman with my hard-earned wrinkles. It?s inevitable.?
[From US Magazine]
I have no problem with women getting whatever they want done to look younger or to change the shape of their faces or bodies. Just dont make a cottage industry out of looking younger and selling products for that and then act like its all minor procedures and youre really into aging. She makes my job so easy though and I appreciate that. Like all I have to do is point out the things she says and throw up a photo.
