Part of the conditions of Lindsay Lohan’s eviction from the Chateau Marmont back in July is that she could no longer use the hotel facilities or eat in the hotel restaurant, but she’s never been one to let a little thing like an “unpaid bill” or a “pending lawsuit” get in the way of her having a good time, so she showed up at the Chateau for the Mr. Pink vitamin drink launch like nothing had ever happened and she didn’t owe them $46,000. It’s just as well, because they couldn’t kick her off the property even if they wanted to. Not unless they’d taken out a restraining order against her first. Most of my ex-boyfriends had to learn that lesson the hard way.

Pulling a grey sweater over a denim top, the 36-year-old actor posed for the Mark Seliger shot front page while dishing about everything from his love life to his substance-filled past.

On embracing the unknown as a father of two:

There's actually sh*t on the floor?I have a picture of it on my phone. So what do you do? You clean it up, put a diaper on his a**, and that's that. It's just about being present for these guys."
On his love life:
"I haven't been in a relationship in a while. Two and a half years since I was with Henry's mother. If I ever do get involved with somebody again, I will try as much as possible to shut my f*cking mouth and stay f*cking present. Love in action, man! Not love in f*cking words."

What I don?t understand is why there can?t be an explicit acknowledgement of what?s going on. Why they have to act like they?re really ?hiding? and keeping everything a ?secret?. Oh well. It?s not like they?ll take my advice.

How sweet! Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis enjoyed Grom Gelato in New York’s West Village on Tuesday evening.
“When they walked out, Ashton fed Mila some of her ice cream!” onlooker Tammy Nguyen told PEOPLE. “They were very cute together.”
The duo was dressed casually, Kunis wearing a hood and Kutcher in a navy blue baseball hat and button-up sweater.

These are some photos from a London event last night. The event was ?Chanel: The Little Black Jacket?. There were some decent celebrities at the event, but I just want to talk about Keira Knightley and Sam Taylor Wood (Sam Taylor Johnson?!). First, Keira. She?s wearing Chanel. She looks pretty. Her fianc was not by her side. There are rumors that Keira will get Karl Lagerfeld to design her wedding gown. Does that make sense to you? I can see Keira being into the Chanel drama and detail for a potential wedding gown, but I feel like Keira becomes less fussy and more hippie about everything as she gets older. Still? a Chanel wedding gown is nothing to sniff at, and if anyone could pull it off, I?m sure it?s Keira. As for her little Chanel outfit here? I really do like it. I like her hair these days too.
And here are photos of Sam Taylor Johnson and Aaron Taylor Johnson at the same event. Sam looks GREAT. Her body really rebounds after having babies, doesn?t it? And I like her Chanel ensemble even more than Keira?s. As for Aaron? I used to be attracted to him. I used to think Sam had scored the Cougar Grand Prize with Aaron ? a talented actor, with a great body and a beautiful face. But I have to wonder? was a Aaron kind of a goober this whole time? And by that I mean? is Aaron pretty dorky? I?m getting the feeling that he is pretty dorky.

These are some photos from last night?s amfAR ?3rd Annual Inspiration Gala? in LA. You?d think with the word ?gala? in the event?s name, most of the women would show up in proper gowns. You would be wrong. Some women act like the words ?red carpet? and ?gala? and ?black tie? are mysterious codes to decipher, in which the answer is evidently ?sack dresses? or ?sack jumpsuits? or ?dated blouses from The Limited circa 1997.? Believe it or not, Kate Hudson was one of the few ladies who actually got it right, at least as far as ?looking appropriate for the occasion.? Kate?s dress is Prabal Gurung Resort 2013. Her body looks amazing, the color is pretty on her, and she looks good in general, even though this dress isn?t my favorite thing. HATE the necklace.
Here?s Chelsea Handler in her ?gala best?. Worst Gala Outfit EVER. Chelsea was the ?host? of the evening too.
Rumer Willis in? God, I don?t even know. Does Rumer know how to style herself? Does she have a stylist who hates her? Because this is just a total mess. The shiny nose ring, the ombre hair, the fug dress? it?s a total disaster.
I thought Octavia Spencer looked the best out of everyone. Her dress is pretty and appropriate, and she looks beautiful.
Sarah Jessica Parker in a sack-y jumpsuit and a fitted blazer. I don?t think the jumpsuit is as ?special? as SJP thinks it is, but I do kind of like the blazer. Is this gala-wear?

Yesterday we heard a bunch of arguably mildly douchey quotes by Ben Affleck about his marriage and about other women he’s worked with. At least that’s what I read into it, some of you may disagree. To The Hollywood Reporter, Ben said he still e-mails his exes like Gwyneth Paltrow, some little-known girl he dated in high school, and Jennifer Lopez. He also said of his wife, that “We don?t have a perfect marriage, but she inspired me; and finding myself in that marriage and having a child dovetailed with getting to be a little more mature.” So Garner helped him grow basically. It just didn’t sound like high praise and more like grudging acceptance. When asked why he was drawn to Garner, Affleck said “She truly is kind. She means no one any harm. She doesn?t have ill will for any person. She?s not competitive with other people. She?s not spiteful. It?s one of those things where it becomes almost aggravating at times.” Uh oh, right?
Then, on Anderson Cooper, Ben sung Blake Lively’s praises while telling a story about her he loves to repeat. (You can read about it here.) He called Lively “fabulous and gorgeous,” while only saying Garner is “a saint and does so much of the work [raising their three kids] because I?m inept and she?s a genius.” He did call his marriage great, saying “Forty kind of coincided with having three kids and having this marriage that is great and working in ways that I am really proud of.” So that’s good, but it sounds more like he’s referring to his marriage as some kind of business project. I just would like to hear him sing Garner’s praises as more than just a mom, and to compliment her specifically. (Maybe I’m reading too much into it, but it’s my job and I don’t knock it.)
Well now US Weekly has a little blurb of an article, basically saying that Garner has Ben under control. For now. I would bet one of them planted this as kind of a response to the negative publicity. Garner probably just shrugs when her husband says stuff that can be perceived as careless like “that’s Ben.” So maybe he runs his mouth more than he should but things are fine at home. Here’s more:
After seven years, Ben Affleck is still amazed at his luck in finding Jennifer Garner.
“Any man who wants to have a marriage work needs to know who the boss is,” the Argo actor-director, 40, recently said. “The smart thing about me is I know how great she is.”
The Butter actress, 40, has become adept at helping Affleck balance a career with kids Violet, 6, Seraphina, 3, and Samuel, 7 months.
“He tends to get wrapped up in work,” says a Garner confidant. “Jennifer is the one who can get him out if it.”
Adds the insider, “She has him figured out and will never let him down.”
Affleck detailed exactly what it is that first drew him to Garner during a recent chat with The Hollywood Reporter.
“She truly is kind,” he gushed. “She means no one any harm. She doesn’t have ill will for any person. She’s not competitive with other people.”
Thanks to Garner’s unwavering support, Affleck says he’s in an incredibly positive place right now.
“I’m very lucky . . . I feel tremendously grateful,” he told Us at a screening of Argo earlier this week. “I have a great family. I’m very inspired by where my career is right now. I’m fortunate . . . I’m happy with where I am.”
It’s true that Ben has totally admitted that he doesn’t do much work around the house and that he gets wrapped up in work. That was in his Details interview. He did say on Anderson Cooper that they try to switch off caring for the kids when they’re working, and he told an anecdote about visiting Jennifer on set. You know that the childcare falls firmly on Jennifer’s shoulders and that he’s away working more of the time, not that they don’t have plenty of help.
I think what’s happening is that Ben is doing so much press for Argo that he’s starting to be too honest and is showing his cards. For someone so skilled at playing Poker, and playing the Hollywood game, he should get his head in it a little more. I don’t think it will affect his Oscar chances though, this is minor stuff that only us gossip sleuths are noticing.
As for Ben and Jen’s relationship, I would like him to appreciate her as more than just saving his ass at home with the kids. He may do that, but he’s not talking about it much. I have the feeling that if he lost her he’d know for sure what an incredible woman she is and what he’s missing. I don’t want them to break up though! I hope this is a wakeup call for him. I still like both of them, maybe a little more now that I know they’re having normal couple issues. Maybe this is all part of the damn Oscar plan!

I never got around to posting these week-old photos of Kim Kardashian in Santa Fe, Mexico for the 40th anniversary party of Cosmopolitan, so here you go. I actually think Kim looks pretty in white, generally speaking, although this dress in particular is a disaster. So unflattering, and she really should not be wearing anything with fluttery hip details or boob bows.
Kim gets hired to show up at these kinds of events all the time. It probably averages out to one major paid appearance a week ? in NYC, in LA, in Miami, in Las Vegas. Kim is actually considered a pretty big ?get? in the world of promotion ? or at least she was. Star Magazine has a story from a majorly bitchy ?top promoter? in Vegas who claims that Kim is no longer at the top of the ?celebrity guest? list in Vegas. But it gets worse ? apparently, Scott Disick is beloved in Vegas?
Las Vegas promoters book the hottest celebs to party at their clubs, but word is, they?re crossing Kim Kardashian off their It Lists and refusing to pay for her appearances.
?She?s boring, charges too much, and she?s high-maintenance,? sniffs a top promoter. ?She?s not worth it ? she just stands there. No one cares about her anymore.?
Her sister Kourtney?s boyfriend, Scott Disick, on the other hand, is in high demand.
?He is great!? gushes the source. ?He costs way less than Kim, and he?ll do crazy stuff, like rip off a girl?s swimsuit!?

Johnny Depp is 49 years old, and he’s definitely starting to look his age. While it’s true that we all get older and lose our (presumably good) looks at a certain age, it certainly seems like a sudden deterioration for Johnny in recent days. Of course, I’ve been secretly theorizing that Johnny’s been on the downswing for the better part of the past decade, and nobody has noticed the issue onscreen because he’s been wearing wacky costumes in his movies for so long. Then Johnny was actually required to wear normal dude clothing for The Tourist, and he looked like crap. Obviously, it’s hard to tell what anyone looks like underneath that Jack Sparrow costume with its eyeliner, dreads, and pirate teeth, and Johnny’s been using that fact to his advantage.
I also remain convinced that if Johnny gave himself a good scrubbing (he looks so grubby in his civilian gear) and lost those bloody scarves, he’d probably instantly lose a few years in appearance. Johnny, however, allegedly believes that if he stops boozing so much, he’ll retain his youthful glow. That also makes sense, but since he’s been a hard boozer for decades, is it too late to undo the damage? Here’s the story from this week’s Star:
He boasts his very own vineyard in France and a world-class wine cellar, but Johnny Depp is giving up his drink of choice and going on the wagon in hopes of preserving his famous good looks. “Johnny’s tried to quit drinking before, but this time he is really serious,” his friend tells Star. “He even gave a pal six of his most expensive bottles!”
Johnny so loves drinking that he sports a “Wino Forever” tattoo on his arm to cover up his “Winona Forever” ink — but he is now changing his priorities. “Booze is really drying and aging to the skin — Johnny’s lucky to have good genes, but he knows his looks are his meal ticket.”

No more “Wino Forever”? What an end to an era. As for Johnny’s fear that he’ll lose his “meal ticket” if his looks go … well, look at what happened to Marlon Brando, and people still hired him. Maybe Marlon didn’t get the really high-paying gigs towards the end of his life, but he certainly wasn’t going hungry. In any case, Johnny should take a good look at Keith Richards, for this is his future.

You know what? I still can?t get enough of these Toronto Film Festival photos of Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes and the Turban of IDGAF. They crack me up every single time I see them. Eva?s turban is the gift that keeps on giving! Anyhoodle, The Enquirer claims that Ryan and Eva are still very much loved up! Sorry, Gosling Hey-Girls. It?s not going to happen, at least according to The Turban?s propaganda machine. According to the Enquirer, Ryan and Eva will probably get married next year and they?re already planning to make a nest for themselves in Miami.
Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes are running away! They plan to escape the bright lights of LA by fleeing some 3,000 miles to Miami, where they?ll set up their love nest, say sources.
?Ryan?s friends tell him he?s crazy to leave LA,? a pal told The Enquirer. ?It?s where his career is and where his friends are. But Ryan says producers and directors will know where to find him. He wants a new life and a fresh start with Eva. They feel trapped in LA.?
Ryan and Eva have been dating for more than a year, and friends say they?re likely to wed early in 2013 and are already planning their future together. They?ve focused on Miami for a good reason. Eva was born there to Cuban immigrants and then moved to LA with her mom at age 10 after her parents divorced.
?Eva has a strong liking for Miami,? said a friend. ?It?s a place of happy memories for her.?
As for Ryan, when he was just 12, his family moved to Orlando, Florida and he got his first big acting break on the Disney Channel?s Mickey Mouse Club.
?Ryan says the two years he spent in Florida were the best of his life,? notes the friend. ?Eva and Ryan agree they need to leave LA. They sometimes feel like they?re exhibits in a zoo, being ogled all the time. It?s not the life they want for themselves or their future children.?

I always think the whole ?living in Miami? thing is a nice fantasy for five minutes, and then I remember how hot it is, and how humid, and how all of the girls have awesome bodies and every year about a million college students come and barf all over your city during ?spring break?. Still, it?s nice to fantasize about ? beautiful beaches, fun nightlife, a buyer?s market in real estate, etc. But I think it?s a bit disingenuous for Eva to complain (if she?s really complaining) about the ?attention? she gets in LA. Girl LOVES the attention she?s been getting since she started up with Ryan. She eats it up. What will The Turban do if it has to go to Miami and never be pap?d again?

Karrueche Tran, that Chris dumped Karrueche for Rihanna, and that Chris and Rihanna are officially back on now. The gist of the Star piece is that everyone is really worried for Rihanna ? one friend says, ?No one close to them would be a bit shocked if they suddenly eloped. But her friends worry that she?ll end up back in the hospital ? or worse.? Apparently, Chris and Rihanna don?t even care if their relationship is ?healthy? and ?Rihanna has told her close friends point blank ? I would marry Chris. She even says she would have never left him if the media scrutiny didn?t get so bad. They?re passionate, and when they?re drunk, they?ve both made many comments about getting married.?
But the ?friends? that Star Mag spoke to say the biggest concern is that Chris is just going to fool around on Rihanna now that they?re back together ? Chris is described as something of a compulsive cheater. I personally think Chris?s infidelities would be the least of anyone?s worries, but whatever. Further evidence that the world?s gone cray? The Enquirer says Chris has convinced Rihanna to get bolt-ons.
Rihanna wants to boost her bust ? because, according to a source, Chris Brown said she?d be ?totally hot? with bigger boob! Rihanns is not out shopping for a plastic surgeon who will pump her up ?at least one bra size,? a friend of Rihanna?s tells the Enquirer.
?It?s horrifying seeing how much control Chris still has over her,? said the friend. ?It?s like she?s hypnotized.?
Friends are concerned that Rihanna?s fization with Chris has now spiraled out of control. Although she has publicly joked in the past about having ?no boobs,? she never seriously considered going under knife ? until now.
?Rihanna?s always been insecure about her cleavage,? revealed the friend, ?but Chris?s comment has spurred her on to really do something about it. Rihanna can?t help herself. What she really wants is something she can?t have ? a committed relationship with Chris.?

I get yelled at a lot for criticizing celebrity women who get implants. Here?s the thing ? if a woman is really doing it for herself, because she truly wants to have big boobs, then God bless. All I ask is that you don?t insult our intelligence by denying that you got bolt-ons. But in the case of, say, Kate Hudson and Cameron Diaz? I just feel like they got their boobs done because of a douchey dude (the same dude: A-Rod). I?ve also been critical of Taylor Swift and Kristen Stewart?s boob jobs too, but for different reasons ? their implants contradict the specific images they?ve created for themselves (Swifty = wholesome, K-Stew = hardcore chick who doesn?t conform to society?s beauty demands), and I see their new boobs as evidence of hypocrisy. For Rihanna? God knows. Yes, she would be getting them for the wrong reasons. But once again, I think implants are the least of her worries, you know?

These are some new photos of Lindsay Lohan at last night’s launch event (?) for Mr Pink’s Ginseng Drink in Beverly Hills. I know. I KNOW. She looks like a mess. I don’t think she looks coked up, though. If anything, she looks like she took a bunch of downers and was sleep-walking her way through the carpet. As for her hair, Lindsay admitted, “It’s actually the wrong color than it’s supposed to be. But it’s the color of my natural hair and it will get there.” Bitch, your natural hair color isn’t orange-pink. Incidentally, Lindsay told E! News that she had made up her mind as to which candidate would get the much-sought-after Crackie Vote. Yes, Lindsay is voting for Mitt Romney. Her crack logic: “I just think employment is really important right now. So, as of now, Mitt Romney. As of now. It’s a long story.” UGH. That makes me feel bad for Mitt.
Okay, there?s a ton of other Lohan crap to get to this morning. I know, I know. If a crackhead crack-squawks in the woods, does it make a sound? And other deep thoughts. Sorry for getting so philosophical! I?ll try it a different way? time for another episode of ?The Crack Diaries: Totally Lohan, Y?all!? Here?s some stuff that?s happened in the past 30 hours or so since the police stormed the Long Island Lohan residence after *someone* called the cops during a violent, coked-out altercation between Lindsay and Dina.
*Lindsay did in fact ?lend? her mother $40,000 to save Dina?s Long Island home. Dina?s house was put on foreclosure notice back in 2010, but Dina worked out some kind of new payment structure with JP Morgan Chase to keep her house. TMZ reports that since then, Dina has been getting Lindsay to make the payments. Still, Dina recently ?fell behind? and asked Lindsay for an additional $40,000. That was the money Dina and Lindsay were arguing about.
*Dina has apparently gotten A LOT of money from Lindsay over the years, and Lindsay has even paid for her brother?s college tuition.
*Lindsay called into TMZ yesterday, and she had a lot to say and crack-deny. First and foremost, Lindsay claims Dina was NOT on cocaine during their argument early Wednesday morning. Lindsay fell on her own sword, saying: ?I told my dad a really hurtful and untruthful lie about my mom. She was not on cocaine.”
*Lindsay said she can?t believe that Michael Lohan betrayed her AGAIN by recording their conversation and selling it to TMZ. The word used is ?betrayal? I guess. Lindsay claims she is ?done? with him forever and Michael ?doesn’t know what it means to be a father. He doesn’t want to be a dad.” She also says Michael was the one to call the police.
*Lindsay on the crack-drama fight with Dina: “Daughters have fights with their moms. It happens a lot. It’s normal.” Lindsay says she?s ?really regretful? about the fight and that Dina is an ?amazing woman.?
*Lindsay still hates Dr. Phil, and says Dr. Phil?s conduct during his interview with Dina was ?vile and disgusting.?
*Lindsay claims Dina wasn?t drinking before the fight and that ?it?s not true? that the family is trying to get Dina into rehab.
*Lindsay left New York on Thursday. She flew back to LA, leaving her mom to deal with all of this. Lindsay was due back in LA to do some promotional work ? a paid gig for a ginseng-infused health drink called Mr. Pink.
*Dina has not issued any statements thus far. Neither has Lindsay?s ?rep? Steve Honig. Coincidence?!?!?
