Out to promote healthy habits, Jennie Garth attended the Crest & Oral-B Pro-Health Stages and Pro-Health For Me launch at Make Meaning in New York City, NY on Wednesday (August 8).
The 40 year-old actress looked gorgeous in white skinny jeans, wedge sandals and a sparkling tan sweater as she showed off her own pearly whites for the camera.
Jennie and her 9 year-old daughter Lola recently teamed up with Crest and Oral B to help consumers learn more about dental care. According to a news release from the company, their initiative is to ?inspire children and parents alike to brush up on their oral hygiene before heading back-to-school this fall.?
Earlier this week, Garth visited "FOX & Friends" and discussed jumping back into the romance pool after her divorce from Peter Facinelli. "[Dating] is very new for me. I have training wheels on right now, because I was married [for so long]. That's my whole adult life, basically. I think I'm actually going back into adult adolescence. I'm having a moment."

Enjoying some down time amidst her always-busy schedule, Heidi Klum was seen returning home after grabbing lunch at Pastis restaurant in New York City on Wednesday afternoon (August 8).
The international supermodel looked casually chic in an off the shoulder maxi dress while she made her way back to her digs with three of her adorable children- Leni, Johan and Henry- while her entourage followed closely behind.
In career news, it looks like Heidi will once again be the face of Jordache jeans. According to a report, the blonde beauty looks stunning in one of the brand's ads as she dons a pair of their red jeans.
Excited about her new gig, the "Victoria's Secret" model took to her Twitter page to post a picture from her shoot, writing, "The amazing @MMRAW teaching me the dance for my new Jordache campaign!"
The new project is said to be the largest in the company's history and Jordache honcho Liz Berlinger noted that Miss Klum was the perfect, energetic fit for the job. "Heidi?s beautiful and a great businesswoman and designer, and she also turns out to be an amazing dancer with great stamina. She danced from 10 in the morning until midnight in 5-inch heels. I?d have a hard time walking down the street in the heels she was wearing.?

I can never tell if butt crack is SFW or NSFW. I will say, Miranda?s body in bangin?. She looks lean and strong and sexy, and I like that she doesn?t have bolt-ons, choosing to rock her small(er) boobs. There are also some really great boots in the shoot ? On whether she?s a spiritual person: ?I find the practice of yoga very spiritual and taking the time to just be and to reflect through meditation and chanting helps me to connect to a higher energy. I can?t hate on her for any of this ? mostly because Miranda seems to practice what she preaches, and because she really doesn?t seem to be ?judging? other people who don?t follow her way of life. Maybe I?m reading this the wrong way, though. She was being interviewed about her diet and stuff, so obviously she talks about it a lot. But what about Miranda claiming that she?s now ?a certified health coach practitioner?? I?ve never really heard of that job before, so I had to look it up to see if it?s real. It is a real thing ? but it seems like the job is just encouraging people to eat better and exercise? You can get “certified” in that?

Stepping out for an afternoon of errands, Reese Witherspoon paid a visit to a Whole Foods grocery store in Santa Monica yesterday (August 8).
The pregnant "Water For Elephants" actress looked beautiful in a knee length red dress that accented her growing belly as she grabbed some healthy items while chatting on the phone. From there, Reese made a stop at a local medical building for a regular checkup.

Apparently the title has nothing to do with facial hair, but instead refers to a woman who is acting the part of a date for a gay person to give the assumption that the person is not gay. At this time no other details of the film have yet to be released.

Gah! There are 20 million new Kristen Stewart and Twihard Meltdown stories this morning. FOR WHY? What?s surprising is how many of this morning?s stories are not tabloid-related. Yesterday, we covered several of the reports in this week?s tabloids, most of them revolving around whether or not Robert Pattinson would take Kristen Stewart back, or whether they?ve even broken up at all. I still don?t know? but I tend to think they?ll play nice until Breaking Dawn promotion is over, don?t you? Meanwhile, here are some of the stories floating around:
*Shortly after the affair with Rupert Sanders broke, Kristen seemed to score a part in the film Cali. Alex Pettyfer was circling the project too, potentially as Kristen?s love interest. But! Gossip Cop says that Kristen is no longer going to appear in the film, and that Amber Heard has been offered Kristen?s role. Maybe it was just a bad project (it didn?t sound good, honestly), or maybe Kristen is just going to devote herself to making Sparkles love her.
*Kristen has pulled out of the London premiere of On the Road, which was scheduled for August 16, a week from today. A source tells Radar, ?Kristen won?t be doing the red carpet for On The Road ? she?s too ashamed to show her face in public right now? she?s running scared at the moment. There?s also the dilemma of standing next to her co-star in the movie, Tom Sturridge. He?s very close to Rob and Kristen thinks it would be awkward for her to promote the movie on the red carpet alongside him. Kristen is very proud of her work for On The Road, she grew up reading Kerouac novels and this is a production she always wanted to star in. If she appears at the London premiere, it will detract people from the movie itself and Kristen doesn?t want that at all. She wants her performance and this film to be recognized for what it is ? a great adaptation of a classic book.? Is this unprofessional or simply pragmatic? I think it?s both. On one side, it would have been a huge drama and ?event? if she had come to the premiere, and she would have pulled focus in a bad way. On the other side? extra attention for the movie, and she would have made the professional move, you know?
*Kristen and Robert appear on the cover of this week?s Entertainment Weekly ? I showed the cover yesterday. It?s basically a preview of Breaking Dawn Part 2, and the interviews with Kristen and Rob were done at Comic-Con, just a week before the scandal broke. Kristen was full of it, per usual:
Just days before the cheating scandal erupted, Kristen Stewart said she knew a lot of actors who could affect an artificial public persona ? but she wasn’t one of them.
?I?ve never been able to fully form this thing, this persona, that some people are so f?ing good at. That?s an art. I know a lot of actors [who can do that] and you guys aren?t them,? she said, gesturing to Lautner and Pattinson.
“I don’t like people like that,” Stewart told Entertainment Weekly at San Diego’s Comic-Con in mid-July. “People who are a complete non-person but somehow through the lens seem like they are on and interesting and engaged. … I don’t want anyone leaving and saying, ‘God, that girl is so fake.’ ”
She added: “People tell me to make it easier on myself and to play a character when I go out on carpets and stuff. But you know what? I’d rather be me.”
Stewart was interviewed by EW while sitting next to Pattinson and their costar Taylor Lautner to promote the latest Twilight installment, Breaking Dawn: Part 2.
The magazine reports, “Nothing seemed amiss” and that the trio “were particularly relaxed.”
About 10 days later, Stewart, 22, admitted to cheating on Robert Pattinson, 26 with her married Snow White and the Huntsman director.

A source tells Radar, ?Robert has been incredibly touched by the support he has received from the Twihards since news of Kristen?s affair with Rupert broke. He?s been inundated with boxes of chocolates, roses, notes that have slammed Kristen and asked how he is, as well as bizarre marriage proposals. However, his kind-heart has got the better of him, and in a selfless act he decided to send all the gifts he received to local hospitals and senior citizens? homes. Robert didn?t feel like he deserved any of the presents and didn?t want them going to waste. So, he decided to redirect them to places he felt warranted receiving such gifts.? Nice. I bet he kept some of the chocolates, though. Sparkles has a sweet tooth, and he loves his M&Ms.

It?s been a while since I?ve written about Kate Bosworth. It?s not that there weren?t new photos ? The Bos can?t go a week without being pap?d, you know. It?s just that? The Bos is kind of boring these days. She?s loved up with director Michael Polish, she doesn?t have much of a career, and she?s just? I don?t know? so try-hard? Anyway, back in April, we had a lot of new photos of The Bos and Polish at Coachella. Some eagle-eyed commenters noticed that Kate and Michael seemed to be wearing wedding-y looking rings. A tabloid later claimed that Kate and Michael had already ?exchanged vows? in some kind of Buddhist wedding ceremony, and while I wouldn?t put it past her, I tended to think that if (and when) Kate and Michael get married, she?ll really make it into a big deal. She?ll try to score a magazine cover with her wedding.
Here?s further proof of my theory? Kate confirmed that Michael is ?her fianc? for the first time? in VOGUE. Because that?s what private people do, y?all. They confirm their engagement in a Vogue travel blog. Here?s the first paragraph of Kate?s first-person blog post about Seoul, South Korea:

I?m still not really seeing it. Are you? These are new photos from the new English set of Diana (formally Caught In Flight), the sketchy bio-pic of Princess Diana?s last year. Naomi Watts was cast as Diana, and while I think Naomi is a fine actress, and I think they could have cast this part with many sketchier choices, I still have concerns. Mainly, my concerns are about how low-budget this whole affair looks. If you go back and look at photos of Diana, she often looked very ?dated? ? very 1980s and almost dowdy (to our modern eyes). But Diana never looked CHEAP. And this production looks cheap. It looks budget and tacky and like everything is being done at the last minute. It looks like no one thought to spring for a really good Diana wig, or to get a hair stylist who was familiar with Diana?s signature styles. Naomi has gone from looking like she had a dilapidated, synthetic rug attached to her head, to this? I can?t even tell if this is a wiglet or if someone just did Naomi?s hair into an abbreviated ?Farrah? style.
But, according to Naomi, Diana has given her permission for the role and for the film. Because Diana came to Naomi in a dream! Oh, Naomi. Bad move.
Naomi Watts’ portrayal of Princess Diana has won the ultimate endorsement, the late royal bestowing her approval upon the Aussie actor in a dream.
“This is a first, but I find myself dreaming about her,” Watts told News Ltd on location outside of London. “I felt like I was spending time with her. One particular time, I felt that permission was granted.”
Watts’ upcoming film, simply called Diana, focuses on the former Princess of Wales life after her divorce from Charles, in particular her romance with Dr Hasnat Khan (played by Lost star Naveen Andrews). Watts, 43, was initially extremely hesitant to take on the role of “one of the most famous, if not the most famous, women of my time”.
“An awful lot of pressure comes with that, so you want to get it right,” she said. “I was dreading people saying `she looks nothing like Diana’, and `why her and not somebody else?’ But I couldn?t not do it.”
Watts’ transformation into the peoples’ princess has involved six weeks’ training with a dialogue coach, repeated viewings of Diana’s infamous interview with Martin Bashir, as well as four wigs and a prosthetic nose piece courtesy of the same make-up artist who years ago turned Meryl Streep into Lindy Chamberlain.
Watts also wears several Jacques Azagury dresses that belonged to Diana, while Versace custom-made a replica of the famous one-shouldered, blue silk dress that Diana wore to a benefit for Dr Victor Chang’s Cardiac Research Institute in Sydney in 1996.
Watts said she felt Dianas presence especially keenly when wearing her original gowns.
“Theres one particular Azagury dress that was completely unaltered. I was surprised how short she wore it, quite risque! There’s been a few eerie moments and that was one of them. There’s been moments of a presence felt.”
Director Oliver Hirschbiegel believes his leading lady has more than captured Diana’s essence.
“Its scary. Sometimes it’s as if you’re watching the ghost of Diana,” he said.
Diana’s children with Prince Charles, William and Harry, do not play a big part in the film, but Watts admits to worrying about how the princes will react.
“Were not trying to destroy any memory. We’re trying to show her in the best possible light as a human being, though, full of different layers. It’s a story that should be told. A piece of history. But its tricky because they are here, the boys. I think about that a lot.”
The royal family’s approval of the production has been implied, however, with permission granted to film outside the gates of Kensington Palace and in Kensington Gardens.
Though Watts is widely considered an Australian, the team behind Diana seem pained to assert they have an Englishwoman playing this most iconic of English women, as though having a colonial in the role would be bad for business. Watts diplomatically offered that her time spent out of the UK (she moved to Australia when she was 14) gives her a good perspective on the Diana story.
“I never wasn’t English. I was born here, I still have a British passport, but I’ve lived in Australia and I have Australian blood in me. Maybe being a little removed is a good thing.”
Diana will continue shooting in London until late August, then wrap with a week in Mozambique in late September. A release date is yet to be confirmed.

Wait, what? They actually use some of Diana?s real clothes? And Naomi has a prosthetic nose? And the confirmation of the wigs. I cannot detect the prosthetic nose at all in these or any photos, which shows that the prosthetic is good, but it still doesn?t make her look anything like Diana. GAH, WIGLET. Maybe it?s just about the wigs.

Here are some photos of Kelly Ripa at a recent mega-garage sale (Super Saturday 15) benefitting the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund on 7/28. I really do like Kelly and always have, but I have to admit that she pushes things a bit too far in her quest for perfection. Kelly not only has talked up her role as the “perfect wife” to husband Mark Consuelos because she does such things as serve him breakfast in bed (although I’m still convinced that perhaps they’ve negotiated a “trade” of sorts for such services), but she’s also clearly gone a bit overboard in her quest for fitness perfection. She could use another five pounds or so on that tiny frame is all I’m saying, but Kelly is still so, so cute. Now she’s admitted that she’s a Botox addict too. Is it more surprising that she uses the wrinkle-abating treatment or that she actually admits to doing so?
At 41, Kelly Ripa looks better than most women half her age. And in a new interview she candidly admits that Botox is her secret. Unlike many stars, who claim genetics and a healthy diet is all they need, the television presenter reveals that she will use it “as much as possible.”
She told In Touch magazine: “I work out every day. I don’t overeat. I try to drink water, but I prefer wine, and when all else fails, I get Botox injected right here, right into my forehead as much as possible!”
The “Live with Kelly” host adds that she uses her children, Michael, 15, Lola, 11 and Joaquin, nine, as an indicator for when she needs a top-up from her dermatologist, celebrity favourite Dr Frederic Brandt.
She told the magazine: “It’s when my kids start asking me if I’m mad at them, and I say, ‘Why do you think I’m mad at you?’ They say it’s because I’m frowning. I go, ‘Oh no! I am? I’ll be right back!’”
Despite Ms Ripa’s enthusiasm for the line-erasing injections, Dr Brandt himself says that he is careful not to overdo it. He told In Touch that his goal is to “keep Kelly looking like Kelly.”
It is perhaps for this reason that Ms Ripa loves the doctor so much, going as far as joking that he is her “real husband.”
There is no word on what Ms Ripa’s actual husband, Mark Consuelos, thinks of that statement, but given that the couple have been married since 1996, it is pretty clear that Dr Brandt poses no real threat.

Honestly? I had no idea Kelly was a Botox girl. Someone really needs to tell Nicole Kidman about Dr. Brandt! It sounds like the injections really are only going into Kelly’s forehead, and it’s not overdone either by any stretch because there are no “shiny” or “bulgy” aftereffects to be seen. Also, Kelly can still move the rest of her face as these pictures clearly attest. Good job, Dr. Brandt.
