In the ongoing drama she calls life, Lindsay Lohan posted $100,000 bail on Wednesday (October 19).
The ?Mean Girls? actress could be sentenced to more than a year in jail when she returns to court on November 2nd.
Her publicist told TMZ, "Lindsay is hoping this matter will be resolved on November 2 and the Court will reinstate probation and allow her to continue fulfilling her community service."
Ms Lohan arrived in court at 10AM PT and an angry Judge Stephanie Sautner made it clear that Lindsay?s irresponsibility at the Downtown Women?s Center violated the terms of her probation.

Lindsay Lohan showed up for her day in court on Wednesday. It didn’t go as planned for Lindsay. Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked Lindsay Lohan’s probation and had her taken away in cuffs. She set a hearing for November 2 where she could sentence Lindsay to a year and a half in jail. Though, according to the judge, that will be highly unlikely due to new laws and overcrowding.
Sautner said Lindsay was personally responsible for being axed from the Downtown Women’s Center where she no-showed 9 times. The judge got pretty pissed when she read back that Lindsay said the Women’s Center work wasn’t fulfilling because she wasn’t interacting with anyone and that she no-showed because of “work”. Sautner added that her time at the Red Cross won’t count towards her hours.
The Judge also doubted Lindsay attended sessions with her shrink once a week, as the Judge required.
The judge dismissed Shawn Holley’s argument that Lindsay had to leave town to work, and that’s why she missed a number of community service appointments, saying, “She’s supposed to be an actress, from what I hear.”
Judge Sautner recalled all the screw ups Lindsay has had in her court cases, reminding Holley that “Probation is a Gift.”
The judge could barely contain her contempt for the Probation Dept., which gave Lindsay a glowing report. Judge Sautner said the Probation Dept. had no authority to send Lindsay to the Red Cross to do her community service and said Lindsay would not get credit for the time she served there.
Before Lindsay was taken away in cuffs, the judge said Lindsay must complete 16 hours at the morgue before the November 2 hearing. TMZ
Of course, right after Lindsay was cuffed, Lindsay’s bail bondsman’s ears perked up, went to court and will be bailing her out soon. As often as Lindsay Lohan gets cuffed, they should make a custom set of handcuffs for her and etch her name into them. I think that’d be a nice touch.

Kate Winslet has been dating a hipster douche named Ned Rocknroll for about two months. You may think it’s harsh to label him as such, but he just happens to be married (he just filed for divorce, but still the timeline is sketchy) and to have changed his name to “Ned Rocknroll.” Even if he did that on a whim when he was young and stupid, changing your name is not like getting a tattoo. You can change it back. Mr. Rocknroll is the nephew of Virgin billionaire Richard Branson and has some job working for his uncle on that Virgin Galactic commercial spaceflight venture that we always seem to be hearing about that never seems to go anywhere.
As part of his job, Rocky and Kate went to the opening ceremony for a spaceport in New Mexico from which the Virgin spaceflights will launch at some point, they’re saying next year but I doubt it. The thing that bugged me was that this spaceport, which cost $209 million, was paid for by our taxes. I guess I shouldn’t care that we don’t have a manned space program anymore, since we’re making ports to enable space flights for the select few that can afford them, or who are high profile enough to get publicity for Virgin by showing up. Like Kate Winslet! Oh I should get the stick out of my ass, the government pays for airports they may as well pay for spaceports. Way of the future and all that. Here’s the story from People:

Kate Winslet was on the arm of her new boyfriend, Ned Rocknroll, at Monday’s grand opening of his Uncle Richard Branson’s commercial spaceport in New Mexico.
The couple, who have been linked since meeting in August at Branson’s Necker Island home, were photographed at the opening ceremony, during which Branson repelled from a balcony and swigged champagne, the Associated Press reports.
The British billionaire was launching Spaceport America in a remote New Mexico desert. It’s the site from which he plans to stage his commercial space tourism venture, Virgin Galactic, which employs Ned.
Winslet, 35, and Rocknroll, who legally changed his name from Ned Abel Smith, 33, also have been spotted together in London.

Before getting to enter the hangar, the crowd was treated to a flyover by WhiteKnightTwo, the mothership that one day will help take space tourists on suborbital flights.
The $209 million taxpayer-financed spaceport will be a launch station for people and payloads on the rocket ships being developed for Virgin Galactic.
With custom metal paneling and massive panes of glass, the state-of-the-art terminal rises from the desert floor to face the nearly 2-mile concrete runway.
The building will house Virgin Galactic?s spacecraft, mission control and a preparation area for travelers.
It was six years ago that Virgin Galactic and New Mexico officials reached an agreement to build the spaceport. Officials said the completion of the terminal and hangar marks another major milestone that brings the dream of rocketing tourists into space closer to reality.
Still, the question many are asking is when the first ships will launch from Spaceport America. It was Branson who once predicted the maiden passenger flight would take off in 2007.
Branson acknowledged the wait in an interview Monday. He and his two children will be among the first to fly, and he said he wants to ensure he can bring them home safely.
?We want to be sure we?ve really tested the craft through and through before turning it over to the astronauts who bought tickets to go up,?? he said. ?If it takes a bit longer, we?ll take a little bit longer.??
Commercial service will start up after the company gets a license from the Federal Aviation Administration. NASA has already signed a $4.5 million contract with the company for up to three chartered research flights.
Tickets for rides aboard WhiteKnightTwo cost $200,000. The 2 -hour flights will include about five minutes of weightlessness and views of Earth that until now only astronauts have been able to experience.
Like development of the spacecraft, construction of the 110,152-square-foot terminal and hangar facility has been complicated. There were delays, building code problems, contractor disputes and costly change orders.

Well I guess they’ll go into space eventually. I’m predicting 2015 even though the spacecraft is supposedly ready at this point. Kate and Rocky will be broken up by then, but maybe she’ll score tickets to the maiden voyage before that happens. $200k is nothing to scoff at.

This is your Open Post for all of the Crackie Court Shenanigans today. Linnocent should be appearing at the courthouse momentarily, and once her hearing is done, we?ll have new posts up with information on everything that went down. I already did one LL story this morning - with updates about the judge making Linnocent begin her morgue hours, and how LL ?donated? money to a children?s charity. We’re told Shawn Chapman Holley, will bring a bail bondsman to court in case the judge revokes Lindsay’s probation. The judge could set bail as high as $100,000. If Lindsay’s probation is revoked, the judge will set a hearing to determine if Lindsay should go to jail — for as long as a year-and-a-half.
UPDATE: If Lindsay is sentenced to jail, it is almost certain Judge Sautner will order that she NOT serve her time on house arrest. You may recall … after her recent house arrest, Judge Sautner expressed regret that she did not specify to the Sheriff that Lindsay was to serve her time only in jail, not at home. It’s unlikely the judge will make the same mistake twice.

See? ?The judge will set a hearing to determine if Lindsay should go to jail?? Meaning that even if the judge is all ?SEND THIS BITCH TO JAIL,? Linnocent still isn?t going. She?ll be given bail, and God knows, her bail bondsman is part of her entourage at this point. And even then, there still has to be another g-ddamn hearing.

Lindsay Lohan’s probation hearing is today and, while she’s not going to jail, Judge Stephanie Sautner ordered Probation officials to immediately pull Lindsay from her Red Cross assignment. Sautner wants Lindsay assigned to the morgue.
It’s clearly a sign the judge is pissed off — probably at the Probation Dept. for pulling a switcheroo by taking Lindsay out of the Downtown Women’s Center, where the judge ordered Lindsay to perform 360 hours of community service. Judge Sautner also ordered Lindsay to do 120 hours at the morgue, and now that’s taken top billing.
As for pissing off the judge, we’ve learned there’s something in the Probation report that will probably do just that. Lindsay’s probation officer wrote that Lindsay had problems with the Women’s Center, because it was “not fulfilling.” One more time — Lindsay complained the Woman’s Center was “NOT FULFILLING.” TMZ
Well, I’m sorry battered women aren’t worth of her highness’ time but mucking around at the Red Cross is. The only reason probably likes it is because the breaks are longer and the workload is easier. I hope she spends 360 hours in the morgue instead and is forced to go into the field and at least once a day she has to pull up a bloated, decomposing corpse from the river that explodes on her.

19-year old Disney starlet Selena Gomez was granted a restraining order against 46-year old Thomas Brodnicki earlier this week after he allegedly stalked her across the country and threatened to kill her. I guess I’m not the only one who hates “Wizards of Waverly Place.” The Daily Mail says:
Brodnicki, 46, has a history of mental illness as well as a criminal record. Brodnicki told a psychiatrist he had conversations with God and entertained thoughts of killing the star.
Brodnicki is also accused of traveling to Los Angeles from Chicago three times to try to meet the 19-year-old at her workplace.
He reportedly told doctors his bizarre thoughts while he was being held for psychiatric observation for threatening people on the street, saying he would scratch their eyes out.
Brodnicki also has a history of stalking women, receiving a sentence for three years in prison for cyber stalking.
I know he’s lying about that whole “conversations with God” bit, because if God wanted any Disney star dead, it would have been Miley Cyrus by a long shot. Fact.

Here?s the thing: I genuinely like Julie Bowen as a person. In interviews, she?s smart and cool and she never gets all Mother-Mafia like so many Hollywood moms. I also think Julie - when she?s at her best - is very, very pretty. I know a lot of guys who think she?s hot - I think it?s a combination of ?cuteness? and accessibility. Like, she looks like a MILF most dudes would actually run into.
Here?s the other thing: Julie Bowen is a train wreck on the red carpet. She wears too much makeup, she doesn?t know what colors flatter her skin tone and hair, she doesn?t get stuff tailored for her body, and her default style is just? bad. These are photos of Julie last night at a David Yurman event in LA. It?s not that the dress and shoes are bad - CB thinks the outfit is really cute, and I think it would have been good on someone with different coloring. It really is that Julie Bowen simply doesn?t know how to dress herself. Does she have a stylist? If she does, she needs a new one. This dress looks like an airy, neon pillowcase on Julie?s too-slender frame.
By the way, what do you think of the new season of Modern Family? I LOVED the second episode of the season, where Lily kept saying ?I?m gonna kill the baby.? I?m still laughing over that. But I dislike the direction for Claire - she was already so manic and scattered, and they?re really turning her into such a shrew, right? And I?m not sure what to think about Claire?s housewife-to-politician career path. Hopefully the writing will get stronger for Claire. Fingers crossed.

Here?s a serious question: why does George Clooney always look so mad at Stacy Keibler? Stacy?s hair and makeup continues to improve - I like the simple hairstyle on her, and I like Stacy?s commitment to ?softer? makeup. Coming after Elisabetta Canalis?s sometimes overdone, overworked, drag-queeny makeup styles, Stacy is a breath of fresh air. As for the dress? it?s Marchesa. Fug. It doesn?t fit Stacy the right way - the bust is a mess, it makes Stacy?s boobs look saggy and low, and the ?empire? part of the cut should fall higher. Also, it makes Stacy look pregnant. Which I?m sure she?s not, and I?m sure Stacy would be sent home on a coach flight if she even dared to miss a period.
So? overall, I think this was an okay appearance for Clooney & Keibler. They?re working out their body language issues, and Stacy is behaving dutifully and happily as Clooney?s girlfriend. They?re actually starting to remind me of Duchess Kate and Prince William a little bit - like, Stacy usually walks behind Clooney, and she knows that he?s ?in charge? of everything.

Earlier this year, a blind item came out about a famous “married” couple who never bothered to get a wedding license after their religious ceremony. It read, in part “While their wedding was a religious commitment ceremony and family party, they never got around to the actual marriage license part.” Most of us suspected Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher at the time, and it looks like we may have been right. A new racketeering lawsuit has been filed against high profile Kabbalah cult members including Ashton Kutcher and Madonna that alleges that there’s no such thing as a “Kabbalah” wedding. What’s more is that the lawsuit states that Moore and Kutcher aren’t even legally married under California law. This puts an interesting spin on Demi and Ashton’s divorce. Maybe they don’t even have to go through one. (California does not recognize common law marriages, assuming Moore and Kutcher are not legally married.)
The bad news is that this lawsuit is being filed by one guy who is representing himself after getting stiffed by Madonna and deciding to look into the cult. It’s worded poorly, judging by the excerpts posted by Radar, and the guy suing isn’t even a former Kabbalah member. So while the lawsuit sounds promising at first, it could go nowhere and the man filing it might not have any insider information.
But now the state of the relationship faces a whole new level of inquiry, as a lawsuit that was filed earlier this year alleges that their marriage isn’t even legal, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
Marc Aisen filed a lawsuit on March 29, suing Kutcher, Madonna, and other Kabbalah members for racketeering and conspiracy to engage in a pattern of racketeering activity. Aisen is representing himself in the case.
The lawsuit states: “Mr. Kutcher made a media circus out of his Kabbalah wedding to actress and hardcore Kabbalah cult member, Demi Moore, who is a longtime friend of the defendant Ms. Ciccone. As the ?First Couple? of organized Kabbalah, the ?wedding? presided over by defendant and alleged fraudster, Yehuda Berg — which I am pointing out again was not a private family affair, as all parties used it as a publicity stunt and invited media attention — was not a legal union, nor is the marriage according to California law.
?Nor is the myth that there is such a thing as a traditional Kabbalah wedding as I can’t seem to find evidence in any book that such a ceremony was ever performed in history. It was a way to put a glamorous face on the weird witches which is antisocial in their every manifestation.”
Aisen, who is Jewish, but not a follower of Kabbalah, began investigating the practices after claiming he designed a talisman necklace for Madonna that was worth $500. “There was one caveat to my generosity which was that I stipulated that Ms. Ciccone was to model the necklace in public and give me credit for designing it,” the docs state. Aisen says Madonna was photographed wearing the necklace but never gave him credit for it, and this is when he began “homework on the Kabbalah Center. What I found, I did not like. I learned the Kabbalah Centre is actually a militant and fanatical cult behind which is a racketeering conspiracy,” the lawsuit says.

Anything that helps shed light onto the very illegal and money-hungry Kabbalah cult is welcome, but again who knows if it’s even true that Demi and Ashton never made it legal? It might explain Demi’s unwillingness to let go. She was last seen looking positively skeletal and still wearing her wedding ring. Somehow she seems a very sympathetic figure despite all the crowing she’s done over the years about her relationship with Ashton. How humiliating would it be for her, not only to have been cheated on so publicly, but to have it come out that she’s not even married to Ashton? These two have been “married” for six years. If it’s true that they never went through the step of getting a license, what was holding them back? Did Demi know that Ashton wasn’t faithful and was that keeping her from making it official? Did Ashton have reservations that he ended up acting out passive aggressively by cheating? These two presented such a united front for years and maybe it was just that - a front.
The NY Post reports that Demi and Ashton had four hours of marriage counseling at the Kabbalah center in LA on Friday before Demi went to NY alone to attend the premiere for Margin Call. So they’re trying to hang in there. Everyone is talking about how skinny Demi looks, with Radar quoting an “expert” who estimates her weight, at 5?5? tall, to be just 90 pounds.

That?s the second red carpet event in two days that Kim has not had Kris Humphries on her arm. Does this mean that the marriage is already in shambles? Probably. Kim just wanted to BE married, and she went with the first dumbass who would have her. And seriously, Kris Humphries is an idiot. I don?t feel bad for either of them, but I do think it?s interesting that they?re already living separate lives.
Anyway, back to Kim in red. The difference between this look and her cat-faced panda look two nights ago is the hair - Kim looks infinitely better and less cat-like when she wears her hair down, or in some kind of loose style. And the red looks fantastic on her - I even like the cut of the dress, although? it does make Kim look heavier. Or maybe she?s actually heavier right now (because she?s pregnant?!?). Whatever it is, this girl is totally not a size 4. Embrace your real dress size, Kim!
Two more stories - when Kim was being a cat-faced panda at the Angel Ball two nights ago, I mentioned that she was paying tribute to her late father, Robert Kardashian. Page Six had some text of her speech, which was just kind of weird:

I?m going to take a wild stab in the dark and say that maybe the point of Kim?s speech should have been early detection, right? Instead, she?s like, ?He never saw a doctor, he hated doctors, please give money to these doctors, so that they can do research.? Weird.
Last story - President Obama doesn?t want his daughters watching Keeping Up With the Kardashians, or any of Kardashian-based reality programming. Michelle Obama admitted as much during an interview with iVillage (full interview here), saying that, ?Barack really thinks some of the Kardashians — when they watch that stuff — he doesn’t like that as much? but I sort of feel like if we’re talking about it, and I’m more concerned with how they take it in — what did you learn when you watched that. And if they’re learning the right lessons, like, that was crazy, then I’m like, okay.” Hahaha, the ?lesson? is ?that was crazy.? That?s so funny.

So, where are we now with Our Cracken? TMZ reported yesterday that their sources within the Probation Department are saying that LL should NOT be going to jail, and that she?ll likely be deemed in ?substantial compliance? with the terms of her probation. Of course, the ?sources? also cop to the fact that Linnocent did get kicked out of her first community service program for being a crackie mess:
Lindsay Lohan will get some critical support when she goes to court tomorrow … Probation Department sources tell TMZ the Dept. thinks Lindsay has done most of what she’s required to do, and they will NOT recommend that she be thrown in jail.
Our sources say … the Probation Dept. officials will tell the judge in a written report that Lindsay is in “substantial compliance” with the terms of her probation. They concede she was kicked out of the Downtown Women’s Center for habitually failing to show up, but they note that Lindsay has a year to complete 360 hours of community service, and she’s still on track.
And, sources say, the Probation Dept. has been in touch with Lindsay’s shrink, who says she has gone “regularly.” The shrink did not address Judge Stephanie Sautner’s directive that Lindsay go for therapy once a week — because she hasn’t. But, we’re told, the shrink is still satisfied.
We’re told the report will note that Lindsay has completed her shoplifting course.
Judge Sautner made it clear … if Lindsay violated any court order, she would go to jail. So now it’s up to Herhonner to decide if Lindsay went astray or whether a few missteps don’t count.

And the California legal system continues to not give a flying f–k about any of this. Well, for the most part. TMZ also reports that the L.A. City Attorney’s Office ?will ask the judge tomorrow to violate Lindsay’s probation and send her to jail.? Their position is that Linnocent?s crack shenanigans at the Downtown Women’s Center are enough to get her violated and sent to jail. Good luck, prosecutors!
Considering how it?s going to take an act of Congress to get this crackhead in any kind of locked-down situation, it?s surprising to me that Linnocent is still doing some PR moves to look good to the court. Radar reports that she ?recently? donated $50,000 to a children?s charity? and she announced it just hours before she was due in court! Shocking, I know.
Lindsay Lohan has been under fire recently for her questionable behavior but she has managed to find some time, and money, to give back to those in need, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
The beleaguered starlet recently donated $50,000 to a children?s charity, called The Baby and I Foundation and she did so in honor of her mother, Dina.
?Lindsay was really keen to make a donation to the charity,? a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. ?Her main motivating factor was that she hoped to make children?s lives easier by way of their own mothers, as her own mom has done for her.?
The Baby and I Foundation provides assistance to economically at-risk expectant mothers ages 14-24 in the Metro-Atlanta area. They work to reassure expectant mothers that they will have access to the essentials needed for the successful delivery and development of their newborns for the first year of life. In addition, they ?provide prenatal and postnatal services that facilitate parental success, thus enhancing the well-being of both mother and child.?
The source says that Lindsay learned of the charity after Dina was approached by them to be their spokesperson ? she declined, but a week later Lindsay made the hefty donation.
The source points out that there could be another motivating factor behind the generous move though, besides just goodwill.
?It?s kind of convenient timing,? the source says. ?Just as she gets all this negative publicity and is getting ready to head back to court, she?s shown to have a good heart and a caring nature. I?m sure it can only help her case when she has to plead before the judge.?

The source continued, ?Did you know the sky is blue? And grass is green too. Are you holding? Do you want to do a bump in the bathroom?? And then the ?source? sniffed and pouted her crack lips. Also: where did Linnocent get 50 grand? From “working” in Europe? Still, I’m going to wait until the charity confirms the donation, because I suspect that a decimal got misplaced. Cue Linnocent rolling her eyes: “I never said $50,000! I said 50 DOLLARS. You are so MEAN.”

Good News for Lindsay Lohan: The judge who could end up sending her to jail has decided she doesn’t have to do any community service, at least for now.
Bad News for Lindsay Lohan: She’ll be sweeping up blood and guts at the L.A. County Morgue.
Sources connected with the Probation Department tell TMZ … Judge Stephanie Sautner contacted Probation officials and told them to immediately yank Lindsay from her current community service assignment with the Red Cross. We’re told Judge Sautner ordered the Probation people to immediately assign Lindsay to morgue duty.
It’s clearly a sign the judge is pissed off — probably at the Probation Dept. for pulling a switcheroo by taking Lindsay out of the Downtown Women’s Center, where the judge ordered Lindsay to perform 360 hours of community service. Judge Sautner also ordered Lindsay to do 120 hours at the morgue, and now that’s taken top billing.
As for pissing off the judge, we’ve learned there’s something in the Probation report that will probably do just that. Lindsay’s probation officer wrote that Lindsay had problems with the Women’s Center, because it was “not fulfilling.” One more time — Lindsay complained the Woman’s Center was “NOT FULFILLING.”
We broke the story the Probation Department believes Lindsay has NOT violated her probation, but prosecutors feel the opposite is true and they want her in the slammer.

So Linnocent will be on morgue duty, which was part of her original sentence. I don’t get how this is a good sign for people who want to see Linnocent go to jail, though. Obviously, the judge is still obsessed with this idea that community service will change LL’s ways, and that’s just not going to happen.

Making another stop of her fragrance promotional tour, Taylor Swift celebrates the launch of Wonderstruck in Glendale, California on Tuesday night (October 18).
The "Mine" singer looked darling as she took to the Americana Mall's Sephora shop to peddle her new scent after initially launching the product at Macy's Herald Square in NYC.
The name Wonderstruck comes from the song ?Enchanted? on Taylor?s current album, Speak Now, as Miss Swift revealed, "I wrote the lyric, 'I'm wonderstruck, blushing all the way home,' for the song 'Enchanted' about the first time you meet someone. Everyone, prepare to be shocked. Lindsay Lohan will most likely not go to jail tomorrow. Sources in the Probation Department tell TMZ that Lindsay has done most of what she’s required to do and they won’t recommend she be thrown in the clink.

The Probation Department also say they’ve been in contact with Lindsay’s therapist and that she’s gone “regularly.” They don’t talk about Judge Stephanie Sautner’s order that she go once a week because she hasn’t. Her shrink, however, is satisfied.
Now it’s up to the judge to decide if Lindsay “went astray.” The answer is pretty clear though. She won’t be in any trouble. The only discipline she’ll have to suffer is a stern talking to. Celebrities in Hollywood are above the law. Lindsay could kill prostitutes and the worst that would happen is she would have to wake up at 7am to receive a medal for getting women off the streets.
