I don?t really know what just happened. After sitting there, talking with the lawyers and everything for an hour and a half, it looks like Linnocent got away with it again. According to TMZ, ?Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled the prior judge — Elden Fox — only required controlled substances testing from January 3 - February 25, 2011. Judge Sautner said Lindsay is now restricted for the remainder of her house arrest to one friend at a time at her Venice loft, in addition to family members. And, the judge said NO PARTIES at Lindsay’s crib.? Apparently, the judge thought that because Judge Fox didn?t explicitly say anything about drug testing for THIS house arrest, I guess the probation department didn?t have the right to even test her? Which just goes back to what I thought all along - that Linnocent wasn?t being drug or alcohol tested.
The judge also said that Linnocent ?was guilty of extremely poor judgment.” BULLSH-T.
Here?s my take: the California just wants to be done with Linnocent. At this point, the lawyers and judges and the LA DA , they?re all just like ?Screw it, just let her do whatever she wants.? They?ve given in. Here?s the problem with that: the bitch is crazy, she?s delusional, she?s entitled, and she?s an alcoholic and an addict. She?s going to kill someone someday.
Now Shawn Holley is all ?She?s done nothing wrong?? etc. And now she?s talking about how alcohol consumption is not ?a violation? of her probation. Um, then why all of the court-ordered rehab?!? Why the constant drug and alcohol monitoring?!? This is such crap.

It doesn’t take a genius to figure out George Clooney isn’t the marrying type so it’s no surprise to find out the reason for Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis’ breakup was over the topic of marriage.
Just hours before the tempestuous bust up last week the couple had enjoyed a romantic dinner at their favourite hillside restaurant where onlookers said they resembled ‘cooing lovebirds.’
But the atmosphere became very different when they returned to Clooney’s villa where he was enjoying a few days off from shooting his latest movie in London.
Sources said the Ocean’s Star flipped after being being ‘pressed’ about marriage by Canalis – who two weeks ago had given a gushing interview about how she was ‘living a fairytale’ and hoped to wed the actor. [Daily Mail]
Later in the article, it said Clooney and Canalis got into a big fight over George not going to Mexico or Cannes with her which caused her to storm out of her villa and go to Milan to visit her friends. Well, if she’s going to act like that, why would George want to marry her anyway? There are a bunch of cocktail waitresses waiting to be his girlfriend. Don’t think you’re the only one, little missy.

Lindsay Lohan showed up to court today to answer for testing positive for alcohol. There were rumors she may have been sent to jail for it but I think that was more of a joke.
This morning, Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled that the previous judge, Elden Fox, only ordered controlled substances testing from January 3 to February 25. The probation department can now no longer test Lindsay for drugs or alcohol because there’s no court order allowing them. Ergo, Lindsay is free to drink as much as she wants.
Another point of contention was the party threw at her Venice Beach condo. That irked the judge a little because Lindsay is supposed to be under house arrest. As a result, the judge ordered no parties at her house and restricted her to one friend at a time at her house including family members. If you think about it, parents ground their kids with harsher rules than this.
So Lindsay’s punishment was to go to jail for stealing a necklace but due to overcrowding and LA being a town of celebrity ass kissers, she ended up only having to serve a month under house arrest which was supposed to mimic jail. Except, it really didn’t because she could still do interviews, photoshoots, shoot commercials, have parties and drink alcohol. I’m surprised the judge didn’t give Lindsay a new Bentley to show she means business.

The 29-year-old revealed, ?For me, getting enough sleep, drinking lots of water, having a healthy diet, and staying away from alcohol are musts. I?m kind of tired of waiting for whatever is going to happen to Linnocent, so let?s just talk about fashion while we wait. Here are some quick thoughts about Linnocent?s court attire: she sucks. In the past, it has been much, much worse - I mean, she once wore a latex dress to the courthouse. She consistently refuses to wear a bra to court. She probably doesn?t wear panties, either. Basically, she?s disgusting and she wouldn?t know appropriate court attire if it smacked her in the crack mouth. So, I guess her ensemble today was fine. Here?s what bugs me, though: TMZ identified the outfit really, really quickly - it?s a Steve Alan shirt, Sass & Bide pants, Chanel bag, Balenciaga heels and a Roseark necklace. I honestly think Linnocent must have sent TMZ the list of designer duds, like you would if you were attending a premiere. It?s very sketchy that she treats court appearances and being a disaster who is always in and out of legal situations like some treat the red carpet.
Let me reiterate one more thing: her HAIR. Jesus, GOD, IT’S TERRIBLE. You know she had it freshly bleached last night. Because she wanted to look “fresh” for court.
Right at this very moment, Linnocent is still behind closed doors with the judge and the lawyers. I’ll update with more news!

As previously reported by the GossipCenter, Lindsay Lohan is in hot water for testing positive for alcohol consumption, and this morning she was spotted at the LAX Airport Courthouse.
The ?Mean Girls? actress arrived to appear in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner and answer for her probation violation.
Yesterday, an insider told press, "Lindsay tested positive for alcohol. The judge in her DUI case, Judge Elden Fox said she couldn't consume any alcohol while on probation. The probation department has prepared a report, and Lindsay will be in court tomorrow."
And it sounds like Lindsay will likely be put in jail. "They don't want to continue to monitor since they have been notified that Lindsay violated terms of her probation. The drinking occurred while Lindsay was under house arrest."

Magazines such as PEOPLE and OK! are fighting over who gets the first baby photos of Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon’s twins which are expected to fetch a modest $200,000. In comparison, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were paid $14 million for theirs. They donated the money to charity. Mariah and Nick will probably donate theirs to a diamond encrusted Hello Kitty for the baby room.

I knew I would regret not yet seeing Rounders. Tobey Maguire has been sued by a victim of a ponzi scheme artist who embezzled investor funds to run extremely high stakes underground poker games with celebrity rollers like Tobey, Matt Damon, Leonardo DiCaprio and Ben Affleck. Tobey was one of the major winners of the games, which were held biweekly at suites in luxury hotels. He’s being sued along with other winning participants in an attempt to recoup investor money. Maguire is estimated to have made up to tens of millions of dollars from these poker games, funded illegally by unwitting investors. The lawsuit has him winning over $300k, but a source estimates it at around $1 million a month for nearly three years. And I thought Ben Affleck was the big gambler. Affleck, Damon and DiCaprio also took part in the games, according to a named source, but they didn’t win much and are not being named in a lawsuit. This is a story about to break in Star Magazine, and Radar has the details. They make the games sound so underground and high security, I can hear Oceans 11 music playing in the background. (Actually I’m listening to this song now, so it fits.) I can see Damon and Affleck sauntering jokingly into the low-lit rooms in slow mo while Tobey sits there after a 14 hour bender, seething and determined to win back his money and them some. DiCaprio probably bailed after he lost a few times.
Spider-Man star Tobey Maguire is among more than a dozen high-profile Hollywood people being sued in connection with a mega-millions illegal gambling ring that ran high-stakes underground poker games, Star magazine is reporting exclusively.
An FBI investigation into Brad Ruderman, the CEO of Ruderman Capital Partners, uncovered how he lost $25 million of investor money in clandestine poker games held on a twice weekly basis in suites at the luxury Beverly Hills hotel, Four Seasons, and the Viper Room on Sunset Boulevard.
Tinsel town A-listers Leonardo DiCaprio, Ben Affleck and Matt Damon also played in the no-limit Texas Hold ‘em games which had a buy-in of $100,000, multiple members of the ring told Star. DiCaprio, Affleck and Damon are not being sued.
Others who were part of the secret society and are facing hefty lawsuits include billionaire businessman Alex Gores, The Notebook director Nick Cassavetes, Welcome Back, Kotter star Gabe Kaplan, Paris Hilton’s infamous sex tape partner, Rick Salomon, record label owner Cody Leibel and Las Vegas nightlife entrepreneur and real-estate developer Andrew Sasson, among others.
Now, as Ruderman sits in a Texas jail until 2018, convicted on two counts of wire fraud and two counts of investment adviser fraud, lawyers for the clients whose funds he embezzled are filing a series of civil suits against those who won big in the illegal poker dens, in the hope of recouping some of their lost savings.
The games were “exclusive events, by invitation only, and that there was a regular roster of players consisting of wealthy celebrities, entrepreneurs, attorneys and businessmen,” according to the lawsuit filed against Maguire in the United States Bankruptcy Court, in Los Angeles.
Ruderman lost $311,300 to Maguire, including one losing hand of $110,000, on July 30, 2007, it’s claimed.
The Ponzi mastermind used clients’ money to “pay for gambling losses at clandestine, high stakes poker games that were operated without any licenses or permits,” the suit said.
“As part of the scheme, funds invested in (Ruderman) were transferred to persons such as Defendant (Maguire), who received the funds on account of Ruderman’s gambling losses and on account of Defendant’s gambling winnings.”
In their attempt to win back Ruderman’s losses, the trustee has claimed Maguire is “not entitled to receive the transfers from the Debtor, which transfers were compromised of improperly-diverted investor funds.”
In a deposition of the alleged ringleader of the operation, which took in tens of millions of dollars beginning in 2006 through 2009, Maguire is described as a “very, very frequent player,” in the games, which ended in 2009.
Maguire won as much as $1 million a month over a period of three years, one source told Star, which is on newsstands Wednesday.
“That means he could have made up to $30 to $40 million from these games,” the whistle-blowing card shark predicted.
Under California law, it’s illegal to play for money at underground poker clubs, although it is a crime rarely prosecuted. None of the participants are under criminal investigation, Star has been told.
Indeed, it’s understood Maguire has hired an attorney to strenuously defend the allegations against him, who will argue the games were not illegal.
In a world exclusive investigation, Star detailed how the A-list aces used secret passwords to play in the covert games that were so intense, the door was manned by armed guards in bulletproof vests.
Inside the rooms, tucked away in different locations around Los Angeles, high-rollers laid down wads of cash on felt-top tables presided over by professional dealers who were part of the operation’s hierarchy.
One of the participants, Dan Bilzerian, told Star that he regularly played against DiCaprio, Affleck and Maguire.
Damon, according to Bilzerian, played irregularly.
While Affleck, who won an Academy Award for his screenplay Good Will Hunting, impressed players with his poker skills, both DiCaprio and Damon did not fair as well, Star reported.
“Matt never won,?? another whistle-blowing player told the magazine.
“In truth, Leo is a tight ass. When he lost $50,000 the look in his eyes was obvious he was crazy.”

So does this partially explain why Tobey is the new reluctant face of Prada? The dude is running scared, afraid he’ll be forced to open up his bank account to pay back some of his ill gotten gains. If this article is accurate, he may have made nearly as much money playing poker as he did from playing Spiderman. It sounds like he worked longer and harder at it too.
As bad as it sounds, this story made me think “well at least these dudes were just gambling illegally and weren’t off hiring hookers.” That’s not to say those two things are in any way mutually exclusive. They go together like cookies and milk.

The In Touch Weekly team decided to avoid writing a cover story about their pity party mascot for the past six years, Jennifer Aniston, and went with a Brangelina story this week. Anyway, ITW?s cover story is all about how Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are finally going to get married this year. This September, to be exact. Of course this is all a figment of some editor?s imagination, but I think the wedding plans sound nice, and thinking about Empress Zahara as a flower girl is a great ?happy place.?
Brad and Angie decide after years of saying they would never tie the knot to take the plunge, and it?s all for their kids!
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have always been open about the fact that they do not feel the need to get married to prove their love ? but that is all changing! InTouch reports, ?the couple will wed in September, once all the renovations on their sprawling French estate, Chateau Mirval, are done.? What a huge change of heart!
A source tells the magazine, ?They want to hold it at the chapel at Miraval, and they?re already making up the list of people to invite. Out of all of their homes, it?s the perfect place for their family and closest friends to come together for a celebration.?
The children will all be involved of course, with Shiloh, Zahara and Vivienne walking down the aisle as flower girls and Zahara particularly excited about helping her mother select a dress! The kids have already started making artwork and decorations to paste in the chapel. And Angelina’s dad will walk her down the aisle, even though they have a contentious relationship.
The dress will be designed by L’Wren Scott. As for the rings, they are being designed with a special message by designer Robert Procop.
On the guest list: Johnny Depp, the Gwen Stefanis, Guy Richie, Bono, Paul Allen. Etc. Brad and Angelina have chosen September 23 as the wedding date because that is the autumnal equinox. A source says: “They both feel that the equinox holds special meaning because it is the day that the Earth is most balanced ? the night is as long as the day and the sun’s center is on the same plane as the Earth.”
The mag adds: “Will getting married on the equinox ring in a new age of balance and calm for Brad and Angelina? One can only hope.”

I called this. Kind of. When the news came out several weeks ago that Andrew Garfield had dumped his TV Girl girlfriend because he had become so famous, I suggested Emma Stone for him. Andrew and Emma are costarring together in The Amazing Spiderman, but beyond that, it just seems like they would fit well together, aesthetically and personality-wise. Sidenote: I also suggested Mila Kunis for him, but that was before I know that both Emma and Mila had dated Culkins. Odd, right? Anyway, my boyfriend Andrew (I had a really explicit dream about him, and now he is my beloved) is officially ?with? Emma now. So, so cute.

Hm? I do wonder if there was some cross-over between Andrew?s relationship with Shannon Woodward and the beginning of his thing with Emma. But I won?t focus on that. Emma and Andrew just suit each other so well - both are up-and-coming actors with critical acclaimed performances, both unafraid to aim for true movie-stardom.
Lainey compared them to Sparkles and Kristen Stewart, which I find absurd, mostly because Emma Stone is a gracious, professional, stylish, talented young woman who stands up straight, doesn?t compulsively bite her lip, nor roll her eyes when approached. As for the Andrew/Sparkles comparison - uh, Andrew can ACT. Sparkles can do alright (meh), but in the coming years, Andrew is going to be up for Oscars and SAGs, while Sparkles will plateau at MTV Movie Awards.

“We are not together anymore,” [Clooney and Canalis said] in a joint statement. “It’s very difficult and very personal and we hope everyone can respect our privacy.”
Clooney [recently said] that he wouldn’t wed again — not Canalis or anyone, for that matter — [but] Canalis seemed less averse to walking down the aisle.
“I am a firm believer in marriage,” she told Chi. “In the future I will be married, but for the time being I am happy as I am,” she says. “I don’t need anything to confirm how happy I am.”
I’ll tell you why Clooney dumped her. Clooney dumped her because everybody knows models have a maximum shelf life of two years from the date of purchase. It’s just like with a carton of milk. Any longer than that and they both start to sour and turn into cottage cheese.

In search of the perfect greens, Halle Berry was spotted perusing the veggie selections at her local Whole Foods in Beverly Hills on Wednesday (June 22).
The Oscar-winning actress looked comfy casual in a grey t-shirt and jean shorts as she rummaged through the stack of heads of lettuce before continuing to zigzag down the grocery store aisles.
The outing comes as it was just announced that Miss Berry's vacated Broadway role has finally found a replacement in Angela Bassett.
Reports tell that Bassett will be joining Samuel L Jackson in this fall's production of "The Mountaintop," which is due to begin previews on September 22 while officially opening on October 13th.
The highly-anticipated play is "set the evening before the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., with Jackson cast as King."

Waving to fans as she heads off for the day's duties, Dianna Agron and the rest of the "Glee" cast were spotted leaving The Lowry Hotel in Manchester, U.K. earlier this afternoon (June 22).
The "Burlesque" beauty, who sported a long red sweater, camouflage print pants, and black ballet flats, made sure to acknowledge her adoring fans before exiting the premises of the posh overnight pad.
Meanwhile, "Glee" creator Ryan Murphy has confirmed that, when the current cast graduates from Prospect High in 2012, a whole new crop of musical high schoolers will replace them.
Murphy offered up his reasons behind the massive change, telling Ryan Seacrest, "That is true. I don't think of it in terms of eliminating or replacing. Because I think the thing about this cast is people love them and they are incredibly talented. They've left sort of an indelible mark."
