Here is Demi Lovato wowing all those who attended 106.1 KISSFM’s Fall Ball in Seattle, when she sang a cover of Adele’s “Hello” and nailed it.
While Lovato is known for her strong vocals, Adele’s songs are considered challenging because of the British star’s own powerhouse skills. However, Lovato received a lot of praise for her performance from fans on social media, including singer Becky G, who was also a performer at the Fall Ball.

| Gwen Stefani 'blamed herself' when she found out about Gavin & the nanny | Added 9 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Here are some assorted photos of Gwen Stefani over the weekend. Saturday night, she attended the big Baby2Baby gala in Hollywood, and she was also seen out and about on Friday afternoon (the jeans photos). With the red carpet photos, Gwen looks really good, doesn?t she? Earlier this year, she was looking really Botoxy, but she?s either got some better people taking care of her or she?s not messing with her face as much as she used to be.
Gwen has come off a few weeks of total domination. By that I mean, two weeks ago we learned that for sure, Gwen and Blake Shelton are dating for real now. Then last week, we learned that the whole reason why Gwen and Gavin Rossdale split was because he was carrying on an affair with Nanny Mindy for YEARS. I had some questions about why it took so long for Gwen to finally be done with Gavin after she found out about the nanny betrayal. As it turns out, Gwen?s first reaction was to blame herself. Maybe. Sounds pretty possible, doesn?t it?
As Gwen Stefani moves on with her Voice co-star Blake Shelton, new reports are claiming to know the truth behind her breakup with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale. According to Hollywood Life, the No Doubt singer blamed herself for Rossdale’s alleged cheating with the family’s nanny, Mindy.
“At first, Gwen blamed herself when she found out about Gavin and Mindy,” an insider tells the site. “She was full of regret that she somehow caused Gavin to have a wandering eye, that she could have somehow prevented the affair, that she never ever should have hired someone so young and cute.”
The source reveals that while the cheating eventually led to the couple’s divorce, Stefani was shocked by the news.
?These thoughts tormented her for a long time,” the source continues. “They could have, would have, should haves nearly destroyed her.”
[From In Touch Weekly]
I think a lot of women in similar situations often blame themselves. When guys cheated on me when I was younger, I was always filled with shame, like I did something wrong, like ?if only? I had done something differently, maybe the guy wouldn?t have done whatever. You know what? That?s such BS. Some guys cheat. Some guys are douchebags. It has nothing to do with what their girlfriends or wives have done or didn?t do. Anyway, I?m glad Gwen finally had enough of Gavin?s BS.

| Kim Kardashian: 'I have a high-risk delivery & all of that gives me such anxiety' | Added 9 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Kim Kardashian won?t stop complaining about her pregnancy. To be fair to her, this is (in all likelihood) the last time she?s going to do this. After this pregnancy, she?s done. Maybe she and Kanye West will adopt, but I think this is her last pregnancy ever. I also don?t blame her for talking about it so much and for talking about how much it sucks, because it?s probably all she can think about. Baby-brain and all of that. Anyway, Kim is still saying words. She spoke to E! News about how she?s really worried about her high-risk delivery:
It’s no secret Kim Kardashian and pregnancy don’t really agree with each other. After struggling to get pregnant with her and hubby Kanye West’s second child, the 35-year-old has had multiple health issues.
“Every medical issue that you could probably have I feel like I get and I worry so much about it,” Kim told E! News exclusively the other day. “This pregnancy I have a little bit more anxiety just because I know what’s to come and it’s really inevitable some of the issues that I’m going to have. You know, I have a high-risk delivery and all of that gives me such anxiety.”
Despite the struggle, Kim is staying strong in her last month of pregnancy.
“I think that I’m really hopeful and you know I manage it really well, but when I write blog posts and stuff like that about how I think it’s just such a miserable experience,” she dished. “I mean that’s my experience and I’m not gonna pretend that it’s not?My huge swollen feet I don’t find fun and attractive. And I get I’m so blessed to be carrying a child again when I didn’t think that was possible for me. I do have access to amazing doctors that have been so helpful so I’m hopeful that everything will work out and be fine.”
[From E! News]
We?ve heard before that Kim?s doctors might have to perform a hysterectomy when she gives birth or soon after. It wouldn?t surprise me at all if Kim was hospitalized ahead of the birth, and it wouldn?t surprise me if she didn?t carry to term. My prediction is that she has a C-section in early December, probably soon after Thanksgiving.
Kim also spoke to Ryan Seacrest on Friday and she chatted about how busy her life is going to be with two kids and a husband: ?My husband needs a lot of attention, each kid needs a lot of attention, I work a lot, [and] I want to be able to give everyone just the same amount of attention.? I feel like she sometimes views Kanye as one of the kids needing to be tended to, right?

| Jaimie Alexander thinks her 'Blindspot' fake tattoos are toxic & making her sick | Added 9 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

On Friday, Page Six had an interesting item about Jaimie Alexander, the star of NBC?s Blindspot. You may also known Jaimie from the Thor movies, or maybe you know her from her engagement to Peter Facinelli. Anyway, Page Six said last Friday that Jaimie is being a major pill on the set of Blindspot, that she?s getting people fired right and left and she?s trying to get her co-lead, Sullivan Stapleton, fired. She?s also pretty cranky because it apparently takes SEVEN HOURS to apply her character?s tattoos (which cover almost all of her body). Well, here?s another interesting story about Jaimie, again from Page Six. Their sources claim that Jaimie is convinced that her fake body tattoos are making her sick. Huh.
Jaimie Alexander ? star of NBC?s hit ?Blindspot? ? allegedly believes the fake tattoos covering her body all day are poisonous and making her sick. Production on the show was halted last week with the firing of four makeup artists who were spending seven hours each day applying Alexander?s temporary ink. A hairdresser was also let go.
The series? story began with Alexander?s character waking up naked in Times Square covered in mysterious tattoos. ?[Alexander has] become convinced the ink is toxic and making her sick,? one source told me. Suffering a pulmonary infection, the actress brought her doctor onto the Brooklyn set where Warner Bros. is midway through shooting the first season. NBC has already renewed the drama for Season 2.
Tat?s not all. Alexander is said to hate her co-star Sullivan Stapleton, who plays FBI agent Kurt Weller.
?She tried to have him fired and replaced, which is pretty amazing considering their characters are supposed to develop a romantic interest,? said my source.
As tension has mounted on the set, the producers have been using doubles more and more to allow Alexander to leave early.
?She has a stunt double, a photo double for on-screen shots and, increasingly, they use a body double,? my source said.
Alexander?s publicist Craig Schneider called my story ?entirely unfounded and inaccurate,? and said, ?That?s what happens when a disgruntled former employee provides you with intel.?
[From Page Six]
I complained about Jaimie?s publicist last Friday too, because his statements are ridiculous. He got all pearl-clutchy about the very IDEA that an actor would EVER order certain people off the set or pull rank to get certain people fired, like Craig Schneider has NEVER heard of that happening. So now he?s saying that these stories are total crap? AND that they?re coming from a disgruntled ex-employee (who was likely fired at Jaimie?s behest). As for the alleged toxicity of the fake tattoos? I don?t know. What do you think? I would be really interested in learning what kind of ink or henna or whatever they were using on her.

| Jessica Biel in custom Monse at Baby2Baby gala: tragic, terrible or lovely? | Added 9 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

|
Just know, I wasn?t even going to bother with the fashion coverage from this weekend?s Baby2Baby gala event, but then I saw the photos of Jessica Biel. And I just HAD to say something. To be clear, this was a ?gala,? so ball gowns and prom dresses were encouraged. In years past, this event ? a charity gala which raises money to give diapers and baby stuff to low-income mothers ? gets a decent turn-out and many women dress up in formal gowns. But Jessica Biel?s dress just seems really, really extra for the venue.
Biel?s gown was a custom-made Monse from their Spring 2016 collection. I think this would have been interesting A) on a different woman and B) at a different event. Like, imagine this on Cate Blanchett at an awards show. It would be ?interesting,? right? But on Biel, with the lackluster styling, at a somewhat minor charity event, it just feels? wrong. Bad. Also: the necklace is much too heavy for the dress.
Reese Witherspoon in Giambattista Valli Spring 2015. Reese?s red carpet style has been really, really boring lately. What?s weird is that whenever she gets pap?d on the street, I almost always love her street style. But for big events, it?s like she?s just phoning it in.
Kerry Washington came out to this event and her dress was probably my favorite. She wore this Giambattista Valli gown which reminds me a lot of an Oscar de la Renta look. It suits her, it?s flattering, it?s princess-y and she looks lovely. One minor complaint: the lipstick is so weird that it makes Kerry look like she got lip injections.
Jessica Alba in Giambattista Valli ? I feel like she has several different versions of ?a sacky mustard-colored gown.? I could have sworn she?s worn this before, and I could have sworn that I?m hating it for the second time. Maybe I just loathe shades of mustard. It?s true.
Jenna Dewan in Monique Lhuillier. Like Biel?s gown, this one has a prom vibe, probably because of satin. I don?t hate the green, but the white heels are made of NO. Charming Potato looks nice though.

| Kirsten Dunst: 'I want a guy to pay for dinner & open the door for me' | Added 9 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Kirsten Dunst covers the new issue of The Edit, net-a-porter.com?s in-house magazine. While I?ve been a lukewarm Kiki fan for years, I have a renewed respect for her these days because of Fargo Season 2. Have you guys been watching? The first few episodes, I was like, ?It?s good but not as good as Season 1.? But then the past two episodes have been absolutely phenomenal. Every single actor ? from Jeffrey Donovan to Kirsten to Patrick Wilson to Jean Smart ? is doing the best work of their career. I feel like Kirsten and Jean Smart are going to be up for a lot of awards next year. Anyway, I?m basically just covering this interview because I wanted to talk about Fargo! There are some interesting quotes here ? Kiki is 33 years old, she?s been in a stable relationship with Garrett Hedlund for years, and she seems happier than she?s ever been. Also: did you know that Kiki and her mom live six houses down from each other? Here are some additional highlights from The Edit:
She?s more sensitive now: ?I feel much more confident in myself, in life… I don?t stress as much now. I?ve grown more sensitive though. The older I get, the more sensitive I?ve become. I don?t know why. I think it?s that age where death is more around you… I appreciate things more. I mean, I?ve always been very grateful, but I feel far more grounded than I did 10 years ago.?
How her view of her career has shifted: ?When I was younger, I actually felt anxious when I wasn?t working. Then there was a moment where I was kind of sick of [acting]. But then it shifted for me and I re-loved it in a different way.? She would rather take a few months off, she says, than work on something unexciting. ?Most things are crap and it?s not like I get all the best roles. So you just have to wait.?
Playing Peggy Blomquist on Fargo. ?Making a TV show is long hours. Even if you?re not in every scene of the show, all your scenes get compiled into intense days. And Peggy goes through all these emotions all the time so she?s exhausting to play?. Acting, to me, yes, you live in the moment, but you better prepare for that moment real hard and know what is going on emotionally with that person. So I like to know [my character?s trajectory] and it was difficult signing onto something where I didn?t. There was a really good description of Peggy in the beginning, but once you?re given a role it?s yours; I know her better than anyone, even the creator.?
She notices when other actors aren?t diligent: ?I notice when people don?t put in the work. Actors can be really lazy.?
The money: She?s not a fan of action-packed blockbusters ? ?I?ll go and see one when my boyfriend drags me there? ? but is grateful for the financial security that Spider-Man afforded her. She is ?smart? with her finances, but the projects that appeal to her are not ones that get accountants excited. ?To be an independent artist, the only way you really make money is by getting a beauty campaign?I?m like, ?Thank God, they?re the reason why I can do my art.??
She?ll sometimes pay for red carpet fashion: ?I chip in for certain things because [studios] won?t [pay]. But it?s my job to look nice and wear a good dress, right? No one cares about a boy in a suit; they?re like, ?He?s hot,? that?s it, done. It?s all about dresses.?
On being a female director: ?Yeah. I think it?s easier for mediocre male directors to be in this industry. As a female you can be a director, but you have to be amazing ? that?s the disparaging part to it. You have to be really great to get in there.?
Garrett Hedlund is chivalrous: ?I appreciate old-fashioned manners. I want a guy to pay for dinner and open the door for me. I love the masculine; I?ve dated men who had more of a feminine side and it didn?t work.?
[From The Edit]
The chivalry thing reminded me of that interview Kirsten did last year, where she talked about ?traditional gender roles,? and how she believes that the best relationships are based on a 1950s ideal, with the man going off to work and the lady staying home, barefoot and pregnant. She?s 33 years old ? I think she?s old enough to find a better way of discussing her ideas about gender roles and masculinity/femininity. That being said, I appreciate when a dude has ?old-fashioned manners? too. It?s nice when a guy buys dinner and I love it when men open doors for me. I don?t necessarily think of it as a gender role thing, but it IS about manners.
