First of all, it?s not like Eddie is the star of the movie or anything, but he and LeAnn were probably the most-photographed people there. Second of all? LeAnn was clinging. HARD. She didn?t let him pose by himself at all. He had to be touching her, holding her hand, embracing her or letting her put her tongue on him the whole time they were on the red carpet. It was? uncomfortable. Also, LeAnn wouldn?t shut up about it on Twitter, which is always funny. Also: her outfit is terrible.

Anne Hathaway is ready to take on her biggest role yet: mother. According to a new report in Star magazine, the actress? brother accidentally let the baby bombshell slip while performing a comedy routine at the Tandem Bar and Restaurant in Brooklyn, New York, on Oct. 30.
Tom Hathaway revealed that his famous sibling is expecting her first child with her husband Adam Shulman.
?Tom opened his act by talking about Anne?s personal life,? an audience member dished to Star, on newsstands now. ?He said, ?My sister got married last year, and now she is about to be a new mom!? I don?t think he realized what he had done.?
Despite the slip, The Les Miserables actress and her family aren?t fazed by the early announcement.
?Anne is over the moon and Adam is extremely giddy. She?s been wanting to get pregnant for a while but knew that she needed to wait for the right time. They are more than ready for this next chapter in their lives,? said the family friend.
Anne sparked pregnancy rumors in October when she wore baggy clothing while decorating her house for Halloween on Oct. 27. The brunette star, who is currently filming Interstellar, due out next year, has cleared her schedule to make time for the baby.
?She?s filming now,? added the pal, ?but hasn?t lined up any major future projects. She and Adam want to put all their time and energy into the baby.?

I was going to say, she?s working on Christopher Nolan?s Interstellar right now, so it?s not like this is a perfect time to get pregnant. But then again, maybe she and Skinny Jeans were ?trying? for a while and it just happened this way. If they are expecting, good for them and congrats. I would have thought that Adam Shulman?s penchant for skinny jeans would lower his sperm count, but it looks like some of those skinny-jean-clad swimmers might have made their way to Annie?s dorky palazzo-pants-clad eggs. Maybe their child will be able to wear normal pants.

Kristen Bell has a new interview in the December issue of Flare Magazine, which she covers. They did something weird with her hair, but the editorial is impressive overall. They put her in glamorous holiday outfits that get me in the mood for Christmas and New Year’s parties. I especially love that navy dress with the sequin neckline, it’s gorgeous.
Kristen’s interview is as good as the photos. She gets candid about her home life with new husband Dax Shephard, she’s very protective of their daughter, and she reveals that she was worried she wouldn’t bond with her baby like she does with her dogs. Kristen is an animal lover and famously got weepy on Ellen just at the thought of seeing a sloth. She’s freaky about animals and she knows it.
As background, Kristen and Dax, my current favorite couple, welcomed their first child, daughter Lincoln, this March. Kristen and Dax were married in a small civil ceremony at the Beverly Hills County Clerk’s office last month. Dax told Jimmy Kimmel that the wedding cost a total of $142. There were no guests at the ceremony, although friends came over later with a cake that said “World’s Worst Wedding” on it. So when she says that she likes to stay home with Dax and that she tries to keep her life as down to earth as possible, I believe her.
She was worried she wouldn’t love her baby as much as her dogs
?I kept saying to Dax in all sincerity during my pregnancy, ?I just don?t know how I?m going to like her as much as I like the dogs. I was being serious. Because I f*king love my dogs; they are my children. I love people the more i know them, and I didn’t know her. It could?ve been a water bottle in my belly, that?s about how connected I felt to her during my pregnancy. But within about 24 hours after she came out, my hormones reset, and they reprogrammed my feelings about her.?
Her birth plan
?I found it very important when making my birth plan to research both sides of the argument. I tend to lean toward a more crunchy-granola, organic-type lifestyle, so I thought, I?ll bring the yoga ball, I?ll have a playlist. And we got there, and none of it applied.?
On protecting her daughter from the paparazzi
?Dax and I realize it might make someone smile when we have sassy Twitter fights, or when I tweet something that he says to me. I?m fully aware that it?s a tiny taste of our relationship. But the real day-to-day, we are extremely territorial of. I would really not like to see the aftermath of the first person who tries to take a picture of Lincoln. There are going to be a lot of stitches.?

I didn’t have a problem bonding with my son in utero. I have always had cats and while I love them I kind of mentally put them aside during my pregnancy. I still cuddled with them! I just couldn’t change the cat litter while I was pregnant and I knew that my baby would take center stage soon. Maybe it’s different for dog lovers, and I’m sure it’s different for everyone.
Kristen gets papped occasionally with her daughter, here’s a link to photos of her carrying Lincoln on set. So I think when she talks about knifing the paparazzo who tries to take a picture of her daughter, she means anyone who gets too close and in the baby’s face.
Also, I would like to put in a plug for Parenthood, which is Dax’s show on NBC Thursday nights and is one of the best shows on television by my estimate. I recently caught up with this season (I was away for a while) and I was blown away by how consistently good, and relevant, it remains. It’s one of the few, if only, dramas I’ve seen that accurately portrays relationships and families. Things are wrapped up in a bow a little too often, but overall it’s incredibly realistic, touching and funny. Give it a chance if you haven’t seen it. Dax gets some of the best lines on that show. Dax’s character, Crosby, recently had a plotline that reminds me of this story. He was having trouble bonding with his newborn daughter, and was suffering from sleep deprivation. He bent over the baby and said “I’m sure you’ll be the best thing that ever happened to me someday, but right now I really hate you.”

Jennifer Aniston cut her hair! This is big news. I guess. I?ve actually been wondering why there has been little to no Aniston news the past few weeks, and as it turns out, it?s because she?s recovering from a bad ?Brazilian? and she had to cut off most of her hair. You can see the exclusive photos here and here ? it looks like her hair is now just a choppy bob, and I don?t know if her hair is wet or greasy in those pics, but it looks awful. Aniston confirmed the ?Brazilian? disaster when she spoke to Elle UK recently:
On Friday night ELLE exclusively chatted with Jennifer Aniston, she of the we-want-it hair and former owner of the now infamous Rachel haircut. When putting to her the question of whether she would consider cutting her hair for a role she revealed that she has just gone for the chop.
?Funny you say that. I actually just cut all my hair off two days ago,? the star told ELLEuk.com exclusively. The haircut is so new, freshly cut last Wednesday, that the actress is yet to step out with her newly cropped hair.
So why the change? ?It wasn?t for a role. My hair went through a phase – I did this thing called a Brazilian and my hair did not react really well to it. It?s about 2-inches above my shoulders now,? Aniston revealed.
It?s not the worst timing for the star to feel compelled to cut her hair, this season mid-length hair, or as ELLE called it in our AW13 trend report ?The Rebel Cut?, is every where. In fact, numerous members of team ELLE including our editor-in-chief Lorraine, fashion features director Rebecca Lowthorpe and news editor Leisa Barnett have all gone for the chop (and we?re not exaggerating when we say there are too many ELLE staffers to list them all here).
But not one to follow trends, the actress isn?t too sure about her new shorter haircut.
?The minute I cut my hair I want it back. Always. It?s a guarantee. I?m trying really hard to love this one,? she said.
It’s not the first time the star has sported a bob; her hairdresser and longtime friend Chris Macmillan (who also cut off Miley Cyrus’s hair) tends to crop Aniston’s hair every few years to keep it looking healthy.

I had no idea what this ?Brazilian? treatment was until I read this story at The Daily Mail ? apparently, it?s like a hardcore chemical straightening process using ?formaldehyde and keratin? to keep your hair straight for three months. You know what?s funny about this? SO MUCH. For one, I think many women would love to have Jennifer?s naturally curly Greek hair, but she?s spent most of her adult life trying to look like Gwyneth Paltrow, complete with straight, flat-ironed, damaged-looking blonde hair.
This is also amusing because Jennifer has been shilling her MIT-produced haircare line Living Proof as the ?answer? to all of your hair needs. What?s that, Aniston? The Living Proof haircare line is insufficient for your needs so you had to go in for a sketchy and controversial chemical treatment? Well, I?ll be damned. Jennifer Aniston?s hair is MADE OF LIES.

In all our recent stories about the custody madness surrounding Charlie Sheen’s four year-old twin boys with his ex, Brooke Mueller, we’ve expressed relief that Denise Richards is caring for them. Both Charlie and the boy’s mother, Brooke Mueller, are drug addicted a-holes who are probably incapable of taking care of a pet, not to mention two little boys who need them. So at least Denise Richards, a single mom to three daughters, was willing to take on two more and to welcome them into her family.
In Charlie’s weekened rant against Brooke, and against the California Department of Child and Family Services for granting Brooke unsupervised visits, he mentioned that the twins were having behavioral problems. Charlie said that after spending time with their biological mom, Brooke, the boys have been acting out and may be kicked out of their school. Brooke claims to be sober after her 21st stint in rehab and is trying to gain back custody and take Charlie to court for threatening her. She may have a point, but I really doubt she’s sober and I don’t think she should ever be granted unsupervised visits.
Unfortunately Denise Richards recently filed papers with DCFS stating that she can no longer care for Max and Bob. She details changes in their behavior which are disturbing, abusive, and could seriously harm her daughters and her dogs. These behavioral changes coincide with the boys’ increased visits with their mother. You can read Denise’s letter in its entirety on Radar Online. It really breaks my heart. Here’s a long excerpt with more at the source:
With a heavy heart I must inform you that I can no longer be Bob and Max?s caregiver. This has been an extremely difficult decision because I have so much love for the boys. I have always cared for them as if they were my own children. Unfortunately, I have seen them get worse with increased contact with their mom and I am unable to obtain for them proper assessments and professional help. I have seen the boys? continuing violence towards animals, their sisters and adults. This recent decision means the girl?s can?t continue their relationship with their dad. I believe I have no choice coming to this difficult decision for the reasons I explain below.
I know these boys to be very kind and loving. Bob loves to draw and play the drums while Max loves sports. They think of my dad as one of their grandfathers and my youngest daughter Eloise as their sister. They look up to their big sisters and really enjoy Eloise looking up to them.
At the time of placement Bob was very anxious, biting his nails. Max was very emotional and aggressive towards his brother. Nighttime was difficult. Prior to placement they didn?t have a bedtime. It was very inconsistent. They were often up until 4am. They had no boundaries, manners, didn?t know how to share, and weren?t respectful of other children. Shortly after placement Bob stopped biting his nails, they learned to play with my daughters and other children, they did very well with a regular bedtime routine. Their school commented on the noticeable positive change. They were very respectful and had good manners. They seemed very calm and content and happy at our home.
About two months into it, their visits with their mom were increased and I saw changes. They displayed a violent anger that was uncontrollable. As you are aware NAME REDACTED, their therapist, started working with the children about a month after placement. I gave her a history of their behavior over the 10 months prior to placement and the first month after. The boys adjusted very well right after placement. I voiced my concerns to their therapist. I reminded her that they transitioned on and off prior to placement between the both of us. What I started to see in the boys was very different and disturbing at times.
The boys started to have extreme violent mood swings, often times out of nowhere. They would be calm, playing and turn on a dime. The boys would grab anything they could get their hands on as quick as possible. Toys, picture frames, any object within arm?s reach, they can pick up they would throw. They violently threw these things at me, my daughters, anyone near them, as well as at the windows and walls. They have broken iPads, cellphones, flipped small furniture and break it, along with many toys. Bob threw a remote at the tv so hard he cracked the screen. I had to take many things out of their room because they would destroy it. I have had to put things up out of their reach. Things that normally would be appropriate for a 4yr old, have to be put away. After they break things many times they say that I broke them or their sister did. Mine and Charlie?s daughters have been strangled, kicked in the head and stomach, scratched, bit, slapped, punched in the face and head, and spit on. Myself and anyone around them have also experienced this. My daughter Sami had to be taken to the doctor after getting hit in the eye with a toy when Bob came home with from a visit with his mom.
The boys have also been waking up with nightmares. Bob wakes up more often than Max, screaming and crying and it?s usually more than once in a night. The nightmares started about two months ago, then went away. Recently they have returned. Bedtime has become incredibly challenging because of the nightmares and Bob especially is very scared to go to sleep.

Brooke blocked Denise’s attempt, told her that the boys could no longer go to their pediatrician, and did not provide another pediatrician for them to see.
Even though these poor boys seem to have been severely affected by having to spend time with their mother, it looks like they will soon have no other place to go.
Charlie is ratcheting up the crazy in response, he’s said and tweeted a bunch of hyperbole and is quoting Apocalypse Now (which his dad starred in) to describe how he’s going to go after Brooke and DCFS. In his addled brain, he probably understands that Denise has gone above and beyond for him and how she’s at the end of her rope and has no other option than to give up the boys. Her letter says as much, and she continually says how much she loves them and wants to help them, but doesn’t want her girls to be harmed.
This story is just so sad, it makes my stomach hurt. Who will be there for those little boys? Their mom is harming them somehow, and it’s so bad they’re acting out. They have no other option but to go back to her at this point. I hope that changes, I hope there’s some incredible turnaround for them. I hope DCFS is forced to revoke Brooke’s visitation rights. At least Charlie is making a huge stink about it, as messed up as he is he does love the boys and will fight for them. I just don’t know where they can go now except with Brooke.

Shania Twain is the subject of a full week of spotlight from ET Canada. Seriously, it is Shania Week up there in the northern latitudes. Of course there’s nothing wrong with that, but I’m trying to figure out the reason for the grand celebration. She doesn’t have an album due until 2014 (although I could be wrong), and that’s still a tentative date. Shania will be on hand for the CMA Awards on Wednesday night, which is the likely cause for the week-long blitz of programming.
In the process of Shania madness on ET Canada, our subject has been asked to weigh in on the (not-so) recent trend of pop stars who freely disrobe. Shania’s response? She’s totally fine with it. Girls … if you want to, then take it off!
On showing skin: “I don’t think [pop stars are] too sexy now. The boundaries are really up to the individual and then it’s up to the viewer whether they like it or not.”
Shania’s role in the trend: “I’m very comfortable with myself. I’m not bearing my midriff for effect or for shock factor … I’m just doing it because I like my midriff.”
On her new album’s “angry side”: Learning of her ex-husband’s affair in 2008, Twain has talked about how the experience left her devastated, to the point where she “didn’t want to live.” Explained Twain, “In real life, when I’m writing this stuff I’m probably swearing every third word as I’m working through all of the emotion that’s really there.”

I agree with Shania that her midriff is a a most excellent midriff. I’ve actually talked to people (not me — I wish I had a treadmill) who have her calendar posted above their treadmills as motivation. At the same time, I think the trend of flesh flashing has certainly progressed in the era of Rihanna and Miley Cyrus. Shania’s amazing tummy baring antics are nothing compared to writhing naked on a wrecking ball.

Over the weekend, Leonardo DiCaprio made a special appearance at the LACMA Film + Art gala honoring Martin Scorsese. Marty and Leo are super-tight. They?ve spent the last decade collaborating together on film after film. Their latest collab is The Wolf of Wall Street, the true story of Jordan Belfort, a stockbroker in the early 1990s, played by Leo.
The Wolf of Wall Street was originally supposed to have a splashy Oscar campaign starting right about now, with a mid-November release date and all the fixings. Then Marty (or someone, maybe Harvey Weinstein) got cold feet, and pushed the release date until next year. It looked like Leo?s Oscar campaign was supposed to wait. But like so many movies this year, everything is still in flux.
Now it?s looking like The Wolf of Wall Street will be released this year, this time with a Christmas release date. They?ll probably do special screenings for the Hollywood Foreign Press (gotta get those Golden Globe nominations), and maybe some fast and dirty promotion in early January with an eye on sealing a Best Actor nomination for Leo? Interestingly enough, from what I?ve seen of the early reviews for the film, the shoo-in for a nomination is NOT Leo, it?s Jonah Hill. Everyone is saying Jonah is wonderful and he?ll definitely get a Supporting Actor nomination (another one!).
Do you think Leo will actually campaign for another Oscar this year? When was the last time he was nominated? Let me look? oh, the last time was 2007! Yikes. So, it?s been a while. The Best Actor race is an embarrassment of riches this year though. Likely contenders: Chiwetel Ejiofor, Michael B. Jordan, Idris Elba, Robert Redford, Matthew McConaughey, Tom Hanks, Bruce Dern, Christian Bale, Oscar Isaac, Joaquin Phoenix? and so many more. It?s crazy-crowded this year. So maybe Leo will get shafted again?

I’m going to start off by admitting that this story probably isn’t true at all. At least I hope it isn’t true. I’d just started to regain my respect for Miley Cyrus after she poked fun at the tabloids and their “I need help!” headlines. Now there’s a new report floating around about how Miley supposedly really wants Liam Hemsworth back. This makes no sense at all because of Liam’s shared car ride of doom with January Jones and the fact that Liam publicly made out with Eiza Gonzalez the day after he and Miley issued the break-up announcement.
Still … if this new report comes from The Sun then it must be true, right? I’m not buying it, but let’s do this anyway:
Miley Cyrus has penned a heartbroken “open letter” to former fianc Liam Hemsworth, saying she is sorry for her wild ways.
“As time has gone on and the anger subsided, Miley has really started to feel the pain of their split,” a source told The Sun.
“She thought about writing some songs, but then decided why not write a letter to Liam to tell him exactly how she feels. Miley admitted to Liam she has pushed him away and said sorry for acting so mad.”
Cyrus has been partying constantly since her breakup, moving on with a series of hook-ups, The Sun reports. Most recently, she reportedly was seen making out with rocker Benji Madden at a Halloween party.
But it seems the nonstop partying has left the Disney star-turned-wild child realizing exactly what she?s lost in her Australian former flame.
“Miley says in her letter she still loves Liam deeply and has asked him to meet up. It could be for closure or it could be to start again, but she just wants to see him and talk things through.”
However, it seems Hemsworth has already moved on from the Cyrus circus. He was spotted kissing Mexican actress Eiza Gonzalez just a day after he and Cyrus announced their split. More recently, he joked and laughed on the red carpet as he turned out to support older brother Chris at his Thor: The Dark World premiere.

Hmm. If this article is true, then the Sun has gotten wind of a private letter from Miley to Liam. Before we even consider who may have leaked the letter, we must also acknowledge that (even if true) this was a private letter and not an “open” one. Then we must ponder whether or not Miley would have sent any type of letter to Liam in the first place.
I don’t think Miley is dumb enough to release an open letter — especially after she made fun of Sinead O’Connor for writing her multiple true open letters. Of course Miley stomped all over those letters and made fun of mental illness in the process. Miley knows better than to release her true feelings in public. This story is bogus.

At first, I thought the tattoo depicted a younger verison of Miley’s godmother, Dolly Parton. Then Miley told a Twitter follower that it was her “Mammie“ on the tattoo. I wonder what Mammie thinks of the twerking?
