The ?Good Wife? hottie showed off her popular culture acumen during a hilarious sketch with Fallon called ?Musical Morning Announcements.?
Jimmy and Julianna played a high school principal and assistant principal who used pop ditties as a means of making their announcements more fun and appealing.
And with tunes like ?Shake It Off,? ?Fancy,? and ?Turn Down For What,? these two took things to the next level!

She?s excited about getting her very own storefront, and Victoria Beckham paid a visit to her shop in London, England on Tuesday (September 16).
The former pop star-turned-designer looked leggy in a black ensemble as she exited the Dover Street boutique after checking up on her employees.
Victoria told Grazia that once her store is open she plans on being a constant presence, hinting that her husband David Beckham may also drop by from time to time.
?I love retail - I'll be taking appointments with people... maybe go behind the till. Who knows maybe David will be on the door and Brooklyn will be a Saturday boy?? she teased.

She's had plenty of success on the big screen, but Jessica Alba is definitely not a one-dimensional star. While posing for Sebastian Kim, the "Sin City" beauty opened up to the Fall 2014 issue of Glam Belleza Latina about her health-conscious brand, the Honest Company and discussed the importance of growing up in the Latin culture.

On the differences between her business and her movie career:
?Having a company that?s making the world a better place is a life calling. Performing has also been a life calling, but they?re so different. It takes a completely different side of my brain to do one versus the other. But I?m truly very proud of The Honest Company.?
On her process for getting red-carpet ready:
?[W]e start with what I?m wearing, and we go from there. I don?t like my skin to look overly done. But I still love to play with makeup. I love a smoky eye or a cool colored eyeliner. I just don?t do all of it at once!?
On the beauty lessons she learned from the women in her life:
?My grandma, whom I grew up with and who helped raise me with my mom, loved aloe vera. If anything was wrong, she?d break her aloe vera plant and rub it all over.?
On the importance of race to her identity:
?It?s always been the same. I?ve always felt closer to being a Latina than anything else, because I grew up with my dad?s family, who are Mexican American. I never really identified any other way. But I think that today it?s less and less about having to identify with one race and holding on to that completely. I mean, my kids are African American and Caucasian on their dad?s side, and Latino and Caucasian on my side.?
On the Latinas she admired when she was growing up:
?I grew up in Southern California, where Latin culture is just everywhere. I mean, I still love mariachi music! I looked up to Jennifer Lopez. She is someone who broke through barriers, a powerhouse. You know: I could be a dancer, singer, actress, entrepreneur?I can do all of it. And Daisy Fuentes too. What she did with her platform was incredible. It took the rest of the country a second to catch up to Latinas in the United States being mainstream.?

Stepping out for some promotional duties, Katie Holmes showed up at Dream Downtown in New York City on Tuesday evening (September 16).
The ?Teaching Mrs. Tingle? actress was in the house to unveil her cover for the DuJour Fall 2014 issue along with CEO Jason Binn and Michael Capponi.
And while she normally tends to keep things conservative, Katie gave onlookers a peek at her black bra thanks to her see-through little black dress.
In her interview with the magazine, Holmes discussed the career lull she experienced while married to Tom Cruise.
?It's the life of an actor. We don't really have a lot of choice in the matter. You have dry spells, then you have times when there is a lot of opportunity. Even early on, when I was a young actor and all of a sudden people knew who I was, my dad told me, ?Don't let that change how you live your life.? I've always sort of approached it that way. You have to continue to do the things you want to do and not let outside forces dictate.?
Katie added, ?I think I've gotten more comfortable with acting over time. Early on, I could never get out of my head... I was afraid that I was going to get fired... But the more projects you do, the older you get, the more life experience you get, you start to understand storytelling better. So you're a little bit more confident going in. You're not afraid of getting fired. You just want to contribute.?

Prior to embarking on her European On the Run Tour with hubby Jay Z, Beyonce Knowles enjoyed some downtime during an Italian holiday.
The ?Run the World? singer just posted a few snapshots of her family getaway via social media and while she appears to be having fun in her skimpy bikini, Knowles likely had the images doctored up before uploading them.
Of course, a slew of critics took to Twitter to voice their disapproval of Queen Bey?s digital editing decision, especially given that she is already so desirable.
One user wrote, ?Why the hell is Beyonce photoshopping in a thigh gap?? while another declared, ?Questionable thigh gap there, Bey. #photoshop #wonkystep #beyonce.?

Racking up the frequent flyer miles, Reese Witherspoon showed up at LAX International Airport to catch an outbound flight on Tuesday (September 16).
The ?Cruel Intentions? actress was all smiles as she stepped out of a black chauffeured SUV in her denim jacket, wide brim hat and black skinny jeans.
And given her experience flying the friendly skies, Reese brought along some food from Le Pain Quotidien so she wouldn?t have to eat airplane fare.
Earlier this week, Reese and her costars from ?The Good Lie? paid a visit to ?The Queen Latifah Show? to promote their new flick.

People Magazine has released their Best Dressed List for 2014, and OMG is it bland. Really, ridiculously bland. Taylor Swift is this year?s best dressed lady. YES, that Taylor Swift. To be honest, I think Swifty?s style has greatly improved over the past year, especially since she moved to New York and she?s been doing the millennial Sex & the City thing, with lots of leggy photo-ops in short skirts and good shoes. She?s moved away from J.Mendel princess frocks in pastel colors for EVERY appearance, but let?s not pretend that ?most improved? is the same as ?best dressed.?
When the Style team gathered to choose the Best Dressed Star of the Year, one name kept coming up: Taylor Swift. She seems to have truly hit her style stride in the past 12 months, nailing every off-duty and red carpet look, whether it’s sweet separates or dazzling designer gowns like this Gucci Premire design at the Grammys. And we’re not the only ones giving fashion props to the singer; model BFF Karlie Kloss tells PEOPLE, “She’s got great style. I need to take some notes from her!”

Back in June, Taylor Swift announced that she had gotten her second cat, another Scottish fold kitty. Her first Scottish fold, Meredith Grey, is a few years old and as we know, Swifty totally owns the ?cat lady? stereotype. She named her new kitten Olivia Benson (after the Law & Order: SVU character) and Swifty immediately posted some adorable kitty photos on her Instagram.
So, with that in mind, here?s teenager (in cat years) Olivia Benson, out and about in NYC with Swifty yesterday. You know what these photos remind me of? Poor Mercy Kardashian, rest in peace. Back in 2012, when Kanye West and Kim Kardashian first got together for real, Kanye bought a small, fluffy white kitty for Kim. Kim named her ?Mercy? after Kanye?s single at the time. Kim wandered around Miami carrying poor Mercy and Mercy looked like she was scared to death most of the time. The photo-ops ended quickly and we found out later that Kim gave the cat away, claiming an ?allergy.? And poor Mercy died when she was only 4 months old.
Anyway, sorry to recap the whole Mercy Kardashian saga, but I still don?t understand why anyone carries around their cat in a busy city. While Olivia looks well-behaved (she poses for pap photos just like her mama), you still have a loose cat that you?re walking around with in Manhattan. Still? Olivia is one adorable kitteh.
