Out for a little family fun time, Orlando Bloom took his adorable son Flynn to Romp in Hollywood, CA on Thursday (April 11).
The "Pirates of the Caribbean" hunk looked casually cool in jeans and a t shirt while he was all smiles as he toted out his mini-me with wife Miranda Kerr following close behind.
Although Orlando was on daddy duty this afternoon, the 36-year-old actor stepped out solo on Wednesday evening to lend his talents to some charity work.
Joining other celebs like Katy Perry, January Jones and Chris Pine, Bloom attended the 2013 Coach Evening of Cocktails and Shopping in Santa Monica to help benefit the Children's Defense fund.

After wrapping up her anticipated flick "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire," Elizabeth Banks rocked the cover of Marie Claire's Career Supplement issue.
While striking a few poses for the Jenny Gage and Tom Betterton photo shoot, the "Pitch Perfect" beauty opened up about everything from being a working mom to approaching a new role.
"First of all, I have a home office," the 39-year-old actress explained. "I have two kids, and it means I get to put them down for their naps and be the person they wake up to."
While continuing to discuss her career, Miss Banks added, "When I'm actressing, which is my day job, and which I'm doing right now, I leave the house at 4:30 in the morning five days a week and I get home at 6, and hope to get two hours with them [her children] before they go to bed. So I'm slightly miserable about that."
In regards to taking on new characters, Elizabeth revealed, "I try not to repeat myself too often. Because it's a gamble. 'Fred Claus' had three Oscar winners in it. No business - it was a bad movie. So people ask, 'How do you plan it?' Nobody is planning anything. People make decisions on where they are right then. Sometimes you make a decision because the character just speaks to you in a way."

Shortly after the release of her cookbook where she says she gave up dairy, sugar and gluten to lose weight, people began speculating that she forced her kids and husband to go on the same diet.
That’s not entirely true. Paltrow explained onDr. Oz that her son doesn’t eat gluten or dairy because he has bad eczema.”My son has very bad eczema and he’s allergic to gluten and he’s allergic to cow dairy. I try, at home, to make everything gluten-free for him because the difference in his comfort is unbelievable when he’s sticking to what he’s meant to be eating.”
Besides that, they’re normal kids and even get to eat Oreos.”I don’t know where they get some of this stuff! They say I don’t give my kids carbs, and I’m feeding them seaweed… I have no idea. But they eat Oreos (cookies), too, and they’re normal kids.”
What do you have to say for yourselves now, you Negative Nancys? Sure, the Oreos are gluten and dairy free and the chocolate cookie is made from a soy-based equivalent and the whole thing just sort of flakes apart before it even reaches your mouth, but that’s neither here nor there.

It?s an exciting time for Alessandra Ambrosio as she adds another year to her age today (April 11), and last night she hit up STK Steakhouse with fianc Jamie Mazur.
The Victoria?s Secret stunner looked amazing in a short white dress teamed with tan stilettos as she enjoyed a pre-birthday dinner while taking a break from her motherly duties.
And it sounds like Alessandra is looking forward to the forthcoming Coachella Music Festival, as she posted a photo of herself at the gig back in 2010 to her Twitter account.
Along with the image, Ms. Ambrosio added the caption, ?#throwbackthursday #coachella 1 week to go...#funnn #music #rockandroll.?

| Gwyneth Paltrow: 'I won't do Botox again, I looked crazy. I looked like Joan Rivers!' | Added 11 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |
|
|
|
|
|
Gwyneth Paltrow covers the May issue of Harper?s Bazaar. Yes, she?s wearing the same Balenciaga bustier thing that Kristen Stewart wore MONTHS ago to an On the Road screening. I hate to say it, but Goop wore it better, although Kristen gets points for wearing it first! I can?t believe Bazaar would put Gwyneth in something LAST SEASON and something that was already worn by someone famous, to an event that got a lot of press. The whole thing is just so terribly gauche. *sniff*
Anyway, you can read Gwyneth?s full Bazaar piece here. The interview took place in London (of course!) and the piece is really ass-kissy. They call her a princess and a ?honey-limbed chatelaine?. Gross. Some highlights from the magazine:
She?s ?over? being in London: Having survived her 10th London winter (she got through January by assigning it “international month,” and amusing Moses and his big sister, Apple, 9, with a visiting Italian chef, Japanese anime screenings, and hand-rolled-sushi lessons, no less), Paltrow admits that her dreams of relocating the family to their recently acquired residence in Brentwood, California, are becoming ever more urgent. “Just to have my kids be in the sun every day?picking avocados, going for a swim,” she says. “Even for two years or something, and come back when they go to senior school.”
Turning 40 years old: “I’m at quite a pivotal point: Do I want to go back more into films? Do I want another child? Do I want to move back to the States?” Her wide blue-gray eyes flash me a look of amused self-knowledge. “You can call me a lot of things, but you can’t call me complacent!”
Working with Robert Downey Jr.: “It’s very alive. It doesn’t matter if we’re talking about robots or aliens, it doesn’t matter if it’s Shakespeare, if you’re working with someone of that quality, it’s very invigorating as an artist.?
Pepper Potts and Iron Man 3: “There’s a portion of the movie where something bad happens to me, and I lose clothes along the way, so essentially I’m wearing a bra and trousers.” Self-deprecating pause. “There are certain requirements, but luckily I have a good base because I work out often. I just had to not eat pasta and french fries the night before shooting?which I’m terrible at doing.”
Her skin: “I really used to be bad with products, but now I exfoliate every night and use a lot of organic oils on my face,” she confides. (She’s a Sonya Dakar fan.) “And I have a great dermatologist in L.A. who gave me this amazing laser the last time I was there. It’s called Thermage. It’s not invasive. I went out to dinner right afterward and I didn’t look crazy, but it’s quite painful. It feels like someone’s smacking your face with a rubber band that has an electric shock in it. But I would do it again, because I feel like it took five years off my face.”
Contradictions: As it happens, Paltrow and I share a London facialist (holistic queen Vaishaly Patel), which leads to talk of the lifestyle contradictions presented by the high-tech temptations of the beauty business. “I think it’s a mix,” she says honestly. “You know, I use organic products, but I get lasers. It’s what makes life interesting, finding the balance between cigarettes and tofu.
Botox & Plastic surgery: “I’ve probably tried everything,” she continues. “I would be scared to go under the knife, but you know, talk to me when I’m 50. I’ll try anything. Except I won’t do Botox again, because I looked crazy. I looked like Joan Rivers!”
Aging: “I don’t hold on to fear as much as I used to, because I’ve learned a lot about genuinely not caring what strangers think about me,” she says. “It’s very liberating. It’s very empowering, and I’ve learned a lot of that from Jay?Shawn Carter?Z, because his approach to life is very internal. It’s a very good lesson to learn.”
Random stuff? Her favorite TV shows: “New Girl and Homeland.” Guilty pleasure: “My one light American Spirit that I smoke once a week, on Saturday night.” Her regret: “Not finding my voice earlier in life.” On 10 years with Coldplay rocker Chris Martin: “We are growing into very similar people. It’s cool, it’s good. It’s not always easy, though!”
Giving advice to girlfriends: “I think that women, especially women in my job, come to me because they know I’m very loving and nonjudgmental and I’m not competitive, and I’ve been through a lot. And so they come round to talk about their stuff. I’m a bit of a mother hen. Everyone wants a home-cooked meal and to come over and talk about where they are in their life,” she says. “I love it, and I feel that I have the most incredible women friends, some who are super famous, some who I’ve had since I was four years old. I love it that people will call me up and say, ‘What do you think about this?,’ because my dad was very much that person for everyone in his life. So I feel like I’m carrying on my dad’s spirit in that way.”
Having another kid: “There are some films that I want to do, and I love my business and I want to expand that a lot. We’ll sort of see. I mean, if I want to have another kid, I gotta kind of get on it.” We discuss the domestic cocoon of new motherhood?and weighing the option of climbing back into the maternal nest. “But then you see a baby and you smell a baby!” she says, almost squealing. “And you’re like, ‘Yep, I do.’ I don’t know. It’s a very big decision, so we’ll see. Anyway, I’m not doing it this month!?
[From Harper?s Bazaar]
I?m surprised that Gwyneth only name-dropped Uncle Jay ? Shawn Carter ? Z in this interview and not Beyonce! I?ll admit that I laughed out loud at several points in the interview ? like when she was talking about her kids ?picking avocados?. My association with avocado-picking is that it relies heavily on undocumented workers working for less than minimum wage, and so I conjured up an image of Gwyneth literally taking her children to an avocado field to play with peasant day-laborers. As for the Botox and skincare talk? yeah, she did look crazy when she was Botoxing. I?m glad she?s admitting that.

| Anne Heche blogs about public temper tantrums: good advice or nothing new? | Added 11 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |
|
|
|
|
|
Crazy Anne Heche is a mommy blogger now. Yes, you read that correctly. She’s so nutty, and I don’t mean to slight anyone who has an actual, documented case of mental illness, but Anne is the one who titled her memoir, Call Me Crazy, while she discussed her famed alter-ego, Celestia, who came out during her 2000 breakdown. That’s all in the past though, hopefully, and I tend to think that she could very well be certifiable, but I think she was also begging for attention and framed herself in the manner most befitting.
Anne is still currently with her Men in Trees co-star, James “McTreemy” Tupper, and they have been engaged for years. Anne has a four year-old son, Atlas, with James, and she is also mother to Homer, 11, whose father is Coley Lafoon. Anne and Coley’s divorce was very acrimonious with Coley winning primary custody while Anne spent most of her time in Canada for work. She was very bitter about the situation and even dissed Coley repeatedly on Letterman, and she’s always seemed quite angry that she has to pay Coley child support. Again, that’s something that Anne would like us to forget as she writes her mommy blogging series for People. In this heavily edited excerpt (which was previously a rambling book with “????” and “!!!!” in abundance), Anne describes how she dealt with a public temper tantrum on the part of Atlas. She frames the incident as one where she felt guilty about being a working mother, so she took Atlas to a toy store where he had a meltdown:
When Attie is upset, his face starts to get red before actual sounds come out. Gradually he manages to emit sputters, umphs and crazy-hot emotional spits which erupt as a precursor to his eventual verbal declaration.
Apparently a skate-boarding-parachute-guy was NOT the toy that Atlas had hoped for. The fit began with not wanting the skateboard part to be attached to the guy part and then the fury traveled its way up the body of skateboard guy to the parachute part, that was apparently NOT supposed to be connected to the guy AT ALL — shoulders, head or otherwise. Attie set off immediately to disconnect ALL parts.
All of Larchmont was listening. “I don’t want this toy, I want another toy!” he cried. Mommy conundrum: Do I escape this tantrum easily and without much embarrassment by allowing my newly-turned 4-year-old to bully and manipulate me into getting him another toy? Or do I do the appropriate thing and try to calmly pry him off the sidewalk, where he is now balled up, yelling that he wants the toy store to be his “new home” and attempt to parent him with discipline?
This is a tough one. I don?t like strangers to be staring at me, especially not while I anticipate my own internal decisions of motherhood with a snotty-nosed fit-fest happening in a corner on the sidewalk. I chose discipline. Self, that is. “Don?t cave, Anne,” I told myself over and over as I witnessed a groovy 20-something, clearly childless couple, wonder out loud, “Is that kid … lost?” And then catch themselves when I shook my head, and then wanted to scream, “Mommy attempting to parent correctly!” But I didn’t. It was written all over me. I was trying to be strong, but felt like a total and complete loser.
I managed to muster enough self-worth and will to know that a spoiled child is not what I wanted for Atlas’ life even more than I didn?t want it for mine. I remembered the wise words of a kind grandmother who once told me, “If you don’t control them at an early age, they will come to control you.”
And then a miracle happened: A beautiful woman who had avoided us on the sidewalk by taking the street, caught my eye just as Atlas was getting buckled in — and she winked at me. Atlas fell asleep within 30 seconds of the ride home. But this day, I had a renewed hope. A support system I never realized I have: Mommies are always out there, surrounding us and encouraging us, giving us strength and a wink when we most need it. We can trust it.
Look around — we are always there, witnessing and thanking you for being strong, parenting against all odds. You fighting the good fight for our children and their future as good, caring, loving citizens, and that?s what counts.
[From People]
This blog of Anne’s is nothing groundbreaking, of course. Nearly every parent out there has experienced the searing embarrassment of a child throwing a temper tantrum in the middle of a store or restaurant. It’s not a big deal, really; and although some people will glare at you as if you should never bring your child out in public, I think most people are understanding about the situation and realize that kids do this all the time. I have learned to tune out tantrum-throwing children in stores, but it does bother me when parents don’t seem to care if their kids are throwing fits on airplanes. Like, if I paid hundreds of dollars for my seat, the least you can do is shush your kid, not act like nothing is happening. Even if you have to bribe them a little bit to keep the peace on that flight, it’s worth it for the entire plane’s sake.
With that said, Anne does seem like a good mom though even if she’s acting as if she’s the first person in the world to encounter a public temper tantrum.

| Ivanka Trump is pregnant again, is she still going to work 16 hour days? | Added 11 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

|
According to the NY Post, Ivanka Trump, 31, is pregnant with her second child. Ivanka and her husband, Jared Kushner, welcomed daughter Arabella Rose about two years ago, and she’s spoken of her wish to have more children. She’s also talked about how she regularly works 16 hour days, didn’t intend on taking more than two weeks maternity leave with her last pregnancy, and how she finds it harder to be with her daughter on the weekends than to be in the office. She just made some of those comments to Redbook recently, a href=”http://www.celebitchy.com/290021/ivanka_trump_works_16_hour_days_i_think_it_makes_me_a_better_mom_when_im_home/”>we reported on it last week, so I’m surprised to hear this news. Here’s more:
Donald Trump is set to become a grandfather again ? his daughter Ivanka Trump is pregnant with her second child, sources exclusively tell Page Six. We?re told Ivanka and her husband, Jared Kushner, are delighted that she?s expecting and due in the fall. The source added, ?Ivanka is starting to tell friends and family about her pregnancy.? The couple already have daughter Arabella Rose, who turns 2 in July. Ivanka recently told Forbes that she would ?love to have three children, maybe four.?
[From The NY Post]
I’ll give basically the same response I gave to Ivanka’s interview last week – this is her prerogative. She’s not preaching about the superiority of her way of life, she’s just explaining how she does it. If she wants to have kids and still be a workaholic that’s her choice. Many of you pointed out that men with children regularly work insane hours and that no one ever questions them. Plus, Ivanka’s office is very close to her home/penthouse from what she’s said. If she wants to let her nannies be with the kids most of the time and she’s not fronting like she’s some kind of supermom, then that’s cool with me.
Personally, the longest I’ve ever worked was a 12 hour shift at a gas station when I was college, but that’s much different from the lavish office where Ivanka Trump runs her growing empire. That 12 hour shift was hell. Working from home is much different, and I get to move around and take breaks whenever I want. That’s probably how Ivanka feels about her office, it’s her home away from home except she doesn’t have as many distractions. Congratulations to Ivanka and Jared on their happy news!

| Miranda Kerr didn't get fired from Victoria's Secret, she decided to step down' | Added 11 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |
|
|
|
|
|
Yesterday, I discussed the Us Weekly story claiming that Miranda Kerr had been ?fired? (or not offered another contract) from Victoria?s Secret. One source claimed that Miranda has a ?difficult reputation? and another said she?s ?not a big seller for VS.? Some of you believed those explanations, some of you did not. I tried to give Miranda the benefit of the doubt because? well, I?m not sure why I tried to take her side. I just felt like that Us Weekly story ? while amazing, interesting gossip ? was sort of mean and one-sided.
As you?ve probably read on Bedhead?s Orlando Bloom post earlier today, Miranda has already begun to push back on the story. The president of Victoria?s Secret issued a statement calling Us Weekly?s story crap, basically. And today?s Page Six has some (suspicious) pro-Kerr quotes:
Supermodel Miranda Kerr was not fired as a Victoria?s Secret Angel for ?being difficult? but is stepping down because she could not devote enough time to the demanding brand, sources exclusively tell Page Six.
Talks between the lingerie line and the Australian beauty fell apart last week because VS was asking busy model Kerr to devote three months a year to promoting their sexy brand.
But a source with knowledge of the situation told us: ?The problem was the time commitment. Victoria?s Secret usually asks the girls who are Angels to commit three months in a particular year to the brand.
?But Miranda has become a big star ? she recently signed a deal with airline Qantas and has just replaced Kate Moss as the face of Spanish fashion line Mango,? our source continued.
?While she loves Victoria?s Secret, the time commitment they needed from her as an Angel became too much for her to fulfill. Exactly the same thing happened with Gisele Bundchen and Heidi Klum ? their careers became huge, and there were other opportunities which made being an Angel full-time impossible.
?Anyone who says otherwise about Miranda, it?s just sour grapes. She is still going to walk in the show this year, and is still committed to the brand, but their relationship is evolving.?
Other sources tell us Kerr, who has a 2-year-old son, Flynn, with husband Orlando Bloom, also needs the freedom to travel to be with Bloom when he?s filming on location. Her rep declined to comment.
While media insiders whisper that a story of Kerr ?being difficult? was planted by those with an ax to grind, Victoria?s Secret?s chief marketing officer Ed Razek leapt to her defense.
He said in a statement, ?Miranda Kerr is one of the best models in the history of the business ? and easily one of the most popular. She is also a consummate professional. Any rumors to the contrary are simply untrue. We have no plans to stop working with her.? Razek added that Kerr will still walk the runway in the 2013 show.
[From Page Six]
Do I believe that Miranda is so razzle-dazzle amazeballs and she?s the most in-demand model in the world and THAT is why she?s not going to do much Angel stuff anymore? Eh. I think the truth is probably a happy-medium between yesterday?s Us Weekly story and this Page Six piece. I think VS probably was looking to push Miranda out, and they didn?t offer her a new contract. And maybe Miranda was fine with it because she does have other time commitments and career options. I think it?s funny that Miranda?s career is now being compared to Heidi Klum and Gisele Bundchen? um, really?

| Gwyneth Paltrow claims her critics are 'insane' and 'just being sensationalist' | Added 11 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

|
Here are some photos of Gwyneth Paltrow yesterday in NYC, in and around the Good Morning America studio, where she filmed a segment. What?s great about the interview ? and props to GMA ? is that it?s not just ?OMG, Gwyneth looks amazing and she can cook, how charming?. The interviewer asks Goop some direct questions about whether or not Gwyneth is starving her kids, whether Gwyneth has eliminated everything from her diet permanently and whether it really costs $300 a day to eat like Goop. She also had some harsh words for book critics who have almost universally thrown shade at Lady Goop. Here?s the interview:
Unfortunately your browser does not support IFrames.

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow has taken aim at critics slamming her new cookbook for her alleged costly recipes, insisting sensational bloggers are spreading rumors just to get attention.
The Oscar winner?s latest culinary guide, ?It?s All Good,? which was released earlier this month, has been panned by reviewers for offering menu ideas that include pricey ingredients such as duck eggs and Manuka honey.
One critic at Yahoo.com estimated it would cost around $300 a day to feed a family based on a selection of Paltrow?s recipes, but on Wednesday Paltrow defended her book during an appearance on ?Good Morning America,? where she demonstrated how to cook up some of her favorite dishes.
She said, ?That is insane. I mean this meal here is like $2 a person so I don?t know where they?re getting (that from). I say I like honey, like raw honey, and a jar is $25, but it lasts for two years. So they were just being sensationalist. There is a lot of inches of column that people need to fill and a lot of times they just try to get attention and say things that aren?t true, unfortunately.?
And the mom-of-two insists people can always find alternatives to keep the cost down: ?For example, I like to use organic chicken, but it?s more expensive ? you don?t have to.?
[From SF Gate]
If you actually watch the video (and I would suggest watching the first 2 minutes at least), you can see Gwyneth physically WINCE when she mentions how the peasants can eat non-organic food and when she?s defending her cookbook against the tide of negative press. It?s pretty funny. This is what you get, Gwyneth, when you climb off your pedestal to interact with the peasantry. Nothing but shade, girl. She was expecting thanks from a grateful nation, and all she got was shade.
What I find weird is that most of the shade thrown at Gwyneth is because people are simply reacting to the crazy sh-t she says. Like, she talks about not feeding her kids carbs at all and just deciding one day (on the advice of the one nutritionist who told her what she wanted to hear) that she and her kids needed to be on this crazy ?elimination diet?. And then when people reacted with horror, her new story is that we overreacted and we?re just making things up, and of course her children eat Oreos and such. Gwyneth went on Dr. Oz yesterday too and she flat-out changed her story completely! And so it?s our fault when we report on what she originally said?
Oh, and here are some images from Gwyneth?s new Max Factor campaign. CENTER PART. Ugh.

| Halle Berry: 'With another baby on the way, Mama cannot take time off!' | Added 11 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |
|
|
|
|
|
I just spent way too long staring at Halle Berry?s chest in these photos. These pics are from April 8 ? Halle was in Buenos Aires, Argentina for the South American premiere of The Call. The dress is Roberto Cavalli? is it lined? Or are we seeing Halle Nip? I really can?t tell if it?s a trick of the lighting or what.
Anyway, as everybody knows now, Halle is pregnant. I wouldn?t have been able to determine that from these photos at all ? she has a tiny little bump, barely noticeable. In her first interview since her pregnancy announcement, Halle said that her second pregnancy was ?the biggest surprise of my life? Thought I was kind of past the point where this could be a reality for me. So it?s been a big surprise and the most wonderful.? I nit-picked that statement a few days ago, trying to figure out if Halle was actually surprised by the pregnancy or surprised that she got pregnant with fertility treatments. In this week?s Us Weekly, ?sources? claim that Halle was ?definitely trying? for a baby but at first she didn?t realize she was pregnant, she thought she was going through menopause.
Us Weekly also claims that Halle has made Olivier sign a ?baby prenup? with basically says that Olivier will always provide financial support for the baby even if they break up. I was already doubting that, mostly because I don?t think Halle is self-aware enough to admit that she and Olivier will ever split. But Halle has already gone to TMZ to deny that the ?baby prenup? exists. So? yeah, I was right. She?s not that self-aware. It?s also strange to me because I was under the impression that Halle is wealthy one in that relationship, and while Olivier probably has saved his money, Halle is flat-out rich. Interestingly enough, Halle spoke about money and her career with E! News in a new interview:
Here’s one thing we can expect from expectant mom Halle Berry once she’s done expecting: She won’t go MIA. The actress famously went on a four-year hiatus after the birth of her daughter Nahla in 2008, choosing to withdraw from the Hollywood spotlight in order to savor the joys of being a first-time parent.
Flash-forward five years later, and the 46-year-old actress once again has on the baby way, as she an fianc Olivier Martinez await the arrival of their first child together, a son. But this time around, don’t expect the Oscar winner to pull a disappearing act once the baby is born.
Berry exclusively tells E! News that she vows to continue taking on movie roles postbaby.
“Well, one thing is for sure: I better keep working!” she quipped during a stopover in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to promote her new movie The Call. “With another baby on the way, Mama cannot take time off!”
In other words, Mama’s gotta pay the bills! Kidding aside, the star explains that she’s approaching Baby No. 2 with a workaholic vigor.
“I think that when I had my first child, my daughter, I took off a good four years because it was something new to me,” she says. “It was my first time, it was something I tried really hard to do…This time, when I have the baby, I’ll keep walking!”
As for the kinds of projects she plans to accept?
“I don’t think being a mother now should affect my choices as an artist,” she tells us. “There are a certain things I do that my kids should not see.”
That said, Berry looks forward to continue pursuing a range of rich and meaningful roles, spinning performances that her children can appreciate in due time.
“I don’t think being a mom now makes me only wanna do Disney movies and not do great R-rated films,” she notes. “Those are things they are gonna see in a proper time in life”
[From E! News]
Halle is also due to film a supporting role (or it could be a cameo) in X-Men: Days of Future Past at some point in the coming months, so I guess she?s letting Bryan Singer know that this baby won?t affect that. Considering she still looks like she?s in her early 30s, I?m assuming she?ll be able to work in her standard ?beautiful woman? roles for several more years. And then maybe she?ll move on to meaty character work? Sure. Why not.

At this point, I think all of us have gotten used to the familiar tradition of Celebrity Mothering. As soon as a (usually B-list) celebrity has a baby, suddenly they are in the Mom Business, and they start mommy-blogging, mommy-shilling or developing some projects involving motherhood and babies or whatever. Jessica Alba is a good example of this. Nicole Richie is another great example. Gwyneth Paltrow is too, although I think her shtick is less about motherhood (motherhood plays a part, though) and more about Gwyneth wanting to ?advise? peasants on what they?re doing wrong. I can?t go onto People Magazine without seeing some B-list or C-list ?mommy? doing some blogging for the site, and on and on.
So what happens when the celebrity mom is A-list and she has a full career as, you know, an actress? What happens when the celebrity mom is Michelle Williams?
Michelle Williams’ passion project won’t be shown on-screen anytime soon, but that doesn’t mean the Oz the Great and Powerful actress is any less proud of it. Williams, 32, recently told Paper magazine that her biggest off-screen project right now is raising her 7-year-old daughter, Matilda.
“Raising the kid is the work, yeah. And it’s amazing, and it’s the ultimate creative act,” she told the publication at the Kate Young for Target party on Tuesday, April 9. “That’s my side project and my center project.”
Matilda is Williams’ daughter with her late ex, actor Heath Ledger.
Williams, who debuted an edgy new haircut at the star-studded event, added that for her, she enjoys concentrating all her energy into only a few things at a time.
“I wish I had side projects!” she said of pursuing other passions outside of work. “I’m kind of like a ‘one thing at a time’ girl. I can’t really take on [more]. I wish I was one of those people who’s also taking lots of photos and going to cooking classes. But I just work and raise the kid. That’s all I can do.”
The Blue Valentine actress quietly split with boyfriend Jason Segel earlier this year after just under a year of dating. The A-list couple maintained a low-profile romance throughout their relationship, with Segel only speaking vaguely about Williams in an interview with Extra last April.
“I think we would just very much like to be happy,” he said at the time. “That’s all I’m going to say about it.”

To be fair to Michelle, I think she?s telling the truth ? she?s a single mom and an A-list actress, and I believe that she pretty much just spends her time working and mothering. To be fair to Michelle, I think she was just answering specific questions about her ?side projects?. But I also think she was throwing some subtle shade: ?I wish I was one of those people who’s also taking lots of photos and going to cooking classes. But I just work and raise the kid.? Ha! Hear that Goop? Michelle thinks your ?cooking classes? are adorable. She wishes she had time to do that kind of stuff, but she?s too busy being an in-demand actress.

Taking a break from her promotional duties, Halle Berry grabbed a bite to eat on Wednesday (April 10) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Rocking a pair of black leather pants and a black blouse under a white blazer, the ?Monsters Ball? mom-to-be showed just a hint of a baby bump as she headed inside Antiquarius Restaurant.
Earlier in the day, the ?X-Men? actress attended a photocall for her upcoming film ?The Call,? much to the delight of her Brazilian fans.
Already in theaters in the United States, the motion picture follows a 911 operator who must deal with her past to help save a child?s life.

After spending some time on the set of "Good Morning America," Gwyneth Paltrow headed outside to enjoy the rest of the beautiful sunny day in New York City on Wednesday (April 10).
The "Shakespeare in Love" beauty rocked a black-and-white dress accompanied with black heels as she made her way past the awaiting shutterbugs.
While having some fun on the famous morning show, Miss Paltrow dished to everyone about meeting Demi Lovato, and showed off her Twitter snapshot of the pair at the airport on Monday (April 8).
"She was in the airport lounge and I have seen 'Contagion' like ten times so I was like 'Oh God!'" Demi exclaimed about her new friend.
"And, I sneezed on her as I walked by," Gwyneth said jokingly.
"And I dropped dead, I dropped dead," Demi laughed.
Gwyneth also revealed that her daughter is one of Demi's biggest fans. "It was very exciting because my daughter actually introduced me to Demi's music and now we're all big fans in our house."

Bringing along the comforts of home to make her tour a great personal experience, Taylor Swift arrived at American Airlines Arena in Miami with her cat and her mother on Wednesday (April 10).
The "I Knew You Were Trouble" singer waved to fans in a breezy light-colored dress and tan flats as she carried her feline friend Meredith in her carrier while her mom Andrea Finlay followed behind.
Though she may be fond of lying around the hotel room, the 23-year-old songstress put her purring pal to work this week.
Ahead of the Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday, Taylor posted a photo of Meredith lying in the windowsill with a message reading "voteACM.com" along with the caption, "So.. This is happening right now in my hotel room."

Picking up some morning fuel, Jennifer Garner grabbed a cup of Joe and a smoothie from Starbucks for herself and husband Ben Affleck on Wednesday (April 10).
The "Butter" star looked cute in a purple and black striped sweater, blue jeans, and brown boots as she carried out the drinks to her hubby in the car.
As the 40-year-old actress heads back to work this summer, Ben is preparing to get back in shape to switch to primary caretaker of their three children.
On Monday, the "Argo" star told People, "Jennifer is going back to work and she told me to go to the gym."
