It?s about how it?s smart for a celebrity to dress according to the genre of movie she?s attending (action movie: dress slutty, rom-com: dress like a Valentine, superhero movie: primary colors, Oscar-bait movie: award-like metallics). Sandra Bullock kinda went with the sci-fi-appropriate minimal white with metallic accents (the Princess Leia, if you will) for this premiere, but we have to give it to Emma for really taking that theme and running with it.

Get ready, y’all. We took a day off from Miley Cyrus coverage yesterday, but Bangerz comes out next week. That means the Miley saturation will get worse before it gets better. Tonight, MTV will air Miley: The Movement, a documentary which promises to show the “real” Miley. Whatever that means. You can see the trailer below and listen to Miley talk about how she “just needed to let go of the past in a way, so I felt like I could be the bad bitch I am.” She claims her VMA performance was “a strategic hot mess” because “people take the VMAs so seriously.” She’s trying to say she meant to look like a total weirdo, and the joke’s been on the audience all along. Well Miley’s red-nailed foam finger is selling out on Amazon, which means there’s gonna be a whole lot of people twerking this Halloween.
Miley’s currently in NYC taking photos of her own billboards and preparing to host this weekend’s SNL. It will be epic.
She has somehow managed to evade the paparazzi so far. Quite interestingly, Liam Hemsworth is also in New York. He just dropped $3800 at a sports bar with his buddies. He did a little shopping. God, he looks so happy to see the paps.
Oh and there was a fake story circulating a few days ago (and I won’t link it) about how Miley was supposedly preggers with Juicy J’s baby. I don’t know if Larry Rudolph had anything to do with this rumor, but Miley handled the “news” well.

She?s been having a blast at the various PFW festivities, and this morning (October 2) Miranda Kerr was back at it again.
The gorgeous Aussie poser garnered plenty of attention in her lovely silk printed dress with black leather thigh-high boots as she strolled off to a runway show.
In the new issue of Cosmopolitan magazine, Miranda gushed, "My life is more balanced than ever. There was so much rejection in the beginning. Models are some of the most insecure people I?ve ever met. They?re constantly being told they?re not good enough. You?ve really got to practice loving yourself."
"I believe in a balance and I try to live my life that way. Like, 80 percent healthy and organic and 20 percent indulgent. We're here, we're human ? it's good to be able to have a little indulgence. You do the best you can and make conscious decisions."

These are photos of Sarah Michelle Gellar outside the Letterman show yesterday to promote her new show, The Crazy Ones. I’m not wild about peplum at all, and matchy-matchy outfits usually drive me insane. Somehow I like how this white dress contains a peplum that gets all matchy matchy with SMG’s shoes. Is that crazy? Sometimes two wrongs do make a right.
Anyway, Sarah is promoting The Crazy Ones, which is her newest television show that also co-stars Robin Williams. He covered Parade a few short weeks ago and seems like a great person. Sarah talks a lot about him in her new Parade interview. Then she goes off on a bit of a rant about childhood vaccinations. Sarah’s very pro-vaccine unlike Jenny McCarthy’s sketchy, slightly murky stance. This could get interesting:
Starting over with a new show: “I?m so nervous and so excited. It?s a weird combination. I think it?s like getting married. You can?t wait for the day and you?re so excited, but you?re also really, really nervous about the day. We?ve worked really hard. The episodes get better and better and I?m really proud of it, and I?m excited to finally get to share it with everybody. I hope they laugh. In our profession, you have to be so careful. You can be torn apart so easily, just as much as you can be brought up, you can be torn down. I advise anyone in my position to be very careful with what you read and what you watch and what you listen to. For me, I don’t make a show for the critics, I make it for the fans, and I just hope they like it.”
Life on The Crazy Ones set: “It’s a big party! I’ve been doing this job for 32 years, and I?ve never had this much fun. I mean, literally, I am the luckiest. I keep pinching myself. I am so grateful for everything in my life, because this is the most fun I’ve ever had at work.”
Working with Robin Williams: “That is the bucket list, to work with an Academy Award-winning actor and one of the greatest standup comics of all time. I was so nervous meeting him. I mean, he’s a legend! The first time I met him, he leaned over at the table read and said to me, ‘I’m so nervous.’ And I was like, ‘What? Yeah, I’m pretty nervous too.’ But to my kids, he’s Uncle Robin. To me, he’s the kindest, most generous comedian, actor, and person. He calls me every night on the way home: How did I feel about the work? Did I get home in time to see the kids? How are the kids? What do they want for their birthdays? If I went on and gloated about him the way I want to, you would totally think I was making him up.”
How to keep a straight face around Robin: “I do the best I can, and after every episode we have outtakes, and all of America can witness how hard it is to keep a straight face. Honestly, as good as the episodes are, the part we all wait for as a crew is to see what they outtakes use. A lot of them they can?t put on network television. Maybe they’ll do a red band DVD one day of the outrageous outtakes.”
Her new character: “For my character, it’s about finding her inner crazy one. Robin’s character is crazy, and he’s afraid he’s losing the sanity to the crazy, and my character is trying to find her inner crazy. That’s something that I had to learn, because I?ve been working since I was a young child, and I took things so seriously. Then you have children, and you have to learn to let go a little bit and find the inner crazy.”
Balancing career & work: “It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done, working and having children and wanting to be as present as you can for the children, and as present as you can for your job. It’s very, very difficult. There’s no such thing as a supermom. We just do the best we can. That’s why I’m here today, because if there’s one extra thing I can do to save one child, ten children, or a thousand children from pertussis, then that?s what I’m going to do.”
The importance of vaccinations: “Having children is the greatest gift anyone?s ever given me, and if I can help protect anyone else?s gift, then it?s not just my pleasure, but it?s my responsibility to do it. Every person can say, ‘Oh, I wanted to go visit my friend?s newborn, but I had a cold so I didn’t go.’ Well, why would you also potentially expose them to something they can’t fight? And the best way to stop the spread of pertussis is with the Tdap booster. [Whooping cough] is an epidemic at this point, which is an incredibly scary word, and there’s so much going on in your world as a new parent. You’re so overwhelmed with information and I just thought this is a great way that I could help.”

I can’t help but agree with Sarah Michelle on the importance of vaccinations. You might not agree, but some diseases that were nearly eradicated are making a comeback because not every parent believes in vaccinating their children. Kids are out there suffering when modern medicine can help them with a quick prick of a needle. Some people (like McCarthy) do believe that autism is caused by the MMR vaccine in its combined form. That’s got nothing to do with the whooping vaccine of course. It’s hard to argue with anyone on the issue because both sides are so heated.
Beyond the serious stuff, can you imagine working with Robin Williams? That could very well drive me crazy. I laugh a lot with Kaiser and CB, but Robin is in a whole other league of side-splitting humor. I’d be so worried about him pulling out the Patch Adams red nose at every opportunity.

I don?t even have words for how much Riccardo Tisci (the chief designer for Givenchy and Kanye West?s BFF) must hate Kim Kardashian. Do we even know for sure Riccardo is gay? Because no self-respecting gay man would allow his female ?date? for a major event to look like this. IN PARIS. These are pics of Kim and Riccardo at last night?s Parisian premiere of Mademoiselle C, a documentary about Carine Roitfeld (former editor of Vogue Paris, current editor of CR Fashion Book, etc).
Obviously, Kim?s dress is Givenchy (Hubert Givenchy is rolling over in his grave as we speak). It is AWFUL. I?m not even focusing on the cleavage, which is trashy, but just the design of the dress is completely terrible! Look at the skirt!!! This is some cheap, budget design work. Tisci is the worst thing to happen to a major fashion house since?? As for Kim? I just feel bad for her, I really do. She?s just doing whatever Kanye tells her to do. And Kanye thought this looked good. Kanye thinks this is high-fashion. Anyway ? there are photos of Kim at the airport, so at last she?s flying back to her baby.
More photos from the Mademoiselle C premiere ? no one looked good. Angie Harmon wore Valentino. This looks SO cheap.
And here?s Kate Upton in a lace gown which does not really suit her figure at all. She looks dowdy, not sexy. And she looks like a doily barfed on her.

Here are some more photos of Kim Kardashian out and about yesterday in Paris. Man, this is an extended trip, right? I thought Kim and Yeezus were only going to be in Paris for one or two nights, but maybe they?re going to make a week out of it. Kim was showing off her figure in this elegant Canadian tuxedo with a genuinely lovely pale Pink coat. Honestly, I don?t hate this outfit, I just think it?s wrong for Paris Fashion Week. I also think Kim could probably button one more button, because her bra is hanging out.
I?ve seen people ask me in the comments to say something about whether Kim has had some post-baby plastic surgery to her face. I don?t really know what to say ? usually, I?m decent at detecting when someone?s face has changed in some subtle or pronounced way, but I?m drawing a blank here. It could be that I?m so inured to Kim?s kat-face that I don?t even notice new work. Or it could be that some of you are thrown off by her blonde hair, which really does change the look of her face. If you told me that Kim had absolutely gotten something done? I would say that she?s probably had something done to her nose. It maybe looks slimmer and more ?upturned? than usual.
There?s been a very pronounced sigh of relief from nearly every gossip blog and celebrity entertainment site this week, by the way. Ol? Kat-face Kardashian is back! Thank God we have Kim Kardashian to get us through this horrible government shutdown. If it weren?t for Kim and her old-school shenanigans, we might actually have to pay attention to the real news. Thankfully, those Washington stunt-queens could take a few lessons from Kim. Kim made a triumphant return to Instagram ? go here to see her new posts. She posted photos of all of the free baby clothes various designers had sent her/given to her while she and Yeezus were making the rounds. But the rumors have persisted because A) a lot of people don?t think much further than ?she wears pants? and ?she?s not a girly-girl? and B) Michelle has had a few seemingly close, intimate relationships with women. But now Michelle is finally nailing down some specifics about her sexuality, and she?s basically saying that we?ve been asking her the wrong question this whole time. She?s NOT a lesbian. She?s bisexual.
After years of having fans speculate over her sexuality, Michelle Rodriguez is putting the rumors to rest. In a new interview with Entertainment Weekly, on stands now, the 35-year-old Fast & Furious 7 actress opens up about her love life and says she understands why her fans are curious.
“I’ve never walked the carpet with anyone, so they wonder: What does she do with her vagina?” she tells EW. “Plus, I play a butchy girl all the time, so they assume I’m a lesbo.”
Are their assumptions correct? “Eh, they’re not too far off,” Rodriguez says. “I’ve gone both ways. I do as I please. I am too f–king curios to sit here and not try when I can. Men are intriguing. So are chicks.”
The Machete Kills star has been rumored to have dated Fast and the Furious costar Vin Diesel, S.W.A.T costar Olivier Martinez (Halle Berry’s now husband and baby daddy) and Bloodrayne actress Kristanna Loken. At the 2011 premiere of Battle Los Angeles, Rodriguez was asked by Rumorfix to clarify gay rumors. “I’m not a lesbian . . . yeah,” she said, and joked, “Michi likes sausage.”
In the Summer 2013 issue of Cosmopolitan for Latinas, Rodriguez said she wasn’t dating anyone at the time. “I’m attracted to manly men,” she said. “I can’t do metrosexuals who get their nails done more than me. Which is why, living in L.A. for eight years, you can’t blame me for not having a partner!”

Is this surprising? Not really. I took her at her word that she ?liked sausage? but I also thought she had probably dated some ladies along the way too. Looks like I was right! I think this is common enough, especially among women ? Michelle is ?mostly? into men, but sometimes a lady will strike her fancy and she doesn?t have any issue with exploring all of her options. Good for her.

There were a lot of big-name celebrity women at last night?s NYC premiere of Gravity. At first I thought, ?Oh, that?s nice, ladies came out to support Sandra Bullock!? But really, I think some of these ladies came out for George Clooney, because they heard he was in the market for a new girlfriend. Which made it extra-funny to see Katie Holmes there! What if Katie Holmes and George Clooney had a fling?! The gossip universe would meltdown.
As for Sandra, she wore this Giambattista Valli Resort 2014 dress and Giuseppe Zanotti sandals. I?m okay with the dress but I loathe those shoes. While promoting Gravity at the film festivals, Sandra had been wearing more color and it was so good ? I?m sad to see her go back to monochromatic stuff. Clooney looks very dapper too ? this is the best he?s looked in a while, right?
Emma Watson was at the premiere ? she wore this really cute little J.Mendel dress. This a great little dress!
Here?s Katie Holmes in hot pink. I don?t have the designer ID for this. She looks good in this color, but I?d like to see something different with her hair. It looks like she put her greasy, unwashed hair into a high ponytail, which is so wrong because Katie actually does have lovely, thick hair. Update: the dress is Azzedine Alaia.

I?m an American and I look at this photo and I think it represents the douchey side of America. This guy is sitting in a nice Parisian restaurant with a f?king Yankees hat? Dude, you’re NOT Jay-Z. Only Jay can pull that off in Paris. And they?re both wearing sunglasses? American douchebags. Anyway, Ol? Keibler hooked another rich guy. Good for her, I guess. I always figured she was smarter than Elisabetta Canalis and this just proves it ? I really believe George bought Stacy an apartment and she feathered her nest very well while she was with George, so now she?s in a position to be a bit choosy. In career news, the 36-year-old actress is excited to be starring in a new CBS comedy, "The Crazy Ones," with Robin Williams ??It?s like a wedding day. I am so excited and so nervous about it at the same time," she gushed.
Per the synopsis, the show follows Zach Cropper, a confident and charming copywriter at the ad agency run by Simon and his daughter, Sydne.

Possibly as a distraction from the rest of her body which she’s probably desperately trying to get back into shape.
