| | Kim Kardashian went to Mexico for a stem-cell treatment on her back & shoulder | | Added 87 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

It feels like Kim Kardashian has been less thirsty now that she?s in her 40s. I mean, she?s still a famewhore and all of that, but she can go weeks and sometimes months without making news or causing a commotion on social media or in real life. Still, when she does make news, it?s usually for something awful, like her appearance at Lauren Sanchez?s wedding, or making shapewear for your face. Well, Kim is making news in recent days because of an Instagram post. Apparently, she went down to Mexico for an experimental stem-cell treatment on her? shoulder. There are so many odd details to this story, and I?m not sure I believe any part of it other than ?Kim went to Mexico for a medical procedure.?
Kim Kardashian has been slammed by fans after the reality star talked about traveling internationally to receive stem cell treatment on her Instagram, with commenters telling her, ?we?re poor,? and reminding her, ?We?re not all billionaires unfortunately.?
The reality star, 44, posted a photo to Instagram on August 8 where she shared her ?stem cell journey,? saying treatment with Dr. Adeel Khan at Eterna Health helped treat her shoulder after she tore a muscle two years ago while lifting weights.
Kardashian said she was in ?debilitating pain? and ?tried everything to find relief.? She went on to praise Dr. Khan and stem cell therapy, claiming ?the results were immediate. I regained full range of motion, and my shoulder has felt completely normal ever since.?
She shared that she returned to Dr. Khan to treat ?chronic back pain,? again praising stem cell treatment for freeing her from ?unbearable pain.? ?If you?re struggling with back pain, I can?t recommend this treatment enough it?s transformed my life when I thought my body was breaking down.?
However, she had to travel to Mexico for this treatment, which isn?t available in the U.S. The cost of shoulder stem cell therapy in Mexico ranges from $4,000-$15,000, according to Global Stem Cell Therapy. The cost of the treatment, plus travel expenses, prompted an outcry on social media from commenters.
?Hey Kim, we?re poor,? wrote one person ? whose comment had more than 5 thousand likes.
?Kim, theres people that are dying,? wrote another ? a reference to sister Kourtney?s infamous cut-down of her sister after Kim began crying over a lost diamond earring in an iconic Keeping Up with the Kardashians scene.
?We?re not all billionaires unfortunately,? wrote another, and another observed, ?She tells the story like we all can relate?oh I?ll just fly to Mexico to have some special procedure done by some special doctor.?
[From People]
Do you think she was receiving stem-cell treatments for a bad back and bum shoulder? The one thing I don?t doubt is that she had some medical procedures in Mexico, and if she insists that it was stem-cell treatment on those body parts, so be it, and I can?t prove otherwise. Still, I have questions. Isn?t it odd that she posted this on Instagram? Like, is she getting the procedures done for free in exchange for the promotion? And why are Kim and Khloe both wearing sunglasses in a doctor?s office/surgical suite? How often do the Kardashians run down to Mexico for medical procedures?

Here are some photos of Jennifer Lopez last month, as she left Budapest and arrived in Italy. She?s been on a 19-city tour in Europe this summer, and this week, she was in Istanbul for another big concert. Apparently, she had time before her show to do some shopping at Istinye Park, which is a shopping mall full of upscale shops and boutiques. Jennifer tried to enter the Chanel boutique? but she was turned away. Oh nooooo.
Jennifer Lopez was reportedly refused entry into an international Chanel store ? and had a surprising reaction. The A-lister was out shopping at Istanbul?s Istinye Park ? one of the Turkish city?s upscale shopping malls ? on Monday when she approached the Chanel store, according to Turkiye Today.
A security guard inside the boutique reportedly prevented Lopez from entering, which apparently didn?t phase her.
?OK, no problem,? the 56-year-old ? who stood out in a baby Pink set with matching sunglasses ?reportedly responded calmly before walking away without reaction.
Later, the store?s employees reportedly approached the pop star with an invitation to come back, but she declined. Instead, she spent her time and money ? reportedly totaling tens of thousands of dollars ? at neighboring fashion houses like Celine and Beymen, according to the outlet.
Lopez is on a 19-stop summer tour titled ?Up All Night? that began on July 8 in Vigo, Spain, and will conclude on Aug. 10 in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The singer has gushed on Instagram after almost every show but has yet to post about her Aug. 5 performance in Istanbul. Her reps did not immediately respond Page Six?s request for comment.
[From Page Six]
That?s the way to react not ?don?t you know who I am?? Just calmly shrug it off and make sure you spend money in every other store. It sounds like the actual Chanel boutique employees quickly realized the security guard?s error though. You think he?ll be fired? How do you not recognize Jennifer Lopez? And even if you don?t recognize her, if you?re a security guard at an upscale boutique, you should be much better at sizing up customers. J.Lo absolutely looks like a wealthy westerner who will spend serious money at a Chanel boutique.

| | Princess Kate interrupted her vacation to release a video she filmed months ago | | Added 91 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

|
Did you know that it?s been almost three full months since the Princess of Wales launched her latest initiative, a celebration of the four seasons? Back in May, Kensington Palace released a video, narrated by Kate, in celebration of nature and spring. KP briefed the media about Kate?s big plans to release videos for every season, all part of her new (?) initiative (?) to celebrate being outside (?). Well, Kate apparently got bored with ?commissioning videos about the seasons? after spring, because we?re still waiting on a ?summer? video. I bring this up because Kate and the Keenwell Foundation for Early Years and Buttons are ?backing? a video series to do with early childhood or something. The important thing is that Kate ?interrupted? her summer vacation to appear in a video which was filmed months ago.
It may be summer vacation time, but Kate Middleton is still keeping the youngest members of society top of mind. The Princess of Wales, 43, is backing a series of videos that help spread the right messages for building happier and healthier children, a key part of her royal work.
In a new message, Princess Kate says the first five years of someone?s life offers a sacred opportunity to transform our societies for the better by equipping those children to face the future. The films are available on the Centre for Early Childhoods YouTube channel starting Wednesday, August 6.
Kate ? who is currently on vacation with her husband Prince William, 43, and their three children, Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7 ? has taken a close role in the production of the short animated films that are designed for professionals and volunteers who work with babies, children and families. She spent time with two of the illustrators and met early years practitioners who have been involved in the development of the films, which are produced by Kates Centre for Early Childhood, during a creative workshop in June.
Photos from the meeting show the Princess of Wales, sporting a green suit, checking out the designs and discussing the series while seated around a table.
Her full message, shared on August 5, reads, ?Early childhood has been recognized as the golden opportunity to build strong foundations for future life, health and happiness. The new animated films from The Centre of Early Childhood showcase how adults can create nurturing, loving interactions with children, helping to foster social and emotional development during their earliest years, she continued. ?These core social and emotional skills are essential in forming healthy relationships and are fundamental building blocks that can carry us through life.
?That is why we want to raise the awareness of, and celebrate, the extraordinary value of everyday moments of connection which matter more than ever in a rapidly changing world, Kate said. ?Early childhood offers a sacred opportunity to transform our societies for the better and by nurturing these skills in our babies and children, we will be raising a younger generation better equipped to face the future.?
The six short films are designed to explain the science behind the everyday moments of connection that can have a long-term positive impact on a childs life, The Centre for Early Childhood explains.?
[From People]
Something that strikes me is that Kate didn?t bother to narrate the video announcement of this series, nor is she narrating the actual videos she commissioned or whatever. She just showed up in a terrible green suit and a matted wig and said ?good job? to the people organizing her busywork. It?s another reminder that? ?hiring people to do videos? is apparently royal work now. Kate?s part-time work schedule is now full of sh-t like this ?she asked someone to make a video.? And again, where is the Four Seasons video celebrating summer???
The science is clear: little moments matter. Our new series of animations, based on The Shaping Us Framework, explores how early brain development is influenced by the relationships babies and young children experience every day. | | Jimmy Fallon & 'The Tonight Show' are safe from cancellation until at least 2028 | | Added 92 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

In mid-July, CBS announced the cancellation of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. While The Late Show was #1 in the ratings, I believe Samantha Bee?s assessment that late-night shows are ?hemorrhaging money? when it comes to advertising. The model is outdated, and the audience simply isn?t there for ?a white guy recapping the day and telling jokes to camera.? The audience IS there for a TV host who can create viral moments and easy clips which will be popular on YouTube. Which is why Jimmy Fallon still has a job as host of the Tonight Show. According to Page Six, Fallon and the Tonight Show are safe until at least 2028.
Jimmy Fallon?s late night spot at NBC is safe ? for the moment ? after signing an extension to his multi-million-dollar contract until 2028. The host will continue to lead ?The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon? while also hosting his new reality show, ?On Brand? which debuts next month and appearing on ?Password.?
It comes as nighttime talk shows are in the crosshairs, with Stephen Colbert?s ?The Late Show? axed by CBS and others in the under-performing bracket said to bracing for shake ups or cancellation. Fallon and his fellow NBC late night host, Seth Meyers, have also had to take hits.
?Seth and Jimmy had budget cuts last year, which saw Jimmy go from five days a week to four days,? pointed out an industry insider, ?He records Monday through Thursday and the show repeats on Friday.?
Meanwhile, the ?Late Night With Meyers? house band was axed to cut costs. Late night viewership has been impacted by the rise in social media use, particularly with the younger demographic, and cries that it has become desperately partisan ? filled with Democrat-party-approved liberal guests across the board.
Colbert announced CBS had pulled the plug on his show last month and the show will end in May 2026. Some raised eyebrows at the timing as it came after Colbert criticizing his network for paying $16 million to settle a defamation case with President Donald Trump, as the company is also in the middle of a merger.
A CBS source told Page Six: ?While his staff liked him, corporate didn?t ? and Colbert?s contract was up? so it was a perfect storm.?
[From Page Six]
I think all of this is true, plus what I said about Fallon creating content for YouTube and social media. That?s how Fallon gets away with keeping his job even though he?s a terrible interviewer too. While he can?t settle down and have a serious conversation with a guest (like Colbert can), Fallon is good at coaxing celebrities to play stupid games. Plus, I think within the late-night landscape, The Tonight Show is simply seen as more of an ?institution? than The Late Show. NBC might lose money (I imagine they?re aiming for ?breaking even?) but they?ll be more reluctant to outright cancel the Tonight Show in any way.

About a week or so ago, we heard that Liam Neeson and Pamela Anderson were dating. They make sense together and have been hamming it up on the red carpet. They even showed up to the Naked Gun premiere with all of their sons! (They have two adult sons each.) Liam is doing his part, too. During a press junket, MTV UK asked Liam what his proudest moment was. His response? Working with Pamela!
Liam Neeson appears quite taken with Pamela Anderson. The two costars of this year?s remake of ?The Naked Gun? continued to fuel romance rumors during an interview with MTV UK, posted Thursday on TikTok. The video clip involved a reporter asking the pair questions about one another. The interviewer asked Anderson, ?What is Liam?s proudest career moment to date??
The ?Baywatch? star wasn?t sure, noting that Neeson has done ?over 100 movies? along with plenty of theater roles.
?I don?t know, what is your proudest moment?? she asked, turning to the ?Schindler?s List? star.
Neeson replied in a quiet voice, his expression serious, ?Working with you.?
?Working with me? Aw,? Anderson replied. ?Taking me under his wing.?
Looking at the camera, Neeson repeated, this time with a smile, ?Yeah, working with Pamela.?
Speculation began to swirl last month around Anderson, 58, and Neeson, 73. The Hollywood duo made flirtatious appearances on the red carpet and then the ?Today? show, and an anonymous source told ?People? that the duo is ?smitten? with each other.
Meanwhile, Anderson said in a New York Times profile of the Northern Irish actor that he has ?so much charm and so much charisma that you just kind of fall into it,? a quality she said she has ?never experienced? before.
[From HuffPo]
?[My proudest moment is] working with you.? LMAO, what a line. That?s very sweet and all, but it?s also super cringe. For the record, I do not think Liam?s response was planned ahead of time. I think Pamela was trying to feed him a real answer, and that?s where his brain took him because, for better or for worse, it was programmed for ?Don?t forget to remind people that you?re together? mode. Poor Liam. He tried! I bet the Neeson boys are giving their dad a lot of sh-t for that answer. FWIW, I like this coupling and hope it?s real. Natasha Richardson?s (RIP) family approves. Pam has looked beautiful and happy during this entire tour. She deserves it.

| | Mail: Duchess Meghan hated Nottingham Cottage & the way Harry's fam treated him | | Added 93 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |
|
|
|
|
|
One of the central themes of Prince Harry?s Spare is of neglect. Physical neglect, emotional neglect, financial neglect, all of it starting when he was just a child. He was always treated differently than his brother, and the entire royal institution reinforced it at every step of Harry?s life, that he was unworthy of care. That Harry had to be convinced that he was less than his brother so that William would feel more important. Why else would a 32-year-old prince be housed in a tiny little rundown cottage adjacent to Kensington Palace, where his brother had a 20-room mansion-within-a-palace? The point of how Harry was treated was always to reinforce his neglect, his fundamental spare-ness. And when Harry began dating then-Meghan Markle, Meghan noticed how he was treated differently. And yes, we?re still talking about all of this because of The Mail Remembers series, where they recycle through years-old stories in a failed attempt to explain why Meghan and Harry said sayonara five and a half years ago.
A royal insider has claimed that Meghans dislike for her living arrangements at Kensington Palace were the start of her troubles with royal life and set the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on the path to Megxit. Its Meghans 44th birthday on Monday and following the so-called peace summit last month, it appears at long last that the animosities between the Sussexes and the other royals may soon be thawing. But years before Megxit had entered the vocabulary it was already becoming clear that the Duchess of Sussex was unhappy with her life as a working royal.
Writing in his royal bestseller Yes Maam, Tom Quinn claimed that the first sign that all was not well with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex became apparent while they were living at Nottingham Cottage within the grounds of Kensington Palace. Quinn said: Starting life as a member of the royal family in Nottingham Cottage was the beginning of all Meghan?s troubles she felt it was so small that it must be a reflection on how the royal family were belittling her husband. She just didn?t understand that real royals don?t care much about houses and material possessions because having always had them they take them for granted.
According to Quinn, Meghan not only believed the home was too small for her larger standards but she was compounded by a vague feeling that the Kensington Palace staff tended to treat Harry as less important than his brother.
At the time, Prince William and Kate Middleton lived in the much larger apartment 1A inside the palace itself. A member of the comms team who was particularly close to Meghan told Quinn: Meghan spotted immediately that Harry wasn?t quite as central to things as his brother William. This was the start of the whole grievance thing about being the spare. I don?t think Harry had even thought much about the fact that he was a spare until well into his marriage. Meghan managed to give him more perspective because she could see the family from the outside.
[From The Daily Mail]
Something I?d like to remind everyone about is that Meghan was a 30-something woman who had built a life for herself, with her own home, in Toronto and she uprooted that life to move to England in 2017. Like, she had all of the possessions, wardrobe and accumulated STUFF that comes with being a woman in her 30s with a well-paid job. There simply wasn?t room for Meghan and her life in the tiny Nottingham Cottage. But even then, she was happy because she was with Harry. Still, I agree that Meghan clocked how the family treated Harry. They always blame Meghan for Harry?s self-actualization, like without Meghan, Harry would have been fine just staying in a rundown shack and being mistreated forever. They actually say that (in so many words) outloud, like HOW DARE MEGHAN!
Also: She just didn?t understand that real royals don?t care much about houses and material possessions because having always had them they take them for granted. Yeah, thats why all of the other royals she met were living in grand mansions, palaces and castles??

|
When Jessica Chastain first started to get acting work and more attention, she glossed over her dirt-poor childhood and even covered up her real age. As more years passed, Chastain grew more comfortable talking about her past and owning every part of her story. She was basically the first person in her family to escape the cycle of poverty, teen pregnancy and little education. She graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in 1998, and she graduated from Julliard in 2003. Chastain is now 48 years old and the mother of two children. Well, Jessica is apparently going back to school! She?s going to Harvard to get a Master?s degree.
Jessica Chastain is pursuing a Masters degree. Chastain, 48, has enrolled in Harvard Universitys Masters in Public Administration program at the schools John F. Kennedy School of Government, PEOPLE confirms. The actress has been seen taking classes on Harvards campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts this summer, Variety first shared on July 30, citing a source.
Chastain, who won an Academy Award in March 2022 for her performance in The Eyes of Tammy Faye, studied briefly at Sacramento City College in Sacramento, Calif. in the late 1990s before she launched her acting career. The American Academy of Dramatic Arts lists Chastain among its notable alumni as a member of its class of 1998. After AADA, Chastain also studied acting at The Juilliard School and graduated in 2003. Juilliard also bestowed an honorary doctorate upon Chastain in May 2024 in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the theater and film industries.
Chastain has spoken about her difficult upbringing with a single mom in Northern California in the past. In December 2024, the actress addressed her childhood during a speech at the 38th Annual American Cinematheque Awards, where she explained that her great-grandmother, grandmother, aunt and mother all had children before age 17 and ?had to drop out of school and take on low-paying jobs to support their families. I was the first in my family to not get pregnant as a teenager, the first to finish high school and the first to attend college. And attending the Juilliard School didnt just change my life. It showed my family that a different path was possible.?
[From People]
Chastain?s choices have always surprised me, but this one is pretty amazing. Even though most actresses talk about how their careers slow down in their 40s, I imagine Jessica is still getting good scripts and lots of offers. She?s basically taking what, two years off of a relatively thriving career, all to be in one place and get a graduate degree. That?s pretty awesome. I also wonder if she plans to transition into another field, and maybe she?s winding down her acting career. I mean, Master?s in Public Administration? She?s running!

|
|
This summer, Justin Timberlake has been on tour in Europe, and Europeans have not been pleased with JT?s energy level. It?s been a discussion on social media for weeks, and even Justin?s biggest fans were disappointed by his (at times) ?listless? concert performances, especially given the cost of the tickets. Well, Justin heard all of that conversation. On Thursday, he announced that he was diagnosed with Lyme disease, and that was one of the big reasons why his energy has been so depleted during the tour. From his Instagram:
Well, as these two incredible years come to an end and I look forward to the future, I wanted to write something from the heart. It?s not an easy task to try to contextualize the whirlwind of touring ?? but, I will try? This has been the most fun, emotional, gratifying, physically demanding, and, at times, grueling experience. I have been doing this for 30+ years (which feels crazy to say) ?? and have given all that I have to this. I could not have done it without my family, friends, The TN Kids, and all of YOUR support.
As many of you know, I?m a pretty private person. But as I?m reflecting on the tour and festival tour ? I want to tell you a little bit about what?s going on with me.
Among other things, I?ve been battling some health issues, and was diagnosed with Lyme disease -? which I don?t say so you feel bad for me ?? but to shed some light on what I?ve been up against behind the scenes. If you?ve experienced this disease or know someone who has ? then you?re aware: living with this can be relentlessly debilitating, both mentally and physically. When I first got the diagnosis I was shocked for sure. But, at least I could understand why I would be onstage and in a massive amount of nerve pain or, just feeling crazy fatigue or sickness. I was faced with a personal decision. Stop touring? Or, keep going and figure it out. I decided the joy that performing brings me far outweighs the fleeting stress my body was feeling. I?m so glad I kept going.
Not only did I prove my mental tenacity to myself but, I now have so many special moments with all of you that I will never forget. I was reluctant to talk about this because I was always raised to keep something like this to yourself. But I am trying to be more transparent about my struggles so that they aren?t misinterpreted. Sharing all of this with the hope that we can all find a way to be more connected. I?d like to do my part to help others experiencing this disease too.
[From Justin?s IG]
Bella Hadid has spoken at length about her Lyme disease and how having an ?invisible illness? causes so much confusion and criticism. People who have Lyme disease can often have extreme fatigue, joint pain, headaches, loss of appetite and on and on. It can go on for years and years for many people. I feel like this answered a lot about Timberlake?s tour. I kind of wonder if there were additional reasons why Justin didn?t just cancel the tour soon after his diagnosis? I can understand how he simply didn?t know how his body would hold up, so maybe he thought it would be rash to cancel the tour. But I also wonder if he was looking at a big financial hit if he canceled. Anyway, I do feel sorry for him. I hope he gets some rest.

|
Tyra Banks is the guest host on Today with Jenna and Friends this week. So far, she?s taken Jenna Hager Bush wig shopping, shared her FAFO style of parenting, confessed to getting her Victoria?s Secret Angel Card taken away, and given her mother a really sweet tribute that brought her to tears. One topic that they covered was so controversial that even Jenna couldn?t believe it. Tyra admitted that not only does she eat food in bed, but she?s also big on eating any days-old crumbs that she finds, whether it?s in her bed or on the floor.
Tyra Banks isnt afraid to reveal her bedroom antics. While guest hosting the Today with Jenna and Friends broadcast on July 28, the model and Americas Next Top Model creator said she has no problem with eating in bed ? and enjoying the leftovers days later. Banks, 51, confessed to eating crumbs from days-old popcorn while telling Jenna Bush Hager about her pastime of watching TV in bed with her mom.
We do ice cream in bed; we do popcorn in bed. The great thing is a couple days later Banks said as Bush Hager interrupted: You do not!
A little bit, Banks replied as she mimed picking up bits of popcorn and eating them. Jenna, I clean crumbs by eating them. Because if you put them in the trash, youre going to get roaches or something. So you just clean it up with your finger or you just eat it.
Im not into eating in bed because I dont like crumbs, Bush Hager asserted.
Its safe if its on your ground. Its your feet, Banks argued. I have a no-shoe rule in my home. So that I can eat off my floor. She also delved into how long bits of food might be left before she gets around to eating them: A few days if its not super perishable. Like a popcorn? Thats, like, astronaut food. It lasts forever.
Banks then admitted that she is a do as I say, not as I do kind of mom. I see my son do it, and Im like, Dont do it. And hes like, Mama, you do it.'
Banks shares a son, 9-year-old York Banks Asla, with former partner Erik Asla, a photographer. As the show cut to a commercial break, the two continued debating just how hygienic Banks antics are.
[From USA Today]
Yeah, no. I am on Team Jenna with this one. This is gross, right? You sleep in your sheets! As for eating off of the floor, I can adhere to the 30-second rule, but beyond that?even if you take your shoes off, your feet are still dirty from being inside of that shoe. And don?t get me started on what your feet are naturally exposed to if you?re wearing sandals. On Tuesday, I went into several airplane/airport bathrooms while wearing flip flops and had to take a shower when I got home, even though it was midnight. You also cannot catch every crumb! We have a very strict rule in my house that you can only eat at the table. The coffee table is only allowed on special occasions and you can never take food into your bedroom. Ahh, am I being too prudish? Now I don?t know!
