I?m not sure if anyone will care about this other than me, but this gossip bummed me out. In late 2023, there were rumors that Bella Hadid was seeing a low-key non-celebrity. The gossip turned out to be true, and by early 2024, Bella had moved to Fort Worth, Texas and she was cohabitating with her horse trainer/equestrian boyfriend Adan Banuelos. For two years, Bella actually seemed to get away from the model grind, enjoying some semblance of a normal life, living out all of her horse girl dreams with her boyfriend. Well, it?s apparently over. The relationship, that is. I have no idea if she plans on continuing to live in Texas.
Bella Hadid and professional equestrian Adan Banuelos have reportedly called it quits after two years together. The supermodel, 28, and Banuelos, a well-known horse trainer on the competitive circuit, are said to have ended their romance recently, according to Entertainment Tonight.
A source told ET that Hadid is taking the breakup hard, describing the end of their relationship as emotionally significant given how committed the relationship had become.
Shes still processing it, the insider said, adding that the pairs bond had been very serious.
According to the source, Hadid has been leaning into her work and surrounding herself with close friends to distract herself from the split. Despite the reports, the former couple are still following each other on Instagram.
The former couple first sparked dating rumors in October 2023, when they were spotted together in Texas. At the time, Hadid was frequently seen attending rodeo events and spending extended time in the state.

I looked through her Instagram to see if she was still spending time in Texas, and it looks like even as recently as three or four weeks ago, she was still attending Adan?s events. But? this breakup coincides with Bella?s promotion for The Beauty, a Ryan Murphy-produced horror series. It would not surprise me at all if Bella spent two years in Texas and decided that, actually, she likes to work and she would rather spend more time in New York and LA. That?s just my theory, I have no idea. I also wonder if she thought they would end up getting married and he wasn?t into it. Once again, that?s just a theory. Two years is a long time to spend in Texas to nurture a relationship without a ring to show for it, I?m just saying.

I have no memory of this happening, but I?m sure I heard about it at the time? So, back in 2017, Quentin Tarantino was casting for Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Tarantino famously has a great eye for casting, and he was trying to find his ?Sharon Tate.? The casting allegedly came down between Jennifer Lawrence and Margot Robbie. Margot got the job, although as it turned out, Sharon Tate was not some major role/character in the film. Well, why didn?t Tarantino choose J-Law for Tate? According to Jen, it?s because Tarantino was convinced that Jennifer wasn?t ?pretty enough? for the role.
Jennifer Lawrence claimed she lost out on the role of Sharon Tate in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood because of criticism of her looks. Back in 2017, fans were agog at the news that Quentin Tarantino was making a movie involving the Manson murders, and rumors started flying that he was trying to choose between Lawrence and Margot Robbie to play Tate.
Tates sister Debra broke her silence on the matter, flatly declaring Lawrence was not pretty enough for the part and that she would prefer Robbie. Tarantino eventually did select Robbie, amid a cast that included Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Margaret Qualley, Dakota Fanning and Austin Butler.
Now Lawrence, 35, has shared her own memory of how the situation unfolded, saying Tarantino did want her for the part and then everybody was like: Shes not pretty enough to play Sharon Tate, during a recent event for 92NY.
Thats not true, said interviewer Josh Horowitz, to which Lawrence replied: Im pretty sure it is true, or its that thing where Ive been telling that story this way for so long that I believe it, but Im pretty sure that happened.
The Hunger Games actress added: Or he just never was considering me for the part and the internet just went out of their way to call me ugly.
Back in 2017, when speculation was rife that Lawrence was up for the role of Tate in Tarantinos film, Debra went viral for pouring cold water on the idea. Shes not pretty enough to play Sharon, Debra famously pronounced in an interview with TMZ. My pick would be Margot simply because of her physical beauty and even the way she carries herself is similar to Sharon.

It?s true that Margot looks more like Sharon Tate, and it?s also true that at that moment of both Margot and Jennifer?s careers, Margot was a better fit for a supporting role in a Tarantino movie. Jennifer would have been more of a distraction, because she was SO ubiquitous at that time. It didn?t have anything to do with Jennifer not being ?pretty enough? Jen is beautiful, but yeah, Margot looked more like Sharon Tate. Still, it was rude as hell for Sharon Tate?s sister to say that about Jen, and I don?t blame Jen for nursing that insult and believing it was the reason why she didn?t get the part.

They got married in 2019, and they welcomed their first son in February 2022. Jen gave birth to their second son last year. She?s very much in the zone of having two kids under the age of four. Which I think influences how she talks about her career and explains why she just referred to herself as a stay-at-home mother.
Jennifer Lawrence might be one of Hollywoods most elite actresses, but she still considers herself a stay-at-home mom. The Die, My Love actress, 35, appeared on a Monday, Jan. 12 episode of the SmartLess podcast and shared that she thinks of herself as a stay-at-home mom rather than a working actor. Lawrence is mom to sons Cy, 3, and a second baby, whose name has not yet been revealed, with husband Cooke Maroney.
Thats me. I identify as a stay-at-home mom, Lawrence said on the podcast. But I am obviously working.
Im not used to being busy like this. I normally have a busy three months while Im filming, but even in that sense, its calm because there is nothing else to do, she continued. I just go to work, I do that, I come home, I sleep, and then I do it again. And then, like, two weeks while you promote. It is hectic.
She also shared insight on her co-parenting relationship with Maroney, whom she described as the opposite of her.
I married somebody who is the opposite of me. He is so organized. Hes an anchor, said the actress. Everything is ordered. I have to keep the closet doors closed, and I have my little jobs that I work really hard to do.
I get it now, I get it. [The kids are] on a very strict schedule. You know, its like breakfast: 7:30, explained Lawrence. Hes good at keeping it. But weve learned [that] to keep our marriage alive, I have a 15-minute wiggle room.

I understand what she?s saying, and again, she mostly has been a SAHM in recent years. Since 2020, she?s only acted in four films. Do actual SAHMs feel like Jennifer shouldn?t call herself that though? Like, is it stolen SAHM valor? Is it middle-class cosplay from a rich, Oscar-winning actress? I don?t feel like it is, but maybe I?m just not seeing the controversy. I might be wrong, please let me know.

Armani can be hit or miss, with some looks veering too safe and others a bit too weird. They sometimes knock it out of the park though. Last night was more of the same, and for my money Kristen Bell had the best Armani look. I hate to give it to her, but I love the craftsmanship of the bodice especially, it fits her like a glove and was a standout to me, especially on camera.
Unfortunately shes still married to Dax Shepard. I watched a few Kristen and Dax analysis videos on YouTube this weekend and hes said worse things about her than I remembered, even though I covered some of those stories at the time. Theyre both toxic together and love to tell us about it. Dax lost in the new podcast category to Amy Poehler and Kristen lost in the best actress category to Jean Smart.
Julia Roberts was in this formfitting Armani black gown with a deep v-neck and puff shoulders. I love her Swarovski strawberry necklace and matching ring and earrings. You can see more of the look on her stylist Elizabeth Stewarts Instagram. This is an elegant gown that her styling takes to the next level.
Justine Lupe of Nobody Wants This was also in Armani. Shes been killing it this awards season but Im not sold on this gown. I dislike multi-tiered dresses in general and the color seems too light for her.

Well, the Best Actress Oscar race is still a riddle. Both Rose Byrne and Jessie Buckley won Golden Globes last night for Best Actress (Jessie in Drama, Rose in Comedy) and I think the race is solely between the two of them at this point. But I really don?t have a sense of which one will prevail. I feel like Rose is more deserving in a way? Anyway, Rose wore this fantastic, brilliant green Chanel look to the Globes. It was a custom piece, and you?ve got to think that Rose asked for a version of that famous green dress from Atonement, worn by Keira Knightley. This is the closest I?ve seen any designer come to the Atonement dress. Rose pulls it off because she has the coloring for that vibrant green. Rose?s hot husband Bobby Canavale didn?t join her at the Globes because he was in New Jersey, buying a Komodo dragon. For real.
Selena Gomez wore Chanel, and she arrived with her husband Benny Blanco. If she likes it, I love it (I do not love it). Someone said that it feels like we?ve seen Selena in versions of this dress a million times it does have that vibe, but I can?t blame her for sticking with similar flattering designs and styles.
Ayo Edebiri became a Chanel ambassador last year, and it?s one of those situations where I get why she would sign on for that, but I still wish that both parties would have considered the collaboration a bit harder. Just my opinion, but it hasn?t been a good fit. Chanel has made Ayo a series of rather fussy and staid gowns, and it feels like Ayo is trying so hard to be a bit bland on red carpets.
Maya Rudolph accompanied her husband Paul Thomas Anderson to the Globes, and she wore Chanel as well. I?m not crazy about the dress but she?s Kate Capshaw-ing this moment!

I really hoped I would get the chance to use these photos!! On Sunday, Nicole Kidman was photographed at the Sydney airport with her daughters Faith and Sunday. Nicole has owned a home in Sydney for years, and I assume she and her daughters spent the holidays in Australia. But look at Nicole?s hair!! Nicole has spent years wearing wigs and hairpieces, and she spent a lot of time and money over the years trying to tame her naturally curly hair. But these days, her old hair is back and it?s curly and fun! Even her Divorce Bangs are curly now.
Well, speaking of Nicole?s Divorce Bangs, her divorce from Keith Urban has been finalized. Nicole and Keith split last year, although we?ve never gotten a straight answer about how and when they separated. I tend to believe they separated last spring (May-ish), and they were quietly working out their divorce behind-the-scenes when Keith seemingly let it be known that he was moving on. Nicole was furious and she let everyone know that he left her and she wanted to work it out. Well, it?s totally over now.
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have reached a settlement and finalized their divorce. The Perfect Couple actress and the country music star, both 58, entered into an agreement that was filed in court on Tuesday, Jan. 6, just three months after Kidman officially filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.
According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, she and Urban have agreed to waive all child and spousal support rights. Each person is also responsible for their own legal fees and expenses.
According to the parenting plan for their daughters, Faith, 15, and Sunday, 17, both Kidman and Urban are required to behave with each other and each child so as to provide a loving, stable, consistent and nurturing relationship with the child even though they are divorced.
They will not speak badly of each other or the members of the family of the other parent, the agreement states. They will encourage each child to continue to love the other parent and be comfortable in both families.
Kidmans home will be Faith and Sundays primary residence as she has them for 306 days out of the year. Urban was granted 59 days out of the year, with their daughters allowed to spend every other weekend, from 10 a.m. on Saturday morning to 6 p.m. on Sunday evening, with him. Both parents have joint responsibility for major decisions regarding their daughters lives.

The divorce sounds like it was relatively easy because they likely had a prenup and neither party tried to invalidate it. Plus, their girls are both teenagers and a family court would have weighed Sunday and Faith?s decisions about which parent they wanted to live with or see more often. The girls are very clearly on their mom?s side, but Keith still gets to see them a few nights a month. Sunday probably has her driver?s license so she can drive over and see her dad if she wants to see him more often. Anyway, I?m curious about Nicole?s next moves. She hasn?t been single in twenty years! A lot has changed.

When Killers of the Flower Moon came out in 2023, I was surprised to see Leonardo DiCaprio really campaign for himself, for the film and for Lily Gladstone. Leo got extra credit in my book for using his fame and name to put Lily front and center. It didn?t pay off for him personally he didn?t receive an Oscar nomination for KOTFM, but Lily, Marty Scorsese and the film all got nominations. Months ago, I wondered if DiCaprio would even bother to campaign for One Battle After Another after what happened with KOTFM. He has, but he?s going about it differently this time around. He?s happy to give space to Teyana Taylor, Chase Infiniti, Benicio del Toro and the rest of the cast, but he?s mostly just hanging out with Paul Thomas Anderson and doing some one-off interviews here and there. It?s working, actually. OBAA is an Oscar favorite, and Leo will probably be nominated across the board. Leo and PTA recently chatted with the Times of London about OBAA, the future of theatrical releases and politics. Some highlights:
The future of the movie theater: ?It?s changing at a lightning speed. We?re looking at a huge transition. First, documentaries disappeared from cinemas. Now, dramas only get finite time and people wait to see it on streamers. I don?t know. Do people still have the appetite? Or will cinemas become silos ? like jazz bars??
OBAA?s box office dilemma: One Battle After Another resisted the fast buck of home entertainment rentals for the big screen, taking $204.7 million at the global box office ? impressive for a near three-hour movie, but far less than the estimated $300 million needed to break even. It had a reported budget of up to $175 million.
Who will save cinema? ?I just hope enough people, who are real visionaries, get opportunities to do unique things in the future that are seen in the cinema. But that remains to be seen.?
Turning down the lead in Boogie Nights: DiCaprio ?regrets? turning it down. ?I?d put the soundtrack of that movie on and drive around Los Angeles, playing the blues of how much I love that movie.?
On the politics of OBAA: It is a febrile time for Hollywood, when President Trump wades in to criticise perceived enemies and networks can face repercussions from the government too. Was there any fear in taking part in something that sticks pins into authoritarianism and lampoons the American right? ?It never even occurred to me to not be part of the film because of its political undertones,? DiCaprio says. ?And I don?t think there is any specific political agenda or ideology attached to it. We?ve had reactions from both the left and right, which, to me, says something. And anyway, at the end of the film, Bob is just a dad who?s there for his daughter.?

Before I saw OBAA, I read some commentary about how ?Hollywood loves this film because of what it says politically.? I expected a more overtly political film but that?s not really what it is. I mean, yes, the first twenty minutes are very political and full of ?political messages.? But the rest of the film is mostly just an action-drama about a father and daughter. Granted, I thought all of the background action with Sensei Sergio basically running an underground railroad for undocumented immigrants was amazing, but again, I thought the film would be much more heavily political than it was.
As for the discussion about mergers, the future of movie theaters and the business of filmmaking? I rarely go to the movie theater these days, but I grew up going to the movies and I want that for everybody. At some point, it feels like the current ?business model? of movie theaters will collapse. I would love to see another rise of independently-owned movie theaters rise up from the ashes.

Ariana showed off her new hair color a sort of auburn at last night?s Critics Choice Awards. Wicked: For Good didn?t win any of the major awards and Cynthia Erivo didn?t even bother to come out. Ariana wore a custom Alberta Ferretti, something on the Glinda theme of Pink and princess-y. It was fine.

Here are some photos of Kim Kardashian in Aspen, Colorado for New Year?s. She was out shopping alone? In Aspen? Wearing a full-length fur coat. The coat was ugly as hell too. I don?t wear fur, but I?ve seen ?pretty? fur coats from time to time, but this one is just ugly as sin. It?s also funny that Kim is all decked out in bulky, ugly fur because Aspen apparently saw very little snow during the holiday season. A bunch of ski resorts shut down their ski trails and all of the celebrities are just wandering around town (like Kim), shopping and grabbing lunch in relatively mild weather.
Meanwhile, Kim is also making news for spending a fortune on North West?s Christmas gifts. North is 12 years old (and nearly as tall as Kim). Kim bought North a diamond-encrusted ?shark teeth? grill, a diamond-encrusted custom skull necklace and diamond-encrusted spiked bracelets.
Kim Kardashian made sure North West entered the new year shining bright like a diamond. The mogul mom tapped celeb-loved jewelry brand Alex Moss New York to make three one-of-a-kind pieces decked out in diamonds as a Christmas present to her 12-year-old daughter with Kanye West.
Although a present from the Kardashians star, Alex Moss the designer tells PEOPLE that he also worked with North on the accessories, one of which included a spike necklace chain adorned with a cartoon skull pedant with North engraved on the back. They were made with 71.49 and 35.38 carats of natural diamonds respectively, putting the entire piece at a whopping 106 carats.
North also received a spike bracelet made of Italian leather from Tuscany and encrusted with 22.76 carats of natural VVS white diamonds.
Moss adds that the necklace drew inspiration from a previous design he made for rapper Playboi Carti in 2018, while the bracelet design was influenced by a bracelet North already owned as well as a design Moss did for rapper Ken Carson in 2022.

For pieces which she most likely won?t wear six months from now because she?ll be bored with them or they won?t be in style anymore. Call me a boomer, let it rip! Because I don?t think any mother should give her 12-year-old daughter these kinds of gifts. Hell, I don?t think any mother should give her 32-year-old daughter these kinds of gifts! Whatever happened to investing in heirloom pieces and giving those pieces to your daughter when she hits certain markers (high school graduation, 21st birthday, etc). That?s just it though of course Kim wouldn?t give North true heirloom pieces. She?ll give her some trendy bullsh-t which costs a fortune and North will probably lose in a month.

Noah Baumbach?s Jay Kelly has been on Netflix for several weeks already, so I don?t know why George Clooney agreed to a Variety cover interview, which was published earlier this week. I guess some late promotion was in order because the movie perhaps wasn?t getting the response they wanted? Unfortunately, this piece came out after we learned that George, Amal and their twins have all become French citizens. Which makes George?s comments about the American media and Donald Trump comes across as out-of-touch. Perhaps George has always been a political dilettante, or maybe this is who has become in recent years someone who selectively has an axe to grind with Democratic elders but never Republican fascists. Some highlights from Variety:
No more on-screen romances: ?If you?re trying to hold on to being a romantic leading man at my age, it gets sad. I don?t want to be pathetic.?
Meeting Paul Newman in the 1990s: ?I pulled up and I go, ?Hey, Mr. Newman,?? Clooney recalls. ?And he clearly had no clue who I was. But he was friendly and we started talking. That enraged Clooney, as did ABC News? similar settlement with the president over a defamation claim. ?If CBS and ABC had challenged those lawsuits and said, ?Go fk yourself,? we wouldn?t be where we are in the country. That?s simply the truth? Bari Weiss is dismantling CBS News as we speak. I?m worried about how we inform ourselves and how we?re going to discern reality without a functioning press.?
Quitting isn?t an option: ?It?s a very trying time. It can depress you or make you very angry. But you have to find the most positive way through it. You have to put your head down and keep moving forward because quitting isn?t an option.?

?Good News! George and Amal Clooney, two of the worst political prognosticators of all time, have officially become citizens of France which is, sadly, in the midst of a major crime problem because of their absolutely horrendous handling of immigration,? Trump wrote.
?Clooney got more publicity for politics than he did for his very few, and totally mediocre, movies,? the president added. ?He wasn?t a movie star at all, he was just an average guy who complained, constantly, about common sense in politics.?
Referring to the US midterm elections on 3 November, Clooney told the Hollywood Reporter in response: ?I totally agree with the current president. We have to make America great again. We?ll start in November.?
