Tons of celebrities and everyday rich people flock to Aspen for the Christmas and New Year?s holidays. This year, Jennifer Lopez was one of them. She arrived in Aspen several days before Christmas, with her kids and her longtime manager Benny Medina. Medina is in half of the paparazzi photos of J.Lo, and hey, he?s more than her manager, he?s basically her best friend. Anyway, I enjoy seeing Jennifer out and about in Aspen she?s everywhere but the slopes, and I have no judgement about that. I would also rather socialize and shop than ski. I especially love her heavy-duty black-and-white cardigan sweater (in the photo above). Does anyone have the ID on that? It?s great.
Speaking of shopping, Women?s Wear Daily pointed out that Aspen has become a sort of destination for luxury shoppers there are tons of stores and boutiques in Aspen these days, including ?Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Moncler, Cos Bar, and, of course, the iconic Western outfitter Kemo Sabe and alpine boutique Gorsuch.? Brands like Balmain and Toteme are doing pop-up stores in Aspen as well. No wonder there are so many photos of J.Lo out and about, shopping with Emme.
She was also spotted in an Aspen bar on Friday there was a big gathering, and Kevin Costner was there too. They spent some time together, and Jennifer was seen dancing and drinking. What if? Kevin Costner and J.Lo? I don?t know if they would even vibe enough to date, but I bet they flirt with each other. Anyway, this was her first ?single-lady? Christmas in years. I hope she had a nice time with her family and friends.

It?s been a minute since Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift were together in New York, but that?s where they were over the weekend. On Friday night, they were seen out on a double date with Jack Antonoff and Margaret Qualley they went to BondST for dinner, and People Mag carried those photos exclusively. On Saturday, Travis and Taylor went to dinner at Chez Margaux, a members-only ?supper club? and nightclub in the Meatpacking District. Taylor is a member of several of those private clubs in New York!
I saw people complaining about Taylor?s ensemble from Saturday night, but I sort of like it? Her coat is Simkhai Ganni, and she carried a Stella McCartney bag. She also wore Louboutins, the red soles of which ?matched? Travis?s hideous ensemble. This is how so many celebrity couples look these days it?s giving Justin and Hailey Bieber, right? The guy looks like he?s coming from the gym or like he slept in his clothes, all while the woman looks like she spent two hours in hair and makeup. It was rainy all weekend across the Eastern seaboard, I?m surprised Taylor?s hair didn?t get frizzy (mine certainly did).
Meanwhile, Page Six recently claimed that Taylor plans on spending more time in Kansas City and Nashville now that the Eras Tour has wrapped. Page Six?s ?insider? claims this will be ?Taylor?s domestic era? where she?s more focused on Travis and her relationship. We?ll see I think Travis enjoys being in New York, and lord knows how much longer he?ll play football.

Angelina Jolie finally did a Vanity Fair ?Awards Insider? interview. Every awards-season hopeful does these but she had been avoiding it for some reason. She ended up calling in from Paris, where she?s working on Alice Winocour?s film Stitches. She spoke about working on a French film, and she spoke a lot about Maria Callas and what this journey has been like, promoting Maria for months. VF also got her to talk about the 25th anniversary of Girl, Interrupted too. As a special treat. Some highlights:
Most of her dialogue in ?Stitches? is in French. ?I?m not fluent?I speak a bit, but?to mean every word and give a performance takes a different kind of understanding about what it is I?m saying, to be emotional and not think about the language. It?s a different challenge.?
Why ?Maria? felt like a homecoming for her as an actress & artist: ?I wasn?t myself for a while, so I wasn?t able to give as much to my work for a few years. To feel like I could work again and communicate and to be with nice people?so much of what I do is collaboration with other artists. When it goes well, you?re creating together. When you?re with nice people and creative people, you learn so much about yourself and about life. You?re in a safe place to play and stretch.?
It feels meaningful to be doing this kind of work again: ?It really does. Probably more than I can even express. If no one receives your piece, or if you don?t connect, then it?s like shouting in the dark. It means a lot that people have responded to Maria. I?ve always felt, ever since I was very young, that film has been a way to communicate with the world and not feel as alone. We?re all going through this human condition and this life. So it?s very, very healing to be able to be a part of these films and to talk to you about this and to live that way. And I missed it. I realized I did really miss it. I missed being an artist.
Going dark: ?I went very dark for reasons I?d rather not explain, but I didn?t have a lot of light and life within me. Your light?s dim. I also just needed to be home more, so I couldn?t commit large periods of time to pieces. The choice of what to work on and when was not a creative choice, often, the last few years, but sometimes the practical choice. Really, I think Maria was the beginning of starting to come alive again. I needed a lot of kind people around me to hold my hand. I know I say it too often, but our business can be a lot of things. At the end of the day, we?re very fortunate to do what we do, and we are spending a lot of time with big, deep, emotional feelings. If you don?t do that with people who you?re safe with, it can affect you in very bad ways.
Shooting ?Maria? was a heavy experience: ?It was heavy. Maria was a very full experience. I wasn?t able to leave her on set like you sometimes do. Part of that was because I was always doing training after [shooting] anyway; there was always a next aria. But it was all leading towards the death, and the death was the last thing we shot. I?m almost 50, and my mom had cancer when she was 48. You?re actually thinking about death, about things that cause you grief or that you have lost in your life.
25 years since Girl, Interrupted: ?I remember that I didn?t think of [Lisa] as crazy and that she was a real person. She needed to be loved, and she felt alone, and she wanted truth. I only saw it once?it?s hard for me to talk about it because I saw it once 25 years ago?but from my memory, she wanted someone to be honest with her and to connect, and somehow ended up feeling very, very alone in that way?not dissimilar to Maria. Not finding somebody who understood her enough, not finding a way forward where she was okay. Is this a theme? That I?m alone? What is this? [Laughs] There?s probably some very tragic thing that I don?t want to address right now, but?yeah.

For the past five months or so, Ben Affleck and his publicist give monthly updates on how well he?s doing. The updates always feel so utterly random too, they?re always variations of ?Ben Affleck is doing great these days, he?s looking forward to spending time with his kids for [insert holiday].? Well, People Magazine got another update just before Christmas Ben wants us to know that he is ?healthy, single and enjoying life,? according to a source, who also said that Ben ?is spending the holiday with his children and is excited to have Violet home for break.? Ben keeps insisting that he?s single and that he spends his free time with his kids, and I simply don?t believe it. I still wonder what went down with Kick Kennedy and whether they?re still dealing with each other, and whether that was one of the bigger reasons why Jennifer Lopez filed for divorce. Speaking of J.Lo, Ben apparently gave her a book for Christmas.
Ben Affleck put some thought into his Christmas gift for Jennifer Lopez this year despite their ongoing divorce. The ?Batman? star, 52, ?purchased an autographed Marlon Brando book? for the ?Let?s Get Loud? singer, 55, before the estranged couple exchanged presents Sunday, Page Six can exclusively reveal.
Mystery Pier Books owner Louis Jason tells us Affleck bought ?a few books? from his West Hollywood, Calif., store located on Sunset Blvd. The Oscar winner picked up the meaningful item before heading to meet the ?Hustlers? actress for lunch at the members-only Soho House.
?Ben gifted Jennifer with the book because she?s a fan, plus her Super Bowl bodysuit was inspired by Marlon Brando,? a source tells Page Six. ?The gifts were mostly for each other?s kids, but they did exchange a few small things for each other as well. It was nothing over the top, but more so a gesture to celebrate the holidays. Ben and Jennifer have remained amicable despite the ongoing divorce proceedings.?
As we previously reported, Affleck and Lopez have every intention of continuing to be in each other?s lives despite not being romantically involved.

I actually looked up the Marlon Brando-inspired costume for her Halftime performance, and it?s real. Jennifer really did base one of her Halftime costumes on a 1991 Vogue photoshoot with Brando. The more you know! Yeah, I didn?t realize that J.Lo enjoys Brando that much. It feels a bit weird to me that Ben and J.Lo met one-on-one to exchange gifts, but he didn?t personally give his gifts to Emme & Max? He was their stepfather, he spent a lot of time with them and now he didn?t even see them for the holidays? Hm. Also: J.Lo and her kids were in Aspen for Christmas (photos below), so that explains why she and Ben met days before Christmas.

A few days ago, I finally watched It Ends With Us, and it is quite easily one of the worst movies I?ve ever seen in my life. A nonsensical plot, one-dimensional characters, actors who are incapable of acting their way out of a paper bag it was like a Lifetime movie with a bigger budget. The worst part was the ending, in which a victim of domestic violence uses logic to try to convince her abuser to leave her and their daughter alone and ? it works?? Yeah, that would totally happen in real life. All I can say is that this abhorrent film does not deserve the months of drama swirling around it. Everyone involved in IEWU should be deeply ashamed and they all should have made a pact to never speak of it again. Instead, we got months of drama over the summer, and now Blake Lively is suing Justin Baldoni, who directed IEWU and starred as Ryle Kincaid. Blake is suing Baldoni for sexual harassment and waging a PR campaign against her during and after the films promotion.
Blake Lively is suing her It Ends with Us costar Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment. Months after rumors of behind-the-scenes discord on the set of the adaptation of the Colleen Hoover novel, the actress, 37, said in the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, that Baldonis alleged behavior caused her severe emotional distress. (Baldoni, 40, also served as It Ends with Us director.)
Per the outlet, the lawsuit states there was a meeting held to address Livelys claims and her demands for working on the film. It was attended by various figures, including Livelys husband, Ryan Reynolds.
Some of the demands that were addressed, according to the lawsuit cited by TMZ, included no more showing nude videos or images of women to Blake, no more mention of Baldonis alleged previous pornography addiction, no more discussions about sexual conquests in front of Blake and others, no further mentions of cast and crews genitalia, no more inquiries about Blakes weight, and no further mention of Blakes dead father.
No more adding of sex scenes, oral sex or on camera climaxing by BL outside the scope of the script BL approved when signing onto the project, were other demands mentioned in the lawsuit, according to TMZ.
According to TMZ, the lawsuit states that Sony Pictures, who distributed the film, approved of Livelys requests. However, Lively claims in the lawsuit that Baldoni then took part in a social manipulation campaign to destroy her reputation soon after.
Bryan Freedman, Baldonis lawyer, tells PEOPLE in a statement that Livelys lawsuit was to fix her negative reputation. He also said that her allegations are false, outrageous and intentionally salacious with an intent to publicly hurt.
Freedman added that Lively caused problems on set of the film, which is currently streaming, threatening to not showing up to set, threatening to not promote the film, ultimately leading to its demise during release. Representatives for Lively, Baldoni and Sony did not immediately respond to PEOPLEs request for comment.

Some of Lively?s accusations against Baldoni were previewed months ago, when well-informed sources insisted that everyone on set hated Baldoni (for unspecified reasons) and that Blake was hurt that Baldoni asked someone how much Blake weighed (Baldoni apparently has a bad back). We were also told that Blake thought Baldoni ?lingered too long? during a kissing scene. I?ll admit, back in August and September, it felt like Blake and Ryan Reynolds were the ones targeting Baldoni. But if Baldoni was doing even some of the sh-t she?s now accusing him of, he absolutely created a toxic work environment. His on-set behavior was absolutely inappropriate, if any of this is true. It also feels like this might answer the questions I had about why Sony was going above and beyond to make Blake happy and give her everything she wanted, including allowing her to bring in her own editor to create a ?Lively Cut? of the film.
As for the social manipulation part of Blakes legal action more information came out in the NY Times, which I will cover separately. All Ill say in this post is that it looks like Blake has a really good case against Baldoni and his production company.

Gwyneth Paltrow recently chatted with the Times of London to promote her latest gig she?s teamed up with the meditation app Moments of Space. She?s being phased in as the eventual ?voice? of the app. Like? I think Gwyneth is genuinely an underrated actress, but I?ve never thought her voice is particularly soothing or meditative. She actually has a really nasal voice. Anyway, the woman interviewing Gwyneth practically crawled up her ass and tried to make it sound like Gwyneth has been ?proven right? about every half-baked pseudoscientific endeavor Goop ever shilled. It made for a nauseating read, but there are still some good quotes here. Some highlights:
On meditation: ?I?d tried before but I did not get it. I first learnt T M [Transcendental Meditation, during which you repeat a precious phrase you have been given ? a mantra ? over and over for 20 minutes] I wanna say ten years ago? I had a great teacher and it was really appealing to me, but I just couldn?t quite ? I think I was at a more difficult stage in my life. I had a lot running through my head and my body and my nervous system couldn?t get the consistency. Then my husband, Brad [Falchuk, the TV writer, director and producer of American Horror Story], during Covid he said, ?I?d really love to learn how to do that.? So we went back to my original meditation teacher and he taught Brad, and then Brad and I started doing it together every morning.?
She has a sixth sense: ?I wouldn?t call myself exceptional, but I do think I have a bit of a sixth sense about where culture is going. I tend to be able to identify things a little bit ahead of the curve.?
Empty nester: ?In the fall Brad and I have boys that will be going off to university.? Moses, Paltrow?s youngest child with her ex-husband, Chris Martin, will be leaving home for college this autumn, as will Brody Falchuk, Brad?s youngest child. ?It?ll be interesting to see how the morning routine changes with no kids in the house.? How do you feel about them going? ?On the one hand incredible sadness. A deep sense of impending grief. On the other hand this is exactly what should be happening. Your kids are supposed to be, you know, young adults who can achieve and cope and make connections and be resilient. That?s exactly what you want. And that means they leave the house.?
Defined by motherhood: ?Yeah. I?ve been so defined and so fulfilled by motherhood. It?s been kind of the central ? it?s been like the central kind of ? I don?t know even how to articulate it! It?s like the guiding force. It?s what I return to. I observe a lot of my friends who?ve had kids who?ve gone off to college. Your kid ? it changes. And, you know, they come home a lot and all that stuff, but it?s not quite the same as living under the same roof all the days of the year. So I?m just trying to be open to what that means.?
Before her father was diagnosed with cancer: ?I was more like a Camel Lights and Diet Coke kind of girl. It worked for me, for a long time!?
Her father passed away at 58, and she?s 51 now: ?I have a very good friend whose mum died of breast cancer when she was little. Actually, I have a number of friends that ? There?s just an incredible fear around getting to their mother?s age [when she died], or past their mother?s age. I think in my father?s case, I mean, his illness changed my life and the way I treat my body to such an extreme degree. I?m so conscious of trying to keep a healthy body. I make sure I do scans and blood tests and screenings, so I don?t want to, like, live in the [fear], but, you know, you?re right. It?s weird, right? There is a little bit of, wow, I?m outliving this!?
She?s been right about everything: ?I think it sort of has led to people not being so mean any more.? Are people less mean? ?For sure. When I was, early on, talking about this stuff, it was fun for people, but now ? I?ve been pretty right about everything we?ve talked about. I think even sceptics are like, ?Oh, yeah, well, you know, my aunt can?t eat gluten.? In the early, early days, it upset me. My intentions were so good. I was really trying to bring another point of view and so I was like, ouch, why are people being so? why are people so upset about this??
How she feels now: ?I don?t give a f***. I don?t care. I?ve turned 50, I don?t give a f*** what anybody thinks. I think if your intentions are good and you?re 50 years old, you really don?t care what anybody has to say.?
Her guilty-pleasure TV show: ?Oh my God! Love Is Blind, which is like so f***ing terrible and I can?t stop watching it. There are these dating shows on Netflix, like, Love on the Spectrum. That?s another thing Covid did. I had never seen a reality TV show until Covid. I had just never done it. Now it?s a slippery slope.?

Gwyneth amplified some silly, crazy and profoundly bad ?treatments? to some medical conditions. I would not even say that Gwyneth was right even half the time. If anything, Goop (the platform) mostly served as an exposure of Gwyneth?s true nature, and her love of quacks and healers and all manner of sycophants-to-the-rich-and-stupid. Brittany and Patrick Mahomes joined Taylor Swift for an epic Eras Tour wrap party following the end of the superstar?s record-breaking outing. Brittany posted several photos from the big night on her Instagram Wednesday, including a few pictures with the pop star herself.
Guests went all out for the fun theme, wearing homemade friendship bracelets and dressing up in different album eras ? from ?Fearless? to ?Reputation? and ?Lover.?
The 29-year-old wore a sparkling silver fringe mini dress, dazzling boots and a black-and-gray jacket, while her husband, Patrick, rocked a full suit with a black top hat ? nearly identical to the one Kelce wore on stage during Swift?s show in London.
The Grammy winner, for her part, continued her ?Tortured Poets Department? streak in a beautiful black mini dress from Balmain. The design featured a short flared skirt, a sweetheart neckline and was embroidered with beads, sequins and crystals down the front. Swift, 35, rocked her signature red lip and added more sparkle with drop diamond earrings.

Yeah. It looks like Brittany and Taylor?s friendship is back to regularly scheduled programming. Obviously, people are examining these photos for any hint of an engagement ring for Taylor. She seems to be making a point of playing some games with hiding her ring finger. I think that?s all it is games and gossip. If Taylor was engaged, she would either remove the ring for photos or she would just announce it.

Angelina Jolie covers the LA Times? Envelope Magazine (their in-house entertainment mag), all to promote Pablo Larrain?s Maria. The Maria team was included in the profile, and they adore Jolie and she loves them right back. There?s not a lot of new information here Jolie has given herself talking points and she?s been good at adhering to them but I just love how much she?s been hustling this fall and winter. She?s already gotten a Critics Choice and Golden Globe nomination, and she?s picked up several special recognition awards at the Gotham Awards and various film festivals. Some highlights:
Whether she harbors any desires to perform opera on stage: ?My God,? she answers, as if she?d been asked to sample a cup of sour milk. ?That would be my nightmare. That would be terrifying.?

Jolie does not share Callas? professional angst as an aging woman: ?My motherhood is the only thing that I couldn?t live without. Truly, you could take everything else. I?d be fine.?

Honestly, Angelina?s instability used to be front and center back in the day, and then motherhood changed her and she became a grown-up. This is a comeback for Angelina really pouring herself into a character and playing a role which she relates to so much.

Last month, a January, 2023 video of Amanda Seyfried singing the song ?Popular? from Wicked resurfaced on TikTok with the caption that it was her audition tape for the role of Glinda. Predictably, people started arguing in the comments (and around the Internet) about whether she should have been cast in the role over Ariana Grande. It was bad enough when Cynthia Erivo tried to make her own blind item by shading two other women she auditioned with. The Internet needs no encouragement in both the facts and unsolicited opinions departments.
Anyway, at an event recently, Amanda was asked about the alleged audition tape. She clarified that while she did in fact audition ?hard? for Wicked, that video had nothing to do with it! In fact, it was shot by her stylist for fun while she was backstage during a photo shoot in Queens back in 2020, before the Wicked audition process even started.
The Mamma Mia! star, 39, spoke to PEOPLE exclusively at the Make It Cute x Babylist Holiday Event on Tuesday, Dec. 10 in Beverly Hills, Calif. During the event, Seyfried took a moment to set the record straight about a recently surfaced video that features her singing the song Popular from the musical Wicked while wearing a silver princess dress? specifically addressing rumors that it was an audition tape for the role of Glinda in the 2024 film.
?I think it was during COVID. I was doing a Lancme shoot in Long Island City. Elizabeth Stewart [was] my stylist,? Seyfried told PEOPLE.
?I was not auditioning for Wicked yet, but I knew it was like coming up,? she continued, adding, ?So I was just f around really, and I was like, ?This dress is so Glinda. And Elizabeth was like, ?Do it.? And then she posted at some point.
Seyfried noted that while she loves her stylist, ?maybe it would be better if it hadn?t been posted,? because ?it was truly just a fun, like, [behind-the-scenes] moment of my Lancme shoot.?
However, the Les Miserables actress admitted that even though the video was ?in jest? she did, in fact, later audition for the role of Glinda in earnest ? a part which eventually went to Ariana Grande.
?I went hard for that, for sure. And it was a very long process. And everything happens the way its meant to, she revealed, adding that she thought the film turned out ?fantastic.?
?It?s an extravaganza, which is what she [Grande] does really well. And [my kids] have been playing the soundtrack nonstop. And everything is as its meant to be for sure.?

Well, hearing how lovely she sounded just goofing around and not even knowing all of the words, now I am curious to see Amanda?s actual audition. I?ve seen her in Mamma Mia and Les Misrables but I always forget that she has a good singing voice. I feel badly that her lighthearted moment was taken so out-of-context almost two years after it was shared on Instagram that she has regrets about letting Stewart post it in the first place. As for the actual audition, there?s no doubt that Amanda ?went hard? for the role. I would have too if I were her. Rene Rapp and Dove Cameron also auditioned for Glinda. She?s right about everything working out the way it should have because Ariana surprised most of us and kicked ass as Glinda.

Life is a mystery. Everyone must stand alone. Unless you use AI to generate photos of yourself standing next to the Pope. Standing very close next to the Pope. Which is what Madonna did on Friday night, posting two images to her Instagram where she and Pope Francis are embracing, with the odd captions, ?Going into the weekend like?? for one, and ?Feels good go be seen?? for the other. But just like a dream, these pics are not what they seem. In both ?photos,? Miss Madge is scantily-clad in lacey black while Francis complements her in papal white. While Madame X dressing provocatively isn?t anything new, her unsuspectingly dragging the head of the Catholic Church into a couple of intimate-looking poses has plenty of people upset. Let the choir sing:
The first photo depicted the pope, 87, hugging the ?Frozen? singer, 66, from the side with a huge smile across his face. His nose was pressed against her cheek.
?Going into the weekend like?? she captioned the head-turning snap.
The second image showed Madonna in a lacy corset with Pope Francis seemingly going in for a kiss as he wrapped one arm around her waist.
?Feels Good to Be Seen??? the ?Like a Virgin? singer penned atop the second snap.
Social media users were quick to slam Madonna over the images, with one calling her actions ?ridiculously disrespectful.?
Another person wrote via X that the ?Vogue? singer?s post was ?creepy,? while a third unamused individual said, ?This is just weird as hell? she?s lost it.?
?Disgusting! I pray her soul gets saved!? another critic seemingly shouted from behind their screen.
Page Six reached out to Madonna?s reps for comment on the backlash but did not immediately hear back.
The seven-time Grammy winner is no stranger to stirring up controversy, however, as she had done so several times throughout her career.
The Vatican once suggested that people boycott Madonna?s Blond Ambition World Tour due to her 1989 ?Like a Prayer? music video, per Entertainment Tonight.
The controversial video featured her kissing a black saint who was wrongly accused of murder and several religious symbols, such as burning crosses.
Her commercial with Pepsi was even pulled at the time, though Madonna was given permission to share it in September 2023.
?Artists are here to disturb the peace,? she wrote in the caption of an Instagram Reel at the time, as she debuted the commercial after it sat in the dark for 34 years.
Earlier this year, Madonna was sued by a fan who attended her ?Celebration? tour and accused her of exposing fans to ?pornography without warning.?
Her shows surely had some punch to them ? as her backup dancers were routinely filmed giving raunchy lap dances on stage.

Ah yes, I remember that lawsuit from the California concertgoer who was ?forced to watch topless women on stage.? In that instance I was leaning on Madonna?s side ? Celebration was her 12th concert tour, I think it was fairly predictable that Madonna would have racy material, girl. But the difference with a concert is that an audience member chooses to purchase a ticket. The Vatican may correct me if I?m wrong, but I don?t think Pope Francis sanctified Madonna using him as an AI prop. There is so much that doesn?t make sense to me in regard to these images. What do the captions mean? She?s going into the weekend with the Pope, and he?s the only one who really sees her? Why is he seemingly canoodling with her, going off of the body language? But I think my biggest question of all is, Madge had to have known that the photos would quickly be identified as AI-generated. So? why?? What is she trying to say here? This isn?t my religion, so I?m not offended on those grounds; I?m offended by a celebrity with Madonna?s following making such a desperate attention grab. Heaven help her.
