Here is Taylor Swift hitting the gym in New York City, looking fresh in minimal makeup and an artfully messy hairstyle.
Swift’s been rocking a variety of different looks lately, from bleach blond to back to an ashy blond after splitting from Calvin Harris in June. Still, she’s kept it primarily pretty straight for a while now.
Resuming the catwalk outside her apartment, going back to her natural curls. It?s now been over a week since the separation of Swoki, with Taylor back in the US and Tom Hiddleston in Australia working on Thor 3. And some of you are wondering if that means it?s done.

Kourtney Kardashian is having what may be a Kardashian Life Crisis. After twelve seasons of projecting her life’s highs and lows on the small screen, she is thinking about moving on. But not really because she’s Kourtney and making firm decisions is something she generally shies away from. In a recent interview with The Daily Mail’s You Magazine, Kourt talks about stepping away from KUWTK, ?forgetting? she is famous and what she considers her job to be:
It sounds like Kourtney Kardashian might not want to keep up with her sisters for much longer.
In a new interview with You magazine, the 37-year-old ?Keeping Up with the Kardashians? star revealed that she has considered a life without the show that helped launch her career, and it doesn?t sound too bad.
?I don?t want the show to end,? she told the mag, ?but I sometimes think I would be so happy if it did and I could just move away from it all.?
?By the end of every season I?ve had enough, but then, once we have had a break, I?m ready for more,? she added, later admitting she still feels ?surprised? when she?s recognized on the street.
?I forget that so many people know who I am and have seen me give birth,? she said.
?Someday, if I have more time, that?s a passion I?d love to pursue ? fixing up another house, showing other people how it?s done,? she said. ?When I fill out a form at passport control I always struggle with what to say when it asks for my profession: businesswoman or TV personality or mum ? I mean, number one is always mum.?

Honestly I don?t have a problem with her going back and forth on the show. I was champing at the bit to get back to work after being a stay at home mom. Once I finally got a job, I missed parts of staying home – a breather always gives perspective. Either way, Kourt should make herself comfortable because Momager Kris just inked a huge deal with E! to extend the series for four more years. Oh, if only we could vote on TV series every four years like we do our president.
I can’t quite get past Kourt’s fallible memory. The opening of the full You article is a story about Kourtney forgetting she posed nude last year and when reminded said, “I actually love that picture, but I do so many things that it?s hard to keep track?” Come on. I forget many things but I don?t think it would slip my mind that I went to a studio and posed naked for someone – I don’t care how many items were on my To-Do list that day.

It feels like I haven?t paid attention to LeAnn Rimes in months. It feels good. Did she really go away or did I just make a new habit of ignoring her? Who knows? Anyway, LeAnn is back with a new album and she was in London late last week to promote it. These are photos of LeAnn outside of the BBC Radio offices, and I have to admit? I actually like her dress here. If she had worn a bra, the look would have been stunning. While in London, LeAnn also stopped by the British talk show Loose Women, which from what I understand is sort of like our American show The View? Sort of. In the Loose Women interview, LeAnn said many words. Some highlights:
She gets Kao Sori facial treatments involving a scalpel to the face: ?A couple of weeks ago, it?s amazing,” LeAnn said of the face-shaving procedure that works to exfoliate the skin with a blade. “She did it with a scalpel. It was insane afterwards. My face felt like a baby?s butt?All of my face. It was amazing. It?s different to microdermabraision. It?s all the pulling. There?s no shaving cream either, it?s dry. Oh yeah, absolutely.?
Being a stepmother to Eddie?s sons: “My stepsons are nine and 13. They were two and six when I first met them. It was quite the adjustment. I think any blended family, it takes a while. Over the past year, year and a half, I feel like we’re finally settled in. We’re not exempt [to struggles] because you see our faces. My husband and I are a team and that’s how we have to approach parenting. They’ve always been super respectful of me. They are good to me.”
Whether she & Eddie will have a kid: “We practice a lot.”

Is it wrong that I?m sort of interested in the Kao Sori facial now? A scalpel? FOR REAL? I mean, you have to have a lot of trust with your facialist. Is the scalpel for unwanted whiskers? Because I have some whiskers. And I?ve never thought to go at them with a scalpel. As for the stuff about being a stepmom? LeAnn always sounds so self-absorbed, no surprise. ?They’ve always been super respectful of me. They are good to me.? Great. I?m so glad that the priority is how THEY treat YOU.

There is no shame in gaining weight during pregnancy (or ever). There is no shame if it takes longer than you think it will to lose the weight (if you want to lose it at all). There is no shame in finally breaking down and making your own jean shorts because last summer's are just too dang short for this summer's thighs. Bodies change. Bodies grow. Bodies shrink. The remake no one wanted, ABC?s 3-hour interpretation of the classic 1987 flick Dirty Dancing, will be lacking the cameo I?m sure producers were clamoring for. Jennifer Grey, who starred with Patrick Swayze in the 1987 coming of age story, has refused a role in the television remake. The remake features Abagail Breslin as Baby, Colt Prattes attempting to replace Patrick Swayze (can?t be done, sorry) and Debra Messing as Baby?s mama. One name you?re not going to see this fall is Jennifer?s, as she turned down a role in the reboot.
The 56-year-old actress discussed her decision during a Television Critics Association panel for Red Oaks, the Amazon comedy series on which she stars. She came off as very diplomatic about the remake, but you can sense she knows a bad idea when she sees one.
?I was asked to do something on that show and I was flattered because I always want to be asked because it’s nice to want to be included. But for me, it would be sacrosanct for me to do it because it didn’t feel appropriate to me. It feels like if you’re going to do your own thing, do your own thing. I wouldn’t say [what role was offered] but I will tell you, it wasn’t Baby!”
“I am always interested in any iteration of something where they feel there’s more to be gotten and I would love to see what it is that they come up with. Tommy Kail [Hamilton] directed it and I’m obsessed with Hamilton, so that’s thrilling to me. I think they’ve got wonderful actors in it. I’m going to be watching it and I’m excited. My only advice is to own it for yourself because we all just do our interpretation and I’m only flattered and excited for people who are excited enough to put their stamp on it and see what they make of it and how they make it their own.?

In addition, Jennifer fondly remembered her Dirty Dancing co-star, Patrick Swayze, calling him ?fearless? and noting that “He smelled really good, his skin was really nice. He was really strong and he was very protective and his heart was very much in it.” I bet Patrick smelled amazing, like fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and/or puppy breath. He always stuck me as that kind of guy. I still miss him. Oh, and Jennifer summed up the 1980s with one, perfect, sentence, “The fashion was terrible, the hair was terrible, but the music was great.” Acid washed jeans, scrunch spray and Corey Hart. Yup, that?s the 80s to me.
I think Jennifer definitely made the right move here, especially because, at least here in Celebitchy Land, no one seems very excited about this childhood memory-ruining project. Oh, and how have I not heard of Red Oaks? It?s set in the 80s and it sounds great. Looks like I have a new show to binge watch. One last thing, I did not know until today that Jennifer was married to Avengers/Agents of SHIELD‘s Clark Gregg. They make such a cute couple!

Here are some photos of Taylor Swift out and about in NYC on Monday. She was in the Hamptons this weekend to party with Karlie Kloss for Karlie?s birthday, and then I guess Taylor returned to her NYC rental. Remember, her giant penthouse is being renovated, and I don?t think the work done yet, so Taylor?s New York homebase is a luxury rental (with questionable art and dcor).
So, no surprise, Tay-Tay got pap?d leaving the gym on Monday. The surprise was that Taylor wanted to be photographed. We can tell because she didn?t crab-walk or walk like a robot with her back to the cameras. She wanted us to see her new hair. Well, it?s not really new. This hair is merely an adaptation of two previous Swifty hairstyles. Back in the days of Swifty yore, she used to make a big deal about how her hair was naturally curly. She was The Girl With the Curls. And she used to wear her hair a lot longer too. But as she got more sophisticated (??), her hair got shorter and straighter and bangsier. For a while, it seemed like she was morphing into Anna Wintour. But as you can see, the curls are now back!!
I?m enjoying all of the descriptors going around for Taylor?s new old hair. Pacific Coast News called it ?ramen noodle curls.? MTV called it her Trademark 2009 Hair. Elite Daily called it her Lazy Girl Hair. And Hollywood Life is making a big deal about how Taylor went back to her ?natural blonde? hair for Tom Hiddleston. Is it possible we?re making too big of a deal about Swifty?s hair? NEVER! Personally, I wonder if her hair is extra curly and frizzy in high humidity and after a sweaty workout. I?m just saying, it?s possible that Taylor didn?t plan for her hair to be MAJOR news, it could just be that she had a sweaty workout on a humid New York day. What am I saying? Taylor Swift plans everything. She?s in yr brainz, making yr hairz curly.

One of the big reasons why I published that Amber Heard story on Sunday was because I thought that within the same 24-hour news cycle, we would get some leaks about what went down during Amber?s deposition, and I was prepared to do breaking-news coverage for it on Monday. TMZ had hyped this depo so hard, and everyone expected Amber to be ?grilled? and for Team Depp to declare victory the second Amber?s story might have one small discrepancy or whatever. But something weird happened: throughout the day on Sunday, nobody leaked anything. It was weird. Especially considering that Amber was in that meeting/depo for more than nine hours on Saturday. Then on Monday, I got a partial answer to the question of ?why hasn?t anyone leaked info from Amber?s depo?? The answer is weird though.
Amber Heard showed up for her deposition Saturday in her divorce/domestic violence case against Johnny Depp … but she never took the oath and never testified about a thing … sources connected to Amber tell TMZ. We’re told there was a videographer and court reporter present and Johnny’s lawyers were at the conference room table, but Amber never even walked in the room the entire day. She was in a nearby office.
Mind you … Amber showed up at around 11:30 AM — she was an hour and a half late — and didn’t leave until 9 PM. So, what happened inside the building? We’re told both sides were talking settlement but no deal was struck. As for why Amber never entered the room, much less answered questions the entire day … it’s a mystery.

That was TMZ?s initial story, that Amber came late but that she just sat in a room for nine-and-a-half hours and no one did anything. Very strange. A few hours after TMZ broke that news, Amber?s team sent out information to TMZ and other outlets. Her rep told TMZ:
“Although she was ready, willing and able to go forward with her deposition, it was not taken by Johnny’s attorneys. She waited for 10 hours and at no time did Amber ever refuse to start the deposition. There was nothing preventing Johnny’s counsel from commencing the deposition.”

Amber?s rep also says that Amber wasn?t really 90 minutes late to the deposition either ? while the deposition was scheduled for 10 am, she called ahead of time and Depp?s lawyers knew she was going to be there closer to 11 am on Saturday, and that when she showed up at the law offices, she was ?blindsided by paparazzi.? Interestingly enough, Amber?s rep also told TMZ that Johnny Depp was originally scheduled to be deposed by Amber?s lawyers on Wednesday but now he?s saying he can?t make it. And TMZ has a new story about the “mountain” of evidence Team Depp has gathered that “proves” Depp never assaulted Amber – go here to read. It basically sounds like Depp’s got a lot of employees going on the record about how they never saw anything. Weird, right? That people who would depend on Depp for their livelihood would say that he’s not an abuser? And why can’t Depp be deposed on Wednesday? Oh, right, he’s on vacation.
The NYDN went a little bit further to explain the fact that Amber was never deposed. Apparently, she just sat there as her lawyers and Depp?s lawyers tried to negotiate a ?global resolution on all issues,? and at one point, Amber even got up to start the deposition but the lawyers went back to discussing the terms of a potential settlement. What do you think? Do you think Depp and Heard are going to get this sh-t settled by Monday the 15th? I suspect if they do work out a settlement, it will be hammered out at the very last minute, like 6 a.m. Monday morning.
