Bethenny Frankel went through a long and contentious divorce, which she’s called “the most difficult thing you could ever go through in your entire life” because she’s incapable of sympathizing with anyone who isn’t exactly like her. It’s been three years since Bethenny started the process to divorce her ex, Jason Hoppy, longer than the three years they were married, and they’re still in court hashing out the support and property arrangements. In the latest ruling, Bethenny was relieved of having to pay Jason $12,000 a month, however Jason’s side was happy with the ruling as it declared that Bethenny wasn’t the sole owner of their condo by invalidating the trust that owned the apartment. Bethenny’s side claims this ruling is in their favor though. more on that in a moment.
Jason’s attorney, Bernard Clair, exclusively tells In Touch that the husband and wife met in appellate court, where four judges not only determined that the Real Housewives of New York star no longer has to pay temporary support to her ex, but also that rejected her argument that she was the sole owner of their Manhattan apartment just because she paid for it.
?Jason was thrilled that his wife?s argument that just because she paid for the condominium apartment, that she was therefore the sole owner was rejected. By rejecting that argument and requiring an evidentiary hearing, Jason is looking forward to his day in court,? Mr. Clair tells In Touch.
The lawyer explains the apartment is currently owned by ?no one,? because it was owned by a trust, which has since been invalidated by law.
?Of course, Jason was not so happy with the decision to deny him temporary support and agreed with the judge who would not go along with the other judges,? Mr. Clair continues.
Following the appellate decision, both parties will be able to explore their options with a hearing at civil court in the near future.

While $12,000 a month is a hefty amount, it’s based on a formula. Bethenny has a whole beverage and food empire, I’m sure she can afford it. This is speculation based on years gossiping, but if Bethenny was the husband I doubt she would get off this easily. Still, they had a prenup and that’s what was being enforced here.
Meanwhile Bethenny says she’s pleased too:
“Bethenny is particularly pleased that the trust agreement, which was used in an attempt to obtain joint ownership of an apartment that she purchased, was rendered void and invalid due to fraudulent behavior in connection with the execution of the agreement,” her attorney Allan Mayefsky tells PEOPLE in a statement. “We believe that the evidence, including evidence of the husband’s fraudulent behavior and unclean hands, will clearly demonstrate that Bethenny, who is the sole purchaser, is also the sole owner. We are also pleased the court invalidated the award of interim spousal support to Jason based on his waiver in the prenuptial agreement.”

Then Jason’s lawyer argued that there was no fraud committed, that the ruling is good for their side, not Bethenny’s, and that Jason deserves a share of the apartment because he contributed toward renovation and maintenance. All of this legal back and forth is making my head hurt. These people are rich enough and there’s enough at stake to justifying paying hundreds of dollars an hour for lawyers to argue over their property rights. It still seems ridiculous, particularly since it’s playing out in the press.
Team no one except their daughter Brynn, five. How is their custody arrangement going? Do you think they even talk about medical issues with Brynn or coordinate for important school events? They couldn’t even agree what to feed her a couple of years ago. Bethenny was trying to raise the girl vegan but she apparently didn’t talk to her ex about that despite the fact that they share custody.

There were always rumors about Elizabeth Olsen and Tom Hiddleston when they started working together on I Saw the Light. She had just ended things with her fianc, and Tom was seemingly single then too. But the rumors were just that, until last summer when Olsen and Hiddles stepped out together in London. Ever since, the dragonflies and Hiddlestoners have been on HIGH ALERT for any story about impending Olsen-Hiddles babies. But then when Hiddleston and Olsen came out for TIFF last year to promote ISTL, Olsen flatly denied that Hiddleston was her boyfriend. Which no one believed. And then her denials seemed especially false when she was seen/photographed in Hawaii with Hiddleston while he was filming Kong: Skull Island. Personally, I think these two have been together this whole time. But I do enjoy Olsen?s attempts to deny it and deflect.
Elizabeth Olsen and Tom Hiddleston have great chemistry in their new Hank Williams biopic I Saw the Light. However, that doesn’t mean the two ever dated. Rumors of a budding romance started in May but cooled off in September when Olsen told Refinery 29 in September that they’re just friends.
“I’m used it by now,” Olsen told me last night at the I Saw the Light premiere. “I’m like, ‘Wow, my life is real exciting.’ I got three Avengers on my cue lined up.” (Olsen has also been falsely linked to Chris Evans and Jeremy Renner.)
Olsen and Hiddleston first met four years ago when they auditioned for the same movie.
“None of us got the job but what we got out of it is, Oh, we work similarly?This could be fun,” Olsen said. “We could have fun working together and then it ended up happening.”
In the Marc Abraham-directed I Saw the Light, Hiddleston stars as Hank Williams, the late country-western singer who was only 29 when he died in 1953 after years of active alcoholism and prescription drug abuse. Olsen plays his first wife Audrey.
“Hank and Audrey clearly had such a passionate and volatile relationship,” Hiddleston said. “They loved each other so much but they were unintentionally cruel to each other.”
Hiddleston and Olsen were anything but cruel to each other. “She’s such a great tennis partner,” the Thor star said. “She’s the kind of actress who’s really in the moment with you. She’s very present?We’ve been friends for awhile so it was nice to finally work with her.”

When Olsen was asked about the rumors by Entertainment Tonight, she ?dismissed? the stories as ?a bunch of strangers saying a bunch of stuff that they don’t know about.” Yeah, a bunch of strangers with photo evidence and RECEIPTS!!!

If you?re anything like me, your first thought upon seeing this cover was, ?Wait, I thought Rihanna was Vogue?s April cover girl?? It?s true ? Rihanna is the April cover subject. But for the month of April, Vogue also did a ?Special Edition.? Which is how Kendall Jenner got her first-ever American Vogue cover. To be fair, Anna Wintour likes the Jenner girls, and both Kendall and Kylie have been featured inside Vogue before. But you know Kendall in particular was really hoping for a cover. So was Gigi Hadid. And Kendall got there first!
You can see Kendall?s Mario Testino-shot editorial here. I actually sort of like it? It?s not a deep love, but she isn?t embarrassing herself, and several of the shots look like vintage Ali McGraw modeling photos, which I sort of enjoy. But some of the photos? it?s like there?s no real It Factor there. She?s a pretty young woman, but the whole package is kind of basic. As for the interview? it?s mostly famous people talking her up, and the conceit of the interview is Kendall being taken around to meet famous and successful people and asking for their advice. It?s not that she comes across as stupid, but she just comes across as? flavorless. Sort of an affected bland. Some highlights:
What Karl Lagerfeld says about her: ?She is a very sweet person. Very caring and not at all spoiled by those superficial successes. I must say I love her.?
On the idea of going to college: “You talk to people and they say the reason they went to college was to get a job, but I already have a job, so ??

What she?s passionate about: ?If you?re talking about the love thing. I could have done a lot of things, but I chose to be this baby businesswoman.?
The second rule of social media success: ?You don?t want to do too many posts. You want to leave them wanting to come back: Mystery!?
The opportunity she?s been given: ?I?m aware of the incredible opportunity I?ve been given by coming into this business. I mean, I?ve dreamed of being a part of this my whole life? Ten years from now, I can only hope to have harnessed all of this experience and opportunity into something impactful and meaningful. Either that, or maybe Carmelo can put in a good word with the Knicks for me, LOL.?

As I said, it?s sort of flavorless. But I do give her credit for something: she?s always been focused on modeling, and now that she?s here, she?s still focused on it. The gist of the story is that she?s not always looking for the next thing or the next project ? she?s not going to try to act or be a pop star. She wants to be a major model and her own brand. And she?s almost there.
PS? I also give her credit for not messing with her face, quite honestly. In her family, the plastic surgeons and Botoxologists are on speed-dial, and Kendall looks so refreshing with her real face.
