Jennifer Garner was out with one of her workout buddies earlier this week getting coffee in their gym clothes. She was surrounded by paparazzi and was in a playful mood. At the beginning of the video above you can hear her say to a paparazzo “Brad and I are dating.” It’s unclear what question he asked but I would assume he loudly inquired whether she was was dating someone and she didn’t just volunteer that information out of nowhere.
The guy asks incredulously “You’re dating Brad Pitt?”
“Isn’t that great, yay?”
“Oh my God, that’s insane. Ben must cry himself to sleep every night.”
Then Garner rejoins her friend and they laugh about it, with her friend saying “Oh no. Make it stop.”
The two walk to their black Range Rover and the paparazzi yells “Congratulations on you and Brad.”
The rest of the video is just the two of them headed to their gym, Body by Simone, and then leaving the gym afterwards. (Sidenote: I have only done this workout once and it’s insane.)
After their workout, Garner is asked “Jennifer do you have any advice for Angelina Jolie on her breakup with Brad?” She wisely does not answer that one.
So this is getting major headlines. Is this Garner’s next move for attention after doing a couple of pap walks with Ben right after the Brangelina split or was she just harmlessly joking around? Maybe it’s a little from column A, a little from B, to steal an expression from Kaiser. I know that I’ve said things I thought were funny when out with friends and then later thought, “why did I say that?” but I get social regret often. She was just messing around and she deals with these photographers trailing her every day. It’s got to get old and she was teasing. Maybe if Garner used social media she could issue a statement that she was joking but she’s not on twitter or instagram so that’s not going to happen. She’s old school but she still knows how to get press.
Oh and Huffpo reminds me that Garner made a reference to Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston in her Vanity Fair interview. She said, in reference to her own relationship with Ben and people wanting to see them back together, “When Jen Aniston and Brad Pitt broke up I was dying to see something that said they were getting back together.” Does she hope that Brad stays with Angelina now or is she wiser about what that would entail, since she’s living it? It’s an honest question!

Earlier this week it was reported that Tori Spelling was ordered to pay nearly $40,000 to American Express to settle a debt of about $39k plus court fees. AmEx sued Tori in January for failure to make payments on her bill. Over the summer we heard that she also owed over a quarter million dollars in back taxes to the state of California and it’s been rumored that she has other extensive credit card debt. That’s to be expected given her lifestyle, which included an extended trip to Europe this summer, although she did do some promotional appearances. So Tori has money problems, and she also has four children, ranging in age from four to nine, with her husband of ten years, Dean McDermott. Tori and Dean predictably marital problems, she claimed he cheated on her in 2014, but she forgave him and they had that romantic vacation over the summer. It looks like they didn’t take precautions because Tori is pregnant, at 43 years old, with her fifth child.
And baby makes seven: Tori Spelling is expanding her family once again.
?It was a total surprise,? Spelling tells PEOPLE exclusively in this week?s issue of her impending fifth child with husband Dean McDermott. ?But we always wanted a big family. I?m really excited.?
The pair are already parents to Liam, 9, Stella, 8, Hattie, 5 and Finn, 4. Dean also has an 18-year-old son, Jack, from his previous marriage.

The big NYC premiere of The Girl on the Train was rather low-key last night. Considering the buzz around the film, I do wonder if the studio decided to just save some money and do a quiet, non-glitzy premiere. Emily Blunt was definitely the star in her pretty and summery Prada dress. I bet her husband, John Krasinski, asked her to wear Prada, especially since The Devil Wears Prada is like his favorite movie, basically. While I can usually find twenty-million faults with Prada dresses, I do like this one. Even Prada?s weird boob-darting doesn?t look bad here.
Emily?s costar Haley Bennett wore Altuzarra ? this is the ?Cottonwood? dress. Only a slender woman could pull this off ? the ruffles would have made a curvier woman look like a sofa. The detailing is pretty, but I think she might look better in a cleaner look?
I?m truly surprised that Justin Theroux went solo at the premiere. I expected Jennifer Aniston to be his date, because why wouldn?t she? JT looks fine, but as I?ve said before ? I think he?s better looking when he?s a bit scruffy. He?s too shiny here.

I haven?t spent much time discussing Sarah Jessica Parker?s big return to HBO. Probably because I think her new show, Divorce, looks really? privileged? Like, the show is about two rich white people getting a divorce in New York ? although they own multiple homes ? and all of their friends are white and rich and there are so many emotions! Like, if this was done as a glitzy soap opera, I might understand the vibe. But there?s an earnestness to it, like we?re supposed to really, really care. Here?s the trailer:
Anyway, the premiere was held last night in NYC and Sarah Jessica wore this Dolce & Gabbana dress which is just? bad. Cheap. Awful. Tacky. Ridiculous. Don?t get me wrong, I enjoy SJP’s transition from 30-something fashionista (the Sex & the City days) to a more mature fashion matron at the age of 51. She still has fun with fashion and you can tell that she still loves getting dressed up and all of that. But this looks like a cheap party dress that has cheap rhinestone jewelry glued across the bust. It?s AWFUL!
I?m also including some photos of SJP with her husband, SJP with her SATC buddies Cynthia Nixon and Mario Cantone, SJP?s costar Thomas Haden Church and? Jerry Seinfeld and his wife Jessica. Because I know you guys LOVE Jessica Seinfeld.
