My new favorite celebrity couple is Brenda Song and Macaulay Culkin. I know they?ve been together since 2017, but it?s only been over the past few months that they?ve really opened up and let us get to know them as a couple. ICYMI, they did a big spread for Cosmopolitan in February. Brenda is currently co-starring in the new Netflix series, Running Point with Kate Hudson, so she?s been doing the talk show circuit. On The Jennifer Hudson Show she talked about being a working mother, how she?s a die-hard LA Lakers fan, and her relationship, including the times that she attempted to teach the world?s most famous child star how to drive and do his own laundry.
Brenda Song revealed her fianc, 44, still doesn?t know how to drive a car and didn?t know how to do laundry when they first met.
?I always say Mac is a very unique human being the most famous child actor in the world,? Song said during her Thursday appearance on ?The Jennifer Hudson Show.? ?He still doesn?t know how to drive! I took him out to drive in our neighborhood. I was terrified, let me tell you.?
The ?Suite Life on Deck? star, 36, joked she has to ?hire someone? to teach the former child star to do that specific task.
As for the laundry, Song explained that Culkin?s unique childhood is to blame.
?He lived and grew up in hotels, he had just never really done laundry, and I was shooketh?,? she told Hudson.
?I?ve been doing laundry since I was 10 helping my mom,? Song added. ?It?s funny, teaching him how to do laundry.?
Song and Culkin have kept a relatively low profile throughout their relationship. Though, Song has shared more details of their personal lives in recent months while promoting her latest projects ? ?The Last Showgirl? and the Netflix series ?Running Point.? The parents, who share 3-year-old son Dakota and 2-year-old son Carson, gave fans the first glimpse at their kids when they attended Culkin?s Walk of Fame ceremony in December 2023.
[From Page Six]
There?s a famous scene in The Suite Life of Zack and Cody where Phil Lewis? character, Mr. Moseby, is trying to teach Brenda?s character, London Tipton, how to drive, and she refers to the gear shift as ?the PRINDL.? It sounds like there was a case of life imitating art here. I think that the older you get, the harder it is to learn how to drive. It?s similar to how it?s tougher to learn a new language as you get older. Mac is rich enough to be able to call a driver and he could have gotten lessons at any other point in his life before now, so I?m sure he doesn?t really feel like he?s missing out. Still, the imagery of him trying to practice left-hand turns in an empty parking lot is sending me. As for the laundry, it makes sense that he never had to learn due to growing up in hotels. It?s also not surprising. Some couples split up household chores and literally never learn how to do the one that isn?t their responsibility.
JHud was stanning Mac pretty hard throughout, so Brenda also talked about how she made her beau watch Home Alone for the first time in over a decade when they first got together. He kept telling her behind-the-scenes trivia and she had to tell him to knock it off because he was ?ruining it? for her. Hahaha, amazing. As it turns out, Jennifer is such a fan that she actually tried to buy the Home Alone house when it went up for sale last year! I think that is so cool. Apparently, the people who ended up buying it did so anonymously, but this makes me wonder how many other celebrities also tried to buy it.
Heres Brendas appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show. I queued it up to start when she comes on, but just in case, she shows up at 26:54:

| Tina Fey: 'I have a problem with rich people having a side hustle' I judge it' | Added 106 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Amy Poehler has a new podcast called Good Hang with Amy Poehler. Of course, Amy?s ?wife? Tina Fey was one of her first guests, and I can only hope that Tina will be a regular guest. There?s something magical about Tina and Amy?s friendship and their comedic energy when they?re together. They have been dear friends for what? Almost three decades? Something like that. Well, obviously, Tina made some comments which are getting a lot of play. Tina and Amy start talking about celebrity side-hustles and how Tina doesn?t really respect rich people who dabble in money-making schemes on the side.
Tina Fey revealed she will never have a side hustle and admitted she judges fellow celebrities who do.
?I have a problem with rich people having a side hustle,? the ?Mean Girls? star shared on Tuesday?s episode of the ?Good Hang with Amy Poehler? podcast. ?If you already have like $200 million ? I judge it,? she added.
Poehler, 53, encouraged Fey, 54, to change her viewpoint, saying the latter should ?learn from Gen Z? and not ?judge it.?
The pals got on the topic of side hustles when the ?Parks and Recreation? star complemented Fey on her ?incredible hair.?
?I feel like you should have a hair campaign,? Poehler said. ?[I?m] always pushing you to have a glasses line. Why do you not have a glass [line]??
Fey started to detail why she hadn?t invested in a glasses line before Poehler interrupted, saying, ?You hate money??
?I do kind of hate money,? the ?Date Night? star chimed in, explaining that she is ?terrible with money.?
?No, I?m not terrible. I don?t waste money, but I don?t get excited about money,? she clarified. The ?30 Rock? alum shared she only needs enough funds to feel ?safe? and live.
[From Page Six]
Page Six missed one of the funniest parts, which is when Tina said that she judges side-hustles and Amy says ?you mean like a podcast or something?? LMAO. The thing to understand about Tina?s perspective and this is why Amy brings up Gen Z is that Tina is Gen X. Gen Xers and Xennials did not grow up in ?hustle culture.? That was not part of our cultural experience when we were growing up, we were told to look down on ?sellouts? who ?did things for money.? There was a whole period of time when people looked down on new designer clothing and everyone prioritized vintage everything and flea-markets and Goodwills. Actors just ACTED, they didn?t have their own wine labels. Musicians didn?t have a list of sponsors. That absolutely shifted in the past twenty years, but Tina is still clinging to her Gen X belief system.

| Leslie Bibb is not responsible for Sam Rockwell's crazy role on 'The White Lotus' | Added 106 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

|
|
|
|
 Spoilers for The White Lotus.
Generally, I avoid writing too much about Severance and The White Lotus because most discussions involve so many spoilers, and I want people to be able to genuinely enjoy the experience of watching these shows in their own time. I?m really enjoying this season of TWL I?m rooting for two characters to make it, Aimee Lou Woods? character Chelsea and Natasha Rothwell?s character Belinda. Almost everyone else can choke! No, I actually like some of them, including Walton Goggins? man of mystery, who is apparently hunting down the guy who killed his father. Goggins? character, Rick, has flown to Bangkok to hunt down this guy, and Rick ended up calling an old friend for some help.
In the most recent episode, we finally got to meet Rick?s friend, who was played by Oscar-winner Sam Rockwell. Rockwell?s guest role it?s more than a cameo, he?s in next week?s episode too has quickly become one of the most bonkers moments in TWL?s history. Rockwell delivered a truly insane monologue which I will not even describe, you just have to watch it. So many people thought Rockwell?s partner Leslie Bibb somehow got Rockwell the role, or that Rockwell might have been hanging out on set with Bibb, because she?s one of the major characters this season. As it turns out, not so much. Bibb spoke to Entertainment Weekly about how Sam dropped into Thailand for eight days and did his thing.
Leslie Bibb tells Entertainment Weekly that she actually had nothing to do with Sam Rockwells casting.
No, they came to me and they were like, Were going to offer this to Sam,' Bibb tells EW. I was on the treadmill and [producer] Dave Bernad came to me. But I was like, Sam is wild as a buck. Listen, I dont know what hes going to do. Hes doing a movie in South Africa, he likes time to prep. And he was very nervous about that prep time.
That was a big arc to do that quickly, Bibb says of [Rockwell?s] characters debut. And [Rockwell] literally went from one [project] to the next, so I said [to producers], You cant get mad at me if he says no. What if he says no? I was so scared! Then [creator] Mike [White] was like, No, no, no, we wont get mad at you.'
Bibb laughed as she remembered telling the showrunner, I was like, That jet planes going to fly, I cant ground him. But then it was really sweet ? I think Walton really, because theyre very good friends, wanted to have that experience with him.
And getting her real-life partner to come join her on the set of The White Lotus was a treat, even if Rockwell got a truncated experience. It was really fun, she says. We dont have any scenes together, and he did all of his stuff in eight days. We were there for six months, Sam was there for eight days ? Sam did not [have] the same experience in eight days. He got The White Lotus light. But its nice to be able to have a context to share, and I think hes a great actor, and were lucky to have him, and I think he chewed up that character. Mike was really happy to have him too.
Bibb did get a bit jealous when she first saw some of Rockwells scenes, however. I saw some stills from them on the boat in Bangkok, and I was like, Were sweating our faces off, and they were like, hair blowing in the wind,' she added with a laugh. Look how cool they look. This is like To Live and Die in L.A., but it was like To Live and Die in Bangkok. It was so cool.
[From EW]
What?s even wilder about this is that Sam still hasn?t said anything? He just dropped into TWL, delivered the craziest monologue in the history of the show, dipped after a few days and he?s done absolutely nothing to promote it or talk about it. An actor?s life is so wild though, I bet Sam enjoyed the hell out of the guest role and being able to work with his friend Walton Goggins. What I also liked was that Rockwell?s appearance felt completely organic within the show. It wasn?t like ?oh, look, a movie star just showed up!? You actually felt like those two guys had some history and once you see the scene, you realize that Sam didn?t do this for the glamour.

| Kim Kardashian considers stripping Kanye West of joint custody of their kids | Added 107 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

|
|
When Kim Kardashian finally filed for divorce from Kanye West, everyone knew that it would be a giant mess. Even Kim knew that, and she clearly had a plan for how to handle it and how to ?manage? Kanye. He spent so many months trying to stall every part of their divorce, and Kim patiently waited it out. When they finally completed their divorce, the terms were simple enough: joint custody of the kids, Kim kept almost all of their jointly-held real estate, and they otherwise left the marriage with their separate assets. Since the divorce, Kanye has not been a consistent father to those kids and Kim has repeatedly said that she feels like a single mother.
If anything, Kanye only seems to give a sh-t about the oldest child, North West, and he seems to spend the most time with her. To the point where North is being featured in Kanye?s chaotic new music. Over the weekend, Kanye released a new song called ?Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine.? It features North rapping and a phone conversation between Kanye and Sean Combs. Kanye is still on Twitter (naturally) and he tried to ?expose? Kim?s attempts to get the song taken down, and Kim?s protests about including their eldest child in anything involving Sean Combs, who is still awaiting trial for human trafficking, rape, etc. This song seems to be the straw that broke the camel?s back, and now Kim is making moves to strip Kanye of joint custody of their kids.
Kim Kardashian is mulling over a big decision whether to go to court and ask a judge to strip Kanye West of joint legal custody of their 4 kids, because her ex-husband has flagrantly ignored their custody agreement.
The latest legal war was set off after Kanye agreed in a mediation Friday not to release a previously recorded song in which their daughter North raps. The track Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine also includes a phone convo between Diddy and Kanye.
Thing is Kim was vehemently opposed to letting North participate in any way and according to their divorce settlement, they both have equal say in making decisions for their kids.
Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, the divorce settlement provides for the event theres a conflict Kim and Kanye must first go to a private judge to try and hash out an agreement. Kim was there for the mediation with her lawyer, Disso Queen Laura Wasser, and his lawyer, Patrick DeCarolis, and they did reach an agreement North would not appear on any version of the song if it was released.
But agreements dont seem to matter with Kanye, and he released the song with Norths voice over the weekend. Kanye posted to X last night THE MAN MAKES THE FINAL DECISION.
So, heres what Kim is weighing Kanye rarely sees his kids, so physical custody is not an issue. In fact, Kim wants their kids to have a relationship with their dad and has almost always facilitated that. One recent exception when Kanye held an event where he urged participants to wear swastika shirts. She did not feel it was appropriate for her kids to attend that event.
As for legal custody, hes not that involved in decision-making, but still Kanye has made it clear hes not about to follow the rules of the road. So our sources say Kim is seriously considering going to court to ask a judge to strip him of joint legal custody.
[From TMZ]
Many people wondered why Kim didn?t seek sole custody in the first place, but looking back on everything, I think Kim understood that she would effectively have sole custody anyway because Kanye was such a deadbeat dad, plus she really did want the kids to have a relationship with him in some way. But yeah, I?m fine with her seeking sole custody and I?m sure Kanye is enjoying the fact that he finally got a reaction from Kim after she?s mostly grey-rocked him for years. I expect the family court judge will be like ?he put his CHILD in a song with Sean Combs?? I?ve heard enough.?

| Will Smith is releasing a new album, his first in 20 years, and is going on tour this summer | Added 107 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

|
|
Over the weekend, Will Smith posted a video of himself doing the ?Anxiety Dance? with Tatyana Ali and Doechii. If you aren?t familiar with the Anxiety Dance, it?s a TikTok trend where people do the dance from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air to a clip of Doechii?s ?Anxiety, which samples the melody from Gotyes Somebody That I Used to Know. It was started by a TikToker named Mimiola Olatunji.
Anyway, Tatyana, Will, and Doechii recreated the famous scene where Will catches Ashley dancing while wearing headphones and dances along with her. Obviously, the clip went viral. And, now that Will has everyone?s attention, he?s announced that he?s dropping a new hip hop album for the first time in 20 years! Based on a True Story has 14 new tracks and will be out in two weeks, on March 28.
Will Smith has announced the date that his latest album will be released as his imminent return to the world of hip-hop continues after a 20-year hiatus. The actor-rapper-producer shared the news on Instagram on Sunday, writing in a post that his new album is scheduled for release in two weeks.
?It?s OFFICIAL!! My new album, Based on a True Story, drops on March 28. TWO WEEKS!! Hit that presave. Been working on this project for a minute and I?m itchin? to get it out to y?all ?,? Smith posted on the social media platform to his 69.5 million followers.
The 14-track album will reunite Smith with DJ Jazzy Jeff and feature collaborations with Teyana Taylor and Jac Ross. Smith released a single, ?Beautiful Scars,? that features Big Sean and Obangain, in January.
The iconic comic and dramatic actor, and an Oscar winner for 2021?s King Richard, Smith has risen to the level of a multi-hyphenate pop culture phenomenon over his career, which began with rap music. He emerged from the fledgling hip-hop scene in the late 1980s as half of the duo DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince with instant classics like ?Parents Just Don?t Understand? and ?Girls Ain?t Nothing but Trouble,? both of which came with videos that enjoyed heavy MTV rotation.
Smith?s long-running hit NBC sitcom, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, featured his rapping, and as his Hollywood career took off, his music career flourished in tandem. At times, his franchise and Hollywood blockbuster movies, including Wild Wild West and Men in Black, featured a title track from Smith. His hip-hop career hit a peak with 1997?s Big Willie Style; he released three more records, Willennium (1999), Born to Reign (2002) and Lost and Found (2005), before putting down the mic to focus on his career in film as an actor and producer.
As an icon of entertainment for the last several decades, Smith is still, for many, rehabilitating his reputation after the shocking moment at the 2022 Academy Awards. This notorious Oscars moment saw the actor walk onstage and slap Chris Rock across the face following a joke the comedian made about Smith?s wife, Jada Pinkett-Smith. The fallout of that moment tarnished Smith?s reputation and led to him being banned from the Oscars for 10 years.
[From The Hollywood Reporter]
Thoughts on Will coming out with a new album? Other than Emancipation and last year?s Bad Boys: Ride or Die, he?s been laying relatively low since the Oscars slap, so it makes sense that his reemergence is a pivot back to music. I?m an Elder Millennial, so Fresh Prince, Men in Black, and Will?s first three albums all happened when I was in middle school thru high school. It?s cool, but also not surprising at all that he?s working with Jazzy Jeff again. Clearly, they work well together. When Will released ?Beautiful Scars? a few months ago, I just figured he was using music to work through some things. It never occurred to me that he was recording a whole new album. Maybe I?m wrong, but I think this type of comeback will be well-received. Enough time has passed and he?s going through a different door.
Will also announced a world tour on Monday. It kicks off this summer with dates in Europe and the UK. Presale begins on Wednesday, March 19 and general sales are on Friday, March 21. Interesting! Alright, Mr. Smith. I?m intrigued.

| Gwyneth Paltrow drank more during the LA fires, which made her menopause worse | Added 109 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

|
|
Since the election, I?ve been thinking a lot about drinking. I?ve been sober for more than a decade, and I acknowledge all of the benefits no more hangovers, no more empty calories, no more headaches, no more alcohol-infused messy situations, no more shame, no more regrets. But yeah, the past four months have been incredibly rough and I completely understand how some people have fallen off the wagon. I completely understand why even non-alcoholics are drinking more than ever too. Gwyneth Paltrow is opening up about her drinking she?s always enjoyed a glass of wine or a cocktail, but her drinking apparently got a lot worse during the Southern California fires. Apparently, menopause is compounding everything too.
Gwyneth Paltrow says her menopause symptoms were made worse by alcohol ? and she drank ?every night? during the outbreak of wildfires in Los Angeles. Paltrow, 52, had a frank conversation about menopause on the March 4 episode of the Goop podcast with guest Dr. Mary Clare Haver, a board-certified OB-GYN and author of the New York Times bestseller The New Menopause.
?Im really in the thick of it right now, so Im all over the place,? Paltrow said of her symptoms. ?But I noticed my symptoms are, like, pretty well under control unless, you know, in January when the fires were happening in L.A. Ive, like, used alcohol for its purpose.?
The Academy Award winner previously said she was in ?deep grief? over the wildfires, which broke out in Southern California in January. Paltrow lives in Los Angeles with her husband Brad Falchuk, whom she married in September 2018. While she shared that they were safe from the wildfires, ?so many of our close friends have lost everything.?
It was during this time, Paltrow says, ?I think I drank every night. I was medicating. Normally, now at this point, I dont drink a lot at all. Maybe Ill have one drink a week,? she said, adding that drinking every night impacted her menopause symptoms. ?My symptoms were completely out of control. It was the first time I really noticed, like, causation in that way.?
?Lots of my patients say the same thing. Theyve really just spontaneously realized that theyve cut back on alcohol or just quit altogether because it just hasnt been worth it. They dont bounce back the same way. It stays in our system a lot longer,? said Haver, who penned the foreword for Naomi Watts? book about menopause, Dare I Say It: Everything I Wish Id Known about Menopause.
Paltrow shared that shes been struggling with insomnia, explaining, ?Ive always been a real sleeper? but after menopause, ?I went through a particularly bad time with it. There were nights where my anxiety ? like, I just thought it meant, ?Oh, youre not gonna be able to sleep because you dont have enough progesterone or whatever,? ? she explained about what she expected from menopause-induced insomnia. But instead, ?It wasnt that. I would just wake up [and] I would get crushed with anxiety, which Ive never had in my life. And I would lie in bed thinking about every mistake Ive ever made, every persons feelings I ever hurt, like, every bad, you know, And I would be up, like, for six hours. It was crazy.?
[From People]
Or they would ?just quit altogether because it just hasnt been worth it. They dont bounce back the same way. It stays in our system a lot longer.? It?s true once you get out of your early 20s, it just gets harder to recover or feel ?normal? and that keeps getting worse and worse as you get older. I did a marathon of Sex and the City over the holidays and I was like? how are they all drinking so much in their 30s?? As for Gwyneth?s drinking exacerbating her menopause, I absolutely believe that and I?m sure the same would happen to me if I picked up a bottle right now.

| Kim Kardashian: Kris Humphries only paid for a fifth of my engagement ring | Added 111 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |
|
|
|
|
|
One of my (many) unpopular gossip opinions is that Kim Kardashian?s 72-day marriage and divorce to Kris Humphries was funny and relatable, and it even made her slightly sympathetic. It was so obvious (to me) what happened there: Kim freaked out about turning 30 years old and decided to run off and marry the first guy she came across, then she tried to convince herself that she wanted Kris Humphries and everything he wanted, and then it all fell apart quickly after the wedding. Like, minus the reality show and the wedding special, I always thought a lot of women could relate to the birthday freakout and the ?briefly convincing themselves that a douchebag they barely know was the One.? Well, Kim has one more regret about the Humphries marriage: she let him have the Lorraine Schwartz engagement ring, even though he only paid for a fifth of it.
Kim Kardashian might have one lingering regret from her swift divorce from Kris Humphries. The SKIMS founder was famously married to the former NBA player for just 72 days in 2011, and on the March 13 episode of The Kardashians, she reflected on the engagement ring he gave her ? or, more accurately, she got herself.
As she mused to her sister Khlo Kardashian, Kim, 44, said, I wonder what my next ring shape will be ? on my last and final hoorah, before taking a trip down memory lane to revisit each of her three engagement rings.
?Number one was a cushion cut, 14-karat, she said, referring to her four-year marriage to Damon Thomas. Her second engagement ring, which Humphries proposed to her with, was an 18-karat emerald cut from Lorraine Schwartz, she said.
I didn?t keep that, she revealed. I was pregnant with [daughter] North [West], still married to him and in order to divorce him, he said I had to give him the ring in my divorce, she explained of Humphries. The demand was made worse when Kim noted that she was the one who bought the ring. He contributed a fifth, she clarified.
Jesus, her hairstylist and friend Chris Appleton said after hearing the story, which he called savage.
Schwartz ? who was with Kim and Khlo as well on their trip to Mumbai for the July 2024 Ambani wedding, which the episode documented ? told Kim it was for the best that she got rid of the ring. But I would?ve loved a collection, she admitted.
[From People]
Like many jewelry lovers, Kim worships Elizabeth Taylor, who was famously married eight times (to seven men, Richard Burton got a repeat). Something I learned from Taylor?s My Love Affair with Jewelry is that Liz didn?t keep most of her engagement rings either, although she kept the biggest, the Krupp diamond (she sold the ring she got from Mike Todd though). While it would be nice to have a huge collection of rings for all of one?s husbands, it?s probably not that realistic, I?m just saying. As for Kris Humphries demanding the ring? what a loser. I mean, granted, Kim probably followed the ?etiquette? around returning the ring (given she was the one who ended the marriage), but Kris really had some audacity to demand the ring in exchange for granting the divorce.

| Eden: In 2007, Kate Middleton already had the discretion of a royal woman | Added 111 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |
|
|
|
|
|
Back in January, Carole Middleton turned 70 years old and there were about a dozen major articles about her life and times. The British press praised her, but they also left enough room to let everyone know that Carole has manipulated, schemed and defrauded her way into the top echelons of society. One of the most interesting pieces was the Daily Mail?s Richard Eden ?remembering? how he spoke to Carole once back in 2008 and he repeated what they discussed at the time. It was a curious admission that Carole had long briefed the press personally. Well, now Eden is remembering another incident, this time from 2007. He and then-Kate Middleton attended the same event and he chatted with her AND overheard her conversation.
Her impressive appearance this week made me think back many years to the first occasion I met Catherine ? or Kate Middleton, as she was known by everyone then. It was at the launch party for Simon Sebag Montefiore?s biography Young Stalin in 2007, when Catherine had briefly split from Prince William.
Catherine, then aged 25, attended the event with her sister, Pippa Middleton, and chatted to me in a group with Sebag Montefiore?s sister-in-law, the TV presenter Tara Palmer-Tomkinson, who sadly died a decade later at the age of 45.Tara, the daughter of two of King Charles?s closest friends, Charles and Patti Palmer-Tomkinson, had known Prince William since he was a little boy and was not shy about speaking intimately about him to Catherine at the party at Asprey jewellers in Mayfair.
While I made small-talk to Catherine about Montefiore?s book and how she knew the author, Tara, typically, got straight down to what everyone really wanted to know about: Catherine?s break-up with William. The split had been a big story since it was disclosed a few months earlier.
?How are you doing?? Tara asked her.
Catherine replied, ?Fine?, and started blushing.
?It must be so hard? Tara persisted.
?Really, it?s fine,? Catherine replied, firmly, if uncomfortably.
She made clear with her body language that she didn?t wish to discuss the subject, and the conversation moved swiftly on to happier and less fraught matters. At that time, Catherine was seen as a party-loving girlfriend of William, but my first encounter with her taught me that she was a tough cookie who wasn?t going to be inveigled into saying something she didn?t want to say.
Indeed, she reminded me of members of the Royal Family, much older than herself, who have the uncanny ability to make small-talk with anyone (even tiresome social diarists) without giving anything anyway. They usually manage to turn the conversation around and force the questioner do the talking.
Fortunately for the future of the Royal Family, Catherine was reunited with William a couple of months after I met her. Although she has changed in many ways since our fleeting first encounter becoming, for example, a confident public speaker there was a hint of that inner steel which has stood her so well in the years since.
[From The Daily Mail]
Just for some royal history and Waity history, when William dumped Kate in early 2007, she ran straight home to Carole and they worked out a ?get him back? plan which ended up being pretty successful. The plan involved Kate stepping out constantly in London, attending every event she could get into, going clubbing with William?s friends and projecting a ?I?m not heartbroken? vibe. Kate knew what she was doing by fending off ?sympathetic? questions from a close associate of the Windsors she knew that it would get back to William that she was unbothered and fine, and that she was out and about without a care in the world. Of course, I also believe Kate knew what she was doing by chatting with a Daily Mail reporter.

| Brad Pitt 'is happy that the divorce is behind him' & 'happy' with Ines de Ramon | Added 112 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

|
|
|
|
Last December, there was a wealth of reporting mostly tabloid reporting about Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Ines de Ramon, divorce, money and the six kids who want nothing to do with Pitt. Some of Jolie?s fans thought that Pitt was organizing certain stories as a way to derail Angelina?s Oscar campaign. I thought there was something to that theory, although I also think that Hollywood was probably always going to ignore Jolie?s performance in Maria anyway, especially after Netflix stopped putting money into her campaign. Anyway, just days after Christmas, Angelina and Brad managed to finalize their divorce after eight-plus years. Pitt has been pretty quiet since then (other than this notable story). Now that the awards season is over, it?s time for Pitt to get back on track with his regular programming: reminding everyone that he has a girlfriend and that he and Ines are ?happy.?
Brad Pitt is looking ahead after his divorce from Angelina Jolie was finalized, a source tells PEOPLE. The F1 actor, 61, and the Maria star, 49, reached a divorce settlement in December 2024 after an eight-year legal battle.
Brad Pitt is happy that the divorce is behind him, a source tells PEOPLE on Wednesday, March 12. Things are low-key for the family.
The insider adds that Pitt is happy in his relationship with jewelry designer Ines de Ramon, whom he has been dating since late 2022.
They?re in a great place, the source says of the couple.
Pitt is also focused on his career as he prepares for the June 27 release of F1.
Life?s good, no complaints, continues the source.
Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt on Sept. 19, 2016, after two years of marriage. Shortly after their divorce was finalized, her divorce attorney, James Simon of Hersh Mannis, told PEOPLE on Dec. 30 that Jolie was exhausted but relieved that it was over. More than eight years ago, Angelina filed for divorce from Mr. Pitt. She and the children left all of the properties they had shared with Mr. Pitt, and since that time she has focused on finding peace and healing for their family, Simon said at the time. This is just one part of a long ongoing process that started eight years ago. Frankly, Angelina is exhausted, but she is relieved this one part is over.

This reads like filler, but I guess this is probably the start of Brad?s ?promotion? for this long-gestating F1 film. He was filming that back in 2023, during the writers? strike and the actors? strike, and they were still filming it as late as December 2024 (which is insane, to have what amounts to an 18-month-long production). I don?t know obviously, this film is not for me, but it feels like they just spent a lot of time, money and effort on a film which is probably going to be a huge bomb? Maybe there will be a market for it. As for Brad?s happiness with Ines?I guess they?re about to ramp up their photo-ops?

| Disney can't even do a real premiere for 'snow White' because of all the drama | Added 113 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

I swear I pay attention to industry gossip, and I knew that Disney?s live-action remake of Snow White was beset with various controversies, but I didn?t know that it had gotten THIS bad. How bad? Disney can?t even host a real premiere in Los Angeles, and they can?t have an open red carpet with wide press coverage. Instead, the March 15th premiere will be limited to still photographers, no TV/media outlets and an in-house Disney team trying to put a bow on this catastrophic exercise. Variety listed all of the issues which are plaguing this movie and it?s a lot. This makes Karla Sofia Gascon?s social-media mess look quaint.
Disney is hosting a Hollywood premiere of ?Snow White? on March 15, but the studio won?t be rolling out a robust red carpet like it usually does. The afternoon festivities will include a pre-party and screening at the El Capitan Theatre with titular star Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot, who plays the Evil Queen, expected to attend. However, the red carpet will not include the dozens of media outlets usually invited by Disney to interview the cast and creatives at its premieres. Instead, coverage will be limited to photographers and a house crew.
The studio did not comment for this story, but the scaled back plans come amid controversies surrounding the Marc Webb-directed film, which hits theaters March 21. Some toxic Disney fans questioned Snow White being played by Zegler when her casting was announced because she is a Latina actor. The ?West Side Story? star also faced backlash when she called the 1937 original ?dated? because the prince ?literally stalks Snow White.?
Peter Dinklage spoke out about the movie?s portrayal of little people for perpetuating negative stereotypes. ?Literally no offense to anything, but I was sort of taken aback,? he said on the ?WTF With Mark Maron? podcast in January 2024. ?They were very proud to cast a Latino actress as Snow White, but you?re still telling the story of ?Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.? Take a step back and look at what you?re doing there.? Shortly following Dinklage?s remarks, Disney said in a statement to ?Good Morning America,? ?To avoid reinforcing stereotypes from the original animated film, we are taking a different approach with these seven characters and have been consulting with members of the dwarfism community.?
World politics have also come into play. Zegler has promoted ?free Palestine? on social media. At the same time, Gadot, who is Israeli, has become an outspoken supporter of Israel on social media as well as in a passionate speech she delivered on March 4 when she was honored at the Anti-Defamation League?s annual summit in New York City. ?Never did I imagine that on the streets of the United States, and different cities around the world, we would see people not condemning Hamas, but celebrating, justifying and cheering on a massacre of Jews,? she said, in part. Gadot has stayed away from politics in the past, but has said she felt she needed to speak up after the Oct. 7 Hamas attack.
In February, several dozen pro-Palestine protesters gathered outside the Hollywood premiere of ?Captain America: Brave New World? and called for a boycott of the film over its inclusion of the Israeli superhero Ruth Bat-Seraph, aka Sabra, played by Israeli actress Shira Haas.
MAGA supporters also blasted Zegler for her reaction to Donald Trump?s reelection when she posted on Instagram, in part, ?May Trump supporters and Trump voters and Trump himself never know peace.? She apologized for her remarks two days later.
[From Variety]
I knew most of the Zegler stuff white supremacists are mad that a Latina was cast as Snow White, and those same white supremacists are unsurprisingly also pissed that Zegler thinks Donald Trump and his supporters are trash. I also knew about Peter Dinklage?s criticism and I still don?t really understand how Disney thought they could avoid a complete sh-tstorm by making this live-action adaptation and ?keeping? those seven characters. As for a political beef between Gadot and Zegler? Disney made them present together at the Oscars, so both women can make the effort to play nice when it suits them (or when it suits Disney). I strongly suspect that it?s not about the alleged Zegler-Gadot beef I think Disney is limiting the premiere access simply because they don?t want protesters out in force against Gadot specifically, like what happened at the Captain America premiere.
