Two weeks ago, Bradley Cooper and Gigi Hadid went on a date in New York. It felt aggressively random and the news left me feeling unsettled. Since then, we?ve gotten something like an official relationship rollout. Publicists have dropped tidbits about the new relationship to People Magazine and Page Six, and Bradley and Gigi have been seen out and about a few more times for good measure. I still believe that Bradley is just desperate to be in the news ahead of the release of Maestro, the Leonard Bernstein bio-pic he directed and stars in. Bradley can?t do traditional promotion during the strike, so this is his way of keeping his name out there. ?Sure, I?ll watch Maestro, starring Gigi Hadid?s boyfriend,? he imagines the youths will say. But what if Gigi + Bradley is also just random spon-con for Pennsylvania hotels? Because someone at ?luxury hotel River House at Odette?s? just spilled all to People:
From stepping out for intimate dinners in New York City to strolling through Manhattans West Village together, Bradley Cooper and Gigi Hadid continue to enjoy each others company. Now PEOPLE can confirm theyve also spent time outside of the city together, in a charming riverfront town in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Several weeks ago, both Cooper, 48, and Hadid, 28, were spotted at the luxury hotel River House at Odettes in New Hope, Pennsylvania together ? not far from where Gigis mother Yolanda has a farm.
They were both here at the same time, a River House regular confirms to PEOPLE, adding that they were enjoying an evening at the hotels exclusive roof bar. The roof bar is for members and hotel guests only, the onlooker explains, adding that Gigi and her siblings, Bella and Anwar, are also members and frequent guests.
Their family farm is only about a mile down the road, another insider says, referring to Yolanda Hadids Bucks County horse farm.
Previously, another insider explained to PEOPLE that the couples budding romance definitely included road trips out of the city. ?Gigi is great. She is getting to know Bradley outside of the city. They take weekend trips together, the insider said. She has fun. She likes that he is a dad, too.? (Hadid shares daughter Khai, 3, with her ex Zayn Malik, while Cooper shares daughter Lea De Seine, 5, with his ex Irina Shayk.)
The River House at Odettes, which opened in 2020, also boasts 36 hotel rooms and two guest cottages as well as a farm-to-table restaurant Odettes and the private roof club, all overlooking the Delaware River. Its a popular spot for brunch, dinner, drinks and just people watching, the first source adds, noting that its only 40 miles outside of Philadelphia and a four-minute walk to town. Shocked that the ?source? didn?t add information about what phone number to call to book a table and the rooms available for the next six weekends. Clearly, The River House at Odette?s is looking to cash in with some hot Bradgi/Gidley gossip. The thing is, I?m still not clear about whether anyone cares? Is anyone checking for Gigi and Bradley? They?re not Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift, a coupling which has something for everyone, which has captured a lot of imaginations.

One of my favorite royal storylines was when the Princess of Wales (then the Duchess of Cambridge) could not STFU about how she was the keenest peacemaker in the family, and she was going to do the most to force her husband and brother-in-law to reconcile. This was in 2021, and Kate used the ?peacemaker? storyline for weeks, if not months. The keen peacemaker actually overshadowed Prince Philip?s funeral with her shenanigans, just as she arranged for a special funeral photoshoot with her borrowed jewelry. Sometimes I think back to particular royal storylines and I?m like ?did that actually happen?? It did. Anyway, Kate is too lazy to keep up the pretense of being a peacemaker, so her new thing is being a rageaholic like her husband. There have been several stories in recent months about Kate being bitter and full of hate towards the Sussexes. The latest twist is that she?s too bitter to even think about being a keen peacemaker over the holidays!
She was once dubbed the peacemaker and believed to be instrumental in helping heal royal rifts. But Kate Middleton?s relationship with her brother-in-law Prince Harry is now so damaged that she won?t be the one to ?hold out an olive branch? in time for Christmas, a royal expert has revealed.
Royal commentator Jennie Bond exclusively told Fabulous: ?Catherine was deeply hurt by some of the things Harry said about her, particularly in his book, and unfortunately because of these entrenched positions where neither side seems to want to make contact or the first move, I can?t see this rift healing any time soon. Catherine has played the peacemaker in the past and has brought William and Harry together, and I think that comes from her own family, and their values. But I think she has got to a stage whereby she has had to take a step back, things have gone too far, and she feels upset and, quite frankly, hurt and insulted.?
Now, despite months passing since the release of [Spare], Jennie says the trio?s positions haven?t changed and that she doesnt expect a family reconciliation in time for Christmas.
She said: ?I think Catherine was hurt by Harry (and Meghan?s) claim that she made Meghan cry during a fitting for Charlotte?s bridesmaid dress, and again by Meghan?s view, which was relayed by Harry, that she found Catherine and William standoffish, a bit cold, when they first met. After all, we have seen that Catherine is more than ready to give people a hug even people she has no connection with and will never see again. We must remember that Harry once described Catherine as the sister he never had. Now it seems she is the sister in law he no longer wants to see.?
Jennie says that Kate has not only been hurt by the personal attacks on herself, but those aimed at her husband and the wider royal family too.
She said: ?I think Catherine has been badly hurt by Harry?s brutal attacks on William, like his decision to reveal so much of what went on during their disagreements, and by the claim that someone in the royal family questioned the tone of unborn Archie?s skin, it was such a generalised claim that it hurt the whole family. I think Catherine and William have jointly decided that they will carry on with family life and work, and for most of the time, they don?t think about Harry very much, and I expect vice versa. I can?t see an olive branch being extended from either side any time soon.?

What changed from ?the keen peacemaker? storyline of 2021 versus the ?Kate is too bitter and hateful to ever make peace? storyline of 2023? The change was, as Jennie Bond says, Harry?s memoir. Harry wrote so carefully, but he really left the impression that Kate was just a sh-tstirring ahole, someone who instigates drama, someone deeply unfriendly and someone who was immediately jealous of Meghan. I also think time has changed everything the Windsors now realize that Harry isn?t coming back AND he?s pissed at them. As always, the royal experts? framing is wild the Sussexes have shown everyone that they have moved on thoroughly, but the Windsors still cling to this false narrative that they?re in charge.

In June, Prince William and Kate took their eldest child on a tour of Eton. Eton is the go-to boarding school for every posh boy in the UK, it?s the school for future prime ministers, kings and captains of industry. The connections formed at Eton can last a lifetime. It?s really funny, then, that most of William?s Eton friends are just, like, club promoters and well-heeled snobs. Still, the establishment demands that Prince George go to Eton, and it?s more than likely that he will go there in a few years. Kate is said to be pretty broken up about it and she and William have been arguing for years about it. She?s built her entire work-shy image around being a ?hands-on mother? who must be available for every single school run. Kate doesn?t really want any of her kids to go to boarding school, she would prefer her kids to be ?day students? at some posh school, like her alma mater, Marlborough. Speaking of, Kate was seen visiting Marlborough recently, per Richard Eden?s column in the Mail:
Having endured two miserable terms at Downe House where, it has been said, she was the target of school bullies, Kate Middleton was delighted to arrive at Marlborough College in the 1990s. She excelled in the classroom as well as on the sports field before she went on to St Andrews University, where she met Prince William. Now, I can reveal, the Princess of Wales has made a secret return visit to her beloved alma mater.
Catherine was here the other day, a source at the 46,995-per-year boarding school in Wiltshire tells me. Its been the talk of the school. Parents speculate that the Princess may be thinking about sending her elder son, Prince George, to co-educational Marlborough, where her sister, Pippa, and brother, James, were also pupils. Princess Eugenie, Samantha Cameron and comedian Jack Whitehall are among its other alumnae.
George, aged ten, is in Year 6 at Lambrook prep school in Berkshire, but was recently spotted looking around Eton College with his family ahead of a potential move there. His father attended Eton, as did his uncle, Prince Harry, who wrote in his memoirs, Spare, about how it was the wrong choice of school for him.
Catherine will not join William in Singapore for the Earthshot Prize awards next month because Prince George has school exams that week. For the first time since launching the environmental award, the Prince will fly solo when he heads to Asia. A Kensington Palace source confirmed that the Princess wanted to remain at home to support their elder son. All applicants for Year 9 sit an online pre-test in the autumn term of Year 6, either at their current school or at an agreed centre. Eton also requests a head teachers report covering a boys academic strengths, interests and character.
Pupils are then chosen to go forward to the second stage, an assessment later in the academic year before successful candidates are offered a conditional place, pending an entrance exam sat in Year 8. Similar tests are held at around the same time for applicants to Marlborough College.

It?s sort of cute that Kate thinks that she could get away with sending George to Marlborough. She?s not going to win that battle, even though she got her way about the kids? early education. I?ve always believed that Kate got her way because A) William truly did not give a sh-t and B) because she would eventually have to send the kids to boarding school when they turn 12/13. Anyway, it?s also possible that she wants Charlotte to go to her alma mater, and there?s a good chance Kate would get her way on that. But George is going to Eton. At least she gets two more years of not doing anything because of ?the school run? and ?preparing George for Eton.?

Kim Kardashian celebrated her 43rd birthday over the weekend with a big party at Funke in Beverly Hills. Almost all of her sisters came out, as did Kris Jenner, Hailey Bieber, Kimora Lee, Lauren Sanchez and others. Notably, Ivanka Trump also came out. I hate the fact that Kim and Ivanka are still friendly. During the ?Trump administration,? their friendship seemed like a political convenience, one which would be over once Trump was out of the White House. The fact that they still hang out? it sucks. Ivanka and her husband need to be in prison.
Kim?s dress here in Balenciaga. It wouldn?t have been my choice for Kim or for a birthday party at a restaurant, but she looks good. She?s ?kept off the weight,? by hook or by crook. Khloe also looks pretty good these days I mean, she looks plastic AF and I barely recognized her, but her body looks great.
There was also some sister drama at the party Kourtney didn?t come to the party, and the official excuse is that Kourtney is too pregnant and she needed bed rest (which I actually believe). So, no Kourtney in Kim?s IG carousel. Two things are true: Kourtney had a legit reason to skip, and Kim and Kourtney are truly beefing right now, maybe they have been for years.
