Kate Hudson covers Allure this month. Like Carrie Underwood, she’s promoting her fitness line but she also has a new movie out with Bill Murray called Rock The Kasbah. Allure used a bizarre close up profile photo with her hair all wild and curly. Kate reminds me so much of her mom, Goldie Hawn, in this pic. The interior photos are very revealing and somewhat NSFW and you can see them here. They put Kate in sheer net and lace black dresses and leather gloves. She looks like a high end dominatrix in one shot and like a burlesque flamenco dancer in another.
In Allure, Kate gets somewhat candid about her split with her second child’s father, Muse frontman Matt Bellamy. It’s unclear what happened with that relationship, but I’ve had the impression that Kate wanted out. She’s a free spirit and a baller with men and I don’t see her settling down. She makes it clear that things were lousy without harping on it, and said that she’s moved on and they’re successfully coparenting, basically.
She’s writing a book on happiness
“Happiness is not something that just comes to you,” she says. “It’s an active process.” Hudson has been thinking about these things a lot lately. In fact, she’s working on a book about “throwing perfection out the window. Not an advice book,” she says. “Well, sort of. But it’s about finding what works for you. And I’ll share the things that have worked for me.”
On exercise
“It’s brain chemistry,” she says, although she doesn’t really follow a routine. “People think you need two hours a day to do it, and that’s bullsh-t,” she says. “If you work out 20 minutes a day in some way, you’re going to see changes. Like, I’ve had days where I have the kids?Ryder’s on his bike, and I put Bing in a stroller?and I will run and sprint up hills.” She has been known to pop into downward dog on airplanes. “I do things that people would think look completely insane.”
On her breakup with Matt Bellamy
“Relationships ending are painful, and you can choose to carry that or you can choose to reframe it. If Matt and I had a great relationship, we would still be together, but we chose to move on because we had different visions of how we wanted to live our lives. That doesn’t mean, though, that we can’t rebuild something that would be the best thing for the kids
On coparenting with Bellamy
“We said, ‘We need to try to create something for the kids where they feel like they’re gaining something rather than losing something,’” she says. So far, it seems to have worked. “It’s been a seamless transition,” she says. “Kids just want to see their parents be cool. Everybody’s cool; everybody’s good.”
On if she’s looking for another long term relationship
“Being someone who has come from a broken family and has a stepfather,” she says, “I really benefited from having that very consistent [presence] in my life. And it’s something I am mindful of and want in my life.”

I appreciate that Kate says that you don’t have to work out two hours a day, but that’s where she is now with her level of fitness. She’s admitted that she worked out all day pretty much to shed her baby weight. She doesn’t pull any punches though she’ll tell you what she does to keep that insane figure.
As far as Kate sort-of saying that she wants someone who could be a stepfather to her kids – she may say that but she seems to want to play the field at this point and there’s nothing wrong with that.

Never bashful about her beautiful body, Kate Hudson shared a sexy snapshot of her toned tummy with her Instagram followers on Tuesday (October 6).
The ?Skeleton Key? star posted the flirty photo in an effort to plug her brand new Fabletics activewear range, including a tiny bra and a pair of shorts.
Kate wrote, "This little bra and boyshort with little tiny hearts all over it. @fabletics #SneakPeek #ValentinesDay2016 #fabletics.? As for the rumors of romance between Kate and a much-younger Nick Jonas, Hudson hasn?t uttered a peep. Jonas, however, told a radio host, "I'm not gonna get mad at you, but I'm also not gonna talk about it.?

The last time anyone paid attention to Kate Hudson?s love life, she had quietly split from Matthew Bellamy and she seemed to be using Derek Hough as her rebound/jumpoff. The first rumors about Kate and Hough were last November/December, and from what I can tell, they were probably dating/fooling around off and on for several months. Apparently, she?s done with Derek. Now she?s getting with? Nick Jonas.
Kate Hudson and Nick Jonas say they’re not dating … but does hooking up count? The 2 were all over the place — together — this weekend, first at Disney World in Orlando and the next day at brunch in Miami.
Kate — who’s 36 — went to Nick’s show at the House of Blues in Orlando Saturday night. Oh, right, he’s 23. It kinda makes sense. She was probably his jam growing up, and she’s still just as hot. The people we spoke with who know them say they’re not dating, but they’ve absolutely hooked up.

I?m close to Kate?s age and I have a crush on Nick Jonas too. He seems so sensitive, he writes good pop music and he?s got a great body. He?s like Justin Timberlake without the insane ego and smarm (full disclosure: I?m pretty sure Kate banged Timberlake back in the day as well). So, are you into this as a FWB situation? I kind of like it. I like it just as long as they?re just having fun and getting what they need from each other. If they dress it up as true love, I might have a problem with it. Then again, Kate doesn?t usually play that game. She gets in, hits it and then quits it with no hard feelings. Bless her.
PS… I think Bedhead referenced this in a previous story, but it’s worth repeating because it’s sort of funny: word around the street is that Nick dated Kendall Jenner for a second and then dropped her because she was so boring.

She always seems to be full of love and life, so it?s no wonder Kate Hudson landed the Fall 2015 ads for the uber-popular Jimmy Choo footwear brand.
The ?How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days? dame is exquisite in her newly-released images, flirting up a storm while showcasing autumn?s must-have shoes. Hudson explained, ?I grew up dancing. My mom put me in dance classes since I was three years old and I did ballet up until 12 before she allowed me to take more types of dance, like lyrical. I wasn?t allowed to skip class, I just knew I had to go. If you have that kind of discipline as a kid it sort of translates to everything. Dancing really connected me to my body in terms of understanding what my body needs.?
?I was a little girl and I went with my mom to a fitting with Bob Mackie for a special she was working on. She was in his studio and there was fabric and sequins everywhere. I was in awe, it was like being in a little fashion dream. I remember he made me a package of little sequin bow pins, in all different colors. There were about ten in the package he made me, and it was a moment I will never forget because I was so excited.?

Kate Hudson and her brother, actor Oliver (Nashville, Rules of Engagement), were raised by their mother, Goldie Hawn, and Goldie’s longterm partner, Kurt Russell. Kate and Oliver’s biological father, Bill Hudson, was out of the picture early in their lives. Bill was married to Goldie from 1976 to 1980 and has repeatedly told the press that Goldie cheated on him, that she cut him out of their children’s lives, and that Goldie replaced him as a father figure with Kurt.
In fact Bill came out with a tell-all book about Goldie and his kids in 2011. During the press tour healso trashed Kate. Despite being estranged from his daughter for decades Bill claimed that “Kate was married to Chris Robinson and then divorced him to be with Owen Wilson.” I mean the timeline fits, but it’s unclear if that’s what happened exactly, or how Bill would know when he never talks to his kids anyway.
On Father’s Day Oliver, 38, tweeted the following message to his sister about their absentee bio dad.
