Now that Bella Thorne is on her way out cause of her armpit hair, Madison Beer has gotten in the tongue business and we might have a new full time crush. Hopefully, she produces more Instagram posts like this cause I need the content badly.

As much as I love Emily Ratajkowski and think she is the Queen Of Instagram, her actual real photoshoots are no where near as hot as her Instagram posts. And because of this I know magazines are almost done. What is this crap? Seriously, Vogue needs to do better. []

| Gisele Bundchen admits she had breast augmentation in 2015 after breastfeeding | Added 6 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Gisele Bundchen has released a memoir called Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life. I remember hearing about it months ago, and thinking that it was probably going to be the Brazilian version of Goop, everything diets, holistic BS and and exercise. Turns out, she?s actually talking about some new information, like her struggles with panic attacks when she was a young model. She also confirms something that was widely reported a few years back: she got a boob job. Some highlights:
Post-breastfeeding, her boobs were smaller: ?I was always praised for my body, and I felt like people had expectations from me that I couldn?t deliver,. I felt very vulnerable, because I can work out, I can eat healthy, but I can?t change the fact that both of my kids enjoyed the left boob more than the right. All I wanted was for them to be even and for people to stop commenting on it.?
Getting a breast augmentation in 2015: ?When I woke up, I was like, ?What have I done?? I felt like I was living in a body I didn?t recognize. For the first year I wore [baggy] clothes because I felt uncomfortable.?
Tom supported her during that time: ?He just said, ?I love you no matter what? and that I looked beautiful. This was definitely another lesson: What doesn?t kill you makes you stronger. But I wish I would have learned that a different way.?
She began having panic attacks in 2003, when her profile began to blow up: After having her first panic attack during a bumpy flight on a small plane in 2003, she developed a fear of tunnels, elevators and other enclosed spaces. ?I had a wonderful position in my career, I was very close to my family, and I always considered myself a positive person, so I was really beating myself up. Like, ?Why should I be feeling this?? I felt like I wasn?t allowed to feel bad. But I felt powerless. Your world becomes smaller and smaller, and you can?t breathe, which is the worst feeling I?ve ever had.?
She began to have panic attacks all the time: ?I actually had the feeling of, ?If I just jump off my roof, this is going to end, and I never have to worry about this feeling of my world closing in.?? After seeing a specialist, who prescribed Xanax, she decided she didn?t want to rely on medication. ?The thought of being dependent on something felt, in my mind, even worse, because I was like, ?What if I lose that [pill]? Then what? Am I going to die?? The only thing I knew was, I needed help.?
[From People Magazine]
First, let?s talk about panic attacks. I think I?ve written about this before, but in college, I had one awful summer and I began to have panic attacks. You really do feel like you?re going to die, your heart is racing and you can?t calm yourself at all. It?s awful. I was prescribed antidepressants too, and they didn?t really work and I stopped taking them after a few weeks. My situation just needed time and patience, but everybody is different. I respect her for talking about this, but I don?t entirely respect the fact that her panic-attack phase was the launch point for her to go on an extreme diet for life (which is what the book is about). She?s trying to make it sound like she ?cured? her panic attacks by? eating more vegetables or something. That message SUCKS.
As for what she says about her boob job? we already knew. I find it interesting that she admits that, but doesn?t talk about her obvious face work at the same time.

| Katy Perry & Orlando Bloom walked their first carpet together with the Monaco royals | Added 6 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Here are some photos from the Global Ocean Gala in Monte Carlo last night. Prince Albert of Monaco has several big causes, and the environment and protecting the oceans are two of his biggest (he?s also a huge supporter of the Olympics and the Red Cross). You know the Global Ocean Gala was important because Princess Charlene even came out for it. And good lord, she looks like she?s been ?medicated.? Her gown is terrible, as is her makeup. And hair, for the matter.
The big story from the Ocean Gala was that Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom attended? and this is their first time making a coupled-up red carpet appearance. They?ve been at the same events before, and Orlando has even been Katy?s ?date? at some events, but she?s never let him walk the red carpet with her, which is sort of funny. She?s like ?actually I don?t want to remind people that we?re together, we cool?? Katy?s hair, makeup and gown are also hideous, almost like she was really trying to look as awful as Charlene.
Oooh, look at Pierre Casiraghi and his wife Beatrice Casiraghi. She?s crazy-beautiful, but her terrible gown made me laugh. Even beautiful women sometimes choose terrible clothes.

| Duchess Kate will make her first post-summer maternity leave outing next week | Added 6 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

In case you forgot, Prince William is in Africa this week. Kensington Palace?s Twitter has been full of photos of William doing work mostly conservation work in Namibia, Kenya and Tanzania. It feels like William?s trip has been mostly ignored by the British and American press, which is both a good and bad thing. It?s a bad thing because William also has a vein of ?don?t forget about meeeee? in the wake of the Duchess of Sussex?s entrance into the royal fold, and I bet he?s irritated that his trip is barely being covered. It?s a good thing because William is still William, and he actually doesn?t want to provide a full accounting of what he?s actually doing every day during his trip, which is why the KP Twitter is stage-managing the rollout of information to make William look consistently busy (when he?s probably hanging out with Jecca Craig as we speak).
Anyway, I bring up William?s trip because his wife made a point of stepping on his messaging. While William was away, Kate announced her first big event since her summer-long maternity leave. Kate will visit Sayers Croft Trust Forest School and Wildlife Garden next week, on Tuesday October 2nd. Don?t forget about meeee?.! Quite honestly though, I think Kate is genuinely feeling more relaxed than ever. Yes, there was the Don?t Forget About Me Tour late last year and earlier this year. But I think Kate also realizes that with Meghan on the scene, Kate doesn?t have to worry about ?getting her numbers up? by the end of the year. Everyone is focused on Meghan?s events now, which means Kate feels free to still be on partial maternity leave until next year.
Kate Middleton is getting back to work ? now of three! After stepping away from royal duties ahead of the birth of Prince Louis on April 23, the Duchess of Cambridge will visit the Sayers Croft Forest School and Wildlife Garden at Paddington Recreation Ground on Tuesday, marking the end of her maternity leave. Kate will learn how the school exposes thousands of urban students each year to nature and meet children participating in outdoor activities.
The 36-year-old royal is set to take part in sporadic engagements during October and through to the end of the year. She will return to her usual busy schedule come January.
[From People]
?Her usual busy schedule? LMAO. After seven years of duchessing, we know that Kate?s schedule has always been ?sporadic.? The only difference now is that Kate isn?t this year?s big show, so there?s less pressure and expectation for her to be anything other than what we already know: someone who really couldn?t care less about duchessing.
