Like many mothers, Mariah Carey struggled with her weight after giving birth. But her new Jenny commercial shows that the world-famous songbird is looking hotter than ever.
Carey is featured in a new spot for the weight loss company (formerly Jenny Craig) showing off her slender legs and slimmed-down figure.
The ?Someday? songstress also chats with a few clients, explaining why she chose to enlist with Jenny to help her lose weight.
?People say why Jenny? because Jenny gets results,? boasts Mariah. One of her female costars adds, ?I tried so many weight loss programs before Jenny and they didn't work!?

Stepping out for a media appearance, Mariah Carey was spotted at ABC Studios in Times Square, New York City this morning (February 21).
The ?Always Be My Baby? songstress looked to be in good spirits, sporting a slender black getup as she prepped for her interview on ?Good Morning America.?
In addition to talking about her Jenny Craig weight loss and upcoming album, Mariah also discussed her husband Nick Cannon?s health problems.
?Nick is doing well. It?s a very complicate thing and I know he spoke on it himself. I feel a little bit awkward because I don?t know exactly what he was revealing when he was talking to people. But the best thing, I think, was the choice that he made to leave the radio show and just focus on ?America?s Got Talent? and ?Up All Night? which he just won an NAACP Award.?
?It was just something that hit us really hard at the top of the year... we wound up at the hospital. We didn?t know how big of a deal it was.?

Dressed in all black for dinner, Mariah Carey was spotted grabbing a bite to eat in New York after Whitney Houston's funeral on Saturday (February 18).
Wearing dark round sunglasses and a black dress, the "Touch My Body" singer appeared to be in a somber mood as she made her way to Cipriani restaurant in SoHo.
Carey found out her idol, Whitney Houston, had died while she was in the hospital with her husband, Nick Cannon.
Cannon has been in and out of medical facilities ever since he was diagnosed with acute kidney failure on a post-Christmas family vacation in Aspen, Colorado, and was back under doctors' care last Friday (February 12) when he was diagnosed with blood clots in his lungs and an enlarged ventricle in his heart.
The 41-year-old singer took to Twitter after hearing about Houston's death, writing, "Heartbroken and in tears over the shocking death of my friend, the incomparable Ms. Whitney Houston."

Held each year to pay tribute to a handful of iconic African-American figures, the 2012 BET Honors took place in Washington, D.C. on Saturday night (January 14).
With the ceremony set at the Warner Theatre, Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon shared a few kisses on the arrivals carpet while joined by fellow guests including Willow Smith, Kelly Rowland, Aretha Franklin and singer Michelle Williams.
Hosted by Gabrielle Union for the fifth consecutive year, the BET Honors saw First Lady Michelle Obama take the stage in a lovely red frock while this year's honorees were presented to the audience.
As for the six individuals being feted, the lineup included Miss Carey, as well as renowned poet/author Dr. Maya Angelou, internationally acclaimed musician Stevie Wonder, filmmaker Spike Lee, heroic Tuskegee Airmen and award-winning track and field coach Beverly Kearney.
?There is not an honoree who I don?t feel a connection to. It?s truly an amazing group of people,? Kearney said of being selected. ?I am humbled and inspired.?
Featuring performances by Willow and Aretha, along with Patti LaBelle, Common, Cuba Gooding Jr., Terrence Howard and Cicely Tyson, the BET Honors is set to air on Monday, February 13 at 9/8c on BET.

Kicking off the New Year on a down note, Nick Cannon is in the hospital where he?s being treated for kidney failure.
The ?America?s Got Talent? stud is getting plenty of love and comfort from his beautiful wife Mariah Carey during this difficult time.
Mariah appealed to her Twitter followers in a recent tweet- ?Please pray for Nick as he?s fighting to recover from a mild kidney failure.?
She also posted a blog entry, explaining, ?We?re trying to be as festive as possible under the circumstances but please keep Nick in your thoughts because this is very painful. They tried to kick me out of the hospital but here I am on the bed with Mr. C.?

The Grammy-winning singer with all smiles as she struck a few poses outside of her mother's jewelry store, Joan Boyce.
The pop diva let her natural curls show with a cute ponytail while making sure her adoring fans got a chance to snap a photo before heading inside.

These are new photos of Mariah Carey in Aspen, Colorado yesterday. I?m surprised Mariah is so covered up! Yes, I know it?s probably freezing in Aspen, but Mariah has her new Jenny Craig body and everything, you?d think that she would have found a warm outfit that showed off her figure. Like, a fur bikini. Flannel-lined booty shorts. Boob mittens. Instead, Mariah wore this poncho that I actually LOVE. It makes her look bigger than she actually is, sure, but it?s a great piece. I like how Mariah isn?t all glamorous too – she?s barely wearing any makeup! WHO ARE YOU?
Mariah Carey had quite the rosy glow about her today as she ventured out into the crisp air of Aspen. But on closer inspection, it appeared the singer’s winter chic was all thanks to some clever make-up application, rather than feeling the chill.
The 41-year-old mother-of-two had apparently dabbed on the blusher to complement her seasonal style as she stepped out trussed up in a stylish cape teamed with black leggings and her suede brown boots.
Mariah was spotted paying a visit to her mother’s jewellery store – and despite it being dark the diva still found the need for shades.
The singer and husband Nick Cannon usually go to Aspen for Christmas but didn’t last year due to fears the high altitude may interfere with her pregnancy.
She still went away because she has to be somewhere with snow at Christmas.
‘It’s got to be snowy,’ she said at the time. ‘I was considering staying in LA because we love it, but it’s not the most seasonal of places. I need snow.’

I get that. I think it?s a little bit depressing when Christmas falls during a heat wave here in Virginia, and I love it when it?s all wintery and grey.

Fully immersed in the holiday spirit, Mariah Carey tended to some last minute Christmas shopping while out in Aspen, Colorado over the weekend (December 18).
Showing off her svelte figure while on her seasonal retail romp, the "Honey" singer dressed in a black floppy hat, body-hugging pea coat and black suede knee-high boots.
"I start planning my Christmas in June. It's absolutely my favorite holiday and I've always loved everything about this time of year. I love cooking and I'm a smash-hit wonder in the kitchen," she told press.
Carey continued, "I'm going to be making the turkey, cranberry sauce and all the trimmings this Christmas. I cooked at Thanksgiving and it was a real success with everyone asking for seconds."
Additionally, Mariah insists she isn't the only Christmas-crazed member of her family, as she explained, "Luckily Nick is almost as over-the-top festive as me. One year we hired Santa Claus to come round with real reindeer that looked as if they were going to fly off into the snow at any moment. Everyone loved it."

At the height of her pregnancy, Mariah Carey looked like a female Fat Albert. Six months later, she’s lost 30 lbs and got back into shape. She’s on the cover of Us Weekly showing off how she did it and describing how much of a struggle it was. She told Us, “It was a huge blessing to be able to have the babies? But I felt trapped in my body because I couldn?t move.”
Yesterday at a press conference to announce Mariah being the new brand ambassador for Jenny Craig, she showed off her now size 6 body.
This gives me hope that after Jessica Simpson pops out that kid she’ll look like she did before she discovered how delicious baby back rib pie is.
