No one really knows the current state of Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson?s relationship. Are they on-again or off-again? Are they living together, partying together, are they engaged or are they not speaking? Last I heard, they were still seeing each other on the downlow, and may be getting engaged at some point, sort of. But The National Enquirer is claiming that Owen and Kate are totally over. Not just that, but Kate?s mother Goldie Hawn was the one to break them up.
It seems Goldie isn?t the free spirit many would imagine - which I totally buy. I think Goldie?s probably pretty shrewd, and a half-decent judge of character. When Goldie saw Owen Wilson, she saw trouble. Goldie sat Kate down and told her that Owen was and is too big of a ?risk? for both Kate and Kate?s son Ryder:

Goldie has a point. Even though I think Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson probably care about each other quite a bit, Owen needs to work on his problems by himself before he can be really committed to someone, especially a single mother with a young child. The reporting was pretty consistent that Owen?s friends thought Kate was a bad influence on Owen, though. They thought she was a love ?em and leave ?em type who would break Owen?s heart and leave him devastated and suicidal yet again. I?m not sure if I buy that Kate is such a maneater, but perhaps a timeout for the relationship will be a good thing.

Owen Wilson and Kate Hudson have split yet again according to WENN. "Owen wants to get married and he proposed to Kate soon after they got back together. But she’s not ready.” I thought they were going to make it this time. BTW what number time is it again? I lost count because it has been so many times.

Rumors persist about Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson. Multiple tabloid sources are claiming that the couple is still very much together, and now planning a wedding. Kate and Owen allegedly decided to stay in France for several weeks on a little romantic holiday, where Owen may or may not have asked her to marry him.
But where?s the ring? Ah, there?s a source who claims ?Kate and Owen don’t feel the need for flashy engagement rings.? Who said anything about ?flashy?? Just a simple diamond for a simple girl, hippie. So where will they get married, and when? Maybe in June, and perhaps in Hawaii, where Owen has a sun-kissed man-cave. Or perhaps Goldie Hawn?s Aspen home, but that seems unlikely. Kate got married to her first husband at the same Aspen home, why would she want to go back to the same nuptial-cursed place?

The on-again, off-again couple decided to stay ‘on’ for good whilst on a romantic holiday in France.
A source says they’re planning to go through with the nuptials in June.
“They realised how devoted they are to each other. They don’t want to ever be apart again. Kate and Owen don’t feel the need for flashy engagement rings.”
Apparently they’re still deciding whether to hold the wedding at Kate’s mum Goldie Hawn’s place in Aspen or Owen’s home in Hawaii.

I don?t really buy that Owen and Kate are engaged, but I?d bet they?ve talked about marriage and at least considered it. They keep coming back to each other, there must be something substantial there. Something that can be built upon, but Owen may be too fragile still.
Speaking of Owen?s alleged (or real) fragility, Ted Casablanca at E! claims that Owen and Cameron Diaz were maybe hooking up in Florida recently. I don?t believe anything that comes out of Ted Casablanca’s keyboard, but the report is here is you feel like wasting time.

I like Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson separately well enough. But put them together and they are one hell of a toxic pair. This is their third try at a relationship. That means they?ve broken up twice before ? the first time resulting in Owen?s suicide attempt. They seem like two fun, laid-back types, but put them together and major drama ensues.
Now The Sun claims that Kate is sure Owen has matured, and thus they?re trying for a baby. I never really saw Owen as the particularly immature one in the relationship. That implies that he?s the main problem, whereas most previous stories seem to lean towards it being Kate. Or at least a good 50/50 split. So keep in mind it?s The Sun, so grain of salt and all that.
THEIR relationship has had more twists and turns than any movie either have starred in ? but Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson are firmly back together and planning to start a family. After going public with their renewed romance in Paris earlier this week, the pair are ready to take the relationship to the next level.
A pal of the Wedding Crashers actor said: ?Kate and Owen initially got back together three months ago after realising they couldn’t live without each other. Now they are ready to become parents? Kate has been desperate for a brother or sister for RYDER - her first child with ex-husband CHRIS ROBINSON - for some time? It was a stumbling block previously with Owen. He’s always had a difficult time committing, but this time it’s different.
?Kate was with him throughout his recovery and that made Owen realise how much he loves her. They’ve discussed the idea of becoming parents at length and Kate has seen a change in Owen. He is now is truly committed and is showing a new-found maturity. He loves the idea of being a dad and has told Kate that he’s ready when she is, but the sooner, the better!?
The source added: “Kate is over the moon and really wants to start a family with Owen now she feels that he has finally grown up? The fact that he is ready to make that commitment to her has given her faith in the relationship.

Owen?s family is said to be less than thrilled about the relationship, and is pushing him to break up with Kate, who they claim has him ?wrapped around her little finger.? Kate?s family would have to be pretty nave to believe everything is all unicorns and rainbows in their relationship now. Especially if they think it?ll last forever. If these two had stability in them, they wouldn?t have broken up twice before.
I?m not trying to slam on Kate, but she strikes me as nave in terms of relationships, and in terms of kids. If there?s any truth to this story, I?m guessing it?s that Kate thinks a baby will cement things or settle Owen down. That?d be a lot of pressure to put on a child. And it?s hard not to feel protective of Owen, given his history. I?m sad that he?d keep putting himself through this. I get why they care about each other ? they have an intense history. But I think that in the long term, they?d each be better off with someone a little more stable and a little less like themselves.

Ready for another round of Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson?s drama? Back in 2007, they were hooking up hot and heavy, an affair that was rumored to have started back in 2006 as the then-married Hudson was having problems in her marriage. Then there was the break-up, and Hudson looked like she moved on right away, appearing in pap photos with other men. There was Owen?s suicide drama in August, 2007, and months later Hudson was back in Owen?s life as he filmed Marley & Me in the spring of 2008 in Miami. Then they were apart… for a while, and Hudson hooked up with Lance Armstrong. Then, in the past few weeks, there have been mutterings that Kate and Owen are trying again, or at the very least, hooking up.
The latest drama is that now Kate and Owen?s friends are trying to get them to break up, because Owen?s mental state is ?fragile? and Kate?s influence on him is, in a word, rough. Star magazine claims that Kate?s got Owen wrapped around her little finger, which might be a little true - I buy that relationship dynamic for them. Star has more:

CB and others think Hudson moves to fast in relationships, and I tend to agree. I can see how confusing it would be for a guy who is in a fragile psychological state to be thrown off by Kate?s touch-and-go affections. But I?m also giving Kate the benefit of the doubt - the two of them have been on and off so many times, and they probably have a real friendship after all of it. I bet she understands that she can?t push him or make extraordinary demands on him. Just my take.

Kate Hudson loves pole-dancing. So much so that she’s installed a stripper pole in her bathroom. Huh? Bathroom? An insider says Kate is positively gushing over it.
?She?s so proud of it,? said the insider. ?She was laughing and giddy like a kid when the thing was installed! She holds on with both her arms and flips her legs into the air. It?s kind of amazing and totally sexy.?
They go on to mention that pole-dancing doesn’t come without its risks. In 2006, Hudson “pulled a muscle in her leg” and suffered “a friction burn on her arm” while dancing for her ex-husband Chris Robinson.
Now she’s a pro. Kate’s best move is sliding upside down from the very top with her legs spread wide in the air and crashing to the floor onto her spinal cord after losing her grip and then shouting for help for the next thirty minutes. It’s a neat trick. I guess you have to be there in person to really appreciate it.

Earlier this week, Jaybird reported on an alleged Kate Hudson-Owen Wilson hook-up, or re-hook-up. Or booty call? Or did they even meet? I tend to think that they probably did have a booty call, and probably remain friends after their on-again/off-again/attempted suicide drama. Kate Hudson seems like the kind of girl who always keeps exes around for various reasons (booty).
Owen might want to stick around for some sexy surprises. There?s word from Us Weekly magazine (via MSNBC?s The Scoop) that Kate Hudson had a stripper pole installed - in her bathroom. Ew. That?s not sanitary, y?all. I can sort of understand a stripper pole in the bedroom… maybe even in a den (of sin), but a bathroom? Why, in God?s name? Is that where Kate keeps the baby oil? Ew. I grossed myself out on that one.

At least, the part about how Kate got a stripper pole installed. I?m not sure I believe she got it installed in her bathroom.

Getting in her day’s exercise, Kate Hudson ventured out for an afternoon of paddle surfing with friends in Malibu on Wednesday (February 11).
Joining a bevy of celebrities recently taking up the water-bound activity, the “Fool’s Gold” actress sported a black bikini top with knee-length pants as she burnt off calories while paddling about the Pacific Ocean.
