What in God?s name is happening with Vogue?s November cover?!? This is the most hellish, budget, ugly messes I?ve ever seen. The cover story is all about the women of Nine, which will likely be one of the biggest movies of the awards season. Nine stars Daniel Day-Lewis, Judi Dench, Kate Hudson, Nicole Kidman, Stacey ?Fergie? Ferguson, Marion Cotillard, Penelope Cruz and Sophia Loren, amongst others. For such a major film, it?s no surprise Vogue decided to put some of the more prominent leading ladies on the cover. Unfortunately, there is absolutely no way that Nicole Kidman, Marion Cotillard, Penelope Cruz and Kate Hudson were all at the same location at the same time for the cover shoot.
It looks like they just cut-and-pasted Nicole Kidman on the end, and what?s with the totally weird lighting on every single woman? Marion looks like she has a spotlight on her, while Penelope looks half-shadowed. Meanwhile, Kate looks like she smelled something. Yikes. Ten bucks says this shot is by Annie Leibovitz, and twenty says she is not happy with it. Plus, Nine takes place in Rome - why not do a fashion shoot in Rome? Why do these women have to be looking pissy at the beach?
Anyway, Vogue hasn?t put up the cover story online yet, but they do have an interesting feature - nine great looks from each of the cover ladies. I tend to think that would have been a better cover - just put older images from these ladies, and jam them together on the cover. Or, better yet, just put the immortal Daniel Day-Lewis on the cover and call it a day. Out of the whole cast, I?d say Daniel has the best shot at winning an Oscar for Nine. Sigh. And now I?m looking forward to Daniel?s press.

Kate Hudson and Alex Rodriguez seem to be getting closer by the minute. After their summer fling turned into something more substantial, it seems Kate and A-Rod can?t get away from baby bump rumors, moving-in-together rumors, and now engagement rumors. That?s right? OK! Magazine is reporting that A-Rod and Kate are so serious about each other that they?re planning a New Year?s wedding in Aspen. Which is exactly how Kate married Chris Robinson - although technically they had their ceremony in Old Snowmass, Colorado. But still, A-Rod thinks it would be nice to get married in front of the fireplace? and he?s already asked for Goldie Hawn and Kate?s step-dad Kurt Russell?s blessings for the marriage.
Kate Hudson and Alex Rodriguez are serious about making a life together ? and according to a pal, the smitten New York Yankees slugger is ready to make the Bride Wars star his wife, even getting mom Goldie Hawn involved. ?Alex called Goldie and asked if she and [her partner] Kurt Russell would give their blessing to his asking Kate to marry him,? the pal tells OK!.
?Alex is planning on doing it around New Year?s. Usually Kate goes away with her family to Aspen, and Alex thought it would be romantic to do it front of a fireplace while snow was falling outside.?
Already acting like a married couple, A-Rod and Kate brought Ryder, her 5-year-old son with rocker ex-husband Chris Robinson, along to look at luxury properties in NYC?s trendy Greenwich Village, SoHo and TriBeCa neighborhoods. The previous week, Kate played mom to Natasha, 4, and Ella, 17 months, A-Rod?s daughters with his ex-wife Cynthia, as the pair toured six-bedroom homes on the West Coast, where the couple plans to reside during his off season.
Although Kate?s rep claims persistent rumors that the blonde beauty is already engaged and pregnant are ?absolutely not true,? friends still worry that the headstrong actress is moving way too quickly.
?She did it with Chris, Owen Wilson and now Alex,? notes another insider. ?[Kate's] a hopeless romantic. She always jumps in head first and ignores all the red flags.?

Is Kate moving fast? Yeah? but she always does that, and it sort of works for her. Honestly, I think she might have even been moving slower in this A-Rod relationship than she did with other boyfriends. That?s what makes me think this relationship with A-Rod might be more serious than the others. Kate seems to be making an effort, but A-Rod seems to be trying too. I actually think this OK! report may have some merit, and I wouldn?t be surprised if Kate and Alex got hitched within the next six months or so. Now, I do wonder what Goldie really thinks about all of this. There were rumors that Goldie doesn?t care for Kate?s neverending man-drama, so she might simply be happy to see her daughter hooked up with someone relatively stable.

Out for another day in front of the cameras, Kate Hudson was spotted out on a photo shoot for Harper’s Bazaar magazine in New York City on Wednesday (October 7).
Sporting an elegant white dress, the “Fool’s Gold” babe was all smiles as she worked alongside Harper’s staffers to nail down the perfect shots for an upcoming spread.
The day’s photo session comes as rumors build about a possible upcoming wedding between Kate and her latest flame, Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez.
Dishing about the couple, a source told People magazine, “Things are serious with them, more serious than anyone thought.”

Their romance only began a little over four months ago, but it seems things are moving rather fast for Kate Hudson and Alex Rodriguez.
Unknown sources are saying that the couple is in “serious” love and may be tying the knot sooner than later.
One of the insiders told FOX news, “Kate and Alex are definitely in serious love right now. Kate will spend every free minute with him and she happily brings son, Ryder, along with her to games and on trips to be with Alex.”
Reportedly, the two are sharing one of Miss Hudson’s Los Angeles homes and A-Rod’s New York bachelor pad, but recently the couple has moved into a second home in Purchase, New York.

Searching for the perfect abode, Kate Hudson and Alex Rodriguez went apartment hunting in New York City on Thursday (October 1).
After meeting up with Hudson’s son, Ryder, along for the outing, the trio went to Bar Pitti for lunch – using their star power to have NYC traffic officers help them avoid having their picture taken.
The apartment hunt comes as rumors that Miss Hudson and her Yankees slugger beau are expecting their first child together.
Nonetheless, Kate’s rep, Brad Cafarelli, denied the claims – telling press that is just isn’t the case.

Enjoying a midday outing with her man, Kate Hudson was spotted out at Serafina Fabulous Grill in New York City on Wednesday afternoon (September 30).
Fresh off of a lunch date with Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez, the pair had lunch before leaving the restaurant separately to avoid a couples photo moment.
The day’s meet-up comes amidst rumors claiming that Miss Hudson is pregnant with A-Rod’s baby - which sprung from recent shots of the “Fool’s Gold” actress sporting what appeared to be a little bump while out in Malibu.
While nothing has been confirmed as far as a child is concerned, Kate and Alex have been busy looking for a new pad to share in the Malibu area of California.

Making the most of a beautiful NYC afternoon, Kate Hudson was spotted strolling up 54th street in Midtown yesterday (September 9).
The “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” actress looked lovely as she made her way to an acting studio, not too far from her boyfriend Alex Rodriguez’s home.
Speaking of A-Rod, rumors are running rampant that Kate and Alex are betrothed after Miss Hudson was spotted with a diamond sparkler on her ring finger.
And as usual, reps for both stars are keeping mum about a possible engagement, though they’re both impulsive enough for such a move.

Kate Hudson is notorious for moving too quickly in relationships. If the speed of light had its very own separate speed of light, it?d be that fast. The speed of light squared. Okay physics jokes don?t really work for me. You get the point. So it?s come as no surprise that Kate and boyfriend of five months Alex Rodriguez are already living together. Well? according to In Touch. In Touch plays it pretty fast and loose with the truth. So I?ll go ahead and let you read their article (and its title ? very important key to the puzzle), then we?ll work through this together.

Kate Hudson is shacking up with New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez! ?Kate?s always at his New York apartment, even on the days when he?s on the road. She?s made herself quite comfortable in his life.
She?s met his oldest daughter and her son likes Alex,? says a friend of Alex, 34, who has two kids with ex-wife Cynthia and has already hung out with Kate?s 5-year-old, Ryder. ?Kate has become very serious about him.?
And she?s ready for the next step as well: Even though the couple has only been dating for five months, Kate, 30, is hearing wedding bells. ?Kate seems to feel that she?s the next Mrs. Rodriguez,? adds the insider. ?But it?s unlikely that it?s headed toward marriage for him. He?s taking it slow and seeing where it goes.?

So you probably noticed that despite they ?moved in together? title, In Touch?s own article says that she?s just spending a ton of time at his place. Being at his apartment all the time is very different from moving in together. Her being there when he?s not isn?t the same thing. They made no mention of anything official in terms of a change or living arrangements, and in fact they mentioned that A-Rod is ?taking it slow.? I know we?re all keen to rush to the ?Kate Hudson makes bad relationship decisions? stories, but all-out inventing stuff seems unnecessary. Nothing in ?In Touch?s? article makes it sound like they?re living together ? it just sounds like the magazine made a big leap. And if Kate and Alex really are officially cohabitating, then In Touch sure didn?t do a great job of making that clear.
Either way, yes, Kate Hudson moves too fast! But this doesn?t really seem to be a great example of it.

They’ve been hot and heavy ever since they first got together, and now it looks like Kate Hudson may be shacking up with Alex Rodriguez.
According to a report, the “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” actress has been spending so much time at A-Rod’s New York home, it’s beginning to look like they’ve moved in together.
A source told press, “Kate’s always at his New York apartment, even on the days when he’s on the road. [Kate has] made herself quite comfortable in his life. She’s met his oldest daughter and her son Ryder likes Alex.”
Supposedly, Miss Hudson is also thinking about marriage, though A-Rod may be putting the kibosh on that one. “Kate seems to feel that she’s the next Mrs. Rodriguez… But it’s unlikely that it’s headed towards marriage for him.”
