Wow, Kate Hudson looks further along than I thought! What would you say? About five or six months? Something like that. These are photos of Kate in Paris today with her lover and baby-daddy, and her mom and step-dad. They went shopping, and Kate looks cute as hell. You know I like her, and you?re free to hate her and me. I think she?s fun! Is anyone else anxiously awaiting Kate?s major pregnancy weight gain? You remember when she was pregnant with Ryder? She got HUGE. It was great. It looks like she?s trying harder to not put on too much weight this time, though.
Anyway, Kate has a new interview with the London Times, and of course she only really talks about her bump:
If Kate Hudson ever makes pregnancy look like no big deal, well, she’s just acting. The actress, 31, who’s expecting her second child with rocker boyfriend Matthew Bellamy, says she’s settling into her role as a mom-to-be ? and that means enduring morning sickness.
“I’m pregnant, and I’m really sick,” she tells The Times, with a laugh. “But I couldn’t say that because you really want to keep it as quiet as you can for the first trimester.”
Hudson, who has a son, Ryder, 7, with ex-husband Chris Robinson, says she originally tried to keep her baby bump a secret ? even from her closest pals.
“My friends all thought I was depressed because I wouldn’t leave the house,” she says. “But I didn’t want anyone to know for a long time. I was just hoping that all of a sudden, I could show up somewhere with a big belly.”
She adds: “But, of course, you’re somewhere in LA, and somebody says something, and it ends up somewhere.”
And as she awaits the due date of her baby, which she says is in the summer, there’s only one problem.
“I babble a lot,” she says, citing “pregnancy brain.” “I forget words, and how to put sentences together. I just give up.”
As for life post-pregnancy, Hudson says she’s teaming up with her mother, Academy Award-winning actress Goldie Hawn, for a new project: “We’re developing something that will happen in the next 18 months, but I can’t give you plot outlines yet.”

Aw, I think she?s cute. I know a lot of you think that Kate got pregnant as some kind of ?trap? to keep Matt Bellamy, but I don?t think that?s the case here at all. I think she got pregnant because that?s what she wanted, and because he was up for it. I think he really likes her, for whatever reason - she?s blonde, she?s fun, she?s optimistic, etc. That?s me being a softie. Here?s me being cynical/pragmatic: it?s not going to last. It really isn?t. But it will go on for a few years and they?ll have a lot of fun, and she?ll get him to walk on some red carpets with her. We?re not looking at some grim repeat of Gwyneth and Chris Martin. These two are going to show their love.

Choosing to stay mum about her pregnancy at first, Kate Hudson explains why she kept the news a secret.
The ?How To Lose A Guy in 10 Days? babe told The Times, "My friends all thought I was depressed because I wouldn't leave the house. But I didn't want anyone to know for a long time. I was just hoping that all of a sudden I could show up somewhere with a big belly."
She added, "But, of course, you're somewhere in L.A., and somebody says something, and it ends up somewhere. And here we are."
And as for those engagement rumors, Kate has confirmed that she and boyfriend/baby daddy are not engaged to be married as of now.

Enjoying some European travel, Kate Hudson was spotted arriving at Gare du Nord train station in Paris, France today (January 27).
The ?Fool?s Gold? gal was joined by her parents as she made her way through the terminal, showing off her growing baby bump.
Laughing off the speculation that she?s engaged to babydaddy Matthew Bellamy, Kate told Graham Norton she thinks she?ll have a girl this time around.
?I?m just starting to pop. We have a couple of names but we?re not telling anyone. It feels like a girl, but I don?t know. Ryder (her 7-year-old son) thinks it?s a girl.?

Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy are in London currently, where Kate is promoting her new film, A Little Bit of Heaven. She?s with her mom and step dad too, who seem to be really supportive of Kate?s life and choices, which is rather nice, in my opinion. Anyway, Kate was on the Graham Norton show last night, and she slammed the rumors of an engagement or shotgun marriage to Matt. Kate also said she thinks she?s having a girl? which I kind of hope for her too:
She may be pregnant with Matt Bellamy’s baby, but Kate Hudson has laughed off speculation the couple are planning to wed. The actress dined in London last night with rocker boyfriend, actress mother Goldie Hawn and stepfather Kurt Russell after filming an appearance for the Graham Norton Show. After Hudson’s TV appearance, the expectant blonde joined the trio at exclusive Knightsbridge restaurant Zuma for a late dinner. Kate, 31, who is about four months pregnant with the Muse singer’s child, was still keeping any trace of a bump under wraps as she arrived at the restaurant.
Speaking about her pregnancy on Friday’s episode of the BBC chat show, Hudson enthused: ‘I?m just starting to pop.’
‘We have a couple of names but we?re not telling anyone. People tell you so much (about being pregnant) it drives me nuts. It feels like a girl, but I don?t know. Ryder (my son) thinks it?s a girl.’
But while the couple are starting a family together, Hudson insisted they weren’t rushing down the aisle. She explained: ‘No, no, not that I know of! I don?t like putting that sort of pressure on it and I don?t feel it necessary to get married. I am 31. I already have one child and have had one divorce so it is not necessarily the golden ticket. I just want to be happy.’
Hawn and long-term partner Russell has been forging a friendship with their daughter’s latest love since the pair started dating in April.
Earlier in the week Goldie - who was a presenter at the British Comedy Awards on Saturday night - said she was ‘excited’ about her daughter’s pregnancy, telling Us Magazine that she was looking forward to becoming a grandmother again.
‘You know, we’re just all very happy… happy for them both. What’s more to say?,’ she said.
Kurt, meanwhile, revealed he is hoping Hudson, who already has a seven-year-old son Ryder with her ex-husband Chris Robinson, will have a daughter this time around.
‘It’s fun having babies once again,’ he told People magazine. ‘We just really like that. And it’s fun to watch them grow. It’s fun to see what they’re grasping. I think secretly we’re all hoping for a girl,’ he said.
Kate is in London to promote her new film, the romantic comedy A Little Bit Of Heaven, which is released on February 4. She stars in the film as a woman who discovers she is dying of cancer, but then meets the love of her life.
She has been dating Matt, 32, for eight months after meeting him at California’s Coachella music festival last April. The pair have been virtually inseparable ever since - despite living on opposite sides of the Atlantic.
Kate introduced him to her mother and Kurt Russell three months into their relationship. The singer, who grew up in Teignmouth, Devon, admitted he was a nervous wreck before meeting the ‘in laws’.

I buy that Kate honestly doesn?t give a crap about being married. I think she?s come around to her mom?s way of thinking, which is that marriage doesn?t equal family, and it doesn?t equal happiness. Which is fine - I would think less of Kate if she was trying to force this knocked-up groupie situation with Bellamy into something that was all hearts and sparkles and marriage glitter (coughcoughNataliePortmancough). Also, who else is hoping Kate has a girl? I think she would LOVE to have a girl. I have my fingers crossed for her (I can?t help it, I like her!).

Making the most of her time overseas, Kate Hudson was spotted out to dinner in London, England last night (January 26).
The ?How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days? actress looked beautiful in a furry grey coat as she hit up Zuma restaurant. Earlier in the evening she appeared on the ?Graham Norton Show.?
As for her bun in the oven, Kate told Norton ?I?m just starting to pop. We have a couple of names but we?re not telling anyone.?
She also divulged that she?s thinking Pink this time around. ?It feels like a girl, but I don?t know. Ryder (her 7-year-old son) thinks it?s a girl.?

Rock star MATT BELLAMY and Hollywood actress Kate Hudson have got engaged in secret.
They hosted a family party at a London hotel on Monday after jetting from Los Angeles to celebrate.
Muse frontman Matt, 32, and Kate, 31, confirmed last week they were expecting a baby.
A source said: “It was an intimate party. They kept their engagement secret as they wanted to celebrate with their nearest and dearest before it became public knowledge.”
Kate’s mum, actress Goldie Hawn, 65, is already in the UK and presented a gong at the British Comedy Awards on Saturday night.
Recently she revealed her delight at becoming a grandmother again. Goldie said: “I’m excited – happy for them both.”
Kate has a son, Ryder, seven, from a previous marriage to Black Crowes singer CHRIS ROBINSON.
Who knows where this all will end. Maybe the ultimate groupie goal would be to have kids by enough different musicians so that your kids can form their own band. They could call themselves The Offspring. Oh crap.

British rag The Sun is reporting that Kate Hudson and her British boyfriend, Matt Bellamy, held a secret “engagement party” on Monday at a hotel in London with friends and family. The details are very scarce, so The Sun may be pulling this out of their asses, or just assuming that some kind of party they held (if they even had a party) was for an engagement. Still, it seems inevitable despite US Weekly’s recent report that Kate isn’t in a rush to marry Bellamy. She strikes me as the type to want to get married if she’s pregnant. There’s nothing wrong with that, if it’s the right person for you. As far as I can tell these two have been dating all of six months.

Well if it’s true - congratulations. People like to point out that Hudson flits from man to man, but maybe she just hasn’t found the right guy since splitting with her first husband in 2007. Who am I kidding? She’ll be married a few more times in her life. She won’t rival Liz Taylor, since Liz was working on her fifth husband at Kate’s age, but she’ll on numbers three and four in less than a decade. Hope she gets a prenup with this one.

Having flown into the UK the previous day, Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy were spotted stepping out in London, England on Tuesday afternoon (January 25).
Covering up her burgeoning baby bump with a heavy winter coat, the "Fool's Gold" actress laughed it up as her Muse rocker beau tried to cover his face with a scarf draped around his neck.
As for the baby on the way, Kate's dad, Kurt Russell, recently revealed that Kate and Matt are hoping for a daughter to join son Ryder Robinson (from Kate's marriage with Chris Robinson).
Of the daughterly desire, Russell laughingly told press, "I think secretly we're all hoping for a girl."

The ?Fool?s Gold? babe was joined by her boyfriend/babydaddy Matthew Bellamy and a massive amount of luggage as she left the terminal, carrying a copy of Gregory David Phillips? new book ?Shantaram.?
According to a report, Kate is about sixteen weeks pregnant with the ?Supermassive Black Hole? rocker?s baby.
Ms. Hudson is said to be excited to be giving her son Ryder Robinson (fathered by Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson) a little brother or sister.

As we heard on Wednesday, Kate Hudson is with child. Apparently, she?s already 14 weeks along, according to Us Weekly?s sources, who seem to know everything about Kate?s womb. The general consensus is that this was a ?surprise? pregnancy too, unexpected but not unwanted, although I seriously doubt that. It might have been a ?surprise? for Matthew Bellamy because Kate was all ?Don?t worry, I?m on the Pill!? but I don?t think it was a surprise for Kate. Do you? I think she wanted to get knocked up. Perhaps because she really loves Bellamy, perhaps because she just wanted another baby, perhaps because she wanted attention. Who knows? People Magazine, as it turns out.
For Kate Hudson, getting pregnant fit in perfectly with her life, a source tells PEOPLE.
“Kate really wanted another baby,” the source says, adding that the father of Hudson’s unborn child, British rocker Matthew Bellamy, is “a great person to do that with. He’s a very good person.”
And what makes the pair tick? Another source says the two make sure to inject fun into their romance.
“He loves Kate’s carefree attitude,” the source says, “and [he] has a lot of fun with her.”

How long do you think Matthew will stick around? Honestly? I kind of like Kate (she was one of the best parts of Nine!), and I?ll be generous: two years. Two more years, that is. So he?ll stick around for the birth of the baby, and then maybe a year, year-and-a-half after that. Then it will all go to hell.
One last thing - Kate went out to dinner last night with friends in NYC. According to People, Kate was ?relaxed, smiling and in good spirits? It was a nice, quiet, happy dinner among friends.? Matthew wasn?t there. Gasp!
