Getting more and more serious by the day, Kate Hudson and her boyfriend Matt Bellamy were spotted out together in Santa Monica, CA on Thursday afternoon (November 4).
Making separate exits so as not to be photographed together, the "Fool's Gold" actress and her Muse beau were fresh off of a relaxing lunch at a local eatery in the scenic west coast area.
And while she's known for short-term romances with many fellas, reports tell that things are getting quite serious between Kate and Matthew.
Apparently, Matt's parents, George and Marilyn, will be flying in to the States spend the Christmas holiday in Santa Monica with Kate, Matthew and Kate's parents, Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn.
A source told The Sun: "It will be the first meeting of both sets of parents. Things are getting serious between Kate and Matt and it's the obvious next step. Christmas is the only time they can get everyone together and the festive season is also the best time to do it."

Stepping out for a doctor?s appointment, Kate Hudson was spotted at a medical building in Los Angeles yesterday (November 1).
Joined by her boyfriend Matthew Bellamy, the ?Fool?s Gold? actress looked lovely as she strolled back to the parking lot as the nearby paparazzi looked on.
Over the weekend, Kate threw a fabulous Halloween party in Pacific Palisades with a guest list that included some of Tinseltown?s biggest names.
Among Kate?s ghoulish guests were Nicole Richie, Ryan Phillippe, Gwen Stefani, Steven Tyler, Amanda Seyfried, and Joel Madden.

Stepping out for some quality time with her parents, Kate Hudson was spotted soaking up the sunshine on the west coast on Wednesday (October 27).
Clad in a casual ensemble, the ?Fool?s Gold? chick met up with Goldie Hawn and her life partner, Kurt Russell, to visit a friend's house in Santa Monica, California.
Last week, the trio attended the Elle?s Women in Hollywood tribute as did Hudson?s current musician boyfriend, Matt Bellamy.
And, although the couple is happy together, don?t expect to hear wedding bells anytime soon. Kate recently told Elle Magazine, "Marriage is definitely not something I?m looking for. But the divorce doesn?t put me off. I?ll just see what happens.?

Having flown to the east coast earlier in the week, Kate Hudson and boyfriend Matt Bellamy enjoyed a leisurely afternoon together in New York City on Saturday (October 23).
The "Fool's Gold" actress tried to cover up her face as paparazzi snapped up shots of the couple grabbing a midday drink on what was a chilly fall Big Apple day.
The loved-up duo's outing preceded a night of work for Bellamy, as he and his Muse bandmates are scheduled to perform a gig at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, NY this evening.
With Metric being their opening act, Muse then plays at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ on Sunday night (October 24) before getting a short break ahead of a show at John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville, VA on Wednesday (October 27).

Making her way out of the rainy Los Angeles weather, Kate Hudson was spotted ahead of a departing flight out of LAX Airport on Wednesday (October 20).
The paparazzi caught up with the ?You, Me and Dupree? babe along with her ?Muse? boyfriend Matt Bellamy and a cartful of luggage as the cute couple made their way inside the terminal.
In other news, when choosing what to wear for the many swanky events she often attends, Kate says her son, Ryder, is her biggest critic.
Of this she tells, ?He?s my biggest critic: ?What is that??? said Hudson. ?I always know when he likes it when he sees me and he doesn?t say anything and he gets kind of flushed. I go, ?Oh-ho. That means you like it!??

As I just mentioned in the Gwyneth post, Elle Magazine?s ?Women In Hollywood? event was last night, and there was the motherload of bad fashion and hideous styling. My nominee for ?Worst Dressed of the Night? goes to Kate Hudson up there, looking like she?s totally in the bag. And I?m not talking about her dress. What?s up with Kate? Is she getting all coked up or drunk before she walks red carpets lately? Because her appearances over the past year have been particularly bad, and I have to think she?s on something to go out looking like this. And Rachel Zoe STYLES her!! And Zoe was at the event, for the love of God! Of course, this is how Zoe rolled:
Not the best, but Zoe styled herself WAY better than Kate. Sidenote: Zoe also looks a little ?filled out? in the face, so I do think she?s pregnant. Anyway, what the hell is going on with Kate? She was too tired (drunk?) to just pull back her hair in a bun? Ugh.
Other nominees for worst dressed of the evening? Kate?s mom, Goldie Hawn:
I?m not a Goldie hater. But this is unflattering. Goldie still has a great figure, but she looks like she crawled out of the same bender as Kate.
Also - Molly Sims and Emma Roberts were at the event too. Because the two of them are like the new Eva Longorias. They will show up to the opening of an envelope. That being said, neither of them looked hideous, I just think both had bad makeup and both think they?re God?s gift.

Spending time with her two main men, Kate Hudson ventured out in Los Angeles, California with boyfriend Matt Bellamy and son Ryder Robinson on Wednesday (October 13).
The "Fool's Gold" actress looked to be in heaven as she toted a coffee while watching her Muse rocker beau bond with her boy as they pushed along matching scooters.
The family outing comes just as Miss Hudson graces the November 2010 issue of Elle magazine - in which she's asked about which actress she revers the most.
Making the obvious selection, Kate said, "I wouldn't be honest if I didn't say my mom [Goldie Hawn]. Apart from the fact that she's my mother, she's a brilliant comedian and a force as a producer."
Hudson continued, "She paved the way for women to produce and star in their own films, and to balance that with being the matriarch of our family is really inspiring."

In relationship news, Kate and her boyfriend Matthew Bellamy spent some time with her parents Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn over the weekend.
The happy foursome hopped on their bikes and went for an ocean side ride. It looked like things were going well between the Muse frontman and his girl?s folks.

Looking as if her latest relationship is going quite well, Kate Hudson took her musician boyfriend Matt Bellamy for an outing with her parents in Santa Monica on Saturday (September 18).
The "Fool's Gold" actress and her Muse mate hopped on their bicycles while joining Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell for a long bike ride along the ocean.
A source tells, that the foursome left their homes in Pacific Palisades and headed south towards Venice Beach, which happens to be a very popular tourist spot and artsy beach community.
Having been dating for four months thus far, there are already rumors of a wedding - although Kate recently said that she's in no rush to remarry.
