As we heard on Wednesday, Kate Hudson is with child. Apparently, she?s already 14 weeks along, according to Us Weekly?s sources, who seem to know everything about Kate?s womb. The general consensus is that this was a ?surprise? pregnancy too, unexpected but not unwanted, although I seriously doubt that. It might have been a ?surprise? for Matthew Bellamy because Kate was all ?Don?t worry, I?m on the Pill!? but I don?t think it was a surprise for Kate. Do you? I think she wanted to get knocked up. Perhaps because she really loves Bellamy, perhaps because she just wanted another baby, perhaps because she wanted attention. Who knows? People Magazine, as it turns out.
For Kate Hudson, getting pregnant fit in perfectly with her life, a source tells PEOPLE.
“Kate really wanted another baby,” the source says, adding that the father of Hudson’s unborn child, British rocker Matthew Bellamy, is “a great person to do that with. He’s a very good person.”
And what makes the pair tick? Another source says the two make sure to inject fun into their romance.
“He loves Kate’s carefree attitude,” the source says, “and [he] has a lot of fun with her.”
Hudson, 31, who has a son, Ryder, 7, with ex-husband Chris Robinson, has been dating Bellamy, 32, who fronts the band Muse, for about nine months.

How long do you think Matthew will stick around? Honestly? I kind of like Kate (she was one of the best parts of Nine!), and I?ll be generous: two years. Two more years, that is. So he?ll stick around for the birth of the baby, and then maybe a year, year-and-a-half after that. Then it will all go to hell.
One last thing - Kate went out to dinner last night with friends in NYC. According to People, Kate was ?relaxed, smiling and in good spirits? It was a nice, quiet, happy dinner among friends.? Matthew wasn?t there. Gasp!

She keeps cranking out the hit movies, and Kate Hudson's latest ?A Little Bit of Heaven? has just released a new trailer.
The ?Fool?s Gold? actress plays a guarded woman named Marley Corbett who learns that she?s dying of cancer.
Adding a romantic twist to this could-be melancholy flick, Kate?s character falls in love with her doctor, played by Gael Garcia Bernal.
?A Little Bit of Heaven? is slated to hit theaters later this year and also stars Whoopi Goldberg and Lucy Punch.

A source confirms exclusively in the new Us Weekly, out Wednesday, that Kate Hudson, 31, is 14 weeks pregnant with boyfriend Matthew Bellamy’s baby.
“It was not planned, but they are excited and embracing it,” the source reveals to Us.
The insider adds that the actress, who has been dating the Muse frontman, 32, for nine months, is stoked for her 7-year-old son Ryder (with ex-husband Chris Robinson, 44) to have a little playmate.
“She is happy for Ryder to finally have a brother or sister,” says the source.

Well, if it?s true (likely), congrats to the happy couple! Mazel tov, etc. Just think? when Kate had Ryder, she gained so much weight - it will be fun to see her get heavy again. I can?t wait.
UPDATE: People Magazine confirmed it. She’s knocked up! People’s source says: “They couldn’t be more excited. Kate is really happy. She was always excited to have kids again at some point.”

Just after ex Owen Wilson announced that he's set to be a daddy, the "Fool's Gold" actress appears to be readying for another child - which will be her first with new beau, Matt Bellamy.
Of the situation, a source told Us magazine that Miss Hudson is currently 14 weeks along in her pregnancy.
"It was not planned, but they are excited and embracing it," the Us insider dished. "She is happy for Ryder to finally have a brother or sister," the source added.

Joined by boyfriend Matt Bellamy, the ?Fool?s Gold? babe hurriedly hopped into the car before the two of them sped off to the airport.
The couple, who has been dating since June, seem to be getting quite serious as they have been spotted spending more and more time together.
For the past six months, Hudson and Bellamy have enjoyed both east and west coast living and Matt?s relationship with Kate?s son, Ryder, is growing rapidly as well.

Apparently, Matt's parents, George and Marilyn, will be flying in to the States spend the Christmas holiday in Santa Monica with Kate, Matthew and Kate's parents, Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn.
A source told The Sun: "It will be the first meeting of both sets of parents. Things are getting serious between Kate and Matt and it's the obvious next step. Christmas is the only time they can get everyone together and the festive season is also the best time to do it."
