Keeping herself in top shape, Kate Hudson was spotted working out at her local gym in London, England today (September 14).
The ?Fool?s Gold? girl was joined by her beau Matthew Bellamy as she made her exit and biked back to her nearby home.
And it looks like Kate?s fitness regimen paid off- she looked smashing at the Stella McCartney 40th Birthday Party in London last night.
She told press, ?I didn?t gain a lot of weight this time around,? referring to her pregnancy term carrying two-month old Bingham.

It?s hard to believe it?s already been seven weeks since she gave birth to her son Bingham, and earlier today (August 31) Kate Hudson was spotted on a romantic holiday in the South of France.
The ?Fool?s Gold? girl looked absolutely fabulous in a skimpy white bikini as she sunned herself and bathed in the pool.
Kate was joined by her doting fiance Matthew Bellamy and her son Ryder, from her marriage to Chris Robinson.
However, little Bingham Hawn Bellamy was nowhere to be found- perhaps it was naptime!

Matt Bellamy twit-pic?d the above photo yesterday - it?s the first public photo of baby Bing Bellamy! Huzzah! I really love this photo of Bing and mom Kate Hudson. So pretty, and it doesn?t look posed and everything. Matt tweeted it with the comment ?Family life? but then he went off on the paparazzi trying to get photos of the baby, writing, ?Wow, these paps are annoying. Thought we’d tweet pic in hope of paps backing off, didn’t work! There should be laws protecting minors… Daily mail - expect to hear from lawyers soon ;)?. So I guess Matt and Kate decided to release the first photo, Beckham-style, on their Twitter account in the hopes that the paparazzi would just settle down and stop trying to get the first photo of baby Bing.
In case you still have questions about why Kate and Matt named their kid Bing - Matt explained that Bingham is his mother?s maiden name, and Kurt Russell?s father?s name was Bing. The kid?s full name is Bingham Hawn Bellamy, which I still find absolutely adorable.

Kate Hudson stepped out with son Ryder earlier this week without (gasp!) putting on any makeup, and the paparazzi went wild in response. Seriously and as a rule, I generally don’t like Kate’s movies, but I do love that she occasionally goes outside without bothering to put on makeup. It makes me feel prettier, somehow. Anyway, Kate also recently (while she was still pregnant with Matt Bellamy’s child) took part in a very airbrushed photoshoot and interview with Elle magazine. In the interview, Kate promotes the launch of her new jewelry line, CH+KH, with her good friend Laurie Lynn Stark of Chrome Hearts. The line (which you can see more of here) is very bohemian, 1970s vintage-inspired and quite aquamarine heavy. In the meantime, Hudson also doles out a few tidbits that are of interest for us gossip-leaning types:
On Whether She’ll Marry Matt Bellamy: One thing at a time. We’ll say hello to our new one and enjoy that for a while.
On Maintaining A Long-Distance Relationship: “Most relationships I’ve had in my life have been with people who travel quite a bit for work,” Hudson says. “I don?t know if I’m attracted to that specifically. but it is nice to be with somebody who understands having to be on the move.” Although she’s excited to get back to work (among the upcoming projects she?s involved in is a Linda Lovelace biopic), she concedes that logistics are “definitely getting harder. You have to think about things like, ‘Where is it? How long is it going to keep me away from my family”‘ ” She laughs. “But, you know, life moves on. I would never want to be someone who complains and goes, ‘Oh my God, my life is so crazy,’ ” she says. “If you make the best of it, it can be amazing.”
On Turning To Her Mom For Advice: “We’ve definitely had lots of talks about parenting and being a working mom,” she says. “She never hands out unsolicited preachy words of wisdom, though. My parents allowed my brother and I to have our freedom and be ourselves and feel confident in our choices and to make mistakes without too much judgment. I hope that I can do as good a job.”

From what little Hudson says about her relationship with Bellamy, I’m inclined to believe that she’s in no huge hurry to marry him, and she may very well never marry again. After all, her first marriage to Chris Robinson didn’t work out, and her mother and Kurt Russell have been going strong for decades without formally tying the knot, so she might decide to just be like mom in that regard.
At any rate, Kate’s words about parenting and kids being allowed to make mistakes seems like a bit of a cop out; but then again, she’s merely working with (or against) the questions posed by the journalist in question. Regardless of whether or not parents allow kids to make mistakes, kids will do just that regardless. After all, I was raised by very strict parents and still found a few moments to sneak cigarettes and vodka here and there. In short, there is no golden ticket to parenthood, and we’re all flying by the seat of our pants. In raising my own daughter, I feel like there are very definable qualities to “bad” parenting but very loose qualities to “good” parenting, and I hope that I’ll get lucky and fall into the latter category, but only time will tell.

Enjoying some family time at the beach, Kate Hudson was spotted in Malibu, California with fiance Matthew Bellamy and son Ryder Robinson yesterday (July 24).
The 32-year-old actress and new parent to two-week-old Bingham looked effortlessly gorgeous as she took to the sunny shore in a striped cardigan and sheer skirt.
All smiles as she got some quality one-on-one time with Ryder, the mother-son duo could be seen playing with a stuffed Smurf doll in the sand.
While Hudson entertained her play-date, first-time papa Matthew was able to catch a few minutes of well-deserved shuteye.

It's been less than a week since she gave birth to baby Bingham, but that isn't stopping new mom Kate Hudson from hitting the beach - as she was spotted with beau Matthew Bellamy and son Ryder Robinson at a Malibu, California beach yesterday (July 18).
Stepping out without newborn Bing, the happy brood opted for some time in the sun and surf - building sandcastles and goofing around as the evening set-in on the posh Golden State community.
Despite her shoreline fun with the family, it seems as if Kate is running low on much-needed rest, ?A few nights ago at 10:30 pm Kate called the hospital asking for a baby nurse. The request of a baby nurse was solely to help Kate help her sleeping pattern which has been drastically affected since she has had her new child,? a nurse from Cedar-Sinai hospital told HollyBaby.
The hospital insider added, ?She has had no sleep whatsoever since leaving the hospital, but she has been seeking as much help as possible for her recent child birth.?

These are some new photos of Kate Hudson, Matt Bellamy and Kate?s son Ryder in Malibu yesterday. Kate just gave birth to her son Bing Bellamy ten days ago, and we?re not used to seeing new celebrity moms out and about so quickly. Kate?s stomach hasn?t even gone down - but she still looks really great. This pregnancy was so different than Kate?s first. When she was pregnant with Ryder, she put on so much weight, and it went to her face. As you can see here, her face still looks thin, and she carried most of her weight in her mid-section. This is also, like, the fifth photo set of Kate and Matt post-birth. Kate really is a hippie mom, and she’s not vain about people seeing her just after she’s given birth.
What consistently surprises me about Matt Bellamy is how he seems so ?into? Kate and her world. Kate goes from casual to super-serious in relationships in the blink of an eye, and most men run away screaming. Not Matt, though. He seems committed to her and committed to being part of her life, and being a great step-dad to Ryder. This Malibu outing was just Kate, Matt and Ryder building sandcastles, and Matt looks really into it. I?ll just say it: Bless skinny, pale British boys. I love them. They?re overwhelmingly sweet, aren?t they?
By the way, I can?t wait to see photos of little Bing Hawn Bellamy! I wonder if Kate is going to sell photos of the kid to one of the magazines? As far as explaining the name ?Bing?, Bellamy wrote on Twitter, ?For those wondering, Bingham is my mum’s maiden name and Bing Russell was Kurt’s dad. Family connections all round!? I still think it?s a super-cute, old-school name.

Making her post-pregnancy debut, Kate Hudson joined fiance Matthew Bellamy and son Ryder Robinson for a lunch outing in Brentwood, CA on Friday afternoon (July 15).
The "Fool's Gold" actress looked in fine form after having welcomed son Bingham 'Bing' Hawn Bellamy into the world on July 9th.
Clearly elated with his baby boy, Matthew revealed he and Kate's little one's name just yesterday, as he wrote, "So happy! Just had a baby boy, Bingham 'Bing' Hawn Bellamy. Born 7lb 12oz, on 9th July."
With the Hawn coming from Miss Hudson's mother Goldie Hawn's name, Bellamy followed up his first tweet to explain the Bingham, as he told, ""For those wondering, Bingham is my mum's maiden name and Bing Russell was Kurt's dad. Family connections all round!"
