Taking care of some media duties surrounding her new film, Scarlett Johansson stopped by "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" on Friday night (September 13).
All decked out in a dark blue dress with cut outs at the neckline, the "Avengers" actress chatted up the host about the upcoming release of "Don Jon," about a man's unrealistic expectations for relationships after watching porn.
Later in the show, the 28-year-old got in on the action when joined by fellow guest Drake for a game of charades.
The two stars squared off against each other acting out television categories such as "Mad Men" and "House of Cards."

Here is Scarlett Johansson looking to still be in the glow of the recent proposal as she lit up the red carpet at the New York premiere for her latest film Don Jon. The blushing bride-to-be looked radiant in a mint-green and white frock by Roland Mouret, which she paired with pale-peach platform sandals.
She spoke out about her engagement to French journalist Romain Dauriac, whom she had been dating since at least November 2012. “My friend was like ‘congrats on timing,’” she told “ET Canada,” in reference to the added publicity while touring for a movie. “Things work out the way they do. Maybe it’s better just to get it out the way.”

Here are some photos from last night?s NYC premiere of Don Jon. I?m just doing the ladies! Specifically, I?m just doing fashion for Scarlett Johansson and Julianne Moore. Julianne wore this black Jason Wu gown which I really, really like on her ? she looks so much better now that Tom Ford isn?t trying to ?muse? her into wearing terrible clothes. My one complaint about the dress is that it probably would have been better suited for an awards show, right? This dress has ?SAG Awards? written all over it.
As for Scarlett, she wore this Roland Mouret dress which I absolutely loathe. I usually love Mouret dresses, and budget Mouret dresses, otherwise known as the Victoria Beckham collection. But this looks SO cheap. I guess the idea is that it?s supposed to be a fun little party dress, but it looks like an adult version of a baby?s fancy dress.
Scarlett has also been talking about relationships and trust ? because that?s what Don Jon is about ? in various interviews. There were a few quotes that I found interesting:

“I’m not the jealous type who does background checks,” his new fiance Scarlett Johansson told reporters at Tuesday’s premiere of her new movie Don Jon at the Toronto International Film Festival. “I’m not that type of girlfriend.”
Johansson, 28, rocked the red carpet in a little black dress and flashed her engagement ring from the French journalist. In her new movie, the Avengers star plays a demanding, gum-snapping Jersey girl who tries to change her new boyfriend’s (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) personality.
“I am guilty of this, and so are many people ? you just want your partner to fit into the box you constructed for them. It’s easier that way,” she says. “It’s kind of like, ‘Why can’t you be more like me?’ I think that’s what we all want.”
But Johansson says that experience has taught her how to keep these impulses in check.
“The challenges of a relationship are what help you grow into an evolved person,” she says.

That?s interesting. While I do applaud ScarJo for being so trusting and self-aware, I do think she?s probably trying to sound like she?s very blas and French, like she would never throw a fit if she found out her man was cheating. And maybe she wouldn?t. She doesn?t have that reputation, like, say, Cameron Diaz. Scarjo also told E! News:
“We all are guilty of holding our partner or our imaginary partner up to these standards that are sort of impossible to fulfill. It would be much easier if the people we fell in love with behaved the we wanted them to. I’ve learned over time that what makes life interesting, relationships interesting, are the complexities of relationships and people and the fact that we can become more evolved ourselves if we are forced to compromise and accept the differences amongst one another.”

Oh so evolved! I don?t know what to think of this. Part of me thinks that Scarlett already has one marriage and divorce under her belt, so why is she pontificating about relationships like she?s the Love Oracle? But the other side of me acknowledges that she?s probably smarter about love and relationships these days after having a string of bad relationships and douchebag boyfriends. God knows. Just remember: this is the woman who banged Sean Penn for half a year. Seriously.

Scarlett Johansson is really hitting it out of the fashion ballpark lately with her red carpet looks (especially the recent Atelier Versace in Venice). I think she’s no longer hesitiating to play up her sensuality. Remember there were a few years where Scarlett did so many interviews about how she hated to be considered sexy? That was really annoying. I’m so glad she stopped whining like that. She’s so much more tolerable and likeable when she’s owning her natural vibe.
Scarlett is here at TIFF promoting Don Jon with Joseph Gordon Levitt for the premiere of his pr0n-tinged baby. She is rocking a little black Yves Saint Laurent dress. She kept it simple by accessorizing only with a simple chain of pearls and her new engagement ring. This is a very elegant and sophisticated turn from ScarJo, but she also looks very sexy too. JGL looks adorable as always in his crisp suit with a little hitRECord button on the lapel. My boy is always hustling.
Scarlett’s skin looks so beautiful here. She’s really glowing even if she does look a little bit tired after doing the TIFF rounds for Under the Skin too. The updo is perfect.
These two have been doing some interviews, and Scarlett told Variety, “The character I play in ?Don Jon? is very staid in her opinions and her ideals.” Joe has been chatting up his film’s (LOL) deeper meaning:
Joseph Gordon-Levitt has revealed the reason behind changing the name of his directorial debut Don Jon.
The movie, which stars Gordon-Levitt and Scarlett Johansson, was originally named Don Jon’s Addiction before the title was shortened.
“Well, first of all, it’s just shorter and simpler! When it was titled Don Jon’s Addiction, I always thought of that last word as a metaphor for something larger,” he told Total Film.
“But then people were taking it literally, saying, ‘So you made a movie about pr0n addiction?’ Really, I didn’t mean it that way. The Maltese Falcon is called The Maltese Falcon, but it isn’t a movie about a bird. It’s about something else.”
Gordon-Levitt’s Don Jon stars the actor as a single New Jersey native whose pr0n obsession gets in the way of his relationships with the opposite sex.

He has a good sense of humor, no? Joe was also spotted running across the street like a madman in a blurry twitpic that has gone semi-viral. I hope this movie is a hit. We need more offbeat romantic comedies that focus on more than the manic pixie dream girl.

Stepping out for a swanky premiere, Scarlett Johansson showed up at the screening of her new flick ?Under the Skin? in Toronto, Canada on Monday night (September 9).
The ?Lost in Translation? hottie was joined by director Jonathan Glazer and producer James Wilson at the Prince of Wales Theatre as part of the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival.
In a recent interview, Johansson shared that her long and successful run in Tinseltown has afforded her some luxuries when it comes to selecting her gigs.
"I'm fortunate enough to be at a status in my career where I can afford to be picky. I'm not concerned with introducing myself to the audience. I've been working for 20 years and I don't feel like I have anything to prove at this point, to anyone, except myself and my director. I've had a really productive couple of years."
